"Yes, I can, all you had to do was ask." He said smiling and laid down on his belly, letting her climb onto his back.
Once she was on his back, he took off into the air. She screamed as they rose higher and higher into the air. Blaze smiled and leveled back out when they were high enough. "There they are." He said as he immediatly dove down towards the ground.
Again Alyss screamed and didn't stop until they were back on the ground. She climbed down, her brown hair in a mess. She breathed in fresh air, trying to catch her breath. They looked all looked worried, she stared at them and saw the boy laying in the middle, "Hey, is he alright?" She asked.

He landed by Eric's side and double checked that the bottle he had grabbed was the right one. It said blood clotter on it, so he was good.
"I've got the clotter," he said to Jake and Shade. "Now all we have to do is wait for Archer."
He turned to the newcomers. "Hello, my name is Pyrus, Eric's," he nodded to the body on the ground, "guardian. And you are?"

"Let's go." She said, putting blood thinner in her pocket.
"Ready, Doozie?" She asked. Doozie nodded on her shoulder.
"Let's beat my best time," She muttered, taking off. She sprinted like there was no tommorow. In a matter of second, she was at the end of the hall. She dashed madly through the streets, her feet barely touching the ground. Doozie held on tightly to her, gripping as hard as he could without hurting her. By the time she was about ten yards away,l her lungs were burning and her legs hurt. She skidded to a stop.
"There was no clotter," She panted, "Did anyone else get any?" She slipped the syringe out of her pocket.
"I got thinner as well, after we get the poison out, we need to get his blood moving again." She explained. She held them out, one item in each hand.

I hope this works... she thought. Doozie squeezed her shoulders comfortingly. When she was sure it had worked, she slid the syringe back into the artery, and waited for it to fill when she pressed. Like Pyrus had said, the syringe filled with a wierd gel substance, red tintied with purplish-green. She pumped out the gel onto the ground, and put the syringe back inl. She repeated this until there was nothing but bright crimson in the tube.

Once the syringe is empty, Archer slid the needle back out of Eric's leg, letting out a tiny sigh of relief.
"Did I do okay?" Archer asked, her eyes wide, and her teeth biting into her lip.

Minutes passed, then hours. Dark thoughts passed through Pyrus' mind constantly. No matter how long he waited, he would not believe that Eric was dead. Some would call it denial, others determination. Finally, as all seemed lost, Eric suddenly sat up, gasping for air.
"What the h**l happened?"

"You're alive!" She shouted, grinning so hard her cheeks hurt, but not able to stop. Doozie had a snakey smile on his face.
"Don't hurt yourself, kid," He said gently, slithering down Archer's arm. "Keep your movements slow for a moment." Archer absentmindedly stroked Doozie, her fingerpads softly brushing his skin.
"You're okay," Archer said, still in a lot of shock. "I can't believe it." She smiled harder, then rubbed her cheeks to keep her face from freezing that way.

"Yeah," the flame bird replied. "That was one heck of a fever you had there. For a moment we thought that you weren't gonna make it!"
Eric shuddered as cold reality settled in. He soon forgot those morbid feelings as his stomach rumbled. "Can we get some food now that we killed that monster in there?" he asked. "I'm starving!"
