Christian was extremely embarrassed and he was tearing himself up on the inside, but he wasn't going to let that show. He was literally screaming inside of his mind, since he just admitted that he was developing feelings and he didn't mention what type of feelings he had. He thought that she may assume the feeling were romantic, but he didn't even understand his feeling enough to tell what they were. He calmed down and decided to get his thought together, since this was uncharacteristic of him and he needed to get his thoughts unscrambled. Okay, this girl is beautiful. Wait, what am I thinking? Anyways, she seems to be able to get a reaction out of me, while others can barely get a sign of emotions. She was honest and straight to the point, well, I might have to wait a bit before I can make any assumptions. I hope she forgets about my 'confession', since that slipped out without me knowing it slipped out. HIs thoughts were beginning to make sense now and he was actually able to connect many of the dots, since he was not able to before due to him being extremely excited to meet the children.

He noticed her frowning and thinking, so he wasn't going to interrupt and he instead put on his gloves. He didn't want to accidentally freeze anything, since it would be hard to explain and he could let he ice he made melt She turned and faced him, but she appeared to not be in deep thought anymore. "Okay," She said this quietly, but it managed to bring him out of his thoughts and make him pay attention. "Huh?" He was still registering many of the things, but he managed to regain his composure and pay attention to the girl. "And you don't need to look so depressed and somber, because I don't hate you." She cleared her throat before she said this, so he thought she was going to make quite a big speech. He was about to say something, but he decided to wait until she finished speaking. " I'm actually glad that you consider me to be a friend, even though we've only known each other for about twenty minutes. Besides, it's not like everyone you meet is going to judge you on what you can do. I think it's pretty … Cool," She made a joke, so he smiled a bit and he was happy that she managed to lighten the mood. "You're a sweetheart, why would anyone stop being friends with you just because you're different? People call me the anti-social, emo, goth-girl that's also a bit and might be a vampire, but I don't care." "I don't think vampires are real, well at least I haven't encountered any. Isn't segregation a problem in human society? I've read history books pertaining to things like that, so I guess the knowledge I have is probably outdated." She waggled her finger in his face, but he once again had no idea what this meant. She tapped his nose, so he blushed a bit. He was able to quickly get over his embarrassment and stop blushing, since he didn't her notice him blushing. Five people stepped into the elevator when it stopped, so she moved over to him and was pressed into him as the the elevator became cramped. His breath was cold and it had no distinct smell, due to him not eating anything earlier and the coffee he was going to drink evaporating. "Christian, I'm not going to stop being your friend just because you aren't necessarily human … I didn't even realize we were friends until you asked me to remain one to you. But I will remain as your friend," She was smiling when she said this. Christian was staring at her face, but he then noticed that he was staring and he stopped staring, since she might find it offensive. "Just consider yourself lucky that I didn't try and make you cry the first time I saw you." He was happy that she didn't try to make him cry, since he wouldn't have been able to get a new friend. "Hey, is there a reason people keep on asking me if I 'dye' my hair? I have no idea what dyeing is, does the word have a different meaning besides being killed?" His white hair usually made people wonder if he dyed his hair, but he didn't even know what dye was or what is was used for. He decided he would spend more time in the library, even if the process would be long. For now though, he was going to entertain the children .

Kyou

"I don't think vampires are real, well at least I haven't encountered any. Isn't segregation a problem in human society? I've read history books pertaining to things like that, so I guess the knowledge I have is probably outdated. Hey, is there a reason people keep on asking me if I 'dye' my hair? I have no idea what dyeing is, does the word have a different meaning besides being killed?"

Kyou turned to him just as the elevator doors opened. She stepped through and gave him a look, before laughing a little. "First of all, vampires are definitely not real, they're just a fairy tale, and the only reason that people call me that is to try and get to me since I'm such a bitch to them. Second of all, segregation?" she burst out laughing, shaking her head. "Segregation hasn't been a problem since the mid-1900's. Yes, there's still racism, and yes, there are people who try their best to make people who look, think, or act different, just want to leave or, even worse, die. However, segregation isn't a problem during this day and time, so I think you're okay. As for your hair color, it's merely an odd color to have for hair. The only people that a person ever sees with white hair, is someone with a genetic fault, such as people that are albino. Only, that includes having red eyes," she said logically, starting down the hall.

"Dyeing your hair is when you mix together certain chemicals and wash them through your hair, causing it to become a different color. You can also get highlights, which is merely taking strands of your hair and dyeing them a certain color," she told him, pausing before a pair of doors.

They were see-through and, when looked through, revealed rows of beds with a child lying in each one. Most were hooked up to machines by different tubes and were either sickly and pale, thin and green, or a mixture of all. They were obviously ill, and many were bald, but despite all this, several had parents, friends, siblings, or at least one person that knew them beside their beds. She looked over at Christian. "Prepare yourself, a lot of them aren't well enough to even sit up," she said. She pushed open the doors and strode in, and immediately many children perked up and smiled. "Kyou-chan," one called out, her voice slightly hoarse. Kyou smiled and made her way over to the child. "Hello, Hilly," she said, petting the girl's hand. "Are you having fun with your new doll I brought you last week?" she asked, smiling at the girl. She whipped up the doll and hugged it to her face. "I named her Sandy. Isn't she pretty?" Hilly gushed, smiling brightly at Kyou. Her eyes widened when she saw Christian. "Kyou-chan! Whose that man? He's really handsome. He has cool hair, too!" she cried, lifting her hand to wave eagerly at him. "Hi-hi! My name's Hilly, what's yours?" she asked.

Jackson's breathing finally calmed down, and when she broke the kiss, he could do nothing but stare back at her, running wild in his own imaginations. He imagine that she and him would suddenly go into dating, then marrying, then having kids, then growing old while watching the kids have fun with their life, then Sayuri passed away first, then Jackson himself. Those imaginations were interrupted by Sayuri's next speech.

"Now will you tell me how you can do those ... Things?" she asked, stopping underneath a tree that sat outside of one of the many buildings strewn across the campus. She leaned back against the trunk of it and fixed her eyes on him. "I agreed to go on a date with you, and I'll tell you anything you want to know about me. But you have to answer some of my questions in return," she said.

Jackson quickly followed her to that tree and sat down beside her, his hands touching the ground. "My name is Jackson Orako, but this is but a fake name I had decided with my brothers." Suddenly, grass started to grow on the land he touched, and seemingly, flowers started to sprout rather abnormally fast. "I'm the Spring season itself, and I can do things that interacts with the Earth." He said, while making a side of the ground bumped up. "That thing I did is also another form of my ability. To travel through the Earth to where I have already pictured the area I've been to." He said, gently holding Sayuri's hands, and suddenly teleporting at the entrance of the school and back to the area they were. "Seeing as it is supposedly Spring now. I can do this this too." He raised his hands on the sky, and suddenly, heavy rain started pouring onto the area, but before he did that, he shaped the tree behind him to form a shelter above him and Sayuri. He swung his hands down, and the rain stopped, and the tree returned to how it was.

"That's about it of my abilities." He said, standing and wiping off the dirt on his pants. "As for where I came from, you can probably guess." He said, his smile returning. "Any questions?"

Sayuri

"My name is Jackson Orako, but this is but a fake name I had decided with my brothers."

At that moment, grass and flowers began to grow in the area that he had rested his palm upon. The speed that both grew at was abnormal, but the flowers were beautiful none-the-less. She knelt down beside him and plucked one of the flowers he had sprouted, gently pressing the petals to her nose. She inhaled deeply, then exhaled slowly and broke the stem of it. She then slid the flower behind her ear and smiled at him.

"I'm the Spring season itself, and I can do things that interacts with the Earth. That thing I did is also another form of my ability. To travel through the Earth to where I have already pictured the area I've been to."

He suddenly grabbed up her hands, and immediately they were transported to the entrance of the school, then back to the tree. Sayuri was forced to grab his arm to steady herself, and held onto him.

