The base named after the commander Jackhold, is in possession of the researchers since they're the majority. Many squads left the base, because the threat was low and the changes of being attacked very low. Now are recruits sent here to give them extra training and they're put on standby. When an nearby main force have need for more troops the recruits will be called.
