|Personality|
Nico is a very complex guy. He holds his emotions in and never wants to talk about them, he also tends to like being alone most of the time. He is very focused on his school work, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't enjoy having a bit of fun too. He just makes sure all of his school work is finished before he goes out and does anything fun. Nico enjoys being outside and is very open minded to things. He never judges people on their choices or their past because he believes that you should get to know someone before judging them. Their past shouldn't change anything.

|History|
Nicodemus Alexander Fitzgerald was born at seven eleven on November ninth in London, England. Ever since he grew up waiting on his letter from Hogwarts. With his father being a wizard and his mother being a muggle, he was born as a half blood. While growing up, his father told him everything there was to know about his wizard heritage which made him even more excited to get his letter from Hogwarts. Once receiving it at the age of eleven, he was extremely excited. That year he grew even more fascinated in the history of magic and hoped that one day he would be able to come back and be a teacher himself.

As time went on, he was picked on by the pure bloods for the normal, not being a pure blood things and much more. Eventually he learned to stick up for himself and not let what others say to him get him down. He became strong and never showed weakness to the bullies. That's something he wished he could pass down to the other half bloods and muggleborns. Never be ashamed of who you are, embrace it and never back down.

Gryffindor Head Girl Muggleborn Transfer from Fukuoka Daiichi Seventh Year Dialogue Color Code: #800000

This year, unlike any other year, Acacia was getting herself ready for magic school. Though of course instead of attending Fukuoka Daiichi, she'll be one of the newest students at Hogwarts. Her father received a better job back in London, England, so they had to move from Asia back to her hometown. It's been almost fifteen years since she's been here and she doesn't remember anything about London. It was definitely at huge culture shock, that's for sure. Although, Acacia didn't seem to mind it in London, the only thing she hates about it is that on her last year, she will be the new kid and not just any new kid, the new muggleborn.

Acacia heard a few stories about Hogwarts, it being filled with Death Eaters and vicious pure bloods who hate muggleborns and half bloods just because they're not pure. There were these people back at Fukuoka Daiichi as well, but they were never has vicious as the ones at Hogwarts.

With a sigh, she ran through the platform wall to get to platform 9 3/4 before boarding the train. She placed Ginger in the storage area with the rest of the pets and left her luggage right beside Ginger. "Just a few hours and I'll be back. You be good now," she stated to her bird before starting to look for an empty compartment. Seeing as how she hadn't had any friends and was unsure of who she would be asking to sit with if she tried right now, she figured she would rather sit alone. Finally she found one and she took a seat as she stared out the window.

Ariel couldn't believe it was the beginning of another new year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He was just starting to enjoy his summer and now he had to go back to work and teach a bunch of spoiled, know it all students. Of course he was always polite to them when they obeyed the rules of the school and his class, but other than that he didn't really want to be around them. The only reason why he was is because the headmaster, Sera Lockhart wanted him to teach and every year she asked him to stay. He couldn't just tell her no. As long as he didn't have to be the head of Slytherin...ever, he would be fine.

With an exaggerated sigh he took a seat in one of the professor's compartments and began to pet Blaze, his gorgeous black feline as he looked out the window. He could see the fog rising up from the trees and nature's most precious animals scrimmaging around, looking for food or running for their lives from the predators. Animals were intriguing creatures, whether magical or not. Ever since he was a child he enjoyed studying animals and trying to understand their behaviors. As a student, he was the smartest in his magical creatures class, which it turn caused him to receive the job as the professor of that class.

The first year he started teaching he wanted to give it a shot and came to find that it was very stressful, especially when having to deal with all of the rotten brats who think they can just do whatever they want and get away with it. But this year...he prayed this year would be a whole lot better. Though part of him had a feeling it wasn't going to be. Adriel heard whispers along the streets of Diagon Alley over the summer and that very morning about Death Eaters coming back to Hogwarts. He just hoped this rumor wasn't true. Hogwarts definitely didn't need to go through another battle in order to save the school and the entire magical world for that matter. That was something he wasn't up for to begin with. But if it happened, he knew it would be ready.

Nico was boarding the train to Hogwarts for the sixth time in a row. He couldn't believe that he had one more year after this and his Hogwarts life would be over, unless he returned as a professor. Though once he boarded the train, he immediately began to look for a compartment and hope that he would be able to see his fellow Hufflepuffs and see Michaela Fowler and Colton Valenti. Nico wasn't all that much of a social person, but when it came to people he seemed to enjoy being around, that was definitely Michaela and Colton. Many people seem to get on Colton and Nico about hanging out with each other, merely because Colton is a pure blood and Nico is a half blood. Though honestly, that doesn't matter to him. As for Colton, he had no idea if it did or not. But if it did matter to him, then he couldn't help but wonder what Colton was doing hanging out with a half blood if he was prejudice against half bloods and muggleborns.

Nico just erased the thoughts from his head as he sat down. He slouched in the seat and folded his arms over his chest as he laid his head back against the seat and closed his eyes. The night before he hadn't been able to get very much sleep because he was just too excited that he was going to be going back to Hogwarts. But now that he was on his way, the deprivation of sleep has definitely caught up with him.

Gryffindor Quidditch Captain || Halfblood || Sixth Year || Dialogue Color Code: #C74B25

ImageImage

Kai walked towards the train station with both his mother and father behind him. His father carried his trunk while his mother carried the cage which held Teely in it. Kai had his case for his broomstick, with the broomstick, inside. They made their way to the entrance of the train station, Kai and his father in deep conversation about the English quidditch team and whether or not Kai would be able to attend the next World Quidditch Tournament. It was one of his favorite things in the world considering there were people from all over the world.

"Okay, so, this year, we will try to see if we can come see one of the matches. If you're going to score points this year, remember what we worked on. Good like finding new players," His father said as they walked into the station and towards platform 9 and 10. "Thanks dad, we have a bunch of second years that had tried out last year and didn't make it because of a few seventh years that had been holding out on us," Kai stated, his face genuine at the thought of finding players that would be excited. They had nearly won last year, they had been so close, in the final game, the other team had gotten the snitch and the game ended in less than an hour. It was ridiculous. Kai couldn't believe it still.

"And don't forget to study Kaito, promise me you'll aim for higher marks, especially in potions," His mother spoke up from where she was on Kai's other side. He rolled his eyes at the use of his full name before he received a nudge from his father giving him a look that made Kai stifle a laugh. Kai was passing, his father only cared about that, his mother being a teacher, wanted perfect if possible.

The group silenced as they approached the platform. Teely opened her mouth as if to scream though it was silent thanks to a spell Kai's father had placed on the bird's cage so they wouldn't receive extremely strange looks. They all walked through the platform right after a family with a son who was in slytherin. Kai and his family made their way through the crowd, Kai and his father making their way on to drop his stuff off before going back off to be with his mother. The family ignored a few of the negative and disgusted looks that came their way as they said their goodbyes.

"Wand?" Kai's mother asked. Kai nodded with a smile as she continued to list off things he would need. "And you'll send Teely if you need anything? If something is happening?" She asked as her eyes began to tear up. Kai nodded and smiled as he gave his slightly shorter mother a hug. "I promise, I'll let you know if anything happens," He says as he pulls back to look at her. "Alright, just... don't get hurt while flying. Don't forget to send an owl for anything, even to just say hello," She says as she gives Kai a pat on the shoulder before Kai's father pulls him into a hug. "Be careful, play safe, and if I hear that you ever are unsportsmanlike, I will personally send the howler. Got it?" Kai's father asked with a smile. Kai had only ever lost his temper on the field once. He would never do it again after the embarrassment his father had given him when he had sent a howler his first year of playing on the Gryffindor team. Kai nodded his understanding as he gave each one more hug, then boarded the train.

