Abilities/powers: Rain has no real powers, but has trained in martial arts and in gymnastics and she is an expert sniper.

Rain was given combat armor built by Hawk, the armor is hard enough to take normal bullets but light enough to allow Rain to move like an acrobat. Rain’s armor can slightly reflect light allowing her to almost be invisible.

Background/Origin: Rain was your normal college student, she was in New York with a few of her friends just to have a little fun before they had to go back to school. She was enjoying it so much, but sadly her good time didn’t last. Unfortunately, she was chemistry student and decided she wanted to go see Axis’ laboratory and take a tour. Well an hour into her tour, the generators exploded and the radiation and chemicals leaked. Rain was close enough that the radiation got to her before the lab could be sealed. She passed out and when she woke up, she was in Axis’ lab being studied. They found that she was normal and they released her because her father was politically connected and a captain in the army.

A few weeks later, she got a phone call that said “You were one of the few lucky ones, if you want to know the truth about Axis check your email.” Rain went to her computer and saw she had just received a message. When she opened it, there were hundreds of pictures of Axis’ scientist performing experiments on humans. At the end of the message were a few words and they said “you can choose to ignore this an live a normal life or you can join me and do something about it.” Rain looked at her phone and then picked it up and called the number back. She then heard a voice say “you made the right choice, welcome to the team.”

Rain then packed her things, dropped out of college and she moved into Hawk’s hideout where they began searching for more people to join the resistance.

Name/Alias: Victoria & Roland Pierce

Codename: Twins

Gender: Victoria: Female, Roland: Male

Age: 19

Weapon: metal claws

Abilities/powers: Victoria and Roland are able to be intangible and can phase through walls like ghosts. They can also teleport, but they can’t teleport places they can’t see. (there is an exception, which I will explain soon.) They can also control shadows and darkness giving it mass, allowing the darkness to do the fighting for them.

Alone, Victoria and Roland aren’t really that powerful, they may be able to take on a few enemies. But together, Victoria and Roland can be an unstoppable force. When they lock their hands their powers are amplified and they can each perform one of their abilities while the other performs another. This means that one can use teleportation while the other uses the intangibility to allow them to teleport to places they can’t see without worry of getting stuck in something.

Background/Origin: Victoria and Roland were expert thieves before they got their powers, they were performing a job for a client known as “Aurora.” when they were hit by the radiation, they were supposed to steal files from the Axis’ lab. But as they were in the middle of stealing the files. Some guards interrupted them, they quickly took out the guards and ran. They found themselves in the lab above the generator room, when the generators exploded the floor shook and the radiation began to seep through the floor. The two didn’t realize it, but they had been infected by the radiation, they quickly found their way out of the building as the alarms were going off.

The two then met up with their client and gave the client the files. When night came, the two began to notice strange things happening around them, they could turn off the lights but see clearly as if the sun was high up in the sky. They couldn’t lie down in their beds because they would phase through them. The two were freaked out, a week and a half passed and they began to get the hang of their new abilities. They then got a phone call, it was a person who wanted them to do a job. This person worked for Axis, they wanted them to find a young woman and kill her. They turned it down, saying they weren’t murderers. They then got another phone call, the voice on the phone said to them “ I’m impressed that you turned down the money… I have a proposition for you, help me take down Axis, so they can’t hurt anyone anymore.” The two thought about it and then agreed, later that day they met with Hawk and joined the resistance.

Age: 16

Weapon: knives, katana, her powers

Abilities/powers: Lyra has a super brain, she was a genius before but now she is beyond that. She can solve just about any problem that takes any kind of brain power to fix.

Lyra can use telepathy to communicate with people, she can also read their minds and sometimes read their emotions. Her telepathy only works on humans because they are the only ones who really understand what she is saying. Sometimes a dog or cat may understand her, but the dog or cat can’t communicate back so she doesn’t try.

She can use telekinesis at a high level, but sometimes it can get out of hand and she can’t control it. When this happens Lyra often goes into seclusion trying to keep people away from her so she doesn’t hurt them.

Background/Origin: Lyra was an Axis experiment, she was able to escape a few months before Hawk visited the Axis lab. Lyra was one of the few original experiments for project Atlas who survived. She was able to escape the “facility” which is a highly secure base out in the ocean, this base is an island sized ship that sails the seas and rarely has to go into ports for supplies or fuel. After escaping she went to New York, she wanted to destroy Axis by gaining as much information as she could and then releasing it to the public. But she needed files on them, she had Victoria and Roland sneak into Axis and steal the files. But the client that they gave the files to wasn’t her but an impostor, Axis had found out about this deal before hand and wanted to set up a trap. Luckily she read the minds of so people near by and found out this before they could trap her.

Lyra was then recruited by Hawk, he told her that releasing this info to the media would not solve the problem. Axis would just get rid of the problem by flashing their money, Hawk told Lyra his plan. She agreed that the resistance would be the best way to destroy Axis.

Name/Alias: Alicia Dean

Codename: Angel

Gender: female

Age: 25

Weapon: staff(light spear)

Abilities/powers: Alicia is able to see light waves, she is able to give the light waves mass and shape them into whatever she wants them to be. She mostly uses this for making barriers or weapons made of light. Alicia can use the light waves as projectiles if she condenses them and fires them.

Alicia can move at the speed of light, but only to places that her eye can see. Alice can also use the power of light to speed up the bodies natural motions. In other words, she can heal her and some else’s wounds at extreme rates (technically their body is just doing what it would if it could.)

Background/Origin: Alicia used to be a nurse, she was helping a doctor perform an operation on a patient when she was hit with the radiation. The radiation, killed the patient and did nothing to the doctor, but Alicia was effected, she felt light headed and told the doctor she needed to take a break. Alicia has a massive headache, the lights in the hospital were bothering her it was strange she could see waves all around her.

She decided to take the day off and go back home, se rested for a while and when she awoke she was surrounded by the same waves from the hospital. She yelled and the waves began going crazy they began to take shape and started tearing up her room. Alicia was shocked, she got out of her bed and ran toward the phone. She was going to call someone to get help. When she picked it up there was no dial-tone, she then heard a voice over the phone say “I’m sorry, but I can’t let you call anyone. They will only think you are crazy.” Alicia threw the phone and sat on her coach, she was paranoid and put herself in the fetal position. She then heard a voice speaking to her through her mind and it said “don’t be scared, we can help you if you just let us.” Alicia nodded and Victor and Roland showed up, she was shocked. But she didn’t scream she just accepted it and went with them.

After explaining everything to her, Alicia began to understand the situation. She wasn’t sure about joining the resistance at first, but after some time to think. She decided that it was her duty to help people and she then joined the resistance happily.
