Detailed Description:
Felicity's eyes are very sharp and clearly look different from most people but are often thought of as merely a rare, beautiful feature. She is very pretty though can be intimidating due to her always impeccable manners and posture. Felicity wears her hair in braided and up when she's at an important, formal, or official event, but wears a normal french braid for her everyday job.

Felicity is determined and when she sets her mind to something, will not give up, ever. She has no problem sacrificing other things in order to reach her goal. Felicity sets goals and reaches them. She has no problem doing whatever it takes to reach her goal. She makes goals in order to help her prioritize things and make sure she gets them done. She works hard constantly and never gives in to others attempting to persuade her otherwise. Felicity is considerate of others and their feelings and tries to make it clear that she does consider them. She thinks of others before she takes action but definitely weighs the options and positives and negatives in order to make the best decision, but she will make a decision. She thinks of how others would be impacted or thought of or how they would feel. She hates when others don't act considerate and tries to account for their horribleness. Felicity believes everyone has worth whether they are human, dragon, pegasus, or any other species. Felicity can't stand the idea of people not considering others and even announces it on occasion if she feels compelled to speak up, which is often due to her confidence, though she only speaks up to those who deserve to not be considered as they did not consider other people and their feelings.

Felicity is dishonest often in order to protect herself and those she has feelings for. Nobody knows everything about her and few know much about her personal life. She hates lying as she knows it is being inconsiderate, but she knows if she doesn't she can lead others to accidentally or purposefully be inconsiderate. Felicity is also very reliable though. Even though she can be dishonest, she is very reliable and will do anything she says she will. She will never back out of a challenge and always finishes what she started, even if she doesn't want to or doesn't believe in it. Felicity can be counted on and will die before she lets someone down after she makes a promise. She will sacrifice a lot in order to reach her goal and though she hates that it might require not being considerate, she will take actions and suck it up if it means reaching her final goal or fulfilling a promise.

Felicity is very informed about nearly everything. She is constantly gaining new information in a variety of ways and has no problem with listening in on conversations if it means that she will gain information. Felicity hates not knowing things and therefore will go to great lengths to know everything she can about situations and such. Felicity works hard to know as much as possible. Felicity lacks fear when it comes to doing things. She does not fear getting hurt. She does not fear the consequences until after her actions. She thinks things through, but she acts fast and fearlessly as she knows it could be fatal not to do so. Felicity absolutely hates when she does not act fast enough and therefore makes sure moves. When she sets her mind and plans to act, she does not hesitate to take extreme measures to ensure success.

Felicity is cunning and makes major decisions quickly and efficiently. She can catch when people are lying and she can come up with things on the spot. She is a skillful liar and can have an entire false conversation with no indication whatsoever of her deception. The downside to her masterful lying is the fact that she feels disconnected from the world and as if she does not have a relationship with everyone that is true and genuine. Felicity is a generous individual and gives people more credit than they deserve as well as more attention or consideration than they deserve. Felicity absolutely hates her being generous sometimes due to the fact that she can compromise herself in doing so. Felicity will give everything she can to help those she knows deserve assistance while at the same time, she will sacrifice herself for someone she knows can do more or provide more in life. Felicity is very anxious. She is confident but at the same time she has a constant fear. She fears getting caught or of failing or of not doing her job. She hates that she has to lie in order to do her job but has no problem doing it as she did make a vow to help. Felicity constantly fears getting caught and constantly fears not succeeding.

Eyebrows || Felicity often times, when she tells a rarely tells a very ridiculous lie, Felicity's eyebrows raise and she turns the lie in to a sort of challenge question to appear far more confident than she really is.

Quidditch || Felicity is the Ravenclaw quidditch seeker for the team. She has been ever since she could be and loves her job.
Gymnastics || Felicity does gymnastics as a muggle extracurricular activity and is very advanced in it.
Skills:
Flying || Felicity is very good at flying on a broom and is very nimble with it. She has dexterity and acts as the seeker for the Ravenclaw team.
Flexibility || Felicity is very flexible and can bend very far very easily.
Acrobatics || Felicity has the ability to do acrobatics including a lot of difficult gymnastics abilities.
Lying || She isn't proud of it, but Felicity can lie to basically everybody, and can do it well. She has nobody who knows everything about her and is unsure she will ever find someone who will.

Weaknesses:
Tight Spaces || Felicity can handle tight spaces but she isn't the best in them mentally. When she's fighting, she's fine because she's distracted, but alone and by herself, she begins to hyperventilate.
Determined || Felicity is so determined she would die before she gives up on a mission or a person. She would do everything in her power to protect who she has promised to protect and hates when she can't succeed.

History:
Felicity was born to a witch and wizard who were financially challenged. They owned a small shop in Diagon Alley where they could make ends meet but only barely. Felicity grew up in the wizarding world and rather enjoyed it. Her parents were both fascinated by muggles and when they saw their daughter have an interest in gymnastics, they allowed her to take lessons. Felicity flourished and with her time training and working in the gym, by the age of ten she had reached elite when she was eleven due to her working when she got home from Hogwarts over the summers. Felicity lived in London with her parents in a small apartment for most of her life. She had many wizard friends and a few muggle friends though they weren't as common. Felicity enjoyed Hogwarts but found it frustrating as she wanted to progress quicker but knew she couldn't. She enjoys the school and the few people who are her friends there. She took up quidditch when she saw her first game her first year. She thought it was amazing and began training with her father who had grown up playing quidditch as well, eventually allowing Felicity enough skill to compete for a spot and make the Ravenclaw team.