Kai went to the bathroom on the train to change into his robes, stuffing the normal clothing into a bag. As he walked down the hall, he pinned the Quidditch Captain pin onto his robes, knowing where it went since he had been the captain for three years now. Kai caught sight of a few kids he knew including Nico Fitzgerald, Micheala Fowler, and Diego Jordan. He also caught sight of a red head that he didn't know. He paused in each doorway he saw people he knew, giving a small wave and greeting.

"Nico, thought about playing quidditch this year? Odette is really cool," Kai stated with an air of nonchalance before giving a wave and moving on down the train a bit. He paused in the doorway of one car that had Micheala and the girl he didn't know in it. "Hello Michaela, and... you I don't know. My name's Kai Bolton, I don't think I've actually seen you before... New?" Kai asked.

One of his friends came up behind him, tapping on Kai's shoulder at the moment. "Kai, come on, I heard Theo brought in one of his father's oldest broomsticks. It's a nimbus one," He said as he pulled on Kai's robes. "Alright, I'm coming. It was nice to meet you," Kai stated to the new girl before giving a wave to both Michaela and the new girl a wave before going with his friend to find Theo.

Upon discovering the sixth year gryffindor quidditch player, Kai smiled at the broomstick. It was a piece of work, older, probably not able to do anything close to the newest broomsticks. Kai's father had gotten him the newest just because Kai's father was such a quidditch fanatic. He had been an English quidditch team coach at one point and wanted nothing more for his son to be on the English quidditch team too, so long as that's what he wanted, and it was exactly what Kai wanted.

After the train had gotten well on it's way, Kai left the cart behind, going to find an empty one just for the sake of beginning his studies. One of his teachers had given him an assignment over the summer that he had to put final touches onto. He took out the parchment from his bag and tried to double check what he had written on it in comparison to that of a book. Most people didn't see Kai as a book and studying guy, but when one had a difficult time in classes and couldn't play quidditch (under his mother's rule) unless he had good grade, one studied. He sat, alone in his train cart room, hearing a few people passing by as he put the book aside and looked out the window, wanting to find friends but wanting to enjoy one of the last train rides to Hogwarts he'd ever have.

Nico awoke from his short nap at the sound of the train's wail into the air. With a soft yawn he opened his eyes, finding that he was oddly alone in the compartment and just shrugged his shoulders. He'd talk to some of the others when he got to Hogwarts, so it wasn't a big deal. Though it would be kind of boring sitting there by himself but he had no other choice. He already had a feeling all of the others were full. So he just sat there.

Nico glanced out the window, finding that it began to rain. "Great, please don't be raining when we get to Hogwarts," he mumbled to himself before reaching into his bag and pulling out a book and began to read. Reading had always been something he enjoyed, no matter how much some of the others seemed to pick on him about it. He loved it.

As he sat there reading, he seemed to zone out, not even paying very much attention to the book anymore. All he could seem to think about was how this year was going to pan out. Though he hoped he wouldn't find himself getting into any trouble like he had the previous year. If his mother and father got a letter from any of the professors or the headmaster about his bad behavior, he would definitely end up receiving a howler. That was the last thing he wanted to do. Though he couldn't make any promises with himself. Whenever he's with his friends, he just can't help but to sneak around and have the kind of fun he enjoys.

After answering Quentin's question, Acacia just sat there, taking in everything that was happening. That was always one of the first things she did when meeting new people or going someplace new. She had to sit back and watch, to make sure the people she were watching and/or speaking to were good enough people to have in her life.

Once McKenna left the compartment to look for her boyfriend, the red head sighed and glanced over at Michaela, who seemed to be quite silent, which was strange. Acacia was usually the quieter one when it came to anyone else in the world. She hardly ever spoke to anyone unless she knew them. But then her attention was taken away from Michaela when another female stepped into the compartment.

"Mind if I take the last seat gals?" she paused for moment and looked at Quentin before rolling her eyes. "and beanstalk." At the sound of the female's statement to Quentin, Acacia couldn't help but to just chuckle a bit.

"Yeah, go ahead," she stated as she offered the last seat to the small brunette. "I'm Acacia Ravenhart," she stated, finally getting the nerve to speak to the female a bit more. She held her hand out towards her to shake her hand.

Adriel couldn't help but to chuckle at McQueen's words. He couldn't believe he slept with his neighbor, well anyone for that matter. In all the years these two have known each other, that was the first time he heard that he slept with someone. The male smirked and looked to McQueen as he continued, "First I've got to say, you...sleeping with someone? That in itself is a bit hilarious. And yeah, same room, just a different year," he answered just as he noticed Adrienne Cain stepping inside.

Now that woman was very gorgeous, but he knew McQueen liked her and honestly he wished he would just go with his guts, maybe he would succeed. The two of them seemed to have a small chemistry between them that he noticed just a couple years before and since then has pretty much been sitting back and watching.

"A little early for that, isn't it?" Adriel heard the woman question as she sat down and used her wand to put her luggage on the rail above their heads.

The male just chuckled at her words and shrugged his shoulders, "Since when have you known any time that is early for me to be drinking, Cain?" he responded.

This was one thing he could say about Cain and McQueen, he always seemed to be able to get along with the two of them great! Just as if they had grown up together and became friends and stayed that way up through their adult years. But Annie Barfield on the other hand, he just couldn't seem to bond with her as easily. He'd have small conversations with her, but he just couldn't seem to become friends with her like he did with the other two professors.

Seeing as how the train had already taken off, he decided it would be best if he went ahead and changed into his robes. Especially since he had no idea if he was going to fall back to sleep or not. Using his eleven and a quarter inch mahagony wood wand with a dittany stalk core, he removed his robes from his luggage without having to go through everything and began making his way out of the compartment towards the restrooms.

As he was making his way to the restroom, he passed by a compartment with McKenna, Kai, her current boyfriend and some others he had not recognized. The compartment looked a bit full so he just decided he'd speak to everyone later. Though it would be great to speak to McKenna again after the summer. He really needed to talk to her or Ethan about everything that happened.

Nico returned his gaze away from the compartment and headed on his way to the restrooms and changed into his robes before returning to his empty compartment. Honestly he was shocked that not one person seemed to step into the compartment with him. All of the others were overfull, part of him thought there was something wrong with him because of this. Did he come off a bit uncomfortable?

Acacia sat there, trying her best to ignore all of the excitement that was her compartment but couldn't help but to listen in to everything that was doing on between McKenna and Kai...well, she thinks that may be his name. She wasn't completely sure if she happened to hear it right. Once all of the commotion was over, she glanced over at the necklace once it was around the brunette's neck and smiled. It really was a gorgeous necklace, she just wasn't sure if her input on it was going to be accepted or not, even though it would have been a compliment. Confrontation of any kind was never one of Acacia's strong suits.

Once the female left the compartment, she found herself looking over at Kai, feeling a bit concerned about what was going on. Though she knew it was none of her business, but it was just her true nature to wonder what this was all about. When Quentin leaned over her to look outside, her cheeks flushed. He was close enough to her that she could smell his scent and honestly he smelled amazing. Though Acacia had no idea how to act with a guy whom she had just met being this close to her, pretty much being on top of her.

Adriel chuckled at McQueen's comment and just shook his head, "No promises there man. Are you forgetting the class I teach?" he returned before going silent, immediately feeling the awkward silence between the three of them. Though for some reason he happened to realize that Annie Barfield hadn't been on the train when she usually rode with them every year. He stood to his feet and looked out the compartment door before looking towards his fellow professors. "Do either of you happen to know where Barfield is?" he questioned, feeling a bit curious.