"Seeing as it is supposedly Spring now. I can do this this too." He raised his hands on the sky, forcing her to move her arms around his abdomen instead of his arm, and out of nowhere, a heavy rain began to pour around them but to avoid them from becoming soaked to the bone, he somehow shaped a tree above them, which blocked out all of the rain. He brought his hands down, but she kept her arms around his wist, and the rain eventually came to a stop, and slowly the tree above them moved back to its original shape.

"That's about it of my abilities." He stood then, and she had no choice but to follow him, rising along with him and keeping her arms around him, locking her hands together. "As for where I came from, you can probably guess. Any questions?" His smirk was contagious, so she smiled right along with him, before letting a laugh bubble out from between her lips.

"That's it?" she asked incredulously, smiling at him and rolling her eyes. "I have no abilities, yet you don't see me complaining," she said, removing her arms and throwing them in front of his face. "Those powers are pretty amazing, Jackson. Or should I call you Spring?" she teased, walking up to him so that her face was near his, their noses touching. "I won't pretend to understand how all of this works, and I won't pretend to care about you, because no pretending is needed," she smiled, lifting her hands to his chest. "Besides, whatever is going through your mind, I have no doubt in my own mind that it's something odd. So, a penny for your thoughts, Spring?" she murmured, her smirk turning into a full-fledged smile.

Jackson had not realized he was still holding her hand until she flung her arm in front of him. The powers... are amazing? He thought. Being scared was one thing, but now, accepting and thinking that it's amazing? That had only made him love her more. She leaned forward, and their noses met each other. She placed he hands on his chest, but he was rather calm then, unlike his old self. He grabbed the hand on his chest and wrapped his other on her back. It seemed as if the tragedies of his past never occurred."What I think about these powers?" He said, as he closed his eyes and his smile opened wider. "These powers led me to here, journeying from all that past. It brought me to you, so I can't complain anymore." He rubbed their noses together. The past was a something of history now, and from now on, he will bet his own life on this girl he had met and loved.

Sayuri

"What I think about these powers? These powers led me to here, journeying from all that past. It brought me to you, so I can't complain anymore."

Sayuri flushed a light pink, the pink turning red as he rubbed their noses together. She looked at him through her lashes, her lips pulling back into an amused smile. "You're a hopeless romantic, you know that?" she asked, giving him a soft kiss before leaning back from him. "You're just lucky I like you anyway," she teased, stepping back from him. She took his hand in one of her own and brought it up to her face, pressing his palm against her cheek. "I don't understand you," she sighed, closing her eyes for a moment before opening them and locking them on his. "Why me? Why me over all of the other girls on Earth. You're Spring personified. You could have had any girl in the world, but you chose me. Why?" she asked, lowering his hand and starting in the direction of the school. "Why me, Jackson?" she asked quietly, lifting his arm by his hand and placing it across her shoulders. She rest her head on his own shoulder and spun her keys around her index finger on her free hand. She suddenly ducked out of his arm and danced a few steps away, his turtle in her hand, and she held him out in front of her. "If you want him, you're going to have to come and get him," she taunted, slipping her keys into her bag. Placing the turtle on her head, she gives him a smirk and laughs. "You might have beaten me in a fight, but you won't catch me," she bragged, taking a few steps back. She then turned and took off, pressing her hand down on the turtle so he wouldn't bounce up and down on her head. She let out a laugh and ducked around a corner, then took off once again.

Christian saw that the girl laughed at his mention of vampires, but he had no idea why she laughed about something as serious as vampires. He was however confused at the lore of vampires, since different authors have different lore for vampires and occasionally the stories made for vampires conflicted. "First of all, vampires are definitely not real, they're just a fairy tale, and the only reason that people call me that is to try and get to me since I'm such a bitch to them. Second of all, segregation?" She told him that vampires were fairy tales, so that cleared up the reason that vampires were portrayed so differently and he was happy that she bothered to explain that to him. However, when she laughed about segregation, he was confused. "Segregation hasn't been a problem since the mid-1900's. Yes, there's still racism, and yes, there are people who try their best to make people who look, think, or act different, just want to leave or, even worst die. He was embarrassed, since his knowledge was outdated and he was looking as if he didn't know much about history. He calmed down, since he noted that there was no chance for him to catch up on human history and he had a valid excuse for not knowing. "However, segregation isn't a problem during this day and time, so I think you're okay. He was never worried about this, since he didn't care what most people thought or did to him and he knew that he could easily leave or escape anything. It was pretty hard to kill Christian, since he knew a lot about the human body and how to knock people out by pressing a couple of points on the body. He preferred quick and clean knockouts, since he didn't like senseless killing and he didn't want to be responsible for a death. "As for your hair color, it's merely an odd color to have for hair. The only people that a person ever sees with white hair, is someone with a genetic fault, such as people that are albino. Only, that includes having red eyes.," He was taking in this information and putting it side by side with the information he had from reading books, and a lot of the information matched up perfectly with the information he had and she helped fill in some holes in the information he had. "Dyeing your hair is when you mix together certain chemicals and wash them through your hair, causing it to become a different color. You can also get highlights, which is merely taking strands of your hair and dyeing them a certain color," She told him this as they stopped in front of a pair of double doors. "Isn't it dangerous to mix chemicals with your hair? Or have humans evolved to the point of ignoring chemicals altogether. Wait, nevermind. Humans wouldn't use chemicals that could damage them." He didn't know that some people did use chemicals that would damage them, since he only knew what he read in books and none of the books he read mentioned people ingesting harmful chemicals.

The doors were see-through and he saw the children lying in rows of beds. When he saw the children there, he seemed saddened. But, that expression was replaced by a determination to help the children be happy. He saw a challenge in this, so he was going to make the children happy and hopeful. Even if it took him the whole day, but he had all the time in the world. He felt his faith in the human race restored, when he saw that there were parents, friends, siblings, and acquaintances by the children. "Prepare yourself, a lot of them aren't well enough to even sit up," She said that as she pushed open the doors and strode in, and a lot of the children p irked up as soon as she walked in. "Damn it, why can't I use my power to heal others." He mumbled this under his breath, but he decided to not make the children scared by looking angry. "Kyou-chan," A little girl called out, and Christian could tell her voice was hoarse. Kyou smiled and made her way towards the child, so Christian followed behind her. He was smiling calmly, since he was happy to see the children still hanging on to their life. "Hello, Hilly," Kyou was petting the girl's hand, so he thought that Kyou was a good person. "Are you having fun with your new doll I brought you last week?" Kyou asked that, while still smiling and Christian was not surprised by Kyou's selflessness. "I named her Sandy. Isn't she pretty?" The girl brought out a doll and hugged it to her face, so Christian thought that the doll was important to the girl. He was surprised to see the girl's eyes widen, but then he noticed that she was staring at him. "Kyou-chan! Whose that man? He's really handsome. He has cool hair, too!" She lifted her hand and waved at Christian, so Christian waved back at the young girl. He was smiling the biggest smile he has smiled in a long time, since the young girl complimented him and she seemed to be so innocent. "Hi-hi! My name's Hilly, what's yours?" She asked this to Christian and Christian wanted to answer honestly to any questions the young girl may have. "Hello Hilly, my name is Christian Orako. I'm a friend of Kyou, and thank you for complimenting my hair." He crouched down when he said this, so he could be at the same level as the girl. "Look, and I'll show you magic." He whispered this in her ear and he began using his gloveless hand to make a statue of a bird out of ice. He did this in front of the young girl and awaited her response to his 'magic'.

