Vincent walked into Fort Hope's bar and threw a coin at the table "Get me a cup of ale, all if it must be." He said with a slight grunting noise, Looking like a mess and with a scratchy aftershave, he looked around to see that everyone is running out to either die or hope to fight and soon die. Except, for a woman, sitting there getting a drink from the barkeeper. hmph the only person that wouldn't run with with a tail between her legs nor fight like a fool. He thought to himself. He then took a drink from the ale, and quickly threw the cup to the floor. "Why does it matter if we live or die, if angels or demons take over. The so-called Gods have abandoned every single prayer we have given and now it's led to this. The Fort is not a piss-pot with nothing else but ale and corpses. If i had the chose I'd rather join those demons out there. Because, those angels and gods out there have abandoned us a long time ago."

I said looking straight at that girl, and suddenly felt weird, he then got teleported to the Tower of Magic. "Oh, brother." He said agitated.

"Aye. That way we could all know each other a little bit more before this fort gets overrun, and ransacked. The guards over there last time i saw them were getting their hands with creatures of the Underworld. Honestly, what is the purpose of everyone here? I mean truly we must all be great heroes for the great mages of Fort Hope to summon us even me, a drunkard with no home spending the last of his money to ale and booze before he dies and rots in eternal blasphemy." Vincent as said stepping closer to the crowd. "Truly, why should we all bother on this? The Hell spawn are up in the Overworld from the Underworld, the Gods forsaken all of us, and what's left of the mighty Angels are just a rag tag group that they call an army." Vincent said again walking around looking at each of them with his mask on. "Like it or not, the creatures from the Underworld has risen and they are winning, not only that but they do show kindness. They just bargain and are more realistic comparing to those other gods. I know because they gave me the chance to live again, for those gods that I've worshiped and prayed for days not only did not answer, but they let my whole family slaughtered, my brothers, my sisters, my mother and father." Vincent said as he walked to the wooden chair and gripped onto it, his eyes turning red instead of light blue. Filled with anger, and despair with one tear dripping from his eyes.

He moved back up. "Vincent Pitt of House Pitt, only one of my name, and the last of my whole family. Now who are you?" He said looking at all of them.

Dug'Mal no longer remained quite, his eyes shifted to and fro between the present party. A woman argued over money, rather than lives, which didn't help with his rather bad mood. Resigning the fact of how me might sound slightly hypocritical, he spoke with a heavily scottish accent, with a sort of rugged force in his voice.

"Al'ight, so, sure. Le's doom humanity for a'bit o' money. We c'en all go to 'a bar and drink our'elves damned, 'cause in theory, it should work, 'cause the real world 'orks like that, and the bar is gunna be 'ere when the world ends." He twirls the horsemans pick in his hand, until the blunt/pick end was upright. "'right, so, be off 'den. Not like the outter area caught a bit'o fire. So le's all defy all 'common sense 'en jus' let em roll over us, 'cause we don' care 'bout n'uthing but money."

He stood, for a moment, examining everyone around him. "Dug'mal. Dug'mal Morgan."

"At least you're one of them that answered, nice to meet you fellow Scotsman." Vincent says as he quickly changing his southern accent to a Scottish accent. He shakes Du's hand and then looks at the others. "Well? Don't be shy now, go on."

The armored guy stood forward at the ground, raising his hand a little. "I'm Jonas. One of the last Templar knights." He spoke with a strong British accent. His body clanged as squeaked as his body moved.
Following the knight, the bowman spoke out, his arms crossed. "Leo" He spoke out, his voice was a little quiet and seemed reserved.
Finally, the easterner moved. He gave a bow and spoke with a Chinese accent; "Xiao Tin, pleased to meet you all." He bowed again and stared forward at the warlock before the group.