Nico found himself half asleep when he was finally accompanied by McKenna, his best friend and most recent ex. He hadn't even attempted to be with anyone since his relationship with McKenna. Simply because he was never one to believe in being with someone else if you still had feelings for your ex. He smiled at her when she stepped into the compartment and sat down across from him.

"Eh, it was a pain in the ass. My father walked out on us, my grandmother died, found out my cousin has cancer...I swear, it feels like the whole world has it out for me right now," he answered with a depressing tone. He certainly hadn't been looking too well. His face was pale, his eyes had bags under them and looked bloodshot from the deprivation of sleep he's been dealing with. Over all, he just felt very weak.

Kenna sympathized with Nico as he talked about his Summer, shaking her head while holding her hand over her heart. "I am so sorry to hear that, Nico." She softly said while looking at him now. McKenna leaned over and gave him a tight squeeze then broke it with a slight sigh. "Well, my Summer was crappy, as well, honestly. Besides messaging Kai, I did nothing but study up on this year's possible lessons. Boring, right?" She stated with the shrug of her shoulders, a smile was sent towards him as she placed her hand on top of his. "Things will get better for you, Nico. I promise." She smiled once again and saw that they were close to making it towards Hogwarts. "When you get off the train, wait for me. I want to walk in with you." Kenna winked towards him while patting his hand, getting up from her seated position with another gasping sigh. She walked out his compartment and went back to the one she was in. Kenna was blushing and had the biggest smile on her face but forgot that she had taken off of Kai's necklace and to put it back on. She squealed and clapped her hands. "Guys, we're almost there. Well, we are there." She had a puzzled look on her face then waved her hands in the air. "You guys know what I mean." Kenna said while following suit of Acacia and Quentin and change into her robe, as well.

Quentin watched as the whole drama between Kai and Kenna unfolded before his eyes, which he also rolled. He completely forgot that he was leaning over Acacia. "Oh, sorry. Just so excited, you know?" Quentin said towards her then eyed Olira. "You talk a good game but I bet you have never thrown one punch in your life." He said then stuck his tongue out towards Olira, loving to mess around with her. His eyes then went to Kai as he said something about calling him Swiss Alps. "Oh, shut up, Kai. Shouldn't you be chasing after Myrra or something." Quentin then covered his mouth with his hand. "Oops, I've said too much haven't I?" A slight smirk began to dance across the lips of Quentin's as he eyed Kai, wondering how he was going to top that one. Quentin wasn't the one to start drama but Kai was sort of bothering him right now. His eyes then noticed McKenna walk right back in as he leaned back in his seat with his arms folded over his chest. "Hook, line and sinker!" Quentin said while watching Acacia get ready as he got up and pushed Kai aside so that he could do the same.

Dillion chuckled at Adriel's response then shook his head while placing his head at the top of his head. "Oh, goody. Good times as last year then." He looked towards Adriel again and shrugged his shoulders. "Nope. I only my eyes on one woman." Dillion looked towards Adrienne with a wink and blush. When she spoke about his Summer fling, he waved his hand towards her. "Pfft, she meant nothing to me, honestly. Hey, It wasn't like it was everyday. Just every other day." He bit his bottom lip nervously now while looking at Adrienne as she got up and left, her luggage trailing behind her. "Is Blackwood the only one you see here?" Dillion scoffed towards Barfield while getting up and walking past her with attitude.

Just as Adriel directed the first years, he took another swig from his flask and weaved his way through the sea of people before him. "Watch it! Professor coming through!" Dillion yelled out then stepped off of the train, breathing in the Hogwarts air. "Ahhh. Glad to be back home." Dillion muttered while entering the building now.

ImageOnce the train stopped, she made her way out of the compartment and trailed her way off the train, following behind everyone else. Once she stepped into the castle, she seemed a bit confused as she stood there at the dining hall. The red head glanced up at the headmaster who was currently standing behind a podium, waiting for all of the housed students to take a seat at their house tables. Acacia had a questioned look on her face as she looked to him and he pointed towards the Gryffindor table. She gave him a soft smile and bowed her head at him, thanking him for his help.

The red head sat down at the Gryffindor table, feeling every eye on her. She hated this feeling though she knew most of the attention would be focused to the first years...well, at least that's what she hoped. The female sat there in silence, trying her best not too look terrified about her new year here at Hogwarts. Mainly because she didn't want to end up being picked on about it. Which in a way she had a feeling it was coming, especially since she was a muggleborn.

Everything about this castle seemed very different from her school back in Asia. The ceiling made it look like they were sitting outside and there were floating candles, which gave the room light. It was magnificent. Even though she knew she had drama coming her way, she had a feeling she was going to enjoy her first and last year at this school.

ImageWhen Adriel climbed off his boat, he waited for all the first years to once again stand around him and lead them into the castle, upon the steps in front of the large dining room. When all of the students were standing there, with their full attention on him, that's when he gave his speech about the houses.

"When we step through these doors, I want you to follow me. You will be placed into your houses. There are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. At the end of the year, the house awarded the most points wins the house cup. Any behavior issues, etc. will cause your house to have points taken away. Now, follow behind me," Adriel explained before turning on his heels and leading the first years into the dining area.

Once all of the first years were placed in their houses and seated, Adriel set the Sorting Hat down on the chair and took a seat at the Professor's table between Annie Barfield and Dillion McQueen, the place he always sits every year.

The headmaster stepped back up to the podium and began speaking to the students. "Welcome to another year at Hogwarts. I am Headmaster Alastair Black. I will warn you, the Dark Forest is strictly forbidden to all students. If we find out you have been in the forest, you will be punished," with that he clapped his hands, causing a feast to appear upon all tables and spoke, "Now, let the feast begin."

ImageNico gave McKenna a soft smile when she placed her hand upon his, "I'm sorry your summer was boring and thanks for the concern as well. Though I'll definitely wait for you when I get off the train," he stated then watched as his ex and his current crush stepped out of the compartment and trailed her way back to Kai, which he knew she was doing. Honestly he couldn't see why she was even with him. Yes, Kai may have been attractive but there wasn't a single other thing about him that he could seem to pick up on that would cause McKenna to be with that guy.

Sighing he stood to his feet when the train stopped and made his way off the train before standing there, waiting for McKenna. The only thing he hated about this was the simple fact that Kai might end up being at her side. He needed to play nice for her, at least in front of Kenna. If he were to get into trouble with Kai, Nico would so much rather for it to be unknown to McKenna and he hoped Kai was the same way.

Nico hoped that once he made it to the dining hall, he would be able to talk to Ethan. Ethan was his best friend in Hufflepuff, well honestly one of the only Hufflepuff's he seemed to honestly care for. Though this year, he was trying to get his outlook on speaking to other people changed, maybe even speak to Odette, Ayria, and Olira and possibly become friends with them as well. But honestly, he didn't see that it would ever happen. Nico always seemed to be too quiet around everyone besides McKenna and Ethan. Well, Kai as well. Though that Gryffindor always seemed to find a way to get on his nerves, whether he did it on purpose or accidentally. But whenever he had the chance he always seemed to give him a rude comment.

Slytherin Pure Blood
Transfer from Sarina Dorie (France)
Seventh Year Dialogue Color Code: #7300ff
Location: Hogwarts Dining Room
ImageTo say Katerina didn't even want to be at Hogwarts was an understatement. She purposely got thrown out of Sarina Dorie in hopes that she wouldn't have to step into another school again, which apparently didn't work out the way she wanted to. Apparently the ministry put her on probation and she wouldn't be off until she finished her last year. In hopes that her attitude would change, the ministry demanded that Katerina be accepted into Hogwarts.

The eighteen year old stepped into the building carrying a lit cigarette between her fingers. Though the second she stepped through the door, she just stood there, glancing over at everyone. Before taking the last puff from her cigarette she died it out upon her boot and proceeded to the Slytherin table. Katerina hadn't even been dressed in her robes. She wore a leather dress that stopped just above her knee with ankle boots with a pair of sunglasses upon the top of her head and bright red lipstick.

