Role: A horrible abomination that was created from the same people that created Joe. He was sent to track down and bring back Joe by any means necessary. He constantly attacks the Group.

Description: Much like his namesake, Neo Franko appears to be a macabre collage of body parts stitched together. Yet simple stitches are not what brings this New Frankenstein together, but rather intricate machinery which is evident by the tubes that seem to stick out of his body. His dull expression is reminiscent of a zombie until angered which then turns into a horrible snarl. Besides the tubes and metallic harness, remnants of medical robes, now dirtied, hang off of his body.

Personality: There isn't much to the monster's personality. In fact it seems to be nothing more than a mindless puppet sent to do someone else's dirty work. The creature is dim-witted but is quick to anger. Once angered it is incredibly violent able to tear steel with his bare hands. Yet at times the monster does show some intellect when fighting. It maybe someone else's doing or the creature may be slowly learning.

Background: His background is rather quite simple, he was literally created in a lab. Although it is believed he is made up of body pieces, that were either donated or taken, and were bashed together. Although not haphazardly as the Scientists chose only the most quality bits from the mess of flesh and organs. Yet reanimation, despite using advanced technology since the days of Old Frankenstein, is still a difficult process to perfect. There for the walking corpse was only able to function with minimal intelligence. Using computer chips however, the Scientists are able to communicate to the monster's brain and assist him in his missions.

Seeing a weapon that was virtually an unstoppable soldier, they decided to use New Frankenstein, or Neo Franko to retrieve Joe. After all they believe Joe holds the keys to true immortality. Since Neo Franko was a failed, previous experiment in their search for controlling life and death. Still he does have his uses.
