Even as a Citizen, he didn't have it very well. He was born just when criminals were being thrown out. His parents were good, clean people who went by the rules of society. Haylow grew up with most of the morals of his parents, inside the city walls. He didn't fight, didn't get bad grades in school, and didn't lie to his parents. It seemed as if his life would be normal. Then he met Dylan. He made the young boy realize he wouldn't be like his father, or his brother. He would be like the men thrown out of the society, for loving other men. Dylan showed him that it didn't matter, and unlike Haylow he never hid his sexuality. Time after time Haylow would meet a boy, and he'd be thrown out. But poor Haylow was seduced, drugged, just a victim of the vicious boys. But it wasn't a lie once society found out about his midnight make-out sessions and what happened behind closed doors. His parents wouldn't allow a homosexual under their roof. Kicking and screaming, Haylow was thrown out of the walls and into the Exiled. He was lucky to find Dusk, Angel, and Saint. He looks up to the rebel leaders, and does all he can to help out.

Offender has a small journal always on him, that he writes his daily life in. He keeps a picture of him and his adopted sisters usually in his jacket to keep them close at heart. This puppy has started to follow him around, and he's named it Cooper.