"W-Wait! Greg!" Jackson yelled his distress. He raised out his hand by instinct, and with the turn of a corner, she was gone. "Why, you ask..." He looked back up the sky. "I wonder why too..." He said, closing his eyes and raised his hands. With the image of grabbing something, he finally opened his eyes, and looked back at the corner. "I. Don't." He yelled, as he quickly sped to the corner and turned to it. Sayuri can be seen running across the campus, her hand on her head with the turtle on it. He quickly chased her, with yelling, "Need a reason to love!" Right when he finished his sentence, he was already a few inches behind Sayuri, when he fell down and hit his face down to the ground, flat. Although the pain wasn't enough to make him scream, he pretended to. "Ouch! it hurts!" He pulled over his hand and covered his face, rolling on the ground. "Damn it, it hurts like hell!" His acting was very convincing, so convincing that people who doesn't know his acting skills will really thought that it was real, and the people who knows will still be amused by his acting skill. His brother used to call him to be an actor, since he was so good at acting, but he would always refuse and reply with a, "My life is my decision, so I choose what I want to be." And then they would go all quiet, without any comebacks.

Sayuri

"Need a reason to love!"

Sayuri skid to a stop as she heard his shout, and the following thud of his answer. She almost tripped in her hurry to stop, then spun around, her hand firmly holding down the turtle. She raised a brow at him, snorting at his theatrics.

"Ouch! it hurts! Damn it, it hurts like hell!"

She snorted again in amusement before moving over beside his writhing body. She grabbed a stray stick and crouched before him,her arms on her knees and Greg on her head, looking at him with a laughing expression. She lifted the stick, stopped him with a hand to his shoulder, and easily began to poke his arm. "You do realize I'm not buying it, right? I can see right through you. If you're going to try and make me fall in love with you, deception isn't the key, dummy. Besides, you may be a good actor to everyone else, but to me, I can see right through it," she said with a smirk.

She flung the stick away and went down to her knees beside him, smiling down at his face. She gently pulled Greg from her hair and settled him on his master's chest. "So, you need a reason to love huh?" she asked incredulously. She leaned down and, tucking her hair behind her ear, gently kissed him. She then leaned back up and smiled sweetly down at him. "I'm sorry you fell and hit your face," she said, lifting her thumb to gently wipe away a thin trail of blood that had begun down from the corner of his lips, "But I know you were faking it."

Kyou

"Hello Hilly, my name is Christian Orako. I'm a friend of Kyou, and thank you for complimenting my hair. Look, and I'll show you magic."

Kyou quirked up a brow, smiling as Christian crouched to the girl's level, so he was looking evenly with Hilly. She barely caught the last part, which he had leaned in close to whisper in the little girl's ear, but she pretended not to hear and gave them a puzzled look. She watched as Christian lifted his hand, which had no glove on it, and slowly the air grew colder. Kyou cast a nervous look around them to make sure that no one had noticed, then turned back, only to find a beautifully sculpted ice bird in his palm. He held it out to Hilly, who's mouth had opened in a silent 'O' of awe, and Kyou smiled.

