Introduction
The jingle of your house keys ring in empty, desolate, cold, building called your home. Your mom/dad is still at work, apparently doing some important high-maintenance project, and he/she is a world-renowned scientist. You silently slip past the maid who's unaware that you've returned home, and go to your mother/father's office in curiosity. Of course there's a hidden safe that has the newest IRIS security system and being the curious teen you are, you open it using a fake eye that your mom/dad has prepared just in case. As the door silently swings open, you see the usual, a huge bundle of cash, And slip some in your pocket. You carefully push aside the cash and you find a chrome cube with one big button on it and of course, you grab the object and press the button. A hologram screen appears and it's apparently the rumored prototype iCube by Apple. After aimlessly looking through passports, IDs, passwords, the usual. Until you find a unit called Project Ningen no Kami [TOP SECRET]. You tap on the hologram and of course, a password pops up. You go back to the password unit and find the password for Project Ningen no Kami, which is "Cho Jintekina", and then that's when you find out. There are six teens, all around your age, that have been raised as a new human species, Ningen no Kami. Horrified of how perfect they are bound to be and most likely to be used for evil purposes, you plan on stripping them of all of their inhuman qualities.
Okay, if you didn't understand the introduction and the summary, then here's all the info you need!
You are referred to as the "Ningen no Kami", a new species of humans that human themselves have created. Ningen no Kami are humans that are basically good at everything, but not perfect, just to keep the human in you. The Shikenkan is the "womb" that has been raising you from since you were simply an embryo. Of course, scientists have genetically altered you to look beautiful in every aspect, but you are a purebred of a certain race (YOUR CHOICE!), so your previous personality and looks no longer exist. You were designed to be "born" once you have turned 18, but unfortunately, you have left the Shikenkan prematurely, so you are "born" with faults, which vary on severeness and type. Luckily and unfortunately, during your first attempt to escape, a scientist caught you, giving you a shot that will gradually deteriorate your lack of emotions, BUT the speed of deterioration varies on the severity and weather your body is rejecting it strongly. Either way, the medicine will find its way to work.
Now here's where there's another type of people well known as the "villains." (Haha, lame joke, I know.) Well, they do not have to be necessarily EVIL, but you DO dislike the Ningen no Kami, your impression on them being outsiders of the world since they are man-made. Deep down inside, you actually ENVY the Ningen no Kami for being so perfect, and as a result, you mistake this jealousy as hate. You believe that the Ningen no Kami have distorted personalities since they are not human (in your prospect), and mistake them for being evil. Thus, you plan on hunting them down with the information that is concealed within the iCube, and of course, you will be meeting others like you.
Okay, this RP will begin in early January, and will of course be in Tokyo, Japan. The big difference is that, this Tokyo has gotten quite out of hand, to the point where rape is basically normal, which makes most normal girls strong in order to protect themselves. Of course, there are police, but they don't seem to helpful right now, and the yakuza? They no longer exist. Nowadays, fashion is a bit more on the eastern side, but is like a mash-up of western and eastern style clothing, though western clothes tend to be more popular. School begins during the spring, as usual in Japan, and the biggest trend? Watching live fights. Flights take about half the time as it did back in 2012, and cars are more ecofriendly, but costly ever since the United Nations officially banned gasoline-powered cars back in 2046. It's quite normal to find a gun in a middle-schooler's backpack for security purposes, but can only be used if the special danger detecting lock is off.
School
~Seisei-Hofuna Academy~
Humans MUST go to school at least at the beginning. They are free to drop out, and Ningen no Kami are free to join school using their amazing abilties. This school is well-known for having the elites, the rich kids, and the famous. 90% of the school is made up of rich kids, of course the Humans of this RP are in the 90%. In this Academy, you can go to any class, any time, as long as you pass the daily requirements each teacher gives (ex. You must be in class for 40 minutes and pass the daily quiz) and you go to at least 4 different academic classes. As for electives, you have:
- Orchestra
- Band
- Choir
- Art
- Culinary Arts
- Study Hall
- Photography
- Dancing
Home
Well, Humans get to have expensive mansions, and Ningen no Kami will find some way to survive. So GOOD LUCK. :)

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 10 authors
Well, it hardly mattered. Actually, giving up on common sense for a time and simply indulging in a runaway train of thought from time to time was somehow rather refreshing. It meant escaping one's worries, if only for the time being, and right now, that was exactly the sort of thing Ayumu needed. Maybe Crow was secretly some kind of genius, and knew all this, and acting strange was just his way of inviting her to join him in his carefree little world. Either way, it was an invitation she would accept, since now she was really curious about the whole genius theory.