"Hm, names are hard to remember, but I will try to remember them all." Jeremy spoke, his body language shown that he was confused and his mind was elsewhere.
"Well, now that we have ourselves introduced. I need you all to assist in the defense. Once we have pushed the fight away from us, rebuilding will occur and maybe some mass recruitment. After that, I will be situating rewards." He smiled as he explained, pulling his arm behind his back to pull his scythe out of the clips. Wielding it with his right arm, he stood it on the floor. "Well, shall we get going?"

Vincent stepped back. "How long can those defenses help even with all of us? If you truly wanna save every man here then you shouldn't defend it any longer. It could only hold for a few more days, what needs to be done is for you to evacuate the population, groups gather inside this tower and have them teleported to separate havens so they can be safe, and then have each of us escort them to a new home, isolated from conflicts as the two Worlds battle on ours. I mean they'll be everywhere but at least our species can survive." Vincent said sternly looking at everyone hoping that they would agree. He held the hilt of his sword to rest on it and then leaned against a table.

It would be foolish if they didn't agree He thought as he was waiting for a reply.

Dar sat in the corner, Lux next to him in ethereal form." Hey, Your forgetting us!" Dar exclaimed as they stood up to the band of warriors. "My name is Dar!" Dar boasted proudly. "I am simply known as Lux." Lux said reserved. "Now, are we ready?" they said, synchronized.

"well Lux, and Dar it's glad to know all of you, but while that goes on, may i ask if we have decided on a plan yet? I personally don't want to try to fight and attempt to defend this place that is falling slowly but surely. Can we all make a vote to decide?" Vincent said trying to hurry the might heroes standing before him. He leans up against the table more. Any day now lads He thought to himself.

Dar explained in a monotone. "Anyway, SLASH AND BASH!" He yelled How about Dug'Mal, Vincent, Xiao, Dar and I take the front lines, Vi, Grim, and Leo in the back, raining projectiles on them" Lux's disembodied voice said. "I though I forced you to disappear!" " No, Not really." Lux retorted as he appeared once again.

"We'd want'a save 'eh most vital 'ing right now." Dug'mal called out. "That be people. Simple as that." He looked toward the general direction of his smithy.

"A full frontal assualt ain't gunn'a do any'ing good if d'ere nothing left to defend." He said, casting a solem glance towards Dar and Lux. "'Uman race is just about gone, lad. We want t' specify our ob'ectives. Hack 'en slash 'oes nothing if we ain't hittin' 'eh right spot."

He veered his gaze towards Jeremy. "I don' know what yer' prioritys are, bu' aft'ah we done clearing 'eh afflicted 'era's, we 'eed to control and 'ivert their constant 'ighting away from 'ital areas. Farms, Mines, like Iron en minerals, not 'dat gold horse/chunte/, Quarry's, 'enything 'dat be allowing us to survive. It not 'umthing we can charge into willy nilly, like Urist mc Hack 'En Slash oveh there."

"If 'enything," Dug'mal says, pointing out to the distant, smoking, horrizen. "Preserve 'eh damn population. Less 'eople, means less military, less workforce, which in our 'ear future means we're less likely to die 'en old man or woman."

(This post will be short, very short. We will be using the post order after me and Reaper post as par Wei's wishes.)

After hearing what the last minute, rag tag crew of heroes had to say, Victoria decided put her two cents in.

"So if we manage to stop the end of the world, everything is going to suddenly become free and everyone will treat each other kindly? Every business will become a charity, giving out to anyone who wants whatever it is their giving out for free? I honestly thought you people weren't stupid but I stand corrected, your a bunch of morons. Nothing will matter if we all die, won't get the reward if I'm dead right? But If I do live, guess I'll need the money for things like the bolts I just used up killing demons... As for this plan, we should just save the civilians and repel the attack.".

"I stand for what Dug,Mal and Victoria say, we need to save the humans before anything else." Grim spoke out with a calm tone in his voice, he then walked over to Jeremy and put his cold hand on his shoulder. The height difference showed, where Jeremy was at a average height, Grim stood tall at 6ft7in. You need to keep an eye on this Vincent...He has demonic energy about himself. Grim then walked past the hodgepodge of heroes and over to the staircase playing off his message to Jeremy. "How many stairs dose this staircase have?...It doesn't matter, what matters is saving the rest of the city."

