The Story Of Blue-Waters:

The Blue-Waters Ocean, is the great sea that unites all the vast lands of this beautiful planet Poké-Earth. And dwelling on Poké-Earth, for over 2,000 centuries, are humans who calls themselves Shinobi.

The Grand-Heavens Castle, is the greatest architectural achievement of all Shinobi-kind, home to the finest works of art, from sculptures and paintings, to poetry and legends. And it also serves as a stronghold and safe storage, lest there be any defending from foreign invaders or accidents of any kind. Most often referred to as The Blue-Waters Castle.

The Ember-Lily Towers, which is located on the west side of The Blue-Waters Castle, is the designated destination for all international celebrations to be had.

The Shadow-Rose Towers, which is located on the south side of The Blue-WatersCastle, is the sole destination for the official Chuunin coming of age ceremony and treasure hunt.

The Moon-Scythe Towers, is the unknown territory in which the RPer's characters will venture to explore rather unwittingly.

The North and The East Towers, which are located respective of their names, provide no clear entry way or gate to pass through.

Character Creation:

Claim a clan name or create one. Must be somehow related to an existing canon.

The Genin Rite of Passage, is celebrated at the age of 11, after passing a brief written exam of Poke-Earth's geography and history, and your character's city's history and neighborhoods. During this celebration, you'll be given a Shinobi head band and assigned to a 3 man cell team, to which your character will be bonded with, as per the Witch Doctor's guidance. Schooling is continued until they are 18, if they wish to.

The Chuunin Coming of Age, is the ceremony for those who are 18 years of age who've passed the physical and endurance exam. They are then taken to The Blue-Waters Castle for the Chuunin Ceremony first and then the treasure hunt game. And during the Chuunin Ceremony, where most occupational professionals will be in attendance, will scout for apprentices and give jobs to those who've yet to find one.

The Jounin Degree, is the certificate for those who are of 25 years old, which is the legal age to apply for any profession or job (with the exception of Arc Warden, where you must be at least 32 years of age).