"It's so pretty! How'd you do that?" she squealed in delight, placing Sandy in her lap. She eagerly snatched up the bird and held it up near her face, before placing it on the table beside her bed, due to it being too cold for her to hold. She turned back to Christian and stared at him in what could only be admiration. "Can you teach me how to do that?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I'll stop by tomorrow to see you all. I'll bring treats," Kyou called into the room. A chorus of tired goodbyes were her answer, and she led Christian from the room. It was time for the children to take their afternoon naps, and Kyou was more then happy to make sure they did so that they would become well sooner then normal.
She made her way down the hallway until they reached the elevators, where she then stopped to wait for it to appear after she pressed the button. "So what did you think of the children?" she asked, leaning back against the wall beside the elevator, her hands behind her bottom as she peered up at him. "I have the rest of my day free. I was supposed to meet my best friend, Sayuri, to work on a project, but she texted me earlier saying she was running late and wouldn't be able to work on it today," she explained. "Is there anywhere else I can take you to?" she offered, palming her wallet. "I have to stop by the library and check out some books for school, and then I was going to go to a local restaurant for lunch. Why don't I treat you to some food, seeing as you're new here?" she asked, smiling at him. "So long as you're willing to put up with sitting in the library for a little while," she warned.
He was enjoying talking to the young girl, since she seemed to be a child who enjoyed magic and fairy tales, but to be honest Christian enjoyed reading fairy tales as well. He had a childish smirk on his face, since he had shared a secret with someone. He was filled with joy as the girl seemed amazed at what Christian could do, since she seemed to be even more excited than before. He put on his glove once again, so he wouldn't freeze any walls on accident, again.
"It's so pretty! How'd you do that?" She squealed in delight and Christian smiled at the fact that he could make someone happy, but he barely showed the young girl what he could truly do. "Thank you Hilly, I'm glad you like my sculpture." His words were soothing and calm, but he was overflowing with happiness and it was pretty hard for him to stay composed. He felt childish and he didn't care, since he might as well be a child. She placed the doll in her lap and snatched up the bird eagerly. He wondered how long it would be until it melted, but he had an idea to not make the girl sad when the bird made of ice melted. "Can you teach me how to do that?" She stared at him with admiration in her eyes and Christian felt bad that he couldn't teach her or at least he didn't know if he could."A magician never reveals his secrets." He hoped the girl would be excited for her life, since she would need to live to try to learn magic or whatever that his and his brothers' powers originated from. "How about this, I come to visit you kids I can and make a new statue each time I come, so the bird wont be the only one to be made." He would hold onto this promise, if the girl accepted his proposal that is. He absolutely hated breaking promises, since there would be no reason to make the promise in the first place. "See you later Hilly." He said this with happiness in his voice. He didn't say goodbye, since that usually implied leaving for a long time and he wasn't going to say goodbye.
"I'll stop by tomorrow to see you all. I'll bring treats," Christian was beginning to like the girl more and more, even if he was only with her for a little bit of time. He felt saddened when he heard tired goodbyes, but he knew that the kids still had energy left in them if they had enough strength to say goodbye. He followed Kyou from the room, since he didn't want to disturb the children's sleep. He knew that sleep was important, but he was still a bit reluctant to leave.
Christian and Kyou walked toward the elevator, she pressed the button and they both waited for the elevator to come up. "So what did you think of the children?" Her hands were behind her bottom and she was leaning against the wall, so he guessed that she would be judging his response. He decided to answer honestly, since that would be better than lying and giving her a false impression of him. "It was enjoyable to speak with them and I felt a bit reluctant to leave, but sleeping is important for them to recover." He answered honestly and he hoped his answer would be enough to show that he enjoyed the short time he was there. "I have the rest of my day free. I was supposed to meet my best friend, Sayuri, to work on a project, but she texted me earlier saying she was running late and wouldn't be able to work on it today," she explained, but he had no idea what she was trying to get across and he decided to wait before talking. "Is there anywhere else I can take you to?" she offered, palming her wallet. "I don't really know of much places, and you can guess why." Due to his being a season, he didn't really spend much time in settlements. "I have to stop by the library and check out some books for school, and then I was going to go to a local restaurant for lunch. Why don't I treat you to some food, seeing as you're new here?" she asked, smiling at him. "Oh?" This interested him, since he had quite a bit of trouble at the library earlier. He enjoyed reading and he didn't know why so many people didn't enjoy it. "So long as you're willing to put up with sitting in the library for a little while," she warned. The smile he had grew, since he needed help at the library. "I don't mind, since I enjoy reading books myself. It helps me keep up with the local events, and there is the occasional good author. As for lunch, I would enjoy being treated to lunch." He just hoped he wouldn't have to fight any secret admirers Kyou might have, since he might damage the humans a bit too much and he didn't feel the need for violence. He wouldn't add that thought to the conversation, since it might show that he thinks of her as beautiful enough to have a fan club. He wondered how his brothers were doing, but he didn't want to bother them at the moment and he instead wanted to spend time with Kyou.
"I don't suppose you got what I've said, but..." He said, as he slowly got up, face sideways to Sayuri. "But what I said was that I don't need a reason to love. Never did, never gonna." He smiled. His forehead was red, but it seemed as if the pain never actually occurred to him, only his face to the ground, eyes open, and looking at the floor rather dumbly. He raised his hand and pulled backk his sleeve, revealing a plain black watch. "Isn't it time for the school to finish?" He asked, question on his face. Since he was home tutored, it never occurred to him when the school will end, but at one point he was very curious. He wondered that time, that if he would to really succeed in escaping the place he were and goes to a school, he would plan out how to use his time at this 'school' and not waste a single second. He would always ask his teacher about it, but he never really told him. He always avoid the subject but one day he finally gave in. It was something rather vague, and Jackson couldn't really make out what it was, nor really remember it. Now it would suffice just asking Sayuri, since she goes to one and it wouldn't be weird to ask the school times and all.
Kyou
"It was enjoyable to speak with them and I felt a bit reluctant to leave, but sleeping is important for them to recover. I don't really know of much places, and you can guess why. I don't mind, since I enjoy reading books myself. It helps me keep up with the local events, and there is the occasional good author. As for lunch, I would enjoy being treated to lunch."
Kyou stepped into the elevator as it opened, waited for Christian to enter, then pressed the bottom floor level. She smiled up at him, unnaturally happy for once in her life. There was something about him ... She shook the thought off and slipped her arm through his, almost on instinct, and tugged him out of the elevator as they arrived at the first floor. "Don't worry, I wouldn't take you somewhere you'd hate. Besides, I have pretty good taste in food," she added.
She released his arm and suddenly moved ahead of him, turning around to grin back at him. "I'm glad you like books. If you didn't, I'd probably have to slap you upside the head," she warned, but her smile took the edge off of her threat. She then moved back over to him and grabbed his arm again, waving goodbye to the woman at the front desk, who respond with a slightly-shocked expression and a slight wave in return.
Once they were outside the hospital, Kyou turned to face him. "Library first, lunch second," she told him, already starting down the sidewalk. Light suddenly dawned on her face and she spun around to him. "I just realized something. You said you enjoy books, but seeing as you're new here, you probably don't have a library card, do you?" she asked, her eyes a bit wide. She broke into another smile. She honestly had never thought she was capable of smiling so much. "Don't worry, I'll help you get one."
Sayuri
Sayuri lifted her hand and brushed his hair back from his forehead, gently so as not to bother the irritated spot there, and gently kissed his forehead. "I still don't understand why me of all people," she said with a smirk. She leaned back and smiled at him. "And no, it isn't. It's Saturday, silly. There's no school on Saturday," she said, clucking her tongue at him. She pushed herself up from the ground, reaching down to pick up Greg. She set Greg on her head and helped Jackson up, smiling up at him, having to look through her hair since it had been pushed down and into her face by Greg. "Hm, you're a weird one, Jackson," she said, laughing. She took his hand and wrapped his arm around her, leaning her head against his shoulder yet keeping it balanced so Greg wouldn't fall, and she played with his fingers as she began to walk.
"I just need to finish up some student council stuff," she told him as she reached the school. She removed his arm and made her way inside the school, led the way down several hallways and up two flights of stairs, before stopping beside a locker. She spun a code in then popped it open and removed her bag, tossed it inside, snatched out a few notebooks and binders, plus some pencils and her keys, then slammed the locker shut and turned back to him. "I have a meeting to go to," she said, tucking a pencil behind her ear, some hair falling into her face in the process. She momentarily ignored it. "You can come with if you want," she offered. "But you have to be quiet, since you aren't on the council," she ordered, reaching up and removing Greg, holding him out to Jackson, and more hair falling into her face.
Kyou stepped into the elevator, so Christian stepped in before the door closed. She pressed button to that would take them to the bottom floor, she then smiled at him, somehow still smiling. He was wondering what it was about this girl that… intrigued him, but he couldn't figure out what it was that attracted him. His thinking was interrupted by Kyou suddenly slipping her arm through his, but he had no idea how to react to this and his words would be stuttered. He was a bit nervous, but he guessed that he actually did have feelings for the girl and he decided it would be easier to just accept those feelings. However, he didn't know if he could say what he felt, since he couldn't think right at the moment due to her hand still through his. His heartbeat could be hear and he was slightly blushing, since he wasn't used to this. He followed her tugging and they both arrived at the first floor. "Don't worry, I wouldn't take you somewhere you'd hate. Besides, I have a pretty good taste in food," She added the last part, so Christian tried replying and embarrassed himself intensely. "U-u-um, o-okay." Oh god, I probably just embarrassed myself more than I already was. He thought this to himself and he tried calming his heartbeat, by remembering lines from books he read before. He was calm and collected now, but he was still a bit flustered by her sudden movement earlier.
She released his arm and he released breath that he didn't know he had held. She turned around, still grinning and not at all flustered by the fact that she just put her arm through his. He guessed that perhaps it was something that friends did and that it wasn't romantic. This would seem plausible and it would stop Christian from being flustered, but he knew that usually couples did that in books and he didn't know what he was to her. "I'm glad you like books. If you didn't, I'd probably have to slap you upside the head," She warned him of this, but he didn't take this threat seriously due to the smile on her face. She moved back towards him and this time he was composed, and he wasn't flustered like he was before. She grabbed his arm again. He waved to the woman at the front desk when they passed her, with his free hand of course. The woman at the front desk responded with a shocked expression, but Christian ignored the lady's reaction.
Kyou turned to face him, as soon as they were outside the hospital. "Library first, lunch second," She told him this, while she was already starting down the sidewalk. "Okay, that seems fine." His voice wasn't stuttering and it was the same soothing voice he used normally, since he was feeling more comfortable around Kyou every second that passed. He caught up with her and she turned around, with light on her face. She was beautiful and he was staring, until she talked and broke him out of his daze. "I just realized something. You said you enjoy books, but seeing as you're new here, you probably don't have a library card, do you?" She asked with her eyes a bit wide, and Christian remembered where he first went when he came here and the strangeness of the conversation he first had. She was smiling quite a lot and he wondered how she could smile so much, but instead of asking that he instead smiled back. "Heh, I kinda failed at getting a library card." He scratched his head when he said this, since it was a bit awkward for him to talk to the librarian when he went to the library. "Don't worry, I'll help you get one." She added this on to her previous statement. "Thank you, I don't know if I can make it through getting a library card on my own." He sighed, since he was relieved that he would be able to get a library card without any more problems. He stretched a bit and he kept on following Kyou, since she would know the location of many of the buildings and since his mental map wasn't finished yet. He would finally be able to catch up with history and catch up on advances in science, and things like that. His intelligence was vast, but he still had room for improvement and he didn't really think of himself as too smart.
"Sure! I'd like to observe this 'council' of yours." He asked, with sarcasm in his voice yet smiling so brightly. He followed behind her, humming the same song he had hummed before. It was the song his mother used to sang to him when he was young as a lullaby. Other people thought it was rather hard to listen, but to him, it was like song that had been burnt deeply into his mind with only one time. Ever since then, he loved that song like it was what made him today.
As they walked, Jackson purposely walked a pace slower than her, and behind her, he grabbed the hair, gently and softly, then he smelled the hair for a moment then placed it back down. "You know, I've never noticed, but your hair smells very nice." He asked, trying to ask an obvious question. Her hair fell onto his face so many times, that he somehow got used to that scent. Almost to the point like a dog. He somehow is able to track her scent through the ground, but it will be very faint.
Perry Turner
When she was in her little space, her own little world, she didn't need to worry about anything. No worrying about school, or home, or her parents that were away. Even though Rex wasn't so kind to her, she still worried about him, though sometimes she wondered if she was worried about him personally or worried what he may do to her or himself if she messed things up. Up on the hill, she was truly free, no one to mutter behind her back, no-one to shut it up, she was her own boss to do as she pleases. She didn't mind the tutor, but then sometimes he stopped her. Sometimes the best way to learn was to just go with the flow and correct her own mistakes and work in that way.
With no-one rushing her, she took her time, as she gently played with the stick gently going this way and that, while her ear listening to the music, altering the destination of the stick so the right sound came out. Perry was pleased with how it sounded, and soon the song came to an end, as she laid the violin down in the case, only to hear another sound being played. It was unknown where the sound was coming from, though it sounded close, but it was doing no harm, and instead, her eyes remained closed as she listened to the music. Music was so sweet and peaceful, no matter what instrument was used, and in this environment, any music was beautiful.
Looking around, she spotted a young man with auburn hair which came to a shock to her, as she thought she'd be alone, so no doubt he was responsible for the music that followed hers. She couldn't help but notice how handsome he looked. "Cool it Perry", she told herself. "Hello there, I hope you don't find me rude but I heard your violin and I just had to see what goddess was playing, I think I found my answer", the young man smoke so kindly with a warm smile upon his face. He seemed ever so kind and not mocking like others she had come to know. If he merely wished to say hello, he would of done so and left, but it seemed that this guy going to stick around, and one that didn't scorn her for her work like all the others. Why couldn't everyone else be as considerate, and....honest? though maybe too much politeness was a bad thing, as she had begun to blush, causing her head to turn away again in order to prevent embarassing herself when he mentioned her being a 'goddess'.
"My name is Nickolas, and you are M'dear?", the young man who had introduced himself as Nickolas asked, as he held out his hand to her. "Perry", she answered, as she debated whether to take his hand or not, before going for it and taking a gamble. Afterall, it did seem he was genuine, as she took his warm hand with a smile and stood up, dusting her skirt with her free hand so she looked decent. Once she was standing, she then continued, "Perry Turner...though....don't believe I'm a goddess of any sort....ummmm", looking around before her eyes settled on his viola since he looked ever so charming, "I see you play the strings too", attempting to make conversation and take the pressure off her. She had tried before, but always got cut out. There was many escape routes if she messed it up or the guy didn't seem as genuine as she thought.
Kyou
"U-u-um, o-okay."
Odd, he doesn’t seem to be the one to stammer and become embarrassed … Kyou shrugged off the thoughts, just brushing his momentary loss of perfect control off as him adjusting to Earth. Geez, even the thought of having a … What would I call him … And extraterrestrial perhaps … No, he’s not at all like an alien. She rolled her shoulders and smiled up at him. “You can trust me,” she reassured him, leading him in the direction of the library.
"Okay, that seems fine."
Fixing a skeptical look on Christian, she studied him for several long moments, before nodding a little. “You should talk more,” she said quietly, looking at him through her lashes, a light pink tinting her cheeks. Something about him caused an odd stirring to begin in her stomach. Her heart skipped a bit at the way he looked at her, and she flushed even more, averting her gaze quickly. “I like your voice. It’s … Pleasant,” she told him, a bit awkwardly, before she turned and began to walk again, keeping her arm in his.
"Thank you, I don't know if I can make it through getting a library card on my own."
She cleared her throat. Stop it, Kyou. I know exactly what you’re doing. You’re developing a little school-girl’s crush on him. Well, that won’t do! You don’t need anyone, not even a handsome Winter spirit … Guy … Oh, yes, he was definitely a guy, definitely a man. And so, so sweet … No! She mentally slapped herself. Enough! Even if you weren’t, well, you, there wouldn’t be any possible way for you two to be together. He’s from a completely different world – literally – and no doubt is some sort of prince over there, who isn’t interested in being together with some stupid, little, powerless, weak human-being.
With a slightly melancholy look on her face, Kyou stopped before the library and released his arm. “Well, here’s the library. I’ll help you with the card, and then I’ll let you pick out some books, seeing as I need to find some books for myself,” she told him, making her way up the stairs, her hand clasped easily around his wrist.
Once inside, she pulled him over before the front desk, offering the librarian a smile. “I would like to help my friend register for a library card,” Kyou informed her. The librarian nodded, rifled through some papers, and then passed them to her. Kyou nodded and accepted the papers, then took his hand and dragged him over to a table. “Help me fill these out, and you’ll be good,” she ordered, sliding her chair over so it was almost touching his, and when they sat, they would end up brushing sides. She flipped out two pens and passed one to him, before picking her own up with her left hand. She began to write in a perfect scrawl across the paper, filling out what she knew about him for him, but forging a bit of the information so he wouldn’t be discovered as the … Alien? … That he was.
Sayuri
"Sure! I'd like to observe this 'council' of yours."
Sayuri feigned insult, placing her hand over her heart and stopping before him, sticking out her lower lip. "That hurts, that hurts right here," she sniffled a little, wiping at fake tears. She smiled and turned back around, picking her way easily in the direction of the room that her meeting would be held in. "No sarcasm is needed, but it really is a council," she insisted with a pout. "You meanie ..." she mumbled.
She paused again, however, when she felt her hair lifted and heard his intake of breath. She turned a bit so she could look at him with a raised brow, her hair still in his hand. He finally released it and it fell back down to her waist. "You know, I've never noticed, but your hair smells very nice," he commented, almost sheepishly. Sayuri smiled and let out a laugh, shaking her head at him. "Jackson ... You are the oddest person I have ever have the fortune of meeting," she said with a soft giggle.
With a slight smirk, she moved over to him and lifted her hand, curling her fingers into his shirt. She pulled him down so his face was almost touching hers, her hand relaxing and smoothing up and around his neck. "But thank you for the compliment," she murmured. She gently kissed him, drawing the kiss out for several moments, before she finally broke it. "I really need to get to that meeting," she informed him, stepping back and taking his hand in hers. She turned to a door they stood before, opened it, and led him through, an obvious changing going over her personality.
"I apologize for my late arrival, but I was held up assisting a potential new student in learning information about the school and the campus. If you all don't mind, he would like to sit in and watch how the Student Council works. His name is Jackson Orako, and I expect you all to treat him with the utmost respect and kindness," she warned, moving over to the pedestal that stood in front of the small group of people, who sat in the front row of desks in the room.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It wasn't until around a half an hour later that the council meeting ended. Sayuri had managed to grant the funding of a new language club that had wished to form. She had also led the decisions on the school events days, the funding of them, and the events of the days leading up to the said large events. Many other things had been covered; however, these were the most prominent details.

