Personality:
He’s pretty quiet and calm. He is very elegant but he also comes alive and can be very outgoing when inspired or when he needs to be. His go getter personality tends to showcase itself when he’s at the host club. He doesn’t like being ordered around. He is used to being seen and not heard. He has learned to be quiet when needed, but enjoys being wild, spontaneous and all things creative when he is allowed to be free.
Brief History:
Shiraishi Makoto was born in Tokyo where he grew up to be very interested in Art. He began attending a special school after his normal classes to train in the classic Japanese arts. His parents are pretty well off and are keen on the reputation of the family. While his father has always been more business minded he enjoys that his son takes a more artistic view of the world than he does. His mother owns a designer handbag company, and likes to ask Makoto to design custom bags for wealthy clients.
Makoto is a homosexual and came to self-discovery when he found himself strongly attracted to a former classmate of his in art school. The two were friends until they shared a passionate kiss upon completion of a difficult partner art project. Makoto’s feelings were later rejected by his friend and the two ceased to speak afterward.
Recently Makoto has been moonlighting at a host club as a call boy. He doesn’t do it for the money but for the excitement and to meet other guys. It’s his personal way of rebelling against his rigid upbringing. He longs for someone to accept him, just for who he is, not who they could potentially craft him into being. Perhaps the person of longing is closer than he thinks.