"I'm inviting you to stay, aren't I? I know you'll be able to do just fine, staying there, so don't worry about it." Ayumu trailed off, recalling the nature of the incredibly compact apartment, which was like some demented cross between a storage closet, a bedroom, and a bathroom, with scarcely any room dividing these portions. "Although... I don't think there's enough room for a futon or another bed, and... Bathroom arrangements might also be very awkward. Still, I'm sure we can work something out. The real trick will just be getting Rinnosuke to let two of us stay together without making it look like some sort of bizarre tryst."
Setting
0.00 INK
Right, right. Now wasn't the time to be thinking about how he was going to take the phone apart and wonder what the all the technology looked like. No, they had to find their way to Rinnosuke's and he saw a familiar place in front of him. That was where he'd found Ayumu working, right? So that was, therefore, Rinnosuke's. He glanced at Ayumu once more before stuffing the phone back into his pocket and sighed. "It's getting dark." he said, before pointing slightly to the cafe at the end of the street. "We're almost there. Oh well, ce qui sera, sera." he said slowly, before looking up at the sky. "It means what will be, will b-"
Crow was cut off by some big, bulky guy stepping out in front of them. The guy from the day before who'd tried to have his way with him or whatever. His expression instantly turned into a slightly irked one, if so edging towards being nonchalant. "Seriously? It's you again." Ah, well this was taking a turn for the unpleasant. After a whole day of fighting, he didn't need some finishing boss to end the game, only to be defeated in three seconds. Well, he didn't want to shoot this guy, since he seemed to be one of those brainless lowlives who just thought beating up people was fun, when it was really just to amend the fact that he's brainless. "No wait. That didn't make sense. Does anything make sense in my head? Does anything make sense at all? I share around half my DNA with a banana, so the answer to that question is no. Wait, am I saying this out loud? Yes, I am, because that guy looks confused and my mouth is moving and hey, I'm making sound! Ahaha. . . ." Crow began laughing before suddenly stopping himself and glancing at Ayumu. "Sorry. . . ." he said, but soon enough he was voicing his thoughts once more.
"If I share about 50-60% of my DNA with a banana, that doesn't make me half banana and doesn't make the banana half human, but does that mean that when I eat a banana, I am essentially eating more than potassium, fiber, iron, fructooligosaccharide, folic acid and the rest of it, but I am also eating the equivalent of half my DNA, which means. . . ." He'd reached at standstill. His train of thought had crashed into a fiery pit of hell and there was no answer. He sighed. "Ah, c'est complique. Trop complique. Alors, revenons a la realite." he said, looking at the guy who was simply blinking at his odd tangent. "What? Don't you understand chemistry?" And at that, a small smile came to his face as he aimed his gun at the guy. "I see you got your arm in a bandage. Well, isn't that fine and dandy but as I said yesterday, I don't like killing mindless idiots." he said simply, his smile vanishing. "Oookay~?" The guy stared at him.
He frowned slightly. "That's not what I'm here for. I'm here for revenge."
"Well, you went against my rules. They go something in the lines of 'keep your pants on and I won't shoot you in the arm'. The other one sounds a bit like 'don't mistake me for a girl, even if I'm wearing female clothing'. Do we understand each other or do I have to disable your other arm, mon petit chou? Just don't drop your pants, okay?"
The guy growled and launched himself at Crow, but he simply had to dodge for the guy to stumble past him. "You've a pretty girl with you." he said, and Crow almost growled.
"So?" In that one second, his gun had faltered and the guy had noticed, pushing Crow to the wall and holding him up with his hands around his throat. Crow only sighed and glanced stoically at Ayumu. "Um, little help please. I don't want to shoot him."
