Introduction
Seventeen Years Ago
The elder Elf Mage gazed into the night sky and out upon her home land. Her time was near its end. Her apprentice stood beside her, a young and bold elf who made her proud to know she would rise to save their race once she passed on. Times were difficult now. The humans had taken control of Nardragelen. Their ruler, King Maedil, was corrupting their minds and making them believe the Elves were the enemy. But in truth, if it were not for the Elves, the King would have no power. For the King stole the Elven Magic thirty years ago. He promised to unite the two races, but once in his possession, the King turned against the Elves. Making them slaves to the human race.
The Elves needed a savior among them but so far, none have come. The Elder gazed into the sky and suddenly, clenched her heart and crumpled to the ground. Her apprentice rushed forward, but it was too late. Nothing could be done for the dying Mage. To the apprentice's surprise, however, her Master felt no fear. Instead the old and wrinkled elf smiled.
"Our saviors have come. Daughters of the Moon and Earth, Sons of the Flame and Air. You must wait for them and guide them to their battle when they are ready. The one's who have imprisoned us for so long, will set us free."
And with those words, the Elder died in her apprentice's arms.
Present Day
Seventeen years have passed since the apprentice as taken her role as the Elven Mage. This memory of their Master's death still haunts them to this day. Upon the death, she spread the news on the Oracle's last words to her clan. The elves became excited and waited for their saviors to come. But as weeks turned into months, and months turned to years, hope began to fade. Even the Mage began to question her Master's words.
On the anniversary of the Elder's death, the Mage once again return to the location. This time, something different occurred. When the Elf Mage brought her eyes up to the sky, similar to the Master seventeen years before, a miracle occurred. Four orbs of light circled the sky. One green, one red, one blue, and one white. The Mage watched as the orbs descended onto the human lands. And as four children each received a colored orb from the heavens on their seventeenth birthday, three words slipped from the Elf Mage's lips; "They have come."
General Information:
King Maedil has taken control of the Human, and most of the Elven, realm in Nardragelen. He uses the Elves' Magic to make himself immortal and dictate the land. He suppresses the Elves greatly by treating them as slaves and servants in his castle and throughout the land. Many of the Elven Clans hide in the forests for safety. The humans have two choices with this; follow or die. It is up to the Element Children to defeat the king and unite the kingdom.
Races:
Humans- Have no magical powers and live in villages. Nearly all humans are peasants with the occasional Duke or army general. There is a mandatory draft for all males over 16. There is no escaping this if you get a call up slip, however many try.
Dwarves- Short and stout, live mostly underground to escape the King's rule. Are usually forgotten about.
Elves- Most magical and most suppressed by the King's rule of the three races. Live in harmony with nature. Usually tall and thin.
Elf Mage/Oracle- This elf has respect of all elves. He/she is the most magical of the race by being able to create potions and limited spells. They also are able to see into the future although the prophesies are often unclear. Once they have mastered their skills, they usually chose an apprentice to take their role once they die. (Remember- This Mage has only moved up from apprentice for 17 human years, which is a short time period for elves. He/she should be very inexperienced still. They may or may not have complete control of their powers, but they will not have an apprentice yet.)
Element Children- They are humans but are able to manipulate one of the four elements. They were always drawn to their element, and occasionally strange things happened around them, but their powers were not fully unlocked until they received their orb on that fateful night. Please be creative on background. This will be more entertaining if the characters do not immediately get alone due to cultural differences.
Water Element Child- Leah Reedine played by MirrorMirror1498
Earth Element Child- Sophia Magiline played by RainWish
Fire Element Child- Dragoon/ Kenthe Draek played by X-Striker
Air Element Child- Maxence Borya played by Brantley92 {Pending}
Elf Mage- Elanis Athewyn played by Little Luna
Elf- Calithea Adaire played by AnimeGirl
Human- Victoria Miller played by sk8tergal76
King Maedil- NPC. Played by all characters but primarily controlled by GM. Will discuss more later.

"Don't worry," she said, "I understand your meaning." She looked to where the children were by the stream. It seemed that the Water Child had found them. Good.
"Things are simple when you are young. There is good and evil, and you understand this." Elanis poked at the fire with a damp stick, shifting the wood around. "The longer you live in this world, the more you see. Sometimes you don't always see what needs to be seen, but what your hopes wish to see. Corruption is a vigilant and constant taskmaster. Even the best of us can fall if our ears are whittled away and we begin to accept lies."

Everyone was here at last, it seemed. The children had finally come together in one place, the Elven Mage was present, and even another elf joined the gathering; it was only a matter of time before their journey began now. Sophia cleared her throat, eyes darting between humans and elves. "Do introductions need to be made again?" she asked, glancing between everyone but eyeing Arthur bitterly as she still held a grudge for being labeled a 'Lady friend.'

