Personality
Encountering Alex is a game of luck. He may attack you as soon as soon as look at you, or cling as if in desparation. He may be the most joyfully euphoric person at one point, and the darkest at the next. He is INSANE.
Equipment
Well, seeing as he's locked down in a special facility, it seems a little hard for him to get his hands on anything other than the clothes on his back.
History
A constant bullying target throughout his life, he finally resorted to an attempt at suicide. His parents stopped him, however, and sent him away to this emergency facility hoping to help. Alex was already panicking on arrival; he shoved the workers away as they tried to search him. When they finally got close enough to give him the drug, he became suddenly calm... Then later became restless, bursting with insanity. He is now an animal among the facility, bipolar and pyschopathic; But he has his advantages.