(I don't know if that proves that Crow is a genius. I think I was actually trying to turn the situation around and make him look rather stupid, but that kinda took a turn for the unexpected and I related bananas into the situation as I was eating one earlier today and was wondering the same things. I guess the difference between me and Crow is that I had to look it up~)
From what Ayumu could gather, the man had at some point mistaken Crow for a girl and tried to have his way with him. While she could see how this mistake could be made, the thought process involved there told her a bit about this oaf's concern for members of the female gender. That was already enough to get on her nerves, but she kept calm. That is, until the man said something else, a veiled threat which in no way went well with the young lady at all.
"You have a pretty girl with you," The brainless thug of an ape said, with the obvious implication being "I'm not after you this time." Oh... OH. Well, there was a good joke. Did he think she was helpless? Or maybe he expected she'd be cowed by a threat such as that? Well, either way, he was in for a quick, violent lesson that she doubted his two puny neurons of brain matter wouldn't be able to comprehend. As he picked up Crow, driving the boy to ask quite calmly for assistance, Ayumu gave a rather frighteningly calm smirk, and, reaching into the side alley from which the buffoon had emerged, quickly took up the first potential weapon she set eyes on.
Now armed with a rather heavy metal trash can lid, she strode calmly up behind the man who had now begun to laugh rather loudly and tighten his hold on the boy, who still stood, nonplussed by the situation. Still smiling calmly, Ayumu tapped the man on the shoulder gently, causing him to turn about for a moment and sneer. "Oh, don't you worry. I'll get to you once I'm do-" He began.
The man got no further, for at that instant he was simultaneously struck by a savage kick to the groin and a trashcan lid swung in a perfect right hook, directly to the face. His nose gave a loud crack as it gave way beneath the force of the blow, and his cry of surprise and pain was quickly muffled as the force of the blow, combined with his weakened knees in the aftermath of the kick to his privates, carried him over backwards, slamming him down upon the ground. His working arm quickly released the boy it held immobile as Ayumu followed through, bringing down the lid hard on the outside of his elbow, shattering this bone as well with the sheer force of the impact. The man, the agony he was in finally catching up to his thoughts, gave a loud cry of pain, but this was rapidly silenced as the righteously enraged Ningen no Kami quickly knelt over him, bringing down the lid directly upon his face, using the force of the impact to snap his head back as he attempted to rise, bashing his skull against the pavement with surprising force, stunning him temporarily as the girl now brought down her knee across his chest, planting it firmly just beneath his collar and forcing the air from his lungs before rising to her feet once more and altering her target, bringing the heavy lid down with a clang now upon his groin. Had he any wind in him with which to make a sound, he probably would have screamed rather pitifully at the agonizing attack. But, as it was, he only let out a hushed, terrified gasp, and slumped slightly where he lay, too agonized to move as Ayumu finished her beating, and, casting aside the lid, turned back to Crow with a very cheerful, very calm smile on her face.
"Well, I don't think he needed the ability to reproduce, anyway!" She declared altogether-too-happily by way of excusing her actions, and smirked. After a beating of that kind, she didn't think he'd be getting up any time soon. Even after he regained the ability to move without aggravating bruises in sensitive locations, the full psychological recovery would take much, much longer. Either way, Ayumu didn't think he'd be accosting random, effeminate looking people anymore, least of all herself or Crow.
In short, problem solved through the gratuitous application of pain and violence. And, when the problem was of such a disgusting nature, that was the best solution of all, wasn't it?
(Mono, now I'm wondering if you're secretly a super genius trying to use double-reverse psychology to make me think you're not. Thanks. XD)

"If... either of... you were a... lone... if the girl... I... could have..." Crow didn't let the guy finish what he was saying. No, he turned him over, hearing a painful groan, and sat on him so he was looking down at the guy.
He smiled sweetly. "Excuse me? You could have?" Crow's voice had an odd tone to it. He leant down and put his elbows down on the guy's chest, pushing down hard to aid the bruises already created to widen. He blinked at him, before smiling an oddly manic smile. His eyes had that odd tint of insanity which changed his whole look.