Grim then looked back to the group, "We need to gather all of the civilians and get them to safety! So I say that we can cover more ground by splitting up into teams of two each." He started to walk back to the heroes. "I will take Vincent as my partner, does anyone object to this?" He then walked up to Vincent. "We will take the north plaza of what's left of Fort Hope..."Grim said out loud.

"Kid don't disappoint me." Grim said to Vincent in a stern voice, he then motioned to the group of heroes as if to tell little kids to team up for a project. "Lets get to choosing our partners...hmm?" Grim then looked back to a more distasteful Vincent, and what he saw was what his feared to be true. I will talk to him when we are alone... Grim thought to himself.

Jeremy listened to everything that was said, a straight face was held, but seemed to twitch at Vincent's words. It was pretty hard to hold back his laugher. Although, Grim seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the group, where Vincent seemed to be the... 'asshole' of the group.

I know, I can see his life energy. He replied to Grim, quickly and swiftly.

"I agree with Grim's idea. Although, moving the humans away is not a good move." Jeremy replied back to the group, Grim was the only name he remembered.
"If you look towards the city below, you can see that the panicking civilians has now grabbed anything that seemed like weapons and are fighting for the sake of themselves, others and Fort Hope. This is what the first legendary warlock has done. She managed to bring humanity together, she managed to keep an unbreakable morale in their hearts. Causing them to fight back.
But as you all know, militia are not cut out for the job. That is why I need you lot to assist, keep the fire burning in everyone's hearts. The lost souls of the underworld are the only ones that are targeting us because of the life energy around here. We just need to drive those poor shaky bastards away. It won't take much, we just need to kill.... Alot." He explained his plans, walking around the group to make his point shown.

"Do you all understand?"

Splitting up was a good idea. They could cover more ground that way. What she didn't like was the buddy system but the mercenary thought up of a clever loop hole.

"Alright. Guess it's my turn to pick a partner.". Victoria announced, making no effort in covering up her dislike of the idea. The woman sauntered to the front of the group and examined them all thoroughly. She then grabbed the massive crossbow on her back and smiled. "Yup in think me and him will be getting along just fine.".

With that she begun to walk past grim, stopping only to look over her shoulder at those behind her and say. "Hurry up, theres people to save and a reward to collect.".

((OOC:-Shakes angry fist- Watch the location where ya post people! Obey!-))

Dug'Mal shook his head, but realized that chances were he was going to likely be killed if he went out alone. Just because you knew how to use a hammer in a fight doesn't mean he was going to get anywhere. He was another grunt in the works of things. He may be someone to his customers, disregarding his non-existent friends, but he always knew that he was the bystander.

Grim and his new-found partner were obviously not an option, considering they were going to hit it off. Victoria didn't really call anyone out when she started walking, giving Dug'Mal the impression she just didn't give a damn. If she could remained to be seen. Lux and Dar were rather... Chaotic, for his taste. If they weren't already going to choose each other as partners, he didn't feel that either of them would be... Reliable. In general, Dug'Mal thought that anyone who instantly resorted to a Hack En' Slash method as a 'Plan' wasn't reliable. He didn't doubt that each of them had their own pros as well as their cons, but Dug'mal wouldn't risk it. The only real way to see if a sword was reliable was to test it in battle. That left Jeremy.

Any 'Aristocratic Bas'tard' as Dug'Mal styled it, that didn't sit in his safe keep and drink cold drinks on some expensive chair while the world outside was burning was better than most in Dug's book. He could perhaps fault him for his rather mono-tone, bored sounding speech and expression, but that could always mean three things, that he either didn't care, psychotic, or he deals with this kind of thing most of his time. Experience. Something Dug'Mal could respect. Based on his clothing, and that unwieldy scythe, and the very fact he has teleporting mages at his command to summon people against their will to the tower of magic, told him he was someone of importance. Not psychotic. Simply not caring was still possible, but the sense of experience still existed.

