Role: The main villain of the roleplay. He is a revolutionary that leads a faction of Vampire Supremacists who seek to gain dominion over the World of the Living. Ambitious and dangerous, Aldritch seeks the power of a mythical artifact that will help him in his goals. He is unaware that the artifact would not only accomplish his goals but would throw the world into a state of a chaos that it may never recover from.

Description: A tall and handsome visage of a man. With long dark hair and fashionable goatee, Alritch Morose exemplifies the seductive nature of the Vampire. Yet despite his fair features they are also masculine, with pronounced cheekbones and a square jaw. His eyes burn a brighter red than most vampires sport. Perhaps a symbolism of his fierce and passionate nature. He often wears long dark overcoats and suits.

Personality: An impassioned member of Vampiric Society. He holds a fierce love and high opinion of his people, zealously believing them to be the ultimate life form on Planet Earth. He disagrees with the High Council on their agreed truce with Humanity, a truce dating back many years ago. He believes that Vampires should not live on as a mere myth to Humanity. He also finds it quite intolerable that Vampires must hide from the Humans, considering they are their prey. Charismatic and politically minded, he uses his supremacism and wits to convince others to rally behind his cause. Understanding his background as a politician and his natural tendencies for leadership, he will soon rise as a great threat to the balance between Vampire and Human.

Biography: Before his transformation, he was an aristocrat from England who earned a spot to travel to the Americas as a Governor of a fleet of Colonials. He sought to earn a great standing with the Court back in England. Hoping to prove to the King that he deserves a lordship. He ruled over his group of colonials with great finesse and thoroughness. He was particularly aggressive towards the Natives, seeking to dominate a fine stretch of land. Although he may seem like the ideal leader of men, his penchant for perfection ended up being more of a nag towards the Colonials. Yet, Aldritch was proud and through his pride often abused members of the colony. It was because of his controlling nature that a certain Colonial visited his home and, relieved him of the pressures of being Human.

At first the transformation was horrible. Particularly fond of sunny days, that fondness turned to hate as he nearly burned the first time he was ignorant of his change. Soon food lost it's taste and most of the pastimes he found enjoyable no longer where. Yet, despite this miserable of an existence, it was in fact a boon in disguise. It was his first Thirst. He didn't know what his body craved at first but it was discovered when a servant carelessly pricked her finger on a letter opener. Aldritch at the time felt incredibly weak and sickly, he feared death was on his doorstep. Yet that one act of carelessness revealed to him, what he wanted, what he needed. He, without hesitation, attacked his servant as his teeth enlarged to a sharp point and he tore into her neck. He drank from her flesh the blood that coursed through her veins. Immediately Aldritch felt a revitalization as his body returned to it's former healthy state and then some. He felt stronger, faster, keener, and he soon discovered he had abilities beyond Human comprehension. He ran faster than a horse, lifted objects a great many times heavier than himself, he could hear the heartbeats of every living thing in a five mile radius, and his sense of smell and sight where many times greater than the average Human. Able to see in the dark and smell a drop of blood from a mile away. He also discovered he had a curious sway over certain animals and Humans as well. He was more than charming he was mesmerizing, the power of the Trance.

He soon changed his life around, no longer a denizen of the daylight, but a creature of the night. He learned quickly his strengths and weakness and sought to become better, better than everyone around him. He eventually learned of the existence of others and the pockets of communities known as covens. Covens or Families were only a small part of a much larger community, no Society. While Heads acted like Governors of a State, they all answer to a High Council, made up of Society's most venerable members. Much like his lot in life, Aldritch sought to gain a standing amongst his new people. While he showed much promise, his many years of living had taught him that his people are very much in hiding. Apparently a truce was made between the living and the undead, one that is to last for many years. This never sat well with Aldritch but he lived on into the Modern Age, as he felt nothing but animosity towards Humanity and towards the cowards of the High Council. He believed Vampires should rule over Humanity, not live beside it. He showed much promise and may have even became a Councilman but his political ideology and fervor kept him at a low level. He eventually left their Society but it was clear he posed a threat to the balance. It wasn't until his threats were made clear as to how much he would upset the natural order of things.
