Distinguishing Marks
There are a few scars on Annelise's body, some from years of roughly being a gymnast and for those summers that she spent with cousins and siblings. The only piercings she has are her ears and that is all she is ever going to get. She does have a few tattoos: one, two, three, and four.

Clothing Description
Annelise's look is never far from the obviously expensive and obviously elegant, even during her simplest of days. There are rarely items worn that aren't designer brands and while she is not typically a preppy Manhattan elite, she is never not classy and glamorous. There is always a bit of sensuality in her outfits, whether it means that there is skin showing or not. The point is that she can catch your eye while maintaining a timeless elegance befitting her age and social status. Such can be seen here, here, here, and here. She seems to always know the latest trends and each of her ensembles, even her uniforms, look like they stepped out of a magazine.

Family Life
Annelise is the second youngest in the Walton family line, the richest family in the continental US. With her grandfather, Jim Walton, on the Board of Directors at Wal-Mart, CEO of Arvest Bank, and Charmain of Community Publishing Inc, her mother Alice never had to worry for anything. Money had never been a problem within their family and that didn't change when Alice became Alice Pioretti. As most would be quick to point out, Annelise does not hold her father's surname, but her grandfather's. Why? Because Christopher Piroetti and Alice Pioretti did not last long. In fact, they were barely married six months before Alice filed for an annulment. Apparently, Christopher didn't know what fidelity meant and ALice had no patience for someone who could not remain loyal to her. Though, this did not come as a surprise to many. Alice was only about eighteen, a little older than that, when she decided to get married and wound up pregnant. Christopher had already married once and divorced with two other children in California. He had already played this game once. He obviously didn't expect Alice to play him harder. She fought for full custody of the unborn baby and to even rub salt in the wound, she even has him paying child support despite the copious amounts of money her family has. After all, everyone knows the Walton family; their network is over $150 B. And Annelise has known that little fact for the longest time.

When she was around four years old, her mother moved them to a very lavish estate in Long Island, New York. Here is where Annelise spent the large part of her childhood, although she would return to Arkansas during the summers and other family events. Alice hired private instructors for Annelise at a young age so that by the time Annelise turned ten, the then brunette spoke English and French quite fluently. She would never learn her father's native Spanish tongue, though she has caught onto the phrases and such since they reconnected. Annelise had no other siblings near her, only her caretaker, Maria's, daughter. Sure, she had time to play with her aunts and uncles, but they were in their late teens and twenties. They couldn't really entertain young Annelise. So, she dedicated her time to gymnastics and became an All-star cheerleader. She took dance lessons and was a rather curious little girl, oftentimes inquiring about the world from her mother whenever the woman made the time. By the time her eleventh birthday rolled around, Annelise was the apple of her mother's eye - if she already was not - and already on the way to becoming a business woman.

When she turned twelve, she expressed an interest in fashion. While it was quite easy for her to simply lounge about since her own trust fund was a very large sum, Annelise could never fathom sitting around. And as a child, if it wasn't her mother's closet she was admiring, it was the wardrobe of the elite, particularly celebrities or designers. Her earliest loves were Chanel and Prada, but she grew to love BCBG and every other designer label. She's learned how to sew from her mother and was taken to various fashion shows and red carpet events, making herself known in those arenas. While most would say that she is pretty much spoiled by her family and all the wealth they have, all Annelise does is remind them that they don't have her opportunities and instead of hating, they should just try to get on her level. Even though she knows most will never.

Academic Career
While Annelise does not have the highest grade point average in Constance, she does fall under the A- range with her 3.87 grade point average and she is very proud of it. It has nothing to do with having others write her papers or do her assignments, though she has been known to elicit such devotion when she is too busy to be concentrating on homework. She is the most popular girl at Constance and even those at The Dalton School know of her. She is the girl every girl only dreams they could be or emulate, and she is the girl every guy has wanted at least once in their time at school. Currently, she is looking for someone to take her throne once she leaves.

Future Plans
She acts flippantly about it, but Annelise is applying to Columbia University, NYU, Cal-Berkeley University, Cambridge University, and a few other notable schools. But she's mostly looking to stay in New York where some of the bigger designers are.

