Brooklyn had her back to the falling stranger and only noticed his presence when he cleared his throat. Thinking she was alone, the sudden noise made her jump slightly before she turned around. I greet you. He said as he stretched a hand out to her. Brooklyn cautiously took his hand and shook it. You are Brooklyn West, correctly? He asked when she shook his hand.
"How do you know my name?" Brooklyn asked her, her brows furrowed in confusion and her eyes showed her suspicion of the stranger. "And what's your name? Just so I know who you are." She asked him, once she got a name from him she was going to ask the others if they knew him.

Brooklyn shook her head slightly and smiled at him, thinking he was just mocking her and then he looked up to the sky. "Okay, don't tell me your name then." She rolled her eyes and turned to walk away and then he finally said something.
You are required to give me a name. She turned around and looked at him, 'okay if he's just mocking me, I'll come up with a really ridiculous name.' Brooklyn thought to herself and stood there thinking for a second.
"Okay, your new name is..." She paused for a second and then continued. "Princess Consuela Banana Hammock." She bit her lip, awaiting him to give up on mocking her and admit he was joking with her.

Brooklyn's face then dropped and she looked him in the eyes. "You're being fully serious?" She asked him, all the amusement had gone from her face now and she was now fully serious. "Woah, you're not called Princess Consuela Banana Hammock!" She scolded him. "How about Jonathan? Does that sound okay?" She asked him, her face sincere. "What do you mean you're under my command? You're free to do whatever you want, it's your life." She said to him, placing a hand on his shoulder looking into his eyes. "How old are you?" She felt bad for the poor guy, he's obviously got some sort of Amnesia and the clothes made it look like he'd either escaped from a mental hospital or been released without supervision.

Brooklyn shook her head. "You don't need to apologise, I should have taken you more seriously and my name's Brooklyn, feel free to call me Brooklyn, Brook or Brookie."
She smiled at him when he shrugged. "Jonathan it is." She looked into his eyes and felt pity for him, the poor guy didn't even know she was messing around with him.
I've been alive for around ten or twenty minutes now. He replied to her and her face filled with shock. She looked into his eyes and he continued. And I meant exactly what I said about being under your command. My entire life is dedicated to keeping you pleased, and so I am yours to command. Anything you need, I will get it. Anything you want done, I will do. Your wish is my command, ma'am.
"Are you..." She stopped then started to sing, it was the only way Sirens could test for a supernatural being. If he was affected by the song, he was a mortal; if he wasn't affected, he was supernatural. He was unaffected and she knew he was a supernatural. "What are you?" She asked him, looking into his eyes, scanning to see if they would give anything away.

"I am an Angel," Brooklyn heard him say and was a bit shocked. "A Legatus to be exact. The Legatii are Angels that have the ability to travel to Earth and take on a Human form, and they must complete their purpose 'else they get executed and sent to Hell."
"Wow, well that's kinda depressing...ly sweet." She said, trying to contemplate it all. "Look at that, even supernaturals get shocked when it comes to the Supernatural." She joked and then he continued.
"You're a Siren," She nodded with a slight nodded. "You have an amazing voice, ma-... Brooklyn." Brooklyn smiled at his compliment.
"I'm not just any Siren though, I'm the Queen of the Siren Islands." She admitted to him. "You're actually the first person I've told, I wanted it to be someone else but..." She stopped and looked at the Andrew's house. "But he obviously doesn't care about me." She noticed, tears building up in her eyes and quickly wiped them away before looking back at Jonathan when he said,
"Aren't you cold in this night-time weather?" Brooklyn shook her head and smiled.
"No, I'm surprisingly used to it. Are you?" She replied.

Brooklyn heard him say, "I am very cold right now, it is a very uncomfortable feeling. I do not like it." and she took her jacket off and gave it to him.
"Here, it'll keep you warm." She smiled at him. "But when you go on a date and the girl's cold, you give her your jacket." She lightly laughed. She looked down at his feet and noticed he wasn't wearing any shoes, "That explains the uncomfortable." She sighed and then she remembered he's an angel. "Wait, you're technically dead. How come you feel the cold?" She crossed her arms and awaited an answer, her face confused.

Jonathan then walked over to a tree and sat underneath it. "I'm going to rest for the night." Brooklyn walked over to him and picked him up. "No, you're coming with me." She said, putting her arm inbetween his arm and body and led him back to her apartment, the stones on th on the pavement made her worried in case he stood on one so she had to constantly watch Jonathan's footing. Once they made it back to her apartment, she let him into the pastel coloured apartment. She led him to the bathroom. "You can wash in here and I'll see to getting you some new clothes." She said, closing the door behind herself and walking into her bedroom. She pulled out a suitcase that had lots of clothes from her victims in it. "Beggars can't be choosers." She shrugged and put the clothes on the bed and put them in suitable outfit matchings and waited for Jonathan to come out of the bathroom.

Brooklyn smiled at Jonathan when he thanked her and replied.
"You're welcome, I'll give you some privacy to get..." When she turned around from the chest of drawers to leave, Jonathan had already dropped the towel and was getting changed. "Jonathan, I'm still in the room!" Her face went bright red, she was a hell of a lot more embarrassed than he apparently was.
She turned back around to the chest of drawers to give him a bit more privacy, instead of trying to skip past him.
""I like them very much. Again, thank you." She heard him say, assuming he was fully clothed she turned around.
"No need to thank me, but next time just make sure when you get naked, you're alone. Unless you're with a girl and she wants you to be naked." She told him.
"Do you have a specific place for me to sleep, or should I just collapse on the floor and hope for the best?" He asked her and she rolled her eyes.
"Jonathan, you're a guest. The floor is for pets. Come on." She grabbed a pillow and spare blanket from the wardrobe and walked into the main room of her apartment. "Will you be alright on the sofa?" She asked him, tilting her head and smiling.