Arthur made quick work of some notes and discarded what was not needed into the campfire. It was at this moment he noticed Elanis standing beside another elf and decided to approach her since he had been meaning to speak to her. He slides his weapon back in his sheet and pockets his book, Making sure not to leave anything lying around.
He steps up to her side and see's what she see's, Some of the others near the water and they are conversing among themselves. Apparently for him this day is going quite well and the others are getting along very well.
"Lady Elanis, are you sure we can continue here without worrying about legion soldiers?" He addressed her formally as well he could. He had not spent much time with elves other then his trainers and a few of the cooks in his fathers estate.
"If it helps I could look over some of my old transcripts and see if there are any areas to hold out from the soldiers?" He lifts his satchel slightly to emphasis his assertiveness.

"Elanis will do," she said simply. "And you perhaps you are right, that we must find better shelter," Elanis stood and took a few strides toward the stream. Projecting her voice, but not sounding like she was yelling, she called out to the three other saviors.
"Come now, we must be going. We shouldn't like to see a repeat of earlier. Other patrols will pass through here; it isn't safe."

Anifer felt relieved when Elanis didn't mind what she had said, and said that she understood what she meant, she smiled and then saw that there was another human child that had appeared near the river and Sophia, after a moment Sophia came close and asked if introductions were needed again, Anifer had a broad smile as she was about stand p and said her name and await for them and to get to know the names of the other, when the boy with the light brown hair and withe and hazel eye spoke to Elanis it what seemed to her a very formal way, she got distracted by this and looked at him a it anxious of getting her chance to introduce herself to the others, but it was decided that it was dangerous to stay there and they had to move on, she sighed a bit disappointing but knew they were right, she got up and got her stuff that she had left on the ground while she ate, she place her sword in her back, she was ready.
Kasumi
She felt a bit uncomfortable, even though she was looking down at the ground she could feel the stare of the girl looking at her, she turned a bit away from her as she spoke to the others, they seemed they were going somewhere else, and it surely wasn't back to where the burned down village was, if they were worried about soldiers it was probable that there was the most probable place for soldiers to be, she thought about her family and she felt an urge to go back to them, but she knew she had to follow them, even with this feelings that she had about going to them her feet still seemed unresponsive, she took a couple step forward, "oh great so forward yes, back no?" she thought as she felt annoyed that her body reacted this way, she placed two fingers in her mouth and let out a strong whistle as she faced the river, then a hawk's cry could be heard in the air, she got quickly on her knees and got out a paper and a feather and a small ink bottle, she scribbled something in the paper as the hawk gave a couple of turns in the air, when she stood up the hawk dived and landed in her shoulder, she attached the note and the hawk took flight, quickly disappearing trough the trees. She then turned at to where the party was and waited to see were they were going.

The fact that hes a Dragoon kinda went over me I guess, Just thought it was some sort of title and that he was refereed to by name by most others.

I edited the post.. is that better??
Re: [OOC] The Oracle's Prophecy
- To all characters in the RP thus far, Kenthe is known as Dragoon and his real name has not yet been revealed.
- Upon arriving to the town, Kenthe basically burned most of it to ashes, destroying the royal guard garrison that was stationed there. The only house that looks to be in fine condition is Victorias.
- The sun still high in the sky, Kenthe and Sophia woke up and traveled a good distance from the town and into the woods, running into Draven. Elanis followed suit and Anifer was watching them from atop a tree.
- After a brief exchange of words, Kenthe left to go to a stream still a ways from the town, but not that far from where Sophia, Elanis, Draven, and Anifer were.
- Draven left shortly after to return to the village he was at earlier.
- Kenthe caught a few fish and was able to cook all but 2 of them, one burnt and one still raw.
- It is assumed that Sophia, Elanis, and Anifer approach him next. He then offers them the cooked fish and saves the last one for either Arthur or Kasumi. He eats the raw one.
And those should be all the details. From the looks of it you two describe it as if it's still night and that there is a camp set up somewhere. There isn't one as of yet, if you'd like you can have one set up, but Kenthe, Sophia, Elanis, and Anifer are no where near it.
It would be nice if you could edit your posts, but to me not necessary, just incorporate these details in your next posts and everything will be less confusing to everyone ;D

Re: [OOC] The Oracle's Prophecy
Also, I wanted you guys to have been around to hear Elanis's prophecy. You could have come late at night, heard it, and then passed out asleep where Kenthe and Sophia left you guys to find Draven. But please, you needed to hear it with everyone together. Here it is (all credit for this prophecy goes to Luna):
Daughter of the Moon, Son of Air.
Daughter of the Earth, Son of Fire.
When these powers gather and the Mage appears, saviors are formed through disaster.
When the sky is black and devoid of light, a quest begins.
Travel long, Water. Cut the path of freedom.
Travel hard, Air. Bring the songs of joy.
But fight hard, Earth. Remain firm to your convictions.
Fight long, Fire. Give rebirth to the lands which seek it.
Should one fail, all will fall.
For if the one closest to the King should falter, all may be lost

Re: [OOC] The Oracle's Prophecy
And yes, we do need someone for Water and someone for Air. I know Oborosen mentioned you two would be interested in the roles, but neither of your current characters would work. You would need to make new ones. Would juggling two characters be too much for you? Do not feel pressured to take the roles.
Re: [OOC] The Oracle's Prophecy
Oh Oborosen said you needed a water element child, is it for this RP?? because I saw there was already a character here, did it stop posting? I will gladly make one I'll submit the character as soon as I have it ^_^