Hobbies
Shopping: as a girl who loves fashion and clothing, of course she loves shopping and never to basic stores. No, she considers shopping a pastime, even window shopping. She loves the idea of trying pieces on and even more-so admiring them for their fabric and the intricate designs. But she would never spend too frivolously. Exercising: If she is not at the UES' Exhale spa getting a full package, she is there for the Core Fusion sessions, though she is not opposed to working out at home in her private facility with the assistance from her personal trainer. She likes being fit, especially since she stopped cheering and gymnastics after coming to Constance Listening to music Dancing Sketching and designing fashion items Being in charge Throwing themed parties

Bad Habits
Rumors: While Annelise would say that it is beneath her to start rumors, if it was for the sake of getting back at someone she does not like or because someone has wronged her, she would not hesitate in filling the halls with whispered insults. Most people call it vicious, she calls it getting even. Not giving people the time of day if they are not a part of her social or economic circle Being bitchy and catty towards people who aren't her friends, while smiling as sweetly as can be Getting really jealous and territorial when she sees a love interest with another female Working really hard to prove herself to her father, oftentimes being too anxious and caught up in that Being bossy and demanding, particularly with her friends

Personality
{Vivacious, Vindictive, Vain, Cunning, Demanding, Territorial, Guarded}
When you are as privileged as a girl like Annelise Walton, you're going to have to come with some kind of flaw and if there is one thing that most people hate her for, it is her being a bitch. The worst part is that she has acknowledged that she is a bitch; she practically revels in it. And why not? If her being very blunt and telling you about yourself is her being a bitch, then so be it. Granted, her specialty in bitchiness revolves around being quite judgmental at times, looking down on certain people, and being very expressive in her likes and dislikes. Besides, why should she not be a bitch? Did anyone think the B in 'Queen B' stood for anything else? And her being a bitch simply means she has power and power is everything to her.

Annelise is the girl to be admired and sought after and to be completely honest, she has a very high opinion of herself. She's confident, oftentimes being seen as vain considering how amazing she thinks she is. And she is. She has one of the highest grade point averages in her school, all of her clothing are pretty much designer brand, she is possibly the richest girl at school, and she is pretty damn good looking. Besides, if you appear like you have confidence in yourself, then nobody can bring you down. At least, that's her mentality and sure, she might bring others down, but that's only if they are aggravating her or have seriously pissed her off. The latter is not something you want to do. Being a queen means being able to put people in their places and while Annelise does have that aforementioned mean streak, her vindictive side is one that you never want to cross. In fact, you would be an idiot to do so. Whether her revenge means the simplest of things like being catty and snarky and hurting one's feelings or pretty much making it impossible for you to remain in the city without everyone knowing how ruined she has made you, know that it will come and it will end with her cute little triumphant smile and a devilish look in her eyes. With a deceivingly sweet face and heart-wrenching smile like Annelise's, who would even suspect that she could do any wrong? However, don't let the sweetness and the Gucci fool you. She will ruin you with whatever power she possesses.

However, don't ever think that Annelise is just bitch. No, she does have a sweeter side and mostly all of her friends see it. Can she be a bit demanding and bossy? Yes, it wouldn't be Annelise without it. She can be the best friend that one could only dream about or she could be your worst enemy. The big thing is that while some can say that they are close to her, only a select few can say that they truly know her - that they have seen the girl who tries so damn hard to prove herself to a father that is barely there and a mother who has no expectation of her. Annelise can be quite guarded, oftentimes being friendly and sweet to friends and loved ones, but holding them at a distance. If they aren't that close, then they can't hurt you and only a select few have managed to dent that barrier. She doesn't want them to see - doesn't want them to see how jealous she gets when her friends make other friends, when girls talk to the boys she wants, when her father spends time with her other siblings. No, she will never be vulnerable. At least, that's what she tells herself.

