The PetShop

The black cat swished its tail irritatedly hissing at anyone who came close to it. God, she was tired. The moron DK he was causing too much trouble for his own good. To be fair she was all for killing dangerous demons but the people she'd seen in the pet shop, yeah they were strong. Some of them anyway but they weren't intending to hurt anyone, most of the time. She sneezed involuntarily, why was she here? She'd been perfectly happy before, wandering around the world. No coincidence, no connections, then suddenly rumours of this pet shop and her damn curiosity. She'd been sitting outside even before the first demon showed up, no way was she just gonna wander in there. 'Course then it blew up in their faces, no one was safe there now. Mr I-don't-care-who-gets-hurt-so-long-as-demons-die was going to make sure of that. She stretched lazily smiling to herself, wasn't so stealthy to a cat, following him to the base had been easy. Survival instinct stopped her going in but knowing where it was left so many options.
Shifting into her human form Minx picked up the scrap of paper she'd seen blowing along the pavement. She quickly scouted the pavement for the pen that'd been dropped earlier. She wasn't involving herself, not yet, there was enough mayhem without her but... Curiosity stopped her from leaving, and she didn't want these people to suffer anymore. Shifting back into her cat form Minx picked up the paper in her mouth and pushed it under the Pet Shop door, before darting back around the corner and making her way up the to the roof. On the paper in her messy scrawl was a short letter.
The DK is pissed. Choose your side, then its fight or flight. Let the games begin.

"I don't want anything else. LT, why are you so nervous? Did that idiot DK do something while I was in Dream Land?" I asked her, analyzing her reactions, and her body movement. She didn't seem to be very relaxed at all.
Then, in case she didn't want to answer the question, I gave her a way out of it. Something else to focus on that was bothering me. "Do we have to stay here? Actually, do I have to stay here? Or can I go back to the Pet Shop?"
I really wanted to go back there and ask the owner a few questions. And I needed to go contact a few old alliances. Maybe someone to see what the community knew about the DK, someone to tell me about whether anything really extraordinary had been happening, and someone to catch me up to speed on the happenings of the streets, as well as what I needed to be doing and what I should be doing. And I had a lot of people I could ask for information. After that, I had to glean out the truth, plan the visits, and gather up some people to watch the shop, maybe. Or maybe not. I don't want to be too obvious, and the less people around there, the safer it will be for everyone, whether they're human, demon, angel, or something else entirely.

Sayu

Sayu made her way back to the petshop, the stench of blood was strong. Dante was outside cleaning some of the blood from the walls and windows. He didn't speak as she walked past him, he only kept cleaning.
Sayu stepped inside and tried to find her little wolf but he wasn't in sight, she promised she would protect him, and she let him down. Her heart was in immense pain. "is anyone still alive?" she questioned softly.

"No, n-no. We're perfectly fine." LT paced back and forth quickly, before rushing over to a small, secret drawer in the wall and opening it. Inside was a monstrous syringe, which she then uncapped and violently stuck straight through her neck and then some. About an inch was sticking out of the other side of her neck.

But she didn't seem to be harmed, only a bit shocked.

"Ugh...first time...in...forever..."
