Talon: A passed down weapon from his bloodline. Max usually uses it but he doesn't go full out with it. It looks like a fragile blade though it's made to be as resistant as rock. When he trains Talon is usually out of it's scabard and somewhere else since Max only trains with the scabard. If he ever wants to dual wield with the blade he uses its scabard since it is made of the same material. Talon has words carved into it. Words from the Higoshi's elders time. Though most of the words are unknown to Max since he didn't bother reading them, he knows a phrase but it is pretty common of to the Higoshi's. The phrase is "When all hopes are destroyed, may the bravest of them all stand and fight." It is a common sentence in the higoshi as they are known to be brave warriors.
Skills: Agility is one of his strengths, as is speed. He doesn't have any particular skills that is very out of the common. He can swing a sword, kill people.
Personality: Max is pretty cocky. Though he is a mercenary he doesn't get bought by money. If people really need him he will help them. Though that is a kind of unusual behavior for a mercenary it is as reasonable as his running away from his clan. Max will often agree to fighting or take up a fight since he has a rash behaviour. If their is a fight in one of the districts and no one died from the fight, you should know it's Max. In battle he still has this rash behaviour of running into the battle guns blazing. If he accepts to aid someone it usually is because that person either needs a distraction to sneak in somewhere or needs someone to be thought a lesson.
History: Max had a pretty rough past. The Higoshi clan is a warrior clan. Talon is passed down from each generation to the next generation's strongest fighter. Though that wasn't Max' case. He knew he wouldn't get the blade and knew what was coming up. When the Higoshi become warriors they have a ritual to fight 1 on 1 until their is only 1 finalist. It's a tournament to know which one get's Talon. Max, knowing that he would lose, went to the dojo on a dark stormy night to take Talon and escape before anyone realized it but he didn't know what awaited him. His brother saw him get out and went to see where he went. Once he realized Max was trying to escape he decided to try and kill or seriously injure Max. Max tried to stop the fight but his brother was the strongest fighter and knew that he would win the sword. They fought and Max came out the victor. He killed his brother and ran away. Now Max doesn't talk much about his past and would either shut the person up or just deflect the question by talking about something else.