"Ma'am, I was perfectly happy with sleeping under a tree, so I'm pretty much okay with any place that won't physically harm me or give me any form of a disease." Brooklyn heard him say.
"What did I say about calling me ma'am?" She teased him, and put the pillow on the sofa and put the blanket over it. "One of my friends brothers would say that you wouldn't want to sleep with me then." She joked laughing slight, then realised Jonathan mightn't get the joke. "Never mind."
"I know I've said this so many times now," Brooklyn spun around to listen to Jonathan. "But I really appreciate how kind you've been to me. I was worried you wouldn't like me much when I first arrived." She smiled and walked over to him, she wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into a hug.
"It's okay." She said, releasing him from the hug. "As Queen it's my duty to welcome any strangers with open arms and kind words, even when I'm not in my realm." She then smiled. "As Brooklyn West, I'm kind to anyone that needs help or a friend." She tapped his arms and stepped past him. "I'll let you sleep, you must be tired from your journey." She walked into her room and changed into her pyjamas.

Brooklyn woke up early like she always did and looked out the window, she could see the city and people making their morning commute. "I definately missed this." She smiled to herself, remembering the barred window and how it just looked out at the sea, the view from her royal quarters wasn't much better it just looked out at the ampitheatre of the island. She stepped out of her room and tiptoed across the living room, being careful not the wake Jonathan as she got the ingredients for breakfast ready.

As a sparrow, she was more accustomed to a mainly plant based diet and her breakfast was mainly strawberries, blackberries and raspberries mixed with muesli and a begal with a glass of either cranberry juice or milk. She tried to assemble the breakfast meal as quietly as she could, trying not to wake Jonathan, mainly because her pyjamas consisted of a long shirt and underwear. Once she had the breakfast ready, she put the breakfast onto a tray and carried it out to the nest on her roof.

Brooklyn sat on the roof and ate her breakfast, she had forgotten about Andrew for a short while, she was just watching people go to work and birds fly across the sky. She whistled sweetly to the birds closest to her. Once she finished her breakfast, she lay back and watched the clouds drifting past her, she immediately lifted herself up as she remembered Andrew. She ran down the fire escape and into the living room, forgetting about Jonathan, straight into her bedroom and grabbed her phone from her bedside table. No new messages. She dropped the phone and a single tear dropped from her eye.

Jonathan was awoken rather harshly by the loud sounds of footsteps stomping through the living area where he had been sleeping. He turned his head towards Brooklyn's bedroom door as she shut it behind her. Everything went silent then, and he waited a while, but shot up as he felt a strange surge of sadness shoot through his body. "Brooklyn?" he called quietly, standing up from the sofa. He stretched his arms out and wriggled his shoulders a little, getting used to his Human body.

Again, he looked over at the door once more and decided to try to talk to his master a little. The sadness he could sense from her was almost threatening his existence. He figured his true owners were taking it easy on him because it was his first day as her Guardian. He gently tapped his knuckles against the wood of her door, before turning the handle and walking straight in. "Ma'am," he said softly, closing the door behind him. The sight of the lone tear rolling down her cheek was enough to make him wide-eyed.

Jonathan raced over to her and pressed his palm against her cheek, using his thumb to wipe away the tear. His soft brown eyes gazed at her sad face and he let out a small sigh. "Brooklyn," he said, "please don't be sad." He took a pause. "If there's anything I can do to make you feel better, please tell me. If I can't make you happy again, I'll get into serious trouble." He was practically begging her by this point. His hand dropped to his lap as he took a seat on her bed. "Is it the boy?" he asked, his voice now serious.

Brooklyn dropped the phone on her bed and turned to Jonathan when he came in. He ran over to her and put his palm on her cheek and wiped away her tear.
"Brooklyn, please don't be sad. If there's anything I can do to make you feel better, please tell me. If I can't make you happy again, I'll get into serious trouble." Brooklyn heard Jonathan say and she looked up into his eyes and smiled,
"I'm okay." She sighed. "I'm just being stupid." He then removed his hand from her face and sat on the bed.
"Is it the boy?" He asked her, his voice serious.
"How do you know about Andrew?" She asked, she was confused and suspicious as to how much Jonathan knew about her. "Do you know everything about me or?" She sat next to him and looked at him, her body tilted forward and her head twisted, her hair falling loose as she looked at Jonathan.

Alex smiled as Symone entered, and left Erieda to do the greeting. He kept tabs on Dahvie out of the corner of his eye, just to make sure he didn't snap and lose his cool. The poor child looked so stressed. And then came the words that caused Alex's smile, however faint, to disappear completely. "Well, Dahvie and I have an important announcement to make." Without her even proceeding any further with her 'announcement', he knew that it would result in something that would piss him off.

Dahvie noticed Symone approach but he wasn't so quick to turn away from the sink. He splashed some more water into his face and took a breath, not bothering to return her smile. She turned back to her parents and he was practically just waiting for an attack from either Erieda or Alex. As proud as they might've been with Symone's new marriage, Dahvie's time wasn't exactly perfect. It hadn't even been 24 hours since her last husband was murdered.

"Dahvie asked me to marry him and I said yes," Symone continued, flashing them the ring that sat almost perfectly on her finger.

