Johnny comes walking up the sidewalk, "Hey amber sorry to keep ya waiting" He walks up to her and stops, he smiles
"U know where pony is? i sure hope he ddn't get jumped by the socs" Johnny has a worried face expression
Yes i do, he's my bestfriend i have too" He says while he starts to run down the side walk seaching every allyway he sees
"No and i'm getting worried.....wait whos that?" he runs over and sees ponyboy laying in a ally way "PONY!" Johnny ran and knelt down beside him and picked him up "Dont u worry pony i'll get help"
"I was just walking up to you guys and some socs pulled up in their blue corvet and jumped me i tryed runing ut there was 5 of them johnny i was scared,......i thought i was going to die" pony said with tears going down his face because of all the pain "pony everything will be fine lets get u back home" johnny said lifting him off the ground in his arms carrying him out of the cold allyway "I'm sorry amber maybe we can get together when pony heres better okay?"
As Johnny came in the house dally was so worried, " Pony!, Johnny where have-Pony what happened to u boy?" "Dally, i got jumped on my way to meet up with Johnnycake and amber, i'm sorry" Johnny put pony down on the couch "Don't be sorry pony its not your fault but those soc's will pay"
