Casimir Uri Tripp

“Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.” ~Carl Sanberg

"We are time's subjects, and time bids us gone." ~William Shakespeare

Name: Casimir Uri Tripp
"Perhaps knowing my name will prove more fatal than not knowing."
Gender: Male
Age: Usually appears 21, however, it is unknown whether this is his actual age.
"I've forgotten when I was from."
"The chains of time have failed to bind me."
Role: Cataclysm.
"If the paradox is the lock then I possess the key."
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
"No nation stands the test of time."
Race: Enigma
"As it has yet to be determined whether my origins are human or of a far darker variety."
"I am a traveling salesman that sells minutes for hours and seconds for minutes. Is there no better currency?"
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 167 lbs.
Time Jump: The ability to leap through time. This is an ability that Casimir has long since mastered and makes consistent use of. Due to this it is not uncommon for multiple Casimirs to exist in one time period; it is also not uncommon to meet him and have him already know who you are, or to meet him a second time and have Casimir have no idea who you are. Obviously, multiple things accompany this ability such as the power to activate the butterfly affect by pulling on lynch pins that keep the universe from unraveling. It should be noted that he is able to time jump because of a passive skill and a second gift he possesses. The fatal flaw of using the time jump is that it affects his age. If he jumps into the future he will grow older faster; if he jumps into the past he will gradually become younger. By returning to his original time he will gradually become his original age though. Also, he can only jump to times he has actually seen. It also should be noted that this ability only activated after his passive ability of agelessness.
"Hello again...oh, but we have met before...just not yet."
Clairvoyance: Not the usual type, however. By touching people and objects he can see the past, present (obviously), or future of that person or thing. While there used to be an exchange as he grew in his capabilities the tax lessened and is now all but nonexistent. This skill is what allows him to time jump since it allows him to see various times.
"I see...death."
Passive Abilities:
Agelessness: Quite frankly, as long as he isn't making use of the Time Jump, Casimir is completely immune to the flow of time. He cannot age and is immune to the butterfly affect. (Unfortunately, no one else is. -_-) It is because he is immune to the normal flow of time that he does not have to obey it's usual laws and thus it is partly the reason he can make use of the Time Jump. It should be noted, this ability was not always active and only appeared when he turned 21.
"Whenever that was."
Lynch Pin: Casimir has the ability to inherently know what minor actions can initiate a chain reaction of cause and effect that can either keep history as it is or initiate the butterfly effect and completely rewrite it by destroying existing timelines.
"I don't care much for the consequences of knowledge."
Casimir is a mastered practitioner of Muay Thai, however he doesn't really enjoy hand to hand combat as much as he probably could. In all actuality, he prefers a gunfight or a sword fight to a fist fight.
While he carries a rather random assortment of weapons that constantly change, he does consistently carry a weapon of Asian descent known as a Tanto. It is slightly longer than the average dagger but shorter than a Wakizashi thus it is a weapon effective for both stabbing and slicing purposes. It is decorated with baroque embellishments making it very easy to distinguish from his normal array of weapons.
Also he carries around a pistol, specifically a Desert Eagle .50AE, Mark XIX, as well as a few magazines just in case he ever gets too seriously involved in a gun fight.
"I have no qualms with leaving a fight unfinished or not fought."

"Lost time is never found again." ~Benjamin Franklin

"Time has been transformed, and we have changed; it has advanced and set us in motion; it has unveiled its face, inspiring us with bewilderment and exhilaration." ~Khalil Gibran

It would be a safe bet to assume that Casimir is in fact crazy. Time can do that to people, especially when you’ve spent a good majority of your life traversing its many conundrums. His emotions are all over the place, one minute he can be very jovial and the next he can be angry or sad and it is impossible for him to feel these emotions subtly. When he feels an emotion he feels it to the extreme. However, most of these emotions are merely fleeting moments and many times he forgets why he feels them. Not only that but even his actions are that of a crazy person, he is exceedingly eccentric and overly dramatic in everything he does. Admittedly, he tends to connect well with people that are just as crazy as him because he ‘understands’ their insanity and he likes things he understands.
”Hahaha. Kekeke…”

Aside from his obvious lunacy, Casimir is the type of person that is overly selfish. He cares very little for other people, and even when he does ‘help’ another person there is usually another reason for his offering assistance. Nothing he does is done without ulterior motives that ultimately benefit him. His only goal in everything he does is to please and protect himself, and he is completely unable to think of the needs of others. He can’t even comprehend the fact that other people have needs. Due to his selfishness he also tends to be quite cruel and often takes the ‘easy’ way out.
”I want what I want, whatever other needs exist?”

Unsurprisingly, Casimir is the sort of person that has spent the majority of his life in solitude. What may be more shocking is the fact that because this he suffers from loneliness. He does not enjoy being by himself, and often seeks out the company of others, even going so far as to force people to remain by his side. This loneliness has also caused some depression and attachment issues. Once he grows fond of someone he can’t let him or her go. He’ll do anything to keep them by his side no matter the price the other person has to pay.
”I won’t let you leave. I won’t be alone again.”

What may be the most shocking part of Casimir’s personality is that in fact he is a man of very few words. By nature he is very quiet. He speaks more with his actions than he does with his actual mouth and when he does have words to say it’s very hard to get him to say them louder than a mere whisper. It isn’t necessarily because he is shy, quite the opposite actually, he just doesn’t like conversation. The man believes that every single person, by nature, are liars and so words are wasteful things that aren’t truly necessary. Action reveals the truth and Casimir chooses to be an honest man.

Much like his emotions Casimir has a very hard time making decisions and sticking with them, he is tremendously indecisive. Due to his inability to decide he is very easily swayed from one idea to the next, the problem is even if you can convince him to do something he will change his mind again before he does it. Sometimes it can be rather humorous to watch him go back and forth between two options since he’ll physically do it as well. However, it can be very annoying as well because he’ll get next to nothing done after long periods of time. Fair warning should be given out to all who cross him, however. As indecisive as he can be, don’t let it deceive into thinking you’re safe, he never hesitates to kill or injure.
”Life is not a decision or choice, it is time’s gift to be taken away by its keeper.”

Finally, probably the most pitiful part of his personality is the fact that Casimir is in fact terribly scared of many things. Loss, loneliness, death. The list goes on and on. This fear that he is always fighting with drives him to the insanity that encompasses him. There are times, when his fears are realized, that he withdraws into himself and become a mere murderous even suicidal shell of what he once was. During these times he can only be soothed by a woman’s hand (for only his mother could ever soothe him before her death).

Theme Song: Don't Stop - Innerpartysystem
The road I walk is paved in gold,
To glorify my platinum soul.
I'll buy my way to talk to god
So he can live with what I'm not

The selfish blood runs through my veins
I gave up everything for fame
I am the lie that you adore
I feed the rich, and f*ck the poor

I got, you want.
It's just don't stop.
This is entertainment.
Lies are entertainment.
You are down on your knees,
begging me for more.

The road I walk is paved in gold,
To glorify my platinum soul.
I am the closest thing to God,
So worship me and never stop.

The wretched blood runs through my veins
I gave up everything for fame
I am lie that you adore
Now feed the rich, and f*ck the poor.

I got, you want.
It's just don't stop.
This is entertainment.
Lies are entertainment.
You are down on your knees,
begging me for more.

Dear future, I bought you.
I own the right to let go,
Destroy you. This is my life.
(and i...)

I got, you want.
It's just don't stop.
This is entertainment.
Lies are entertainment.
You are down on your knees,
begging me for more.