He locked eyes with Jeremy. "Oi'ya 'lad. I'm placing me' bets on ye'." He said, hoisting his horse man's pick to rest on his shoulder. "How'd 'bout it, aye?"

Grim was to focused on the demonic energy that was resonating from his partner to care about the others for now, so he just stood next to the table quietly and waited for Vincent to answer him. Grim spoke to Vincent in a calm voice, "You know where you come from kid?" One of Grim's pistols started to also resonate with a demonic life energy, He looked down to see this effect. So I was right. Knowing that Vincent's demonic energy would feed his Chaos pistol. Hopefully it will calm him. Grim was overhearing the Smith talking to Jeremy about teaming up. He thought of what kind of team they would be, Grim laughed to himself.

Grim then spoke out to the group of heroes, "I wish all of you brave and... characteristic types a good parting and I hope to meet you all again. Good Luck." he looked to the teleporting wizard. "I'm ready, Vincent this is your time to become a hero will you take the leap of faith?" Grim then walked to the wizard and stood next to him, he then gave a final nod to the group as if he was almost saying good-bye.

Lux thought "Don't you dare choose someone else, you know what happens if we a separated." "Eh, what would a few hours of mind splitting pain do to us?" Dar replied sarcastically. "Me and Dar will partner up, since we are so used to each other." Lux said, Let's Not give our weakness away He thought. "This whole thing is a stupid as a drunken rat! We Need to kill those otherworlders to show 'em that this is our world!" Dar shouted. "We aren't going to do that Dar, this plan is the best chance humanity has." Lux said quite quietly.

Vincent looked at Grim, and then gave out a little snicker. "Of course i know where i came from. I came from Prestelnist, a great city before all hell broke loose... literally." He said as he then became to quiet down, then he immediately seemed, possessed in a way, he gripped the hilt of his sword and said "Aye, I'll take this leap, but it isn't for any of you. I have my own plans for the upcoming future." He said sternly and as-a-matter-of-fact like. He then looked around the room, and then realized that Grim was standing there about to leave, he followed him, and then gave everyone a cold stare. "Can't wait till get it all over with, and the cursed gods, and their petty struggle. Better to join the Demon's side." He said as he spoke quietly to himself, his eyes becoming red at that instance, feeling anger building up inside him. He was angry, and is only waiting for revenge.

Jeremy took into account everyone's words and nodded in agreement to them all. "I understand, you and your partners may leave. However, there are some I do not agree with." He paused a little, aiming his disagreement to the crossbow woman and the strange two personality guy.
"I want you, Bowman. -I'm sorry, I forgot your name- to assist the defence on the wall.
Sword guy, you are with the double personality. Even though they are like two people, it is still one body. And Easterner, you are with crossbow woman. If any of you object, then it will be ignored. Understand?" Jeremy gave the orders professionally, as if he either had experience or was a natural born leader. The latter was reality.

"As for you, Scot. I'm fine with joining up with you." Jeremy spoke as he wondered over to the scottish blacksmith, dragging his scythe behind him.

"The orders are simple. The teleporting wizards will teleport you all to different parts of the walls, inside or on. No one will be leaving the walls unless completely necessary. It's too dangerous.
Of course, these wizards aren't designed to fight, and so they will be teleporting any damaged people away from the fight to be treated.
Of course, our priority is to defend the city. The populace are capable of looking after themselves, like I've said. Just make sure that they don't do anything stupid." He explained the plan, quickly and simply. Keeping his bored look and mono tone as he spoke.

"Wizards, prepare to take everyone once they give their okay."

Dug'Mal nods with a thin smile. As things were explained, he twirled the horse man's pick in his hands, waiting.

"We'll la'd, I'd be waitin' on yer word." He said, and otherwise remained still and silent.