"That was fun. We should do it again some time, I guess," Lex said distractedly as he zipped his pants back up, pecked the cute redhead on her cheek, and then smoothly waltzed out of the girls' bathroom. After his conversation with Hana, he needed a distraction. Others, those who would have observed the conversation from afar or simply glimpsed them, would have deemed that two friends had simply talked for a minute and then went their separate ways. After all, what loser stands on the wall or sits down at an Annelise Walton party? A pathetic loser, that's who. And well, the conversation hadn't ended well. He had anticipated actually catching up with Hana and making plans with his friend. Instead, the look she had given him...it had struck him some way, like she was trying to dissect something that wasn't there. Or, at least, if it was there he didn't need her figuring that out. So, the second she left, he found a pretty chick dressed in gold on the dance floor, whispered all the right words in her ear as they danced, and then whisked her off to the bathroom on the first floor. Slightly sweaty but now no longer thinking of the brunette he had parted ways with earlier, Lex had just checked his phone to see several texts, one in particular from Cliff. He could hardly fathom who could be important enough for Cliff to notice at a party when there were so many lovely options for the night, but sent a reply anyway.

To: Cliff
Let me guess: Jesus?

Annelise laughed at the drunken adoration on Katherine's face and shook her head with amusement, drinking more of the cool liquid. The bite of the alcohol was enough to remind her that she still couldn't up and leave her own party just yet. At least, not until she had danced for just a bit. Perhaps talked to Cliff again...She bit her lip at the thought. Would Lexi see into that? Would she be able to tell what Annelise was really doing? How would she react? It's a crowded lounge and a good number of hot guys, her mind told her. Plus, she's still bitching over Logan. No harm. Feeling a bit more reassured, she turned to Katherine. "She's fine. She probably needs to dance Logan out of her system. I'm going to go greet my subjects." She smiled once more to her friend before getting up and disappearing into the crowd, opting to find a back area to dance at. On the way, she had seen Kasey looking like the rejected bride of Dracula along with Cole and his little girlfriend. Annelise didn't really have a problem with Maria. She was just sweet, too sweet. No one was that sweet. And especially not hanging around the dark aura that was Kasey. She shot the bitch a sweet smile laced with enough frost to convey her dislike before slipping into the throng of dancers.

She didn't know how long it was that she had danced with a few of her Junior wannabes when her eyes fell upon Cliff's head in the distance. He was apparently sitting in one of the back lounges. Annelise swallowed down whatever...feeling she had, ran a finger through her hair, and was set to heading over when she finally noticed Alexandra's presence, and halted. The blank face would have seemed harmless to anyone who didn't know her. However, seeing her best friend with the guy she'd been pretty much in love with all these years reminded her that she was a horrible person and she really needed to back away. So, why was she frozen?

"Careful there, Annie. Your jealousy is showing," Lex said from behind her and Annelise tensed momentarily, hands clenched at her sides before turning to him a frosty smile.

"What the hell are you talking about?" She practically hissed, painting on the perfect picture of bitchy sweetness. But Alexander saw through her - had seen her the second she had stopped. They weren't close enough for Cliff and Lexi to see them, but damn it all, Annelise Walton had actually been obvious for a change and it was glorious!

"Oh, the very obvious signs of," he glanced back over where Cliff was before shooting her a devilish grin, "someone having a crush." If looks could kill, Alexander knew he would be down on the floor with a bunch of knives stuck in his face. Which he probably deserved considering no one could ever catch Annelise Walton in such a state and she was more than uncomfortable with it being him. But it was exhilarating, getting the jump on the girl who usually was ahead of everyone and everything.

"Say one word and I'll -" Lex cut her off before she could finish her threat.

"Yeah, yeah - get back at me with the fury of a thousand prom queens, I've heard it all before, Annie," he said with that ever present smirk that Annelise wanted more than anything to smack off. Before she could say another word, however, two of her followers approached them in a rush. At first, they hesitated after seeing the rather...angry expression on their queen's face, but she nodded gently and they approached her, leading her away from Lex. "Make it quick. I want a drink and one of you are getting it for me." The first one, Amber, spoke up. "It's your new friend, Hana, I think? Katherine's sister?" Annelise rolled her eyes at the obviously idiotic girl who believed she didn't know any of that. "Your point being?" Amber quickly added, "Well, I saw her with Logan and...well, I know when Logan's flirting with someone. I heard him talking about getting pizza - " "What?" It was loud enough to stop the three or four dancers near them, but the rest of the club didn't notice her outburst. The wheels began turning in Annelise's head before she shot Amber a sharp glare. "Then watch them. If they leave, you follow. Don't let them out of your sight." Amber frowned. "But what I wanted to enjoy the party." Annelise gave her the sweetest smile in the world while saying in her coldest tone, "Then you'll do whatever I say it takes to get an invitation to another. Now move!" Amber was gone lickity-split and soon, her friend was headed to the bar to get Annelise a drink. No longer wanting to dance nor talk to anyone, Annelise headed to one of the vacant lounges, tapping her foot anxiously on the ground before sending a text message of her own.