Alex's eyes narrowed his eyes into thin slits, the area around his eyes crinkling. Married, he said in his head, taking a step back. "Congratulations, Darling," Erieda said from behind him. He snapped his head around to her. How the Hell can they be so calm about this? He shook his head and leaned against the counter, letting it finally sink in. Okay, so marriage wasn't so bad. He could learn to like it, couldn't he?

But then Symone felt the need to continue and Alex whimpered as he turned away from them. "Thanks mom but that's not all," she said, "just after I said yes, I found something else out too..." her voice trailed. Dahvie looked back at her but turned his head to Alex, who only shot him a dark glare in return, causing Dahvie to turn back to the sink. "I'm pregnant." Alex was literally frozen to the spot, his expression stunned, but also extremely pissed off. It seemed Erieda was just as surprised as he was.

"No," he finally said, his voice dark, almost scolding her. He walked past Erieda and Symone, in the direction of the door, his steps so fluent that he almost looked like he was floating across the room. He slammed the door behind himself and ran his hands through his hair, being careful not to rip it from his scalp on the way through. He disappeared from the lobby and appeared in his own bedroom, locking the door from the inside.

"How do you know about Andrew?" That question alone was enough to make Jonathan wish he'd never mentioned the boy that Brooklyn found herself so hooked on. His mouth dropped open to speak, but he was unable to make any sounds despite some inarticulate mumbling. Great, now she was suspicious of him. "Do you know everything about me or?" she asked, leaning forward. He leaned back a little because she was a little bit too close to be considered a reasonable distance.

He was silent as he watched her hair falling loose. He was literally speechless, but he couldn't just sit there gawking at her, so he closed his mouth and cleared his throat, turning his head so as not to get distracted from her questions for a second time. "I know some things, but I don't know everything about you," he replied, allowing himself to finally glance in her direction. "Do you think my creator would have sent me down to Earth to serve another Supernatural creature without giving me any warning as to what you are, what you can do and what happened to make you so sad?" He shook his head. "That would be stupid."

Jonathan stood up and patted down his clothing. "To change the subject, because this is a rather negative conversation, don't you mortals attend a social gathering of some sort during the morning time and a few hours of the afternoon as well?" he asked. "You'll have to forgive me, but the name of the event is unknown to me."

Brooklyn realised she made Jonathan a bit uncomfortable and relaxed a little so as to seem less imposing. He responded to her question with another question.
"Do you think my creator would have sent me down to Earth to serve another Supernatural creature without giving me any warning as to what you are, what you can do and what happened to make you so sad? That would be stupid." Brooklyn nodded her head and smiled.
"That's true, I suppose. Your creator would be very stupid to send you down here with no idea what was going on." Brooklyn was slightly reassured by knowing that Jonathan wasn't just a creep she'd unknowingly let into her house. He was an actual angel.

Jonathan then stop up from beside her and reminded her of school.
"[/b]To change the subject, because this is a rather negative conversation, don't you mortals attend a social gathering of some sort during the morning time and a few hours of the afternoon as well? You'll have to forgive me, but the name of the event is unknown to me.[/b]" He asked her and Brooklyn looked at the clock.
"Ugh, school." She moaned. "I thought I would have been done with that after coming home." She sighed and walked over to the wardrobe, pulling out the suitcase of guys clothes and grabbing an outfit of her own. "I'm guessing you slept in them last night?" She asked but had already arranged a new outfit for him. It consisted of a leather jacket, t-shirt with a quote from doctor who on it 'Don't Blink' and a pair of dark jeans and converse. She laughed at the tiny joke she'd just made and then walked into the bathroom and grabbed one of Marcus' deoderants and aftershaves. "It is so conveniant that he leaves everything here." She gave them to Jonathan. "Okay, you spray this," She shook the deoderant can. "On your armpits after washing them and then when you're fully clothed, I think you just spray this over your clothes, only one or 2 sprays. Don't get either in your eyes or mouth." She smiled and went back to the bathroom and got ready herself.

((Speaking of Marcus I should probably bring him back now too xD))

Marcus sat up in his bed as his alarm went off, he sighed and fell back onto his pillow before smacking the alarm, shutting it up. "Ugh, Brooklyn better be back." He sighed to himself before picking himself up off the bed and walking over to his wardrobe, he grabbed one of his hoodie, a pair of jeans and some converse. He then grabbed some underwear and went to the bathroom and got ready.

Once he was ready, he went downstairs and into the kitchen, his dad and step-mum wouldn't be up for another hour, so he didn't have to deal with them. He took out a bowl, spoon and a box of cereal and had his breakfast. When he had finished that he ran back up the stairs and grabbed his bag and phone, which he used to call Brooklyn. "It's ringing so she must be back." He said to himself and waited for her to answer.

((Btw Brooklyn left her phone in her bedroom so Jonny can answer if he wants xD))

Alex released a loud sigh as he heard Symone's faint footsteps outside his bedroom door. "Daddy, please, don't be mad," Symone whimpered. He rolled his eyes and took a seat on the bed, his forehead pressed against his palm while his elbows rested on his knees. He was beyond stressed, and he could already feel a throbbing headache forming in his temple.

"So much has happened to me, one after another, this baby..." her voice trailed. He released a low growl that would've been inaudible through the thick wood of the door that stood between them. She was an eighteen year old girl that had pretty much the worst life of all the people Alex had known in his life, to bring a screaming baby into the picture would be Hell on Earth for her. "It's alot to take in but I'm gonna be able to take my mind off of all of the madness that's been my life lately. Dahvie makes me happy, something I haven't been in a long time." It went silent for a moment. "Daddy please."