As she made her way through the dining room, her heels clicked behind her with every step and she could feel the eyes of many of the students upon her, though honestly she didn't care in the slightest. The French transfer finally sat down at the Slytherin table and started to grab some food. Without a word she glanced around at the others. "What a drag," she mumbled to herself in her French accent.

If it weren't for the ministry dropping her off at this school to begin with, she honestly wouldn't have even arrived. If it were up to her, she'd of been in Hawaii right now, away from all of these losers. The female smirked to herself when she noticed a fellow Slytherin who looked about her age sitting just a few places down from her. That male was extremely attractive. With his gorgeous blonde curls with the messy look and his astonishing blue hues, Katerina suddenly found her interest in Hogwarts piqued.

The brunette then glanced up at the professors who were eating their dinner at the front of the dining room and suddenly another wicked smirk plastered to her face. Professor McQueen suddenly stroke her interest. McQueen was talked about all the time around the other wizarding schools, if nobody knew who he was they definitely had something wrong with them. From what she heard, McQueen was the best Charms professor in the world. Not only that, but he was extremely attractive. The female bit her bottom lip a bit as she began glancing back and forth from Professor McQueen and her fellow Slytherin, hoping that she would eventually be able to pique some sort of interest from them.

Alastair stood up upon the conclusion of dessert and smiled at the students before him. He raised his hands and upon the noise receding, spoke. "Witches and Wizards, as you may have heard, we will be celebrating this year, the anniversary of Hogwarts yet again as arrived to us. In order to celebrate it, we shall be hosting a Yule ball within the week for the eldest of the students. The day has yet to be decided yet it shall be announced as soon as it is known to me and your teachers."

Alastair paused as the students' voices raised until he quieted them again by raising one hand. He continued, "The ball shall be at night and hosted here in the Great Hall. The occasion is formal and in consideration of the fact that students might not have the needed formalities, students will be permitted to visit Hogsmeade in order to purchase or order the needed formalities, though we will be going by the years. In order to be able to go, you must be at least a fourth year. One through three, you shall be allowed to instead have a smaller celebration in the courtyard though you will not be permitted within, elder students will be permitted outside." Alastair saw the looks of the students, but certainly didn't mind.

"As you prepare for this ball, remember to be respectful and have fun. You are going to be expected to do at least one dance though we will not expect too much from you with this considering not all of you have been formally trained. Finally, this Yule ball is not a normal ball... Witches and wizards, I have received requests and have decided to allow this ball to be a masquerade ball. You shall be given the opportunity to create a professional style mask within your spare time and have all the needed supplies provided. You need only draw a sketch or discover a picture and we shall have the masks made," Alastair concluded before giving a nod and a flourish of his hand to signal the students were allowed to go as they pleased, then resumed his seat.

Brooklyn missed the train, not because she hadn't been there on time, but because she had already been at Hogwarts. She had been out skating during the day on the lake below the castle, enjoying herself and laughing when she fell onto the hard ice. Her "adoptive" parents had dropped her off early that day since they had a meeting with Alastair, the headmaster of the school. Brooklyn hadn't minded missing the train, she hadn't been sad nor happy for she was getting to skate.

Brooklyn had gone back to her room to put her things away before taking a slight nap. She had woken up only minutes before the big announcement Alastair had to make to the school. She rushed downstairs, hearing the loud thrum of people inside and walking in late. She ducked under the glances that came to her, going to sit at the edge of the Gryffindor table. She received a wave and smile from Kai Bolton, the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain, and one of her few friends.

She waved back, giving him a smile before filling her plate and eating a little bit. She was not entirely hungry, but she ate, knowing that if she didn't she wouldn't be happy with herself in the morning. She did love food, even if she didn't eat it all the time. She just wasn't hungry all the time and couldn't help the fact.

Brooklyn looked up in time to see the announcement made by the headmaster as he spoke loudly and clearly. She couldn't wait. She really couldn't. This meant that there would be a dance and she would know what to do... but she wouldn't. They wouldn't be playing the kind of music she danced to. The only way she would be able to dance the way she likes to would be if there was a partner that could do the same things she could do and she had yet to meet a boy at Hogwarts who could. She had yet to understand magic entirely too!

She probably wouldn't have a date and though she was not happy about it, she resigned herself to it. How could she not? What else was she to do? She might just show up, dance a little bit in the corner, then leave and go back to her room or down to the lake to skate in whatever dress she ends up wearing to the ball. She sighed inwardly, wanting to pretend to herself that she might get asked by someone. She didn't understand why people seemed to think she wasn't nice, or friendly. She was, once you knew her... She sighed again, and continued to eat her food, then her dessert rather desolately.

By the time dinner ended, Brooklyn stood, walking at a regular pace back to the Gryffindor dorms. The majority of the crowd thrummed around her and though she was fine with it, she didn't laugh and join into the banter, not even when someone called out her name that she had talked to the year before once. She instead waved back and smiled, but didn't stop walking, instead turning down the less used path to take the long way to the Gryffindor dorms in order to avoid the major crowds so people wouldn't look at her strangely.

Brooklyn didn't look where she was going when she rounded the corner to go up the stairs towards her dorms.

Kenna had changed into her robes, which snugged warmly against her body. She looked at herself in the bathroom mirror before her then started applying on small amounts of makeup. She puckered her lips together after applying some lip gloss then smirked. "Let's go and get them." With those words said, she exited the bathroom while going back to the compartment she was in. Kenna watched as Kai put his arm around her then chuckled softly while casually trying to push him off. McKenna looked at Kai as he mentioned something about a date night towards her. "Uhm, so early in the year?" She didn't mean to come off as a let down but then she smiled. "That sounds like a plan." McKenna looked away and bit her bottom lip then walked off of the train with him when it came to an immediate halt.

She looked around for Nico as they were entering Hogwarts and hoped that he wasn't seeing this display. When her and Kai entered the Great Hall, she felt his lips peck her cheek and smiled at him as he walked off to sit at his table. McKenna bit her bottom lip again, scanning the hall for Nico. Whenever she found him, she'd sneak up behind him and cover his eyes with her tiny hands. "Guess who?" She whispered in his ear then offer him a few tries before sitting down next to him. Of course, she got a few glares from the Hufflepuffs as she just waved them off.

"So sorry but I didn't think that Kai was going to steal me away like he did." McKenna sincerely meant this apology and it could be see within her eyes but her wording could've been a little different. "But hey, maybe we should get together later tonight and explore Hogwarts. Like we did when we first got together." She honestly wanted to tell Nico that he was truly missed in her heart and that she still liked him. "Well, I guess I'll go over to my table now. Hufflepuff stares gives me the creeps." She snickered slightly then went back over to the Slytherin table and sat down beside Diego with a sigh.

When Headmaster Alistair Black spoke about the forest, a slight smirk tugged at the corner of her lips but then was quickly disappeared, catching Alistair's stare on her. McKenna ate very little, still thinking about Nico, which did nothing but caused her to sigh heavily. Once she the feast was over, she made her way over to the Slytherin Common Room and saw Katerina enter. She walked over towards her and muttered softly. "If you cause Slytherin any points, I will end you. And it's not a threat, much like a promise." McKenna snapped towards her then went outside of the Common Room and started walking the halls of Hogwarts.

After changing into his robes, Quentin made it back to hear Kai's comment. "If you think I am jealous, you're seriously mistaken, bro. Plus, you're a rebound guy." Quentin muttered towards Kai then looked at McKenna entered back into the compartment, just as the train was making a halt. He stood up and waved his wand before nodding towards everyone and his luggage trailing behind him. Quentin didn't really talk to anyone when he got off of the train and entered Hogwarts. He went to the Ravenclaw Common Room to put his things away. Once that was done, he made his trek towards the Great Hall.