To: Alexandra
If you needed any other reason to finally get it through your head that your ex is scum, you should probably stay near your phone.

Lexi rolled her eyes at Cliff'd comment lightheartedly, " Yup, I've been a real girl scout." She said dryly. She was debating telling him about Logan and how Logan wanted to hook up with her. Part of her wanted to share, maybe even see if it made him jealous but the other part thought it was trashy and wanted no part in it. She tilted her head to the side, letting it roll a bit so her cheek was against the cool seat.

" So I assume you noticed Logan is back. Back to his old tricks already. He might even be a bigger bastard then when he left." She stuck her bottom lip out, not to be cute, but because she was upset, " Why is it every boy I love either hurts me or doesn't love me back?" She mused, looking dead at him. Some might say she's foolish to even contemplate having feelings for Logan but no matter what they went through, he'd always have a place in her heart. She had truly loved him and she thought he loved her too.

Her phone buzzed and she glanced down to see a text from Annie. She froze as soon as she opened it. No, no way he'd do that. No way he'd just up and replace her like that. She seethed a bit. She shoved the phone screen in Cliff's face. " See Bastard. I mean he was always a slut but come on. He never cheated on me when I didn't put out or anything. I mean not that we're together but is that how it's going to be now?" She felt like crying, though whether they were tears of sadness or anger was unclear. She wiped at her face, " He comes back and completely disregards me, then he says he wants me to have dinner with his parents, now he's going to fuck some girl because I wouldn't run off with him to one of Katherine's hotels. "

Soon as she started tearing up she knew she wouldn't be able to stop. " I loved him completely. I never did anything to him. I wanted to make us work and he left. Then I got over it and now he wants to turn my life to shit when I'm happy. I don't care if he's your friend. Fuck him, he better stay away from me." With that she left.

She found Annie instantly and, still fuming, stormed over to her. " We are going to catch them. Send someone to find out where he's going and who he's with. Then when this is over we're going to make his and whoever he's with wish he never came back." She ran a hand through her hair. " You know I'd never ask you to do this if it wasn't important to me but... I need you to ruin whoever he's with. I'll deal with him but whoever he's with needs to pay."

Hana Lane

Hana stepped into the street and followed Logan into a cab that he had hailed down. He casually suggested going to The Mark Restaurant instead of the pizzeria they had planned on. Even if she wanted to object, she didn't have time before he told the cab driver to take them there. It didn't bother her, though, and she almost preferred the more formal option than a dingy pizza joint. Somehow, she thought that it would make this night even more official. Could she count this as her first date? It was something that she was embarrassed of, but she had never so much as went on a date with a boy before, let alone one as attractive as Logan. Needless to say, sex, or even kissing, were foreign to her too. At her old school, there were boys who were interested in her, but she was too wrapped up in her school work to care. Back then, she knew that she had to focus on her academics if she wanted to be anyone. She didn't have the Quinn money to fall back on, and at that point, for all they knew, her sister's modelling career could fall through and they would be back to being broke. She always supposed that she would start dating in college, or maybe even after, once she had made a clear future for herself. Now, sitting in the back of the cab with Logan, none of that seemed as urgent as it had then. She felt normal, carefree, young and amazing.

"The burgers there are really good," she agreed. "Before my sister and Katherine's dad were officially engaged, we spent a few weeks in their penthouse suite at the hotel, and we ate down there practically every night." There were nights when Hana still wished those were their living conditions. The hotel was gorgeous, and although it didn't compare slightly to the Quinn's extravagant apartment, it was so much more peaceful there with just her and her sister.

Although the cab was warmer than it was outside, Hana was still pretty cold. For a moment, she turned her attention away from Logan and to the small clutch she had brought with her. She sifted through its contents and was glad to find an ID card in it, that Alexandre had given her months back. It was a room key to their suite, but also served as identification that told the staff that she was part of the Quinn family. Basically, she wouldn't be carded for drinks and could do as she pleased without expecting anyone to question it. Honestly, she forgotten that she had even had the card until now, since she hadn't been at any of Alexandre's hotels without him being there, since before the wedding. She didn't drink, but figured that if anything, she could cover their meal at the restaurant with it. Plus, she was sure that Katherine had left some of her clothes in the suite weeks back and decided that once they got there, she would just run up and get something to throw on over Annelise's dress.