Sayuri stood at the front of the classroom, organizing the papers that were now strewn across the pedestal and the table beside her, the rest of the council members already gone. She glanced up at Jackson and smiled. "What did you think?" she asked, obviously eager to hear his answer, hoping that she had impressed him. Suddenly, her expression grew puzzled. "I have a question. So, is your original name Spring then? And if so, would you like it if I called you Spring when we're alone?"

He sighed in his mind, since she seemed to not notice his stuttering. He thought that she didn't notice and that he was lucky that she didn't notice, since it would prove to be extremely embarrassing for her to point it out. He then wondered what the girl was thinking, but then again he wouldn't really want the power to read minds. He could usually control his emotions and put on a facade of calmness, but he could not for some reason control his emotions around the girl. She rolled her shoulders and smiled. "You can trust me," She reassured him, but Christian didn't think he needed her to reassure him, considering she seemed to know a lot and the only reason he couldn't talk was due to him being embarrassed. They both were going in the direction of the library.

She had a skeptical look on Christian, while studying him for several long moments and nodding a little afterwards. "You should talk more," She said this quietly, while a light pink tinted her cheeks. Wait, why are her cheeks turning rose colored?[i] He forgot to reply to her question, due to him wondering why Kyou blushed. He stared at her a moment, before noticing that she quickly adverted her gaze. "I like you voice. It's … Pleasant," She said this a bit awkwardly and she kept her arm in his, so Christian managed to compose himself and talk in his normal voice. He wasn't embarrassed anymore, since she seemed to be just as embarrassed as he was. "Oh? Thank you, Kyou. I'll try to speak more than if that is the case." He was talking in the same tone of voice he talked to HIlly with, but he didn't know that he was doing anything differently.

