Driving is easy, arguing with your car-mates is the hard part....
Once being some dude who transports people without talking to them, he developed a somewhat quiet attitude. He does talk, but he rather listens specially when he is on the road. He loves the big cars, Humvees, Pajeros, Starex and even trucks. The only thing he never did was drive a tank. He believes power more than speed, meaning a slow truck can beat a fast car in many ways. When he doesn't drive, his hobbies are body building, eating snacks and reading on the net.
You can depend on him on anything that involves mechanics, specially if it's about cars.
It will depend on the assignment and latency of the assignment given to the group. He always carries a Mark XIX Desert Eagle with only 7 bullets in it, for safety reasons.
Frank was an illegal transporter, meaning he worked with people who kill people. After getting into jail, the army just couldn't see him as dangerous, he never killed anyone for no reason, most were self defense. So, they gave him another chance, but to work with the army as a transporter. Now the lessons were easy because he already had experiences in car chases, chaser and chasee. Everything was fine until he needed to go to Aeronautics class where he learned how to Pilot a plane and a chopper. Despite this though, he was able to master it.
His driving skills were so extraordinary that he was immediately picked for Task Force 417.