For the time being, she crossed her arms over each other and tried to savor the enjoyable and surprisingly not-awkward car ride with Logan. Not only was he gorgeous, but down to earth too. He had apparently volunteered an entire summer to help underprivileged children. The fact that he was a swimmer didn't stand out too much to her, but she noted that it meant that he was probably fit, and she didn't see it as being a stereotypical sport like football or lacrosse, where the guys were assholes. Everything seemed perfect and for such a smart girl, Hana probably should have realized that it was too good to be true.

"I don't know, I thought Annelise was really sweet..." Hana trailed off when he mentioned how he preferred girls who were less concerned with the public's opinion. She blushed slightly, realizing that he was probably asserting that she seemed humble and easy to hang out with too. "I've heard that a lot of people are scared of her though, so maybe you're right," she said, trying to return her thoughts to their conversation and not how his eyes were glistening. Since when was she the type of girl to fall for someone who she had known for fifteen minutes?

When the cab stopped in front of The Mark, Hana got out and quickly decided that she definitely did want to get a sweater from their room before eating. The restaurant would probably be cool, and she didn't think she could stand being in just the small dress any longer. "I'm just going to run up to the room to grab a sweater. Do you want to go get a table for us?" she said, turning back to Logan.

"Have fun!" Katherine chirped as Annelise left their booth. She wasn't surprised that Annie was leaving to go socialize with the younger guests. They had probably been dying for an opportunity to talk to her all night, and at some point, someone was going to have to check on Lexi anyway. Katherine was never great with advice and definitely not in this state, where she was even more focused on her own self than normal. Annelise would handle that - and everything else - like she always managed to do.

Katherine took the opportunity of being alone to gulp down the rest of her drink. She was tempted to flag down one of the cocktail waitresses to request another, but surprisingly, her conscious managed to overpower the desire for more liquor. She was drunk enough and in the back of her mind, she knew that by morning, she was going to be horrified with the amount of calories she had consumed tonight. In the past twelve hours, she had gotten by on a few bites of food at Annelise's, but she knew she was more than making up for the calories in mixer liquid and alcohol. The mere thought of it made her want to crawl into bed and sleep for a year, but as she looked around, she knew that it would be lame to leave now. Plus, Hana had left not too long ago, and the last thing that she wanted was to be grouped into any category with that loser.

She did her best to put the worrisome thoughts to the back of her mind and headed for the dance floor. As she moved through groups of people, Katherine lost track of how long she had actually been dancing. She was having fun and would have kept going, had she not suddenly felt more faint than she had in weeks. Although she tried to convince herself that it was just the stress of school and Hana, and all of the dancing that was making her head spin, she knew that her lack of nourishment had something to do with it too. Although she didn't want to give in, she decided to sit down. The closest booths were taken, and even in a bit of a frenzied state, Katherine wasn't about to sit with losers. Luckily, she found Cliff seated alone in one not to far away and dropped onto the seat across from him. She was always dramatic, and now obviously drunk, so her lack of control wasn't too alarming, and she was glad. She didn't want to raise any suspicion. If anything, she was glad that she could just blame her bad feelings on the alcohol though.

Her head was spinning faster than it had been before, but sitting down helped. She closed her eyes and leaned her head back and after a moment, returned to a more normal position. More than before, she wanted to go home and sleep, and now, she wasn't even concerned with what anyone else thought of her. However, she doubted that she would be able to make it all the way out of the club without the mixture of alcohol and dizziness causing her to fall on her face. In the best move she had made all night, she hailed a waitress over. "Would you get me some chicken fingers?" Katherine doubted that they were on Annelise's pre-determined appetizer list, but she didn't wait to see if the woman would object. If she was going to eat something, it was going to be something that she actually enjoyed. For the first time since sitting down, she finally glanced over at Cliff. "I think I drank way too much tonight," she confessed. It was true, but she also wanted to blatantly blame the way she felt on the alcohol, so no one would need to look into it further.
