Lonan Calloway

"It doesn't matter who's going to let me. What matters is who's going to try and stop me?"

a character in “The Sneak Chamber”, as played by Cato The Great

"It doesn't matter who's going to let me. What matters is who's going to try and stop me?"

The oldest Calloway brother, Ansel's twin

Much like all the other men in his family, Lonan is on the tall side, standing at 6 feet even, with a thick head of hair the color of ashen oak, and hazel irises. His body is rife with scars, especially his back, and over his right eye sits an black eyepatch. In the dark of night, one can sometimes see an extremely faint green glow emanating from underneath. Lonan dress fashionably, but simply, usually a simple button-down shirt and striped vest, though he isn't very fond of ties, and usually lets his collar sit unbuttoned, exposing the top of his toned chest.

⌈Spectral Arms⌋
Lonan Spectral weapon is a javelin, which can be multiplied and levitated, as well as launched forward with great speed. If the javelin pierces a living creature, the wound will burn and leak a spectral energy, which Lonan can use to track that creature.

To the uninitiated, Lonan often comes off as bitter and jaded, usually using sarcasm and foul language to express his viewpoints. He is very curt, sometimes flirtatious, and likes to tease his siblings quite frequently, but due to recent circumstances, he has let up quite a bit. Although Lonan can seem very sour, he is very dedicated to his fellow hunters and very caring towards his friends and family. He is often willing to do what no one else will, and has a very self-sacrificial viewpoint when it comes to protecting his own.

Lonan, like all of his siblings, was trained from birth to be a Blight Hunter at the Halcyon Bay Bastion since birth. Born just minutes after his twin brother Ansel, he is technically the second oldest of all the Calloway children, although with Ansel's recent death, he has regrettably taken the title of most senior. Lonan has always been a stubborn troublemaker, and has been getting into fights and various other forms of trouble for as long as he can remember. Like Ansel, Lonan is an extremely skilled hunter, and specializes in tracking and locating. At some point in the past he came face to face with an infamous witch known as Ferphyr, who defeated him and cursed his eye, blinding it. He seeks to find Ferphyr and eliminated her, in order to restore his sight and lift her curse.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

So begins...