Of course, he'd sit down beside he really didn't know. Not much people talked to him in his own house because his witty comments offended them, or his intelligence level made them furious with him sometimes. Quentin shrugged and began eating the meal placed before him. He didn't want to eat much but did have two pieces of meat - Big pieces.

Once the feast was over, he'd go back to the Ravenclaw Common Room and sit upon his bed, pulling out a rather thick book and began reading. Quentin was starting early this year with his assignments and could feel the judging stares coming from everyone else that was in the room. Quentin didn't really care, simply because he wasn't going to be one of the ones that was left behind.

Professor McQueen sat down with the other teachers, waving at some of them. He turned his head away from everyone else and opened his flask, taking a huge sip from it then closing it up and turning back towards everyone with a smile. When Adriel sat between him and Annie, he eyed him with the shake of his head. "How does it feel to be on booger duty?" He asked just when Alistair Black made his way to the podium and started his speech. When the feast began, Dillion sure as hell didn't waste no time. He had like two plates full of food then looked up, catching a student staring at him.

Dillion wasn't one to make stares back but something about this female intrigued him as he winked over towards her, meaning for it to be a playful gesture. He went right back to eating then when was finished, he waved his wand and made his plates disappear. "Ah, I still got it." He muttered then stood up, eying the other Professors and Alistair. "If anyone needs me, I'll be in my classroom, sprucing it up from last year." With those words said, he nodded his head towards everyone then walked off towards his classroom, tapping his index finger on his chin on how he wanted his room this year.

Axel was late but really didn't care. He couldn't believe that his parents were making him go to the awful and dreaded place known as Hogwarts. Axel argued up and down with his parents as he didn't bother taking the train because he might've rearranged one of those Hogwarts geek faces. When his parents went on about their normal day, a slight smirk came over his lips as they left the keys to the flying car. "Hm." Axel breathed while stroking his chin with his fore fingers before shrugging his shoulders and exiting the home. "Oh, yeah." He had forget his luggage and wand but whistled and they came trailing from upstairs to downstairs and right beside him.

He cranked up the flying car and drove it normally, at first then said a spell that caused it to hoist up in the air and started flying around town. He saw the train for Hogwarts and scowled his face a little bit. He still couldn't believe that his parents were making him go to that school. Axel drove ahead of the train and was at Hogwarts before anyone else.

Axel went into the Slytherin Common Room and made a disgusted face. "This is so bland." He muttered then put his luggage on his bed and waved his wand around as everything went into place and his luggage underneath his bed. He blew on his wand then sat down on the edge of his bed, not really wanting to go to the Great Hall. As a matter of fact, he didn't go because he wasn't interested in doing anything with the Hogwarts freaks.

Slytherin Pure Blood
Transfer from Sarina Dorie (France)
Seventh Year Dialogue Color Code: #7300ff
Location: Slytherin Common Room
ImageJust as Katerina was beginning to make her way down the stairs from the girl's bedding area, she was met by another Slytherin, one whom she felt she was definitely going to have fun ruining this year. "If you cause Slytherin any points, I will end you. And it's not a threat, much like a promise." When the female walked away, Katerina just shrugged her shoulders at her and rolled her eyes.

The brunette made her way over towards the couch in front of the fireplace and sat down before pulling out her wand. Finding herself bored, she began trailing different lights through the air with a soft sigh. "I swear I'm going to make this place Hell for most of these students," she mumbled to herself, not really caring if anyone else heard her. Besides, it's not like any of the students here were worth her time to begin with.

As she sat there, her mind trailed back to the wink Professor McQueen sent over to her when he caught her checking him out. She stood to her feet in hopes that the man was going to be in his classroom. With a sigh she slid her wand back into her robes and began trekking her way through the building and into the man's classroom. With luck, he was there.

Katerina stepped inside with a polite smile and leaned against one of the desks, "Hello Professor McQueen," she stated, hoping that she wasn't interrupting something important. Though when she noticed he was moving things around in the classroom she found a moment she wouldn't be able to pass up.

"Would you like some help?" she questioned as she tucked her hair behind her ears and began looking around the classroom. Katerina may not be a big fan of school, but she knew this was going to be her favorite class, mainly because she would be able to stare at the man for a good hour and a half everyday.

Magical Creatures Professor Pure Blood
Dialogue Color Code: #9F000F
Location: Great Hall & Magical Creatures Classroom
ImageAdriel couldn't believe his eyes with the student Alastair warned all of the professors about stepped into the Great Hall. Just looking at her made him know that they had their work cut out for them. When she took a seat, he chuckled a bit when he noticed the female staring over at McQueen. Adriel just shook his head when he noticed him wink over towards her. "I don't think you should have done that. You're going to make her think things shouldn't be and it could cause some trouble," he warned his best friend.

Just as he went to step away to do some rearranging to his classroom, Adriel nodded his head at him and stood to his own feet and decided to go to his own classroom as well. Which was just next door to McQueen's like it was every year before. The male sat down at his desk and began trying to figure out what he was going to do for the first lesson tomorrow. Most likely just touching on the basics of magical creatures and the rules.

Hufflepuff Half Blood Sixth Year
Dialogue Color Code: seagreen
Location: Great Hall
ImageNico sighed after standing outside by the train for five minutes before deciding to go ahead inside. McKenna most likely ended up walking with Kai. After making it into the castle, he made his way towards the Great Hall and sat down at the Hufflepuff table beside Ethan. With a sigh he glanced around at everyone, giving his hellos before turning his attention towards the Headmaster. Once his speech was through he began to eat and half way through the meal he was cut off by McKenna. She covered his eyes, "Guess Who?" she questioned.

With a soft smirk he stated, "Um, Andrew...no, that's not it. Is it McKenna?" he finally stated followed by a soft chuckle and watched as she sat down next to him. He glanced at the Hufflepuffs who were giving her glares before returning his attention to the beautiful female sitting beside him, ignoring their stares.

After hearing her going on about how the Hufflepuffs were giving her the creeps and apologizing because her boyfriend "stole" her away he just nodded his head. "Alright, I'll talk to you later," he stated before watching her go off to her own table with the other Slytherins.

Kai smiledat Acacia at her response. "Well butterbeer is basically sugar, water, and butter I believe, but it is actually really good. There's more in it, I'm sure but-..."
Kai trailed off as he saw one of his friends pointing something out to another. He glanced back to where they were pointing and saw McKenna hugging someone from where Kai sat. "Dude, that's Nico," His friend beside him said. Kai felt his heart drop and watched her as she stood back.

"So? She can hug another guy if she wants. I'm not gonna be that boyfriend..." Kai muttered the last part. He didn't want to insinuate that she was that girlfriend. It was true. He knew it, but he wasn't going to say it. Neither was any of his friends. He knew they thought that McKenna could control who he hung out with, yet Kai would never control who she hung out with, he wasn't that kind of a dude.

He saw one of the guys across from him lean over to speak to Acacia but didn't hear what he said. "Kai and her have been going out for a while now. It's basically Slytherin against Gryffindor right now. We both support our quidditch captains a lot and both of them are in a relationship. Our quidditch team isn't sure it's a healthy relationship anyway," He admitted to her, explaining to her what everyone else already knew so she wouldn't be left in the dark about what was going on. Kai was thankful his friends were there for him, otherwise, he was pretty sure he'd be a loner and would try to avoid absolutely everyone. He wouldn't mind that, maybe he would ignore everyone but a certain Ravenclaw student. Nope. Not again, He thought to himself.

