Ellyn is a very nice girl, that isn't to friendly. She doesn't have time for friends in her own mind, she feels like she has to study and work hard so she can make it somewhere in life. She isn't the type of girl that you'd ever see at a party or hanging out with a huge group of friends. Ellyn's the type of girl you might accidentally stumble into at the library when she's checking out books, of when she's at a coffee shop drinking coffee and studying. Studying and learning to her is everything, she just loves knowledge. She feels like knowledge is the key to everything and she must do whatever she can to expand it. Most of the time Ellyn is studying for fun, she loves it. Her favorite thing to learn about is history, there's just something about it she happens to love. If people don't like reading like she does she finds it hard to communicate with them, well she finds it hard to communicate with people on general, but if you're not interested in reading, learning, or knowledge like she is; she probably won't have time for you regardless unless you're a female family member. And she believes this very strongly, without knowledge even more people would do stupid things, kill people, etc. Ellyn is the girl who always has a strategy and is usually ready for all curve balls. She's good at always being five steps ahead which helps her out. She's the type of girl that if it takes strategy she'll win: Chess- She'll win, Checkers- She'll Win, Battleship- She'll Win, in other words she knows how to win. She's always the girl with the plan to win.
When meeting Ellyn she'll be cold and probably won't talk to people. She might nod her head, maybe even look at them, but she'll most likely keep walking. She's kind of shy, but the way she holds herself no one would ever guess. She walks with her head held high, chin up, back arched, and with long powerful strides. She also wears dominating colors, usually reds, which shows power. This behavior leads most to believe that she thinks she's better than everyone else, but that's not true. Ellyn is just confident and in herself and she shows it through body language and behavior. She holds herself high, because she knows she's good at what she does, she knows that on a scale 1-10 on how far she'll make it in life is a 12, and that's why she doesn't let to many people into her life, because she knows they'll just hold her back in the long run.
Just because Ellyn's doesn't talk to many doesn't mean you should try to mess with her. She loves to fight, she took boxing and karate for years, and she knows how to handle herself. She's not a weak person and isn't afraid to hurt someone, she'd do it in a heart beat. To her fighting is her strong point, because she knows she'll most likely win the fight, she practices hard enough to know how to. Ellyn has never started a fight in her life, but if someone comes up to her yelling in her face and pushing her she'll swing really quick. Ellyn stands her ground and she'll die before she lets someone try to push her around, in her book that's a no no. Her confidence is to strong for her to let some dominate her. She has a lot of pride and if winning is her goal she'll make sure it happens. Now she doesn't fight to hurt people, it's not like she'd have someone sent to the hospital, it's just her defending herself and her pride. When she fights it's just to put other people into their place so they'll know and others will know not to mess with her again.
Just because Ellyn has a tough side doesn't mean she's not sweet. She's extremely kind when you get to know her and very loving. When you're close to her you'll find out she's the kindest person you've ever met. She's very hilarious and she loves to laugh. In fact she's like a little ray of sunshine with a very infectious smile. When she smiles or laughs it spreads like a disease to whoever's around her and that's how she likes it. Ellyn might have a lot of walls, but it's just because she wants to see who will take their time to knock them all down, that's how she loves it. Now just because she has a sweet side doesn't mean she to mushy. When it's family her walls may crumble, but she doesn't really believe in love. She wants to be a psychologist so bad that having a boyfriend would be way to distractive, she's always get that way. She's never had a boyfriend and has never even kissed a boy before; she knows how to flirt but she's never done that either.
History:

Ellyn was raised by her grandmother, pretty much from birth, but she did have a short time with her father and mother before her father passed and mother left even though she doesn't remember it all. The lived on a small farm out in Georgia where they raised: cows, pigs, and chickens. Besides the animals they had a corn and potato field and a pumpkin patch. For the most part everything they raised they'd sell, but sometimes her father would kill some of the animals and have her mother cook it with some of their grown vegetables. Ellyn was very young, but her mother helped her grow a small garden with flowers of all verities, tomatoes, and lettuce. Whenever she's grow a tomato and a head of lettuce her mother would always make her a salad out of it so she could eat it.
She was a very happy child until her father was sent away to jail. Her mother tried to raise her alone as hard as she could. Everything that they'd did before her mother had tried to do then, but with her husband gone her mother grew depressed. Her and her mother packed up and went to live closer to her grandmother. They moved into an apartment home about thirty minutes away from her grandmother. At first it started off as Ellyn just being left at her grandmother's once a week while her mother went to therapy. Ellyn didn't mind though, she had always had fun visiting her grandmother, she was sweet and kind and always warn to be around. She and her grandmother would play for hours while her mother was away and if Ellyn's cousins were there she'd play with then too.
Soon her mothers therapy went from one day to two, then two to five, and one day her mother never came back to get her. Her mother left around the time she was five and at first she was missed greatly. Ellyn would cry to her grandmother about how she wanted her mother back and she'd ask when her mother would return; she'd always tell Ellyn soon.
When Ellyn turned seven she had out grew the sadness of her mother being gone, by that point she no longer cared. By this age her grandmother had put her into boxing and karate, something that filled the void of both parents being gone. She had taken great interest in the activities and practiced as much as she could and sometimes even she'd teach her younger cousins moves. By now she was also in second grade and she worked very hard in school, studying so much it was easy for her and she always brought home A's. At this age she had already decided she would study hard and never give up on her fighting.
By the time she was fifteen she had graduate school early by going to summer school and by skipping the fifth grade. She was very proud of herself, and couldn't wait to go to collage, something she wanted to do as soon as possible, but she didn't want to go anywhere to far because she didn't want to leave her family. Since she had graduated so early she spent one year going to an online collage for psychology so she could stay home. A lot of the time she found herself helping her you get cousins with their school work or other social problems they were having at school. Ellyn had never had very many friends in school, but she understood the human mind so well she was good at helping them.
By the time she was eighteen she had accomplished two years in her undergraduate degree in psychology with two more years to go. She's was excited because she had worked for this for so long, but to her dismay her grandmother died. She was shocked and so sad and she found herself almost crumble, but she didn't have time for depression or sadness. She had two younger cousins that she wanted to stay strong for. She had always been the stronger older cousin that she hoped they looked up to, and she didn't want to ruin that. She feared that if she showed how she really felled it'd make matters worse. Ellyn helped plan the funeral and made sure it was beautiful and as amazing as it could be. Thought the funeral she made sure to stay strong and not cry in public, she'd only cry when she made sure no one could see her and she made she it wasn't noticeable she had been when she was in the eye of the public. She missed he grandmother dearly, but she knew her grandmother wouldn't want her to dwell in the past, but keep moving forward.
Other: Psychology is her passion, but she also likes photographer and normally has her camera at all times to take pictures, she loves what a camera can catch and hold forever.