He stopped being embarrassed, but he continued having embarrassing thoughts. [i]I wonder, what does she think of me? Am I an alien to her or am I a prince? There are too many possibilities and not even I can pinpoint which one seems the most plausible, but why am I thinking a lot about her. Did I honestly fall for her? I'm probably breaking a rule or something like that, but who cares. Might as well continue having fun, since it's a bit too late to back out.

Kyou had a melancholic look on her face, so Christian thought that she must have been bored or something like that. Kyou stopped before the library and released his hand, so Christian's fear that she was bored was being increased. “I would like to help my friend register for a library card,” Kyou informed the librarian, and the librarian responded with a nod and by handing some papers to Kyou. "Thank you madam, sorry for any inconvenience I may cause you." This was directed at the librarian, but he barely had a chance to finish his conversation before Kyou dragged him to a table. “Help me fill these out, and you’ll be good,” She was ordering him to do this while sliding her chair over so it barely touched his chair. He sat down and barely brushed her side, so he almost lost his composure. He took the pen passed out to him and he held it in a strange, but efficient way. She was writing in a scrawl, but the scrawl was perfect. "Sure, but I guess I'm going to have to use an Alias." His eyes had a serious look to them and he began filling in the spaces with information that seemed plausible. His hand was moving slowly, but efficiently. He wasn't in a rush, since he had a lot of time to use and he didn't want to make any careless mistakes. "I'm completely strange. I was stammering like a fool due to embarrassment a minute ago, but now I'm acting completely different. This is strangely fun." He didn't know that he said this out loud, since he thought that he only thought this.

"Perry,Perry Turner...I....don't believe we've met....ummmm" Nickolas smiled at the girl. She seemed somewhat nervous but that really didn't bother him since he was kinda nervous himself. "Perry, weird name you dont hear it often. I like it." he said giving off a large grin. He thought for a moment then snapped his fingers. "Turner, your brother's having a party tonight isn't he? " he asked giving her a small grin before leaning on the tree.

" I see you play the strings too." Nickolas nodded. "Yup any instrument that has strings I can play. Harp, Lyre, Violin, Guitar, Cello, even some Pianos, I think you get it." he said then slid the bow in his pocket and pulled Wisp back out changed back into his white rodent form, plump and tired. "So... I'm guessing you've had the violin for a good bit of time. It looks a bit aged but well kept almost like a child." he then stopped himself. "Sorry, no offense sometimes I just can't shut up like this time when me and my brothers were picking out what to do.." he clasped his hands over his mouth. "Sorry." he stood there silently looking at the Viola and as she looked away he swapped it to a Lyre again in three seconds the only sign of it changing was the wind picking up.

"So Ms.Turner tell me a bit about yourself, I've been a bit of a chatterbox so I feel kinda guilty." he smiled and let out a little chuckle and plucked the strings of the lyre making the sound of rain hitting a leaf.

"Yeah, I guess that's pretty much about it, so yeah. Call me Spring if you want when nobody's around. I don't mind." He smiled brightly, as he took a look around the room. The room was comfortable, and it wasn't as cramp as his room back at his place. "This 'Student Council' of yours sounds really good. I like it!" He answered Sayuri, who was eagerly waiting for his answer. He quickly took a quick glance at the door again, as if awaiting someone to come in, but it was just one of his habit; to look into a door and imagine someone walking in through the door. Then for a moment he stopped and turned back his towards Sayuri. "I would like to join this school of yours and after that, I'll need to find myself an apartment to live in." He said, considering that even he still needs a place to live in. You don't expect to sleep in the streets and not feel bad about it. Well, if Sayuri wants, then that's another story.

Sayuri

"Yeah, I guess that's pretty much about it, so yeah. Call me Spring if you want when nobody's around. I don't mind.”

Sayuri finished grabbing all her papers and moved over to the desk beside him to organize them. She moved it closer to his desk so the two were touching and therefore it would give her more room to organize the papers. “I really do like that name. It’s an odd name to have here, but … It’s nice,” she said with a warm smile up at him. She turned back to her papers and rifled through him, in an attempt to put them together according to subject.

”This 'Student Council' of yours sounds really good. I like it!”

She paused in her organization to beam up at him. “I’m happy that you like it. I love this club. I’m Student Body President, after all. Why would I do something that I don’t love?” she asked, letting her head fall to rest on his shoulder as she turned back to her papers. She heaved a soft sigh and leaned up long enough to slip them into her bag, before resting her head on his shoulder again, closing her eyes, and slipping her arm through his.

”I would like to join this school of yours and after that, I'll need to find myself an apartment to live in." “

A small smile lifted to her features. “I’m glad … Really glad …” she murmured. She sat like that for several moments, content just to be near him.
It’s silly that I could fall for someone in such a short time … I must be going nuts …

She jerked up as she realized that she had begun to fall asleep, lifted her hand and rubbed at her eyes, and gave him a sheepish grin. “Whoops,” she said, turning her face to nuzzle his throat. “So, if you’re Spring, and your parents are the Moon and the Sun, then who are Winter, Autumn, and Summer? Are they male? Female? Are they your siblings then?” she asked, her curiosity evident. She leaned back and took both his hands between hers, looking at him eagerly. “I want to know everything. Please tell me, Spring,” she practically begged.

Kyou

"Oh? Thank you, Kyou. I'll try to speak more than if that is the case."

Why was he talking like that? It was the same gentle, calm voice he’d used with Hilly. It made her feel … Childish and … Extremely unimportant. She definitely didn’t feel as special as she had before, having had his full attention and his laughing, smiling, and kind voice. She huffed a little and moved in her chair to get comfortable, brushing against his side. Her heart stopped at the contact, and she froze, her eyes widening a little as small bolts of electricity shot through her. Biting down on her lip, she forced herself to move and return to helping him fill out the paper.

"Sure, but I guess I'm going to have to use an Alias.”

She managed to let out a burst of laughter. “No, really Christian?” she asked jokingly, her lips quirking up into an extremely amused smile. She shook her head at him. “You’re different,” she said, smiling as she turned back to the papers. They were going through this surprisingly quickly, and she found that they were almost done.

"I'm completely strange. I was stammering like a fool due to embarrassment a minute ago, but now I'm acting completely different. This is strangely fun."

She finished off the last of the information. Now all he had to do was sign it. However, she went quiet when he spoke, a puzzled look lifting to her expression.

“I agree that you’re strange, but why were you embarrassed? I was wondering why you were stammering before, but I didn’t say anything. Mind telling me why you were embarrassed?” she asked, leaning back in her chair to look at him, her brows raised. “I don’t see why you would be,” she shook her head. “You are a strange on, Christian,” she said, leaning forward to grab the papers, brushing her hair back from her face and bumping him in the nose in the process. She shot back up, her hands thrown before her. “I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to hit you,” she apologized frantically. “Is your nose okay?”

He wasn't using this voice on purpose. He only used this voice when talking to children or when he was busy doing work, but he this time he was busy doing work and he wasn't talking to a child. He didn't mean to be like this, but the work was taking a bit of his concentration and he didn't want to make any careless mistakes. He accidentally made a mark on the paper when they brushed, but he managed the mistake. "Sorry," His voice was normal when he said this, since he was a bit embarrassed.

He had no idea why she was laughing, since this would be serious work and he couldn't have anyone figuring out who or what he was. "No, really Christian?" She asked this jokingly, so Christian decided to let it go. Her lips quirked up in an amused smile, so Christian couldn't resist smiling as well. "You're different," She said this smiling, but she then turned back to the papers. "How am I different? There are so many ways that I'm different, so it's kind of hard to tell what you're referring to." He laughed a bit at the end of this, since he knew that his statement was true. He was extremely different from most, and people would probably not be able to accept the fact that he existed. He looked back at the papers and saw that they were nearly finished, and they only took a little bit of time to finish what they already did. "Oh, we went through the papers pretty quickly." He had made sure to have the things he wrote down match with the things Kyou wrote, since it would be strange to have different information on a paper and that would probably make people ask questions which could lead to him being discovered. Being discovered was not on his priorities and he would help his brothers get out of trouble, if they ever got caught. They would help him as well, if he got caught.