He thought back to when she had responded to him asking her out on a date. She didn't seem ecstatic. What he had planned, she'd love it. He knew it, but would she even really want to go on it? He briefly worried that she may not even show up, but pushed it away, she wouldn't do tht to him would she?

He didn't go looking for McKenna when they left the Great Hall. Instead, he went to the library and wandered for a few minutes. He didn't know what he was looking for. He didn't even know why he was really there. It just seemed like a safe place to go. He was tired and wasn't sure what to do.

He took down a book Myrra had once told him about and smiled at the cover. She had loved the book and he had promised he'd try to read it, but never did. Kai moved to the leave the library, tired more than before. Why was McKenna not wearing the necklace? Was he really just the rebound guy? He had worked up the nerve to ask her out and she had said yes... Was he getting played like his friends said he was?

Kai groaned. From what he could tell, the Slytherin vs. Gryffindor game would be really big. It usually was, but this year would be bigger. The captains dating and having conflict? The captains being friends with their players who supported their captain and helped them out? Kai wouldn't be surprised if there was a fight between the teams at this rate. He sighed, hoping things would stay together and not leave Kai feeling like he was being used.

He thought back to the announcement Alastair made during dinner. Would McKenna even want to go to that with him? He heard two Gryffindors walking by him as they talked about the Yule ball. There had been an announcement in the houses the ball would be in five days. The day before the Slytherin Gryffindor game...Great.

Kai walked up a set of stairs, ignoring one of the pictures that called to him to give him a hard time about not having his hair tidy. Kai wondered who'd he encounter, sure he wasn't in the mood for Quentin or any Slytherin people who thought he was doing McKenna wrong. He'd rather encounter basically anybody else. Even a teacher.

Brooklyn bumped into a girl she didn't recognize, falling back to land on her butt. It was embarrassing, sure, but she didn't really care all that much. If this girl was in such a hurry or got hurt too, Brooklyn understood. She did appear apologetic at first, then she was "salty" as she had heard some students describe the response as.

She stood, looking as the headmaster appeared and told her she could go. She gave a small encouraging smile to the other girl, a tiny wave, then left. She didn't mind that the girl didn't seem very nice. She must have had a reason. Brooklyn continued walking, finding herself going slowly as she looked at the school she enjoyed.

She gave little waves to the paintings that recognized her. Some people and paintings believed her to be mute, people only heard her speak during class, when she was called on. For Brooklyn didn't often have questions. She saw one of her fellow Gryffindors, Kai Bolton, yet again as he walked, looking frustrated and tired.

She didn't speak up, instead, putting a hand on his shoulder and giving him a smile which he returned with a smile. "Thanks Brook," He said before Brooklyn allowed him to go on his way.

She enjoyed just listening and believed actions spoke louder than words, so why bother with words in the first place? She saw McKenna Posey and gave a little wave and smile as she continued walking. She wasn't really sure where she was going, but she found that wandering was making her happy.

Perhaps she'd go to her favorite room, an old room that might have served as an area for physical exercise, where she could practice gymnastics or dance. Both would allow her to feel better.

Brooklyn caught sight of Quentin Pine and and actually approached him instead of going back to her room to get her dance stuff. The students had at least another hour before lights out, so she wanted to spend time with the people she hadn't seen for a while.

"Hey Quentin," Brooklyn said softly, her voice might have been a breeze if she hadn't been facing the Ravenclaw boy. "Did you have a great summer?" Brooklyn asked. She felt herself get nervous and brushed it off, figuring that it was because it was the first time she had spoken to anybody that day other than her "adoptive" parents.

She said "adoptive" because of the fact that she had only been taken in to be taken out of the muggle world. They cared for her, but not in a motherly and fatherly way, in a way that depicted them doing the basics while being nice people about it. She looked at them more so as friends than parents. Which wasn't a problem with her really, or her parent like friends, for they knew she knew why she was taken in and didn't even bother trying to hide it.

She thought of herself as alone and so long as she had the friends that managed to see her friendly side as well as her friendly parentlike figures, she would be fine.

Slytherin Head Boy || Muggleborn || Seventh Year || Dialogue Color Code: #4F7AAD

Diego had eaten his dinner around some quidditch lovers that he hung out with because they were chill. They were the closest to his real personality that he could be around without giving away the fact that he always has on a facade. He was tired and he really didn't want to have to deal with anything at the moment, finding that going to his room seemed to be much more appealing than actually eating food. And he loved food.

He watched the drama around him, savoring every moment of it without showing it on his face. He watched as McKenna played a little game with Nico, as Kai noticed and looked upset (though he hid it well from most), from Brooklyn entering dinner late, the girl... Katarina? From his house that entered in all her leather glory, and Colton calling out to her. Everything was so interesting and strange at the same time, yet he couldn't help but want to laugh and let his true feelings show, though he didn't dare.

His thoughts wandered to what was going on this year, rumor wise. He had heard somewhere that Kai had been caught in a compartment kissing Myrra, but he doubted that had any truth. Their houses were pretty against each other and rumors about him would have been spread through the Slytherin house quickly in order to make him look like a jerk, or to mess with his head for the upcoming game. He had also heard a rumor about death eaters. Was that true? If it was, should he even be there? He was a muggleborn, and people knew it. He didn't flaunt it but people knew, and or had ways to find out. It was actually pretty scary to Diego, but he mentally brushed it off. Any one of these people could be death eaters, waiting for an opportunity to kill him or his friends.

He sighed, then looked up as Alastair, their headmaster, told of how they were going to begin the year by holding a ball. Diego looked at his friends curiously, unsure how he felt about it. He wanted to go, figured it would be fun to go, even when he was being himself he liked to dance. He considered his options, then nodded as his friends around him had done for no reason that Diego knew of. They all laughed when he noticed and he smiled good naturally though his feelings were a little hurt, even if he didn't know why they would be. They weren't trying to be mean, few people ever did to Diego ever since he began acting the way he acted.

Who would he ask? He didn't have a crush. He thought some girls were cute, but he didn't have a crush. Maybe he'd ask one of his girl friends to go. He might even ask out one of the other girls on the quidditch team, they were nice. For the most part. Yeah they were nice.

When dinner was over, Diego stood and began walking towards his house with his friends. They talked about how they were going to have a party in a few days, the day after the Slytherin Gryffindor game. They'd have special food (which Diego knew would end up being, well, spiked) and "games" as in truth or dare where someone would get hurt. Anyone was going to be invited, from every house, though if they were coming, they had to do at least one round of truth or dare themselves. It would be fun, potentially dangerous and or harmful, but fun. Right? Diego's moral compass was currently clouded but he found that he had little to no choice, or just didn't care. At the moment, he had friends and was somewhat happy. He broke off from the other Slytherin guys, going to sit near the fire.

He saw the girl in leather enter and show off her leather once Colton got in. Diego did nothing more but raise an eyebrow, his interest piked, though he didn't say anything or let on his interest.

I know this has nothing to do with the story line to the roleplay and I'm sorry for posting this here, but it's just easier to get everyone's attention this way.

I just wanted everyone to know that Zoey and I have been talking a bit more about the plot of the rp and we would love it if you joined in with it. So if you could, please check the OOC at least once a day when you get online and point out any ideas you may have for it and also to see what others have in mind. This can't work out the way everyone wants if there is no communication going on.

Also if everyone could, if you have unfinished character sheets, could you please finish them. There are some people who go to them to get information on characters they are interacting with and they can't be sure what is going on with them if it's not finished. I'm not rushing this, but I'd at least want all of the sheets finished within the next two weeks. I believe that should be a long enough time to get all of this done. If anyone has any comments or concerns about anything mentioned in this post or otherwise, please contact me through PM.

