[center]"'Hollow City, a relatively peaceful place with a population of NYC. Crime rates are low and education is excelled from public standards.' Yeah right, that won't last for long." said a man in his early 20s with black hair, tan skin, a orange and yellow eye and a wicked grin plastered upon his face as he walked into the busy city.
Stella and Jinx walked together to where they were supposed to meet their "friends" Jinx smiled wildly at the innocent passersby and Stella glared at Jinx.
"Why do you smile at them all?"
"Because I can!"
Jinx and Stella looked at each other quietly for a moment then back at the people, searching the faces for the men they were supposed to meet here.

[center]'It looks like the party is about to start.' the man thought before spotting Stella and Jinx. He started towards them with the wicked grin still plastered upon his face. When he reached them, a hint of joy was found in his tone. "Jinx and Stella I presume."
"Oh you two are just a treat. I'm Joseph Times, but you can call me Laughing. I heard the city is suppose to be peaceful, right?" the man asked with his wicked grin expanding.
"As I said, you two are a treat. The reason I'm called Laughing is due to my crazed laughing when I was younger. I still laugh like so now." he said.
Farther off in the crowd stood a man with pale white skin, black hair and emerald green eyes who seemed to be having the time of his life like the riot was just a game. "Fun fun and more fun we will have today!" he exclaimed happily.
"Now follow me. There is another guy we have to find before leaving for the bar. It shouldn't take too long," Joseph said while scanning the crowd "Justin seems to be having the time of his life right now, so it doesn't make it hard to spot him. Follow me" he said before weaving through the crowd.
Stella looked in the direction Joseph wanted them to go and saw another man, who seemed just as crazy at them. He was jumping around like a stupid kid hopped up on to much sugar.
This could be interesting Stella thought as the three of them began to walk.
"That's him over there isn't it?!" Asked Jinx as she skipped along through the crowd just ahead of Stella and Joseph.

Joseph came up behind Justin and tapped on his shoulder. "I presume you're Justin Lunar. I'm Joseph Times, a friend of sorts." he said when the black haired man turned around.
"They are going to join us with what I want to talk about with the three of you and how we are all connected," Joseph said in a simple manor with his wicked grin plastered upon his face again "Now please, the three of you follow me."
Joseph then started walking towards a small bar where things would be explained in a way that all three didn't understand.
