This Roleplay is set after the first "hunger games" book of the trilogy. It is set after Katniss and Peeta won. There has not been any rebellion yet.
I know there has been a lot of hunger games roleplays lately, but hopefully we can make this one truly stand out from the crowd.

It's been roughly 6 months since Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark won the 74th annual Hunger Games. And now the Capitol is preparing for the 75th. The third ever "Quarter Quell".
From each of the 12 districts, one male and one female will be selected at random to compete. But this year, of course, there will be a little "twist".
With the citizens of Panem a little distressed since the unprecedented "double win" at the last games, there has never been more pressure on the capitol to put on a truly incredible show.

Our story begins on the day of the reaping. Where President Snow will announce the Conditions of the Quell. And the tributes will be chosen.