After hearing him start talking about what the butterbeer was, she noticed that he trailed off and glanced over towards another one of the tables. She sighed and just returned her attention to the Gryffindor table. "Yeah, I wouldn't mind doing that with you Kai. Though I'm going to head to the common room," she stated before standing to her feet and beginning on her way.

Honestly, she had no idea what she was going to be doing. She just needed to get away for a bit and walk around. Maybe explore the castle. With a sigh she just found herself trailing around the grounds, thinking back on her parents. She hoped they were handling everything back at home alright. Especially with all of these rumors going around about the Death Eaters. Acacia just didn't want them worrying about her.

Though just as she was lost in thought, she was attacked from behind by the crucio curse. All Acacia was able to do at that moment was drop to the ground screaming out in pain. The pain was so unbearable she couldn't even manage to form any words. The red head screamed at the top of her lungs as she laid there on the hard ground in excruciating pain.

ImageAdriel sat in his classroom as he heard heels coming and going from McQueen's classroom. He just sighed and shrugged his shoulders before pulling out a flask he had in his desk drawer and took a couple sips from it. His lesson for the following day was now finished. He just hoped he wouldn't have any problems with the students on the first day of class.

The male leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes, finding himself to be exhausted but he couldn't go to sleep yet. He had to wait until the students were in their common rooms and in bed before he did that. That was one of the rules for the professors. Honestly the only one that he seemed to quite hate.

Finally he just stood to his feet and made his way into his office that was connected to the classroom and pulled out his journal and began writing. This was the only way he was ever able to control his anger about anything and everything that was happening in his life. He just hoped that nobody would find out about him keeping a journal.

He didn't care if anyone found out he enjoyed reading. Nico wasn't going to change what he liked to do or nobody.

The male found himself completely lost in the book and couldn't seem to hear anything that was going on in the castle at that moment. Though as he read every now and then his thoughts would trail off to McKenna. What the hell was she doing with Kai when he knew there were feelings she hid from everyone that she still had for him. With a sigh Nico closed his book and sat at the window and just glanced out over the vast waters surrounding the school and into the darkness that plagued the night.

The night time was always his favorite time. Everything just seems to be a bit more peaceful in his opinion.

Death Eater/Hufflepuff Keeper // Seventh Year // color=Sienna

Image

At the mention of a Yule Ball, Ayria was immediately far more excited than she should have been. There was a sparkle of excitement in her eyes, and she was definitely fired up now. A death eater looking forward to a school dance was entirely out of character, but here she was, making eye contact with her sister Myrra who was at the Table across from her own. It was a bit convenient for the twin girls that Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw tables were both situated in the middle of the dining hall, because it meant far less squinting for the two girls as the searched for the other.

Rules, boring.. She toned out the headmaster as he began to mention rules about the ball and didn't tune back in until personalized masks were mentioned. Again her gaze met her twin's and a mischievous idea registered in her mind. She would totally enjoy this dance and definitely play on her "twin vibe" with Myrra. Matching dresses and masks anyone?Guess who?

Ayria found herself in a complicated situation once the announcements and the feast was over. She was bored out of her mind as she roamed the halls and she had no one to talk to. That was a dangerous combination for the restless twin, so she made her way directly towards the Hufflepuff common rooms. There was always at least one person there, so she felt there wAs a good chance to chat someone up, hopefully Olria or Ethan, but she wasn't picky. She'd talk to anyone at this point as long as they were willing and at least mildly interesting.

Ayria entered the common room in her confident manne, her walk holding it's signature attitude as she scanned the room for a person to talk to. She nearly lost all hope, but her eyes finally landed on a slightly familiar male Hufflepuf student that she commonly overheard others call 'Nico', quite frequently to be honest, but she wasn't entirely sure if it was his real name or not. She knew that he dated McKenna for a time, but she had never spoke to this guy before now. Well, here's to firsts, right? Raise a toast, because here I go. Ayria mentally joked, approaching the boy who seemed to have his sights outside.

"You know, judging from experience, it's more fun to actually go out there, than it is to stare at it from a window ceil like some fairytale princess. It's especially fun at night." The brunette chimed in sending him a wink, her voice lacking flirtatious intent, so it was more than likely just a friendly gesture instead of a flirty wink, though with Ayria that was never certain. She was just striking up conversation for the sake of keeping her mind off of her sins, but also off of the Kai, McKenna and Myrra problem. Why couldn't he be happy with his girlfriend and leave her sister alone? Or break up with his girlfriend and treat Myrra like a choice instead of an option. The more she thought about it, the more she was tempted to put a curse on Kai, so she tried to redirect her thoughts before they quickly escalated into plans. She didn't trust herself to leave the situation alone, so she hoped chatting up this 'Nico' guy would distract her from what she really wanted to do; to expose Kai for the cheating boyfriend that he truly was, though she knew Myrra would hate her for ages if she ever found out Ayria was even tempted to reveal Kai's private life to other students. Her sister always was the gentle heart, which was why Ayria had to grow a backbone. Someone had to be the strong sibling, and that responsiblity fell on Ayria from a young age.

"I'm Ayria Blake, a seventh year. I've heard a few people call you Nico as I've passed you by on my way to lessons, is that your real name?" She inquired, leaning her back against the wall so she could stand nearby, but also put a respectful amount of distance between the two of them as well, "And if you don't mind my asking, what's got you in here and your mind out there?" She added, her brow lifting and chocolate eyes staring at him quizzically. She wasn't typically this curious, but she was dying for compatible company after that dreadfully long feast.

Hm, he's kinda cute... Too bad he's not cute enough to be worth dealing with McKenna's wrath. Ayria thought to herself with a chuckle, trying to decide who she'd ask to the ball. She had two or three possible candidates in mind, but she wasn't even sure if any of them would say yes. She wasn't the type of girl to wait around to be asked. Come tomorrow she would be on the prowl and ready to start asking boys to the Yule ball. She was a bit forward, but she liked it that way. She knew her sister would have a much harder time finding a date, especially if she didn't get her head out of the clouds and start looking at someone other than Kai. Just thinking about Kai and her sister brought her to clenching her fists, knuckles turning white without her even noticing it. She really wanted to knock Kai's lights out, one good time. He was dating Kenna and leading Myrra on, and that definitely wasn't cool in the younger twin's eyes.

Especially after she heard the rumor that he'd kissed Myrra on the train. She barely ate a bite at the feast when a fifth year student asked her about it. She lost her appetite on the spot, and now she regretted it, feeling the empty pit forming in her stomach already. Thankfully she ate enough to keep those awkward stomach growls at bay. Her stomach growling the whole time she spoke wouldn't have been a very good first impression, and she was definitely glad that it at least kept silent about it's detest for her decision to stop eating at the feast.

Hufflepuff Half Blood Sixth Year
Dialogue Color Code: seagreen
Location: Hufflepuff Common Room
ImageThe Hufflepuff found himself completely lost in thought and the silence overtook him just enough for him not to hear anyone step into the common room with him. Though he didn't acknowledge the person until he heard them speak. It was a female's voice, one that he seemed to remember from the train. "You know, judging from experience, it's more fun to actually go out there, than it is to stare at it from a window sill like some fairytale princess. It's especially fun at night."

The male immediately turned his head towards the female and found that it was one of the twins, though at this point he wasn't exactly sure which one it was so he kept the names from his mouth, not wanting to make a mistake. With a slight chuckle he responded, "Yeah, it probably is," he responded before hearing her introduce herself.

"I'm Ayria Blake, a seventh year. I've heard a few people call you Nico as I've passed you by on my way to lessons, is that your real name?" Nico heard her question as she leaned against the wall, "And if you don't mind my asking, what's got you in here and your mind out there?"