Alex stood up and walked towards the door, unlocking it. He opened the door and stared down at his daughter with hauntingly dark eyes. "You're an idiot," he growled, "for being stupid enough to not use protection when your mother warned you about pregnancy at a young age." He took a long pause and shook his head. "But if you really think that this child will bring you happiness, I am happy for you, and I wish you the best." He gripped a hand on the door and slammed it in her face, locking it for a second time.

Dahvie was close to puking when he realised that he was stood alone in the kitchen with Erieda. "Dahvie, take it easy. Just sit," she said. He shook his head. He didn't want to move from his spot near the sink. "Dahvie. I'm not the one you need to worry about." He turned around to look at her, with an almost stunned expression.

What the hell is that supposed to mean?

"If you need to talk, go right ahead. I won't say a word until you've let it all out," she said with a gesture. He paused for a moment, before practically diving towards her. He buried his face into her shoulder and released a few loud sobs, his arms hanging limply at his sides. "I don't know if I can do this," he choked out. "It was alright getting married, all you have to do is turn up, smile and say the right name, but now there's a baby involved and I have like responsibilities and stuff." He sighed into her shirt. "I'm only eighteen.. I'm not supposed to be a father at such a young age."

Jonathan stood in silence as Brooklyn shifted her gaze towards the clock. He too looked but his gaze returned to her when he realised that he couldn't actually read what the clock was saying. "Ugh, school," she said, and he clicked his fingers as a look of realisation appeared on his face. "School, that's the one!" he exclaimed with a smile. "I thought I would have been done with that after coming home." His smile turned to a frown. "You are not happy about school," he mumbled, more to himself than anyone else.

"I'm guessing you slept in them last night?" she asked, and he just assumed she meant the clothes she'd picked out for him, and the ones he had actually fallen asleep in. He nodded and watched closely as she picked out an entirely new outfit for him to wear. He also just assumed that she planned on taking him to school with her. He shrugged it off and thought that he might as well just try it out.

Jonathan was handed some weird can-looking objects, and when he'd finished inspecting them he looked up at Brooklyn. "Okay, you spray this on your armpits after washing them and then when you're fully clothed, I think you just spray this over your clothes, only one or two sprays. Don't get either in your eyes or mouth." He nodded a second time, without actually offering any verbal response.

He was left to his own devices as Brooklyn went into the bathroom to prepare herself for school, or so he guessed. He took a moment to rest himself by sitting on the bed, then visibly flinched when he heard her mobile ringing. He turned his head in the direction of it and then towards the door, and when he realised she wasn't coming out he decided to take it upon himself to answer it. He leaned over and picked the phone up, then answered the call.

"Hello, my name is Jonathan. Brooklyn can't come to the phone right now, but I'd be happy to take a message in her absence?"

Marcus impatiently waited for Brook to answer, his head nodded up and down each time the phone rung, his feet tapping along as well and then it went to what he assumed was an answer phone.
"Hello, my name is Jonathan. Brooklyn can't come to the phone right now, but I'd be happy to take a message in her absence?"
"Uhm, who is this?" Marcus asked, his voice filled with confusion at the formality of the other persons voice. "Could you just put Brooklyn on, actually never mind. Could you just tell me if she's actually here and if she's going to school or not." Marcus walked out his front door and made his way down the path, opening the gate with his telekinesis and heading into the centre of town.

Brooklyn started singing in the shower as she washed her hair and body, once done with that she stayed in the warm water for a minute or two. Then she got out from the shower and wrapped her hair in a towel and dried herself off. She brushed her teeth and put her underwear and outfit on before drying her hair as best she could with the towel and put it all to one side as she did her make up, she stopped when she thought she heard talking but thought it must have just been Jonathan talking to himself or something and continued with her make up.

Slade's eyes opened, slowly but surely, just as Symone made her way towards the bedroom door. He rolled onto his side and stretched his arm out weakly in an attempt to grab her, but he knew that he was too far away. He rolled back onto his back and choked out a cough, staring up at the ceiling with blank eyes. "Symone," he breathed, his voice strained and much more rough than it was usually. His watery and bloodshot eyes fell to her face. "Can you lie with me?" he practically begged, clearing a space beside himself on the bed.

He squinted his eyes real tight and took a second look at her. "You're different," he mumbled, his voice a little less rough now that he had woken up a bit more. It was only when his senses returned that he finally sensed it. There wasn't just one presence coming from Symone... He shot up and was stood near her in a second, wrapped his arms around her as he pulled her into a hug. "Oh my God," he whispered, then pulled her back by her shoulders and looked deep into her eyes. "You're pregnant?"

"Dahvie, yes, you are young and not you're not ready, no ever really is, but I have no doubt in my mind that you will be an amazing father and a supportive husband,"[/b] Erieda said. He finally felt a small smile on his lips as he listened to her words that did well to comfort him in this time of stress and panic.

"You and Symone's relationship has been tested again and again and if you can make it through all of that then you two can handle this child." That was right, in a sense. He and Symone had managed to make it through so much crap, that this seemed almost like a relief compared to everything that had happened in the past. Neither of them were psychotic... anymore, and neither were judged to be the worst parents in the world. With a little work, it might just be possible to raise a child normally.

Dahvie felt himself being pulled from the hug by his shoulders, and hesitantly he looked up at Erieda, his eyes still wet with tears. "You can do this, and don't you ever think you are alone in this, you will have me here to help you every step of the way," Erieda continued. He smiled brightly at her, his eyes lighting up and he almost looked like his normal self. "There is no one in all the realms a better fit for my daughter then you Dahvie and I will be overjoyed to call you my son."