He smiled when he finished his last bit of information, but it was a nervous smile and he didn't think that he let actually spoke that. He thought that he was only thinking in his head, but he was thinking out loud. He saw the quizzical look on her face and he then noticed that he said that out loud. "Oh no," This was all he had to say, since he wasn't planning on sharing his thoughts, yet. He sunk in his chair, thinking that perhaps he could disappear.

"I agree that you're strange, but why were you embarrassed? I was wondering why you were stammering before, but I didn’t say anything. Mind telling me why you were embarrassed?” She leaned on her chair and looked at him with her brows raised. "I don't see why you would be," She shook her head, and Christian decided that telling then truth would be easier than making up lies. He couldn't make up any lies at the moment, because his mind was jumbled and embarrassment didn't help him think straight. "Ehh…. I guess I should probably explain, but promise not to laugh." He sighed after he said this and he was twirling his fingers, since he was trying to get his thoughts in order. "I guess that is probably due to an emotion that I can not control. I probably started developing feelings towards you, but I do not know when the feelings would have started developing. It is a natural response to be embarrassed in front of someone you have feelings for. Do not ask me how I managed to tell you all this, since I'm screaming in my mind and I'm embarrassed extremely." He seemed to be calm when saying this, but he was slightly blushing and he was screaming inside his head.

He was bumped in the nose, but he didn't really notice the slight trickle of blood. She shot back up with her hands thrown in front of her. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hit you," she frantically apologized. He didn't notice due to him still processing what he just told her and his embarrassment reaching nuclear levels. "Is your nose okay?" This is what brought him back from his daze. "Oh? This is nothing, I can simply get some ice and it should heal quickly." He didn't really mind blood, since he could easily place his hand over the wound and it would heal quickly. He took off his glove and placed his fingers over his nose, but he didn't notice the coldness of his touch. It seemed natural for him to be healing like this, or at least it seemed natural for him and his brothers.

He stopped abruptly, since he noticed that he had just told her what was on his mind earlier. He was a bit apprehensive of what her response would be, since he just admitted he was developing feelings towards her.

Oh god, this is bad. This is extremely bad. I can't panic now or it'll be even more embarrassing, but what can I do? He would have taken his words back, but he couldn't make any sound come out and he had on idea what to do. He was trying to think of a way out of situation, but he couldn't concentrate on formulating a plan to escape his embarrassment and he would have to wait for a response to his sudden words. Not even his bird was making a sound and his breath was clearly visible. He would have tried turning into a blizzard and escaping, but he could not think to do that at the moment and he would have probably melted.

Perry Turner

Perry tends to get nervous quite a bit, but when she is not being so tense and working, she works well, providing she is not disturbed. The thing was, she detested trying her best then suddenly her self-esteem just disappears when she makes a little mistake and everyone takes the micky. In order to avoid making mistakes and making herself look stupid, she either amuses herself if she was able to, or keep her attention moving, which was why her eyes wandered about her rather than staying on Nickolas. She hoped that her movements would not make it seem like he was ignoring him as she weren't, as it was more her coping mechinism than anything else.

"Perry, weird name you don't hear it often. I like it", he stated which made her give a soft thin smile, though she wasn't sure if the large grin on his face was mocking her or was simply delight. Sometimes she just assumed the worst since she was used to it, before he then brought up her brother. "Oh, brother", she told herself, as he asked, "your brother's having a party tonight isn't he?". Perry responded with a simple nod. Course, she wasn't invited, and was too uncool to be at Rex's gangbang. Perry didn't mind, she didn't like it anyway, and besides, none of her friends were invited, so if she was there, she'd have no one to be with, except be at the mercy of her brother, his friends and the older kids, all of which could take the micky out of her. How could the sound of her violin pass through the bass and all that rock rubbish music. She sure was passionate about the things she loved.

Nickolas then listed the instruments he can play before stepping back a little as her eyes were alerted to a white rodent he had in his pocket. Who carries pets around like that? She herself wished to have a pet, maybe a puppy who would grow into a strong dog and keep all the bad guys away from her. Course, Rex wasn't going to go out of his way to make her happy. No, that was too much. "So...I'm guessing you've had the violin for a good bit of time. It looks a bit aged but well kept almost like a child...Sorry, no offense sometimes I just can't shut up like this when me and my brothers were picking out what to do...Sorry".

Perry couldn't help but giggle while she too covered her mouth, before he asked, "So Ms. Turner tell me a bit about yourself, I've been a bit of a chatterbox so I feel kinda guilty", accompanied with the sound of his lyre which sounded divine. He really did know how to play from how well the strings sounded. "Wake up Perry", before she then responded, "Please, call me Perry. You'll sound like my teacher otherwise", she began. She didn't mind people using her name, but what she didn't like was people taking the mick of it, then twisting her name and calling her other stuff.

She offered up a smile, before continuing on, looking down to her violin, "This was given to me by my poppa, who got it from his, so it's been passed down. I just love the sound it makes. My brother disagrees, he sees it as old junk and would be one to sell it at auction if he got his hands on it, but it won't, it's my baby now". Suddenly going all red and immediately turned around to hide it. When those around took the micky out of her, she always had her violin to be with, and the closest thing she had, something she couldn't really explain and this guy couldn't understand, no matter how kind and genuine he seemed to be. He could always be adopting a different approach, getting on her good side, lifting her up, then she finds herself falling from a mountain.

Wishing to shift the attention back to him, seeing that he seemed more confident than her, she then asked, "How did you get into playing the strings?". He had said how sometimes he couldn't shut up, but actually having someone to talk to, and having someone speak to her and not leave her like what tended to happen, it was something, comforting maybe, showing she was not a complete outcast....

“I really do like that name. It’s an odd name to have here, but … It’s nice,”

"I'm glad that you think that it's nice." He said, turning his smile to her. He felt as if he was in a dream, although he knows perfectly well not, but these moments were one of the times where he thought he would never get. Sayuri's attempt to organize the papers had hypnotized him, making him figure how can she do something that difficult, but nonetheless, he snapped back to reality to continue his answer. 'Supposedly, Spring was supposed to be named after the personality of our mother; the loving and cheery side, which explained why I was like this, and I was born towards the same personality and takes after my mother with Fall. Although I have no idea where he is now." He said, scratching the back of his head, still trying to figure out where his brothers had escaped.

“I’m happy that you like it. I love this club. I’m Student Body President, after all. Why would I do something that I don’t love?”

She tucked her arms under him, and rested her head on his shoulders. He quickly giggled, and drummed his fingers on the table. She was right. Why would someone do something they don't like if they didn't like it in the first place? That's another question that had Jackson wondering every time. He particularly likes anything, whether it be a garbage or a dead body. Well, maybe not the latter, but you get the idea. Except that and a gloomy person. He never liked dark gloomy peoples. It just defies his personality. "I agree." He smiled beaming back Sayuri.

He quickly attempted to remember the answers to her question. This was quite unexpected but who cares. Jackson will answer any question for her. He shuffled through the memories, and most of the answers he needed were already scavenged, and now he just needs to piece them together with words. "Those three, are my brothers. Christian Orako, the Winter. He is a bit like me, seeing as we both like to sleep, and when we're awake, we would do different things to kill the free times we might have." He said, thinking the times where he and Christian would sometimes argue about trivial things like the differences of the books they read. But it will either be ended with an apology from Jackson, or the two other brothers settle the things down for them.

"Then comes Nickolas. He's the childish one of the group, and also the one that plays string instruments. Well, I don't really know what's that, but I think it's nice?" He thought, as the plays of Nickolas's instruments never really got into him. He's just not that interested in it. "Well, we can be both the same childish, but I'm just cheery... I think?" Question marks keeps on appearing in his head, and all he did was push them all away and will find answers for it until later.