"Humans are like one big computer. Except some computers have errors and viruses, and are easily reprogrammable. That's you! I could rip off your head right now and see what your processor is like or I could just re-pro-gram you~!" Crow giggled evilly, dragging his finger along the brute's jaw. "How about a game? Everywhere I kiss, you get a surprise?" Crow took the man's hand, being careful not to really touch his skin for long, and kissed the back of it softly, before shooting it. The guy was quiet in his pain, but Crow still laughed at the cold gasps he was making, before kissing his shoulder, his other hand, and even one of his knees, all the while repeating the shooting process. "Would you like you continue our game? Or have you given up? Shall I kiss your neck or temple next? How about your heart?" The brainless man shook his head as fast as he could, which wasn't really that fast at all.
Crow smiled eerily. "Next time you threaten Ayumu, if you even lay a hand on her, I'll rip you apart, limb by limb. Bone by bone, even your finger bones." He said sweetly, before his voice turn into a low growl. "Do you understand me?" He smirked at the man's feeble nod, before standing up and stepping on his throat. "As soon as you can move, you're getting out of here before I change my mind about killing you, okay? And I know how to make poison, untraceable poison, from household items so don't even think of getting us back when you've fully recovered."
And with that, Crow grabbed Ayumu's hand and walked down the street slowly. Once they'd gotten a reasonable distance away, he sighed. "I feel disgusting. I had to touch him. With my mouth. Ugh. By the way, that last part wasn't true. I haven't perfected fully untraceable poison." Crow brought his hand up to his lips and rubbed, before covering his mouth and nose with his hand which wasn't holding Ayumu's. The girl's touch didn't make him feel sick, but he'd touched the man they'd just left holding onto his life and that made him slightly nauseous. "Aw, where's Sailor Moon when you need her?" He said, before laughing. "I'm only joking...... If I really wanted anyone to save me it would be Sailer Venus. Of course."
(I guess you'll never know, Tsukiakari. I guess you'll just... Never... Know. Muahahahaha. No, I'm really not a super genius. Currently holding frozen peas to my own forehead and my roommate's because we were both running around the corner and BOOM headshot.)
In any case, Ayumu soon found that their attacker had mysteriously been beaten almost to the point of unconsciousness - definitely not by innocent little her - then slowly shot in several places - definitely not by her friend, who took a somewhat unchivalric approach to protecting her. So, they left him lying in the alley where he had attacked them, and continued on their merry little way down the road, hand in hand once again.
"Sorry, but I'm afraid you'll have to explain the injoke. Never seen the show, as I said earlier," Ayumu said, giving a sigh of mock-frustration, but swiftly giving a slight smile and continuing. "But, you know, if you didn't want to touch him, you didn't have to. You could have just shot him a few times and given him that threat without all the weird mind games you played with him. And, anyway, I thought you said you didn't want to shoot him in the first place?" She grinned, and continued in a more serious tone of voice. "Don't get me wrong, though. I appreciate you dealing with him for me. My outfit's already messy enough, and it'd be hard to wash any more bloodstains out of the undershirt than I already have to. And, more importantly than that, it's kind of nice to have a knight to protect you, even if he does it in an unusual way. I guess... if anything like what happened this morning happens again, I'll be counting on you. Back there, I thought that I could handle everything myself, or, barring that, I could at least force them to kill me... I suppose I'm just not used to being nigh indestructible, yet still just as helpless as I've always been. But, it's helped me realize something, though... I'm not as strong as I'd like to think I am, but also, I don't have to do everything myself. It's silly, right? I should have caught on ages ago, and yet..." She lapsed into silence, gazing down at the ground, the mirthful air she had displayed before now almost entirely gone. Still, she swiftly recovered herself, and gave an earnest smile to her companion to show that she was alright.
"A-anyway, thanks for standing up for me back there. I guess I'm in your care yet again."
(I stand by my previous designation of "Reverse-Tsunshun." While a normal Tsun-Tsun would, in this situation, say "Don't get me wrong, though, I didn't need your help," Ayumu did literally the exact reverse of that.)