He chuckled a little. "And you my mother," he said, placing one hand on her shoulder as she did to his. "Thank you, Erieda. I can see why Slade and Symone love you so dearly. You're an amazing mother, and I hope this future child of yours knows just how special it is to have you." That really shouldn't have surprised Erieda. She knew he was a telepath, and her thoughts were probably the loudest of the whole family.

"Uhm, who is this?" the voice replied to Jonathan through the mobile. He frowned to himself, as he had already introduced himself by his given name, and yet the male he was speaking to seemed to want more information on his identity. This would be hard, as he wasn't so sure what his whole cover story would be yet, and he had no idea if this man he was talking to was another Supernatural or just an average Human. Before he'd even had the chance to reply, the male spoke for a second time.

"Could you just put Brooklyn on, actually never mind. Could you just tell me if she's actually here and if she's going to school or not?" the male asked. He smiled, finally he'd been given some questions he could actually answer. "Brooklyn has returned home, and will be attending school this morning," he said, almost sounding a little too formal for just average chit-chat on a mobile. "Will that be all for today, Sir?"

"Brooklyn has returned home, and will be attending school this morning, will that be all for today, Sir?" Marcus rolled his eyes and sighed.
"Yeah, thanks." Marcus then hung up and changed his route so as he would be able to collect Brooklyn and then they could walk together to school. He took a detour through the alleys, hoping over the trash cans and propelling himself over the fences. When he reached Brooklyn's apartment building, he leapt up onto the fire escape and climbed into Brooklyn's apartment. "Brooklyn?" He called out.

Brooklyn stepped out of the bathroom and did a twirl for Jonathan. "How do I look?" She asked him with a smile and then went into the bedroom and grabbed her hairdryer. She sat in front of the mirror and brushed her hair and then ran the hairdryer over it until it was all dry. She then heard someone in the living room.
"Brooklyn?" It was Marcus, she instantly stood up and quickly made her way into the living room.
"Marcus!" She smiled and hugged him. "Oh, Marcus this is Jonathan, Jonathan this is Marcus."

"Yea. You're gonna be an Uncle," Symone replied, causing Slade to smile just as brightly as she was. He was going to be the Uncle of her baby, which made him think; he was going to have to book up his ideas, and perhaps do something better with his life so that he didn't end up being cast out of the baby's life by either Symone or Dahvie because he was a bad influence on it. Apparently that wasn't the extent of Symone's good news. His smile faded a little but it was still there at least. "Dahvie proposed and I said yes." His eyes went wide, but returned to their normal size as he held the hand where the ring sat perfectly.

Before he'd even had the chance to reply to that, he felt Symone grab a hold on his hand and lead him in the direction of his bed. He chuckled lightly to himself and released her grip so that he could walk around to the opposite side of the bed. He climbed onto it and pulled the dark grey covers over his body, letting it fall to just below his chest. He looked at Symone with eyes that danced with joy, and when she pulled him in a hug he let a lone tear roll down his cheek. His head was buried in her neck and he clenched his eyes shut. He was glad that his sister was finally growing up, and would have a husband and a baby, but it also made him think about his own life and where the hell that was even going, if it was going anywhere at all.

"I'm so excited. Si, I can't believe it," Symone said. Slade's faded smile soon returned upon hearing those words. He lifted his hand from her back to wipe the tear from his chin and pulled away from the hug to lean in and kiss Symone's forehead gently. "I'm so happy for you," he said truthfully with a crooked grin. He rolled onto his back and ran his hands through his hair, allowing his smile to disappear completely. He wanted what Symone had, but how? He highly doubted Tanya would even want to see him after he reacted so badly to her seeing her friend. Again, this made him think...

What had she done that was enough to make him angry? So, she'd seen her friend. Big whoop. He used to hang around with a prostitute, and he highly doubted her friend was any worse. He'd been annoyed purely for the fact that the person she'd hung out with all day was male. That all seemed stupid to him now. He released a frustrated sigh and sat up, his forehead resting on his palms. "I need to call Tanya," he muttered, looking around the room until he spotted his phone sitting on his desk. He hesitated a little, but lay back down. "Maybe in the morning... I'll talk to her at school."

Slade turned his attention back to Symone. "You started thinking about names for the kid yet?" he asked with a smile.

Image
Alex was staring blankly out of the bedroom window, noticing that morning was approaching and the kids would be heading off to school soon. He shook his head at the thought of his pregnant daughter attending school, where anything or anyone could get to her. He had half a mind to stop her from going out of the hotel altogether, but he knew that it would not end well and she'd probably pull some sort of tantrum about it. He'd have to do something; surely the school would not allow her to attend when they saw that she had a large baby bump. They'd probably contact him or something stupid like that, and he was in no mood to deal with outraged and 'concerned' staff members.

And that's when Erieda phased through the door... He released a loud sigh to acknowledge her presence but other than that he made no real effort to show her that he actually cared about her being in the room with him. "Alex," Erieda said with a sigh. "Darling. Really, this is a happy occasion." He scoffed at the mere mention of the words 'happy occasion'. Perhaps it was a happy occasion for her, Symone and Dahvie, but not for Alex. He had been looking forward to his children growing up and starting families, but they were only eighteen years old; they hadn't even finished school yet, and they had their whole messed up lives ahead of them, only for it all to be ended for Symone by this new baby.

"Given everything that's happened. She'll be marryng for love now," she continued. Alex snapped his head around at her for a brief second, before turning his now angered glare to the outside, where he was greeted by nothing but rows and rows of trees. He felt her arms wrap around him and he sighed. "I am not unhappy about the marriage," he muttered angrily, moving so that he was away from Erieda's grip on him. "I am happy she is marrying for love and I wish them many, many years of happiness. I am unhappy because she is pregnant. My little baby is having a little baby. That sucks!" He moved around her and took a seat on the bed. "I never planned on being a grandfather so soon."