"Then finally, Alexander. Well, at times, he can be really, really, hot headed, and would mostly rush things without other people's consents. A natural leader, some calls him, but I think he's just being nice. Because he only rushed things when it involves his friends or us." He smiled nervously, and tried to remember anything he forgot to add in. "Well, that's about it about them. If you want to know more, I suggest you get to know them. Because I really don't know how to explain in words of how awesome and loving my brothers is." He said, his smile brightly shone back to Sayuri. "I really, really love them!"

“Of course Perry” he said with a bit of a chuckle as he said it. Nickolas smiled as Perry started to talk about her own instrument. It was amusing really, how shy she was and the boy she was talking to was a polar opposite. It was almost too unbelievable, but then again he was a god talking to a mortal so that’s a bit unbelievable too.

When she tried to change the subject and talk about his own past he panicked slightly in his head. ”Oh no, Oh no think think” he screamed in his thoughts then a small lie dawned on him, it might just work well enough for him to get by. “I started playing when I was around ten, I just kinda fell in love with the stuff you know, how beautiful the sound of the strings being plucked at just the right time so that they make a perfect melody.” He sighed and ran his fingers over his lyre once more. Wisp seemed to do almost the same fluttered his eyes. “Yes me and my brothers all play a different type of…” his flicked back to the thought of his lost siblings and he looked back at Perry. “Oh uh sorry I need to find my brothers, I don’t know this town too well and I think I may need some help, care to escort me, I would really enjoy your company Perry.

Sayuri

"I'm glad that you think that it's nice. Supposedly, Spring was supposed to be named after the personality of our mother; the loving and cheery side, which explained why I was like this, and I was born towards the same personality and takes after my mother with Fall. Although I have no idea where he is now."

She sat up and raised a brow at him. "Your brothers are here, too? If you don't know where they are, I can help you find them. Also, if you all need a place to stay, you can come live with my family and me. My parents won't be bothered, and we live in a mansion, so there's more then enough room," she smiled, although her smile had lost some of it's joy due to the thoughts about her family. Her eyes looked a bit saddened, but she forced back the thoughts that ran through her mind.

"Those three, are my brothers. Christian Orako, the Winter. He is a bit like me, seeing as we both like to sleep, and when we're awake, we would do different things to kill the free times we might have. Then comes Nickolas. He's the childish one of the group, and also the one that plays string instruments. Well, I don't really know what's that, but I think it's nice? Well, we can be both the same childish, but I'm just cheery... I think? Then finally, Alexander. Because he only rushed things when it involves his friends or us." He smiled nervously, and tried to remember anything he forgot to add in.

Sayuri stared at him, her awe evident. She was silent for several moments, before she bloomed into a happy smile.

"I really want to meet them now. They sound so ... So ... Interesting!" she exclaimed, bounding up from her seat and grinning down at him. "Promise me you'll introduce us sometime?" she asked, taking his wrists in her hands and holding them up, near her face. "Promise?"

"Well, that's about it about them. If you want to know more, I suggest you get to know them. Because I really don't know how to explain in words of how awesome and loving my brothers are." He said, his smile brightly shone back to Sayuri. "I really, really love them!"

She shook her head a little and laughed. "I'm glad you love them," she said, her smile dimming a little. "Wish I felt the same about mine ..." she muttered. She coughed a little and forced her smile to return to it's former brightness.

Her smile disappeared completely, however, as a thought occurred to her.

"You're going to leave at some point, aren't you?" she asked quietly, connecting the dots. If he was Spring, and his family included the rest of the seasons, the Moon, and the Sun, then he would undoubtedly be forced to return to wherever it was that he had come from.

She looked down, turned away, and looked out the window, her arms crossed over her chest, her lower lip trembling a little before she bit down on it.

"You're going to get my hopes up, make me think that we can be together, and then you're going to leave me," she said quietly, bluntly. She closed her eyes, tears blooming against the back of her lids. "You are, aren't you?" she whispered.

Kyou

"How am I different? There are so many ways that I'm different, so it's kind of hard to tell what you're referring to."

Kyou paused, as if to think over her answer, her lips quirking to the side in thought. She mulled over everything she knew about him, turned, and gave him an amused look. "You're different not only in where you come from and what you can do, but also in the way that you act. You're ... Weird," she said with a grin, wadding up some tissues and dabbing at the blood that had begun to trickle from his nose.

"Oh, we went through the papers pretty quickly."

She glanced over at the papers and then looked back at him. "They weren't too difficult to fill out, so it's understandable," she shrugged, licking at one end of the tissues and wiping beneath his nose with it, eagerly awaiting his answer.

"Ehh…. I guess I should probably explain, but promise not to laugh. I guess that is probably due to an emotion that I can not control. I probably started developing feelings towards you, but I do not know when the feelings would have started developing. It is a natural response to be embarrassed in front of someone you have feelings for. Do not ask me how I managed to tell you all this, since I'm screaming in my mind and I'm embarrassed extremely."

Kyou sat there for a moment, blinking repeatedly, her hand held up in mid air, and she stared at him. Several moments went by, which began to grow close to an entire minute, before she finally leaned back from him. She turned and tossed the tissues into a nearby trash bin, before turning back to the papers, her heart hammering in her chest.

Could it really be possible? Was it actually possible for a boy like this, her dream guy, to actually have fallen for her, and in that short of time? She didn't think so. She just wasn't the type of girl that guys typically fell for on a whim. Of course, since she had met him, she hadn't felt like herself, and she'd been having so much fun with him that she hadn't truly realized that she had warmed up to him, and that quickly. She had been too busy to realize that she, too, had developed feelings, for him.

She turned her head a little and discreetly - or at least she tried to be discreet - looked at him through her lashes, all the while putting the papers in order.

She bit down on her lower lip. Motioning for him to wait, she rose and approached the librarian's desk, where she handed the woman the papers, who told her that Christian's card would be ready in a moment.

As she returned to the table, she mulled over what he had told her.

So, in a childish term, he liked her. Obviously more then friends. But what did that mean? Should she go on a whim and allow her emotions, for once in her life, to take control? Or should she return to being the cautious, stony bitch that she had become famous for being?

For once in her life, she had absolutely no idea what to do.

She would definitely need to have a sleepover with Sayuri. And soon.

She lowered herself into her chair and looked over her shoulder, to find that they were blocked from view by the librarian. Her heart was in her throat, and she gnawed on her lower lip, her pulse speeding up at the thought of what she was about to do.

She was about to let her emotions lead her.

She turned back to Christian, pressed her lips together for a moment, and then licked them in embarrassment. Her face was a crimson red and she could feel the heat of the blood that had risen to it. It was so hot suddenly. The library was never this hot. In fact, Christian had made it colder then usual. And yet, she was hot. So hot, she was almost tempted to take off her jacket. Yet she pushed down the temptation, looked up at him through her lashes, and in that moment, slipped away from herself.

"'You'll never know what you're missing unless you go for it'," she murmured, an old quote her mother would tell her when she was younger and in need of advice.

Summoning up her courage, she leaned in and grasped the front of his shirt, balling it up in her hands, before she pressed her lips to his own. As far as first kisses went, to her, it was amazing. She felt warm all the way to her very core, and her toes curled in her shoes at the feelings that swept through her. And all of it was from a simple kiss. Just a light touch of the lips.

Of course, Christian, undoubtedly, did not feel the same way. She forced herself to pull away, her face even darker, if that was possible.

"I'm sorry," she mumbled, releasing his shirt and turning away. "I shouldn't have ... I shouldn't have done that," she whispered, standing up quickly and grabbing her bag. "I-I-I-" she cut off, cleared her throat, and turned to one of the aisles of shelves. "You're card ... It should be ready," she said quickly, looking everywhere but at him.