Image
Jonathan placed the phone down gently on the end of her bed when the male on the other end of the call hung up on him rather rudely without even offering any form of a farewell. He had half a mind to call the number back, but he figured he'd then be pestering Brooklyn's friend and that might distress her. He had to do anything within his power to prevent anything that might cause her to feel any negative emotions. He sighed as he realised that this might not be as easy as he had previously thought, but he had to fight through it for her sake. He promised his creators that he would try, and he knew all-too-well the consequences if he didn't.

Brooklyn exited her bathroom, and he turned around to face her with his bright smile. She twirled herself around, which he assumed was to show off her new outfit for the day. He chuckled loudly at the sight of her so happy and ran his hands through his hair. "How do I look?" she asked. He took a second to think about his reply, just incase he replied with a word that had the intention of being positive but had a more negative meaning behind it that he didn't know. "You look absolutely radiant," he replied, then took another moment to think. Yes, he thought, that will do for now. She walked over to her mirror and he took this time to prepare himself for the day ahead. He grabbed his clothes off the bed and entered the bathroom.

He exited again a short time later, all washed and clothed. Brooklyn was just finishing her hair by this point and he smiled at his own perfect timing, but the smile shot from his face as he caught onto the sound of footsteps coming from the living room. His eyes narrowed and he was gone in a second, then reappeared in the living area merely a second later. His now-icy glare fell on the male, but his eyes softened for some unknown reason. He gazed softly at the male's face, and that's when Brooklyn entered.

"Marcus!" she said as she pulled whom he assumed was Marcus into a hug. He shook his head and took a seat on the sofa. "Oh, Marcus this is Jonathan, Jonathan this is Marcus." He stood up almost immediately after she had introduced him to her friend. He straightened his arm and held it towards Marcus. "It is a pleasure to meet one of Brooklyn's friends," he said with a smile.

Brooklyn blushed when Jonathan called her radiant. "Awh thanks." Her smile was big and bright thanks to his compliment. She would have hugged him but he left the room before she could.
Once she had introduced Jonathan to Marcus, she heard him being far too formal.
"Sweety," she smiled at him. "Just say 'It's nice to meet you', okay?" She said with an encouraging smile.

Marcus smiled at Jonathan and shook his hand, when he touched his hand, Marcus was able to read him like a book but he didn't pry to far. Last time he did it, Brooklyn punched him on the nose for going through her personal things. "It's nice to meet you too." Marcus replied, shaking Jonathan's hand. "Not often we get angels around here." He smiled at him and then released his hand.

Brooklyn rolled her eyes when she heard Marcus had used his gifts on Jonathan. "Marcus is a half fae and is capable of reading the minds of others and telekinesis." She told Jonathan before turning to Marcus. "Don't tell anyone." She then clapped her hands and sighed. "Let's go to school guys." She hooked her arms on both Marcus' and Jonathan's and made her way outside.

(Sorry, Moonlight, I would've given you more to reply to in that previous post but I ran out of space 'cause I wrote too much. ;_; There should not be a limit on posts. It's stupid...)

"Sweety," Jonathan heard Brooklyn say from beside him, causing him to turn only his head in her direction without actually moving his hand away from Marcus. "Just say 'it's nice to meet you', okay?" He frowned deeply at that. She should have known that he was new with the different forms of greetings that one person could use to greet another person, and he just assumed that 'it's a pleasure to meet you' was one of the more polite ways to say hello for the first time. "My apologies," he said quietly with a quick nod in her direction, before he turned back to Marcus, whom had taken his hand with a smile and shook it gently.

"It's nice to meet you too," Marcus said. The left corner of Jonathan's lips tugged upwards into a smile. He could see himself becoming close friends with the Supernatural population of Parkwood, given they were all as friendly as this male. "Not often we get Angels around here." That surprised him a little, but he shook it off when he came to the assumption that Marcus was a telepath or psychic of some sort, whom had been able to receive information on his species and maybe a few of his thoughts through skin contact alone. He smiled at the thought alone. He'd never come across anyone with the powers of a telepath before, granted he'd only been alive for a number of hours. But still, it came as a surprise, in a good way of course.

Despite the fact that he'd already guessed Marcus' abilities, Brooklyn further explained to him what had actually happened, which had increased his understanding by a little bit. "Marcus is a half Fae and is capable of reading the minds of others and telekinesis." He nodded along with it, not taking his eyes off of Marcus for a mere second. Half Fae, he repeated in his mind, interesting... Very interesting. Again, as hard as it is to believe, he had never come across a Fae before either, even if only a half Fae. This friend of Brooklyn's was proving to be a very interesting one, and to be truthful Jonathan had taken more of an interest in him than he had of her. He shook that thought off. "Don't tell anyone," she added. He chuckled lightly. "Worry not, your secret if safe with me."

Brooklyn clapped her hand together and Jonathan visibly flinched at the startling sound of two hands slapping together. It was uncomfortable against his ears, but it was nothing worthy of a yelp or an attempt to block the sound by clasping his hands over his ears. Instead he allowed his arms to hang by his sides, until of course Brooklyn hooked her arm through one of his. "Let's go to school guys." Much like her previous gestures where she had been extremely close to him, he wasn't quite sure how to react, so he decided to just go alone with it and stay silent for the entire journey to school. "Am I not supposed to sign up for this school you speak of, or do I just walk in and hope that the Humans accept me as one of their own?"

Image
Slade noticed that Symone was attempting to blink back tears and he hadn't a clue what she might've been upset about, so he just assumed they were tears of joy or something alone those lines, although he had no real way of finding out. He was no telepath. And then she spoke, snapping him from his thoughts of confusion. "No, I haven't. But don't worry about that now," she said. He shrugged that off, obviously she hadn't had much time to think of it. That was a stupid question. She'd literally only just found out, and knowing their parents Alex was probably screaming and ripping his hair out, so there was no time to think around him.

"I wanted to thank you, Si. For everything you did," Symone continued, causing Slade to roll his eyes and shake his head. He would have replied, but the hug she'd given him was way too distracting and he soon found himself becoming a bit too comfortable. "I was mad at you a little earlier for not really saying anything nice to me, but in retrospect, I can understand...a little. Anyway. Si, thank you and I missed you so much." He smiled and kissed her forehead gently, taking in the cold temperature of her skin. He was always grateful for her icy skin when he was hot and bothered during the summer. She wouldn't have a care in the world, whereas he only wore shorts and a vest, whilst constantly having some sort of ice-cream or ice-lolly in his hand. He smiled fondly at the memory.

"You should maybe call Tanya, I know you kinda flipped out eariler and you probably need to go fix that," she said, slipping out of the bed. He watched her walk across the room until she reached his door. "I'll be here if you need me," she added. He nodded. "Thank you Symone. I love you and I missed you loads as well. Same goes for you, I'll be here whenever you need to talk. Don't forget that."

Slade waited until Symone was out of the room completely before he disappeared from beneath the sheets and appeared by his desk. He picked up his phone and tapped away at the screen, typing in Tanya's number. He pressed 'call' and lifted it to his ear, then waited patiently for her to pick up.

Image
"I'm thriled about the pregnancy either," Erieda said, and Alex shook his head. Perhaps she should try telling him something he wasn't aware of? Of course he knew that his wife was not happy about the fact that their baby girl was pregnant, just like she knew, or should have known that there was no reasoning with him when he was angry, because like this he was so ignorant and stuck in his ways that he could not be convinced otherwise. If he didn't like something, he didn't like it. End of. And yet she continued to speak to him like she thought he would listen...

"There is nothing we can do about it now and you can not the light in her eyes when she spoke of it," she said. "Yes, they are young and so where we, my love." He growled at that. "Our relationship was nothing like their's," he muttered, more to himself than Erieda. "In fact, I was younger - by Fae comparison - than Symone." That confused him. He thought Erieda was much older than she looked when he first met her, but Symone is only eighteen, so how could that have been possible? He lingered not on that subject when he felt Erieda's lips against his knuckles. "The difference is, they have us to help them, we know the mistakes we've made, we can teach them. There isn't anything we can do about it now, but be happy for her."

Alex pulled his hand away from Erieda and sat further back on the bed, before curling up into a ball with his front facing the wall and his back facing Erieda. He offered no response, be it physical or verbal; he stayed motionless and silent, curled up into a ball in the center of the bed itself.

Brooklyn noticed his frown and felt bad, then he apologized. "No I'm sorry." She said, flashing a smile to him.
"Am I not supposed to sign up for this school you speak of, or do I just walk in and hope that the Humans accept me as one of their own?" Brooklyn stopped and started to think.
"Hmm, well you've got an English accent." Brooklyn clicked her tongue and smiled. "You're our foreign exchange. You're from England, just say you're from London. Don't get to specific. If they ask what it's like just say it's nice." Brooklyn had never been to England before and so didn't know what it'd be like. "Marcus, you've been haven't you?"

Marcus smiled at Jonathan and looked at him in the eyes. "You're very new here and I don't mean to Parkwood." He teased and then followed Brook who then stopped and discussed the plan to get Jonathan into the school. "Yeah, but it was only a passing visit. My mum was..." He hesitated, not even Brook knew his mum was a Banshee. "There for work and brought me with her."

"You're mum works as a funeral director." Brook pointed out and then shoot him an odd look. She shrugged it off and then led them to school, where she brought Jonathan up to the reception. "Hi, this is Jonathan..." She hadn't thought of a second name and froze up. "... Campbell? He's a foreign exchange student and he needs to be signed in." Brook didn't know if the receptionist had taken the bait and stood biting her lip nervously.

Jonathan returned Marcus' smile without hesitation. "You're very new here and I don't mean to Parkwood." His smile shifted slowly into a smirk. "That I am," he replied, then turned to Brooklyn. "Hmm, well you've got an English accent," Brooklyn replied, which confused Jonathan slightly, as he hadn't at all realised that himself yet, and to be truthful he had no idea what a 'British accent' was supposed to be, but eventually he put two and two together and nodded along with it. "You're our foreign exchange. You're from England, just say you're from London. Don't get to specific. If they ask what it's like just say it's nice," she continued, soon followed by another nod on his part. He stayed quiet as Brooklyn and Marcus continued their conversation on the topic of visiting London.

They left the house soon after that, and after a while of walking they approached the building, of which he could only assume was where the teenagers all came together to gain knowledge, or at least that's what he'd been told would happen when it actually opened. He was still a bit confused by the ways of humans, but then again he was pretty much new to everything, so this was just him getting used to and learning about the things that most teenagers would have learnt about when they were small children.

"Hi, this is Jonathan..." said Brooklyn as they approached a fairly bored-looking woman that sat behind her desk, "... Campbell? He's a foreign exchange student and he needs to be signed in." He shot Brooklyn a confused look, but soon it turned back to the lady, who was looking up at him with dazzlingly green eyes. They exchanged smiles, before she leaned to the side and pulled an A4 piece of paper out of her drawer. She passed it to him, then things got a little bit awkward when he reached to take it and her hand brushed against his and lingered a little. "Your timetable, Jonathan," she said. He smiled and nodded. "Thank you."

Jonathan turned to Brooklyn, then looked down at his timetable. Monday, first period... He had English. "What is your first subject?" he asked, mainly to Brooklyn but he was also curious as to if he had the same lesson as Marcus.

Image
Slade smiled as Tanya picked up the phone and answered his call, but it very slowly started to fade when he was greeted with silence. He figured she must have been upset with him after his little temper tantrum, and he honestly couldn't blame her. He'd been an idiot. "Hi," she finally said, and from her tone alone he could tell that she sounded almost nervous. He frowned. He would've expected her to be angry and wanting to rip his head off for being such an idiot and making a big deal about something so simple as her hanging around with an old guy friend, but she wasn't; or so he assumed.

"Hey, Tanya," he replied, his voice strangely quiet. "Listen, I just wanted to call about yesterday," he took a pause. "I shouldn't have gotten angry with you about you seeing your friend, I only realise that now... I know you probably don't want to forgive me or even speak to me right now, but I just needed to let you know that I am so sorry." He looked down and realised that he had been fiddling with a small piece of paper he'd pulled from the deepest corner of his jeans pocket. "I really want to make it up to you," he continued, "please let me make it up to you."

Image
“Hey, how are you?” Dahvie heard Symone say from behind him. He turned around to look at her, his mood much calmer than it had been previously. For one, he didn't feel like he was about to puke, which was an improvement. “I’m not gonna pretend this isn’t a lot to handle, I mean, after everything...” she continued, and he lifted a hand up and held a finger up as if to stop her from going any further. He dropped his hand to his side and walked over to her, wrapped his arms around her waist and pulling her close so that her stomach was pressed against his.

He looked down at her with a soft gaze. "Symone, after everything we've been through, this baby is going to be like a walk in the park." He leaned down and kissed her lips gently. "I was freaking out before, and I thought that we couldn't handle it, but Erieda made he feel a whole lot better about the whole thing, and now I'm thinking we can manage raising a baby. Plus, we'll be married, so I guess we're like stuck with each other," he joked, kissing the end of her nose with a smile.

Image
Alex eventually sat up with an almost silent sigh. He scooted closer to Erieda and wrapped his arms around her from behind, with his forehead resting on the side of her neck. "Okay, I'm sorry," he whispered. "I guess I could try to be happy for her and a bit more supportive, but you're going to have to give me some time because this is quite hard for me to process," he continued, moving his head back so that he could kiss her cheek. "It's our baby, and she's all grown up. I'm now starting to understand what you mean about the feeling of not being needed. She's not gonna need her daddy anymore..."

Brooklyn let out a sigh of relief when the receptionist handed Jonathan a timetable. “Yeah and I’m Brooklyn West, I’ve just got back and I need my timetable.” She smiled to the receptionist, who sighed at her and then gave Brooklyn her timetable. “Thanks.” Brooklyn turned to Jonathan when he asked,
What is your first subject?” Brooklyn shrugged and looked at her timetable.
“Well, I have music apparently.” Brooklyn squinted her eyes at Marcus. “Who signed me up for Music?”

Marcus noticed the receptionist lingering hand on Jonathan and let out a little laugh. “Someone’s going to get a lot of unwanted attention.” He whispered to Jonathan and then started walking, he stopped when Brooklyn and Jonathan started to discuss their timetables. “What is your first subject?” He heard Jonathan ask Brooklyn and Marcus looked up to see what she had.
Well, I have music apparently. Who signed me up for Music?” Marcus shrugged and let out a little laugh.
“I think, that might have been me.” He grinned and then looked at Jonathan. “What have you got first, Jonny?” Marcus looked into Jonathan’s eyes and waited for him to answer, even though he could just read his mind, he’d rather just let Jonathan answer him.

Dominic smiled at Lucy. " The milkshakes!" He said with a chuckle. "But honestly, I really can't judge a place until I've seen all sides of it." He said thoughtfully. It was always harder to judge something when you've only seen one side of it. Like with the Queen, he thought she was just some noble, a quietly stuck up demoness, but it wasn't until something bad happened, that he'd really gotten to know who she was.

Junix sat on the roof of the school building. She watched as all the kids walked in and some run out. She wanted to go, it seemed like a great way to meet the new people but the iron was heavy in the school. She sighed. How was she going to get used to being in the human realm if she stayed away from all the humans. With that thought, Junix hoped down from the roof, landing gracefully on her feet. She felt she was dressed appropriately, so all she had to do was find away to become enrolled in the classes. She may her way inside and looked around. She smiled brightly, looking around the place. The halls were filled with students, and she'd wave as she walked by. Some smiled back some awkwardly waved and other rolled their eyes. Junix likes it here! she thought, she knew she had to change her way of speaking, some of the other fae said that human's don't speak in the third person but Old habits and all that.
As Junix walked around, she bumped into a boy. "Oh, Junix is...um...I'm sorry." She said, and then caught the power coming from the boy. She couldn't believe it. An Angel... she thought with wide eyes. "You are an angel..." She breathed, her voice was barely audible. She'd never seen an angel before, she's always heard of them. She didn't even really understand how she knew that's what he was. She looked at the others around him. " Junix is sorry." She said quickly and noticed they weren't human either. A Siren, She knew that one, they were kin to the Fae and then a Fae boy. She grinned. She knew coming to the Human realm was a good idea, after all the Seelie Queen lived here and if she liked it, it must be good. " I am Junix. A Summer Pixie!" She chirped happily to all of them. " I am new to this realm."