Nico just let out a soft sigh at the mention of what was going on in his head and he just shrugged his shoulders as he began answering her numerous questions. "Well, it's short for my real name...one that I really despise and as for what's on my mind, it's complicated."

The Hufflepuff stood to his feet and began to explain without saying any names. "You see, my ex is dating a guy I've noticed she has been treating like a rebound boyfriend and I can tell that the guy has some strong feelings for her. Though even though she is treating him like he is a rebound, I can't help but notice she has feelings for him as well. I really love this girl but I'm just not sure how to go about telling her..." he stated before returning his gaze out the window and adding, "I'm sorry about dumping all of this one you since you were just trying to make conversation and not trying to hear about my horrible love life."

If he were being honest with himself, he wasn't even sure why he was being this honest with some girl he had just met anyway. This was definitely unlike him. He hated showing his true feelings about things and would much rather keep them to himself because in the past that's how all kinds of problems started. So ever since he promised himself he would keep his mouth shut and not have to bother with anyone else's lives again. People seemed to be much more happier that way.

| 6th year | Pure Blood Ravenclaw | Dialogue color: #c707f7 | Location: School Grounds

Sophia stopped writing and looked up towards the schools talon that was announcing again.

Quidditch!?! hell yes! she was excited for that. Ravenclaw Vs Hufflepuff. She remembered the last match she went to where she got overly excited about how well her house was doing, but almost lost her favorite scarf in the wind that she was waving around so much in one hand. She was pretty sure that she almost caught another Ravenclaw in the face by accident with her elbow. The crowds were cheering which caused the stands to rumble, the brooms were swooshing past in the air causing her hair to get messed up as they were keeping up with their position in the game, and two seekers were fearlessly battling one another for the snitch. They had missed colliding with Hagrid with how tall he was in the stands, and that was from just sitting down.

Snapping herself out of her thoughts, Sophia checked the clocks time on the wall.

Studying was over for her for now, so she got packed up and headed out of the library, her feet then carrying her towards the main doors at the front of the school. It was nice outside, so she figured she'd take some time to spend it out there and get some fresh air. She wouldn't of minded if someone tagged along, because from time to time company was nice instead of being alone all the time. Alone time was nice though sometimes.

She crossed the courtyard that had a large stone fountain set within the middle of it, and on each corner of it was the four houses mascots. That thing had been around for centuries, so any student that was caught defacing it in any shape or form, would be punished by the headmaster personally. That fountain alone held history for Hogwarts. She knew that with taking Hogwarts: A History classes. Just as she passed that fountain, she turned her head to catch some students from Slytherin, running and shouting with their books covering their heads.

Peeves, the schools Poltergeist was throwing dung bombs at them while laughing.

"Ikkle Firsties." he'd cry out, still hovering above them as they ran.
clouds of green smog engulfed them, causing a foul smell to drift through the surrounding area.
Sophia covered her nose, and hurried away. She was heading across the bridge and towards the circled stones that wasn't too far from Hagrids hut.

Kenna continued to roam around Hogwarts, completely lost in her thoughts. She walked towards the balcony outside and brought her arms up to fold over her chest. A soft sigh escaped over her parted lips as she knew that the Yule ball was coming up but she was more than ready to get Quidditch started. Even though her and Kai was opposing teams, she still liked him or she thought. McKenna grabbing the railing before her and sighed again. She knew that she didn't like or love Kai. He was simply a rebound guy and he was just stupid enough to fall in her trap - Literally. Kenna hated the way he and Nico ended but want to soon rekindle their romance once again. She thought about asking him to the ball but then again, it's guys asks girls unfortunately. McKenna closed her eyes for a moment and let out a soft breath. She bit her bottom lip from all the thinking and lowered her head while turning heel and walking right back inside. Kenna wandered back into the Slytherin Common Room and saw Katerina sitting there. 'Oh, great.' She thought to herself and rolled her eyes, sitting down on the edge of her bed as well.

Quentin continued to study up for this year's lessons but looked up Brooklyn as she came up to him. His eyes locked with hers as he smiled a little. "Hey, Brooklyn." Quentin spoke, nodding his head at her question. "I did actually. Even though I did nothing but get my Hogwarts supplies earlier than everyone, studied and had family BINGO night." He responded then was just about to ask what about her but she waved her hand at him and trekked off. With the shrug of his shoulders, he leaned back against his headboard and opened up his book again. He didn't really care about the spectacle that was going on but knew that the Yule ball was approaching and wondered who he should ask. Again Quentin shrugged his shoulders then went back to looking into his book.

Dillion waved his wand and had multiple things floating around the room and aligning in place with perfect precision. His spine tingled as he felt a presence behind him, looking to see Katerina before him and asking if he needs any help. With the shake of his head, he sat his wand down and sat down on his desk. "Katerina, I hope you know that my wink was nothing more than a gesture that I caught you glimpsing at me." He spoke softly towards her just as she said she had to go. Dillion nodded his head as he waved her off then wondered what his buddy next door was doing.

Without a simple thought, he got up from his desk and walked next door, leaning against the door frame with his hands inside of his pants pocket. "So, everything alright?" He asked while walking a little bit further into the classroom, chuckling a little bit.

Axel got up and eventually left the Common Room. He wandered around Hogwarts with his hands stuffed inside of his jacket pockets. He eyed every single being before him and wondered which one he come persuade to cross over to the dark side - Being a Death Eater, basically. No one seemed potential enough, honestly as he eyed another fellow Slytherin female named McKenna. Axel have heard a little bit about her but knew that she would never cross over simply because he two beaus might not like her at all then. He just continued to wander around, seeking out potential contenders that he could challenge later on. He went out to the balcony and just let out a scream of frustration simply because he did not want to be there. Axel plopped down on the top stair and just stared at everyone, pointing his wand at them and seeing them tremble with slight fear. It caused him to laugh as he was going to have fun destroying Hogwarts once and for all.

"Well, it's short for my real name...one that I really despise and as for what's on my mind, it's complicated."

"I see. I've heard that I can handle 'complicated' fairly well, so I'm all up for listening if you're willing to talk." Ayria replied, it felt like the least she could do was listen, because he had a lot of sins to atone for. Though he had no idea how much 'complicated' she was dealing with. Death eater, Myrra's sister, Hogwarts student, and Quidditch player? She had a lot of responsibility on her plate.

She didn't expect him to stand up, but she remained where she stood, leaning against the wall with a curious expression on her face.

"You see, my ex is dating a guy I've noticed she has been treating like a rebound boyfriend and I can tell that the guy has some strong feelings for her. Though even though she is treating him like he is a rebound, I can't help but notice she has feelings for him as well. I really love this girl but I'm just not sure how to go about telling her..."

"Not to be nosey, but I assume we're talking about McKenna?" Ayria chimed in a lighthearted and amused manner. She was sometimes underestimated due to her wild and flirtatious behavior, but she was extremely observant. She paid a lot of attention to those around her, mostly because she was envious of them and didn't have a particular group of friends. She never hung out with the same people more than one or two days in a row, afraid that the other Death Eaters would use any friends she made as future leverage against her.

Then she shot a knowing smile before continuing to explain how she knew who he was talking about, "Kai's been lightly flirting with my sister.. and McKenna is captain of Slytherin team, I knew you dated her because I always notice fellow Quidditch players even when we're off the field."

"I'm sorry about dumping all of this one you since you were just trying to make conversation and not trying to hear about my horrible love life."

"Horrible? I wouldn't say that. At least you have one. Besides, I don't mind listening." She chuckled a bit, a small smile on her face as she thought about it. Sure, it was complicated, just like Nico had said. She'd give anything to have an intense and complicated relationship with someone.

"As far as telling her goes... There isn't much you can do unless Kai and Kenna break up.. If you tell her now, you'll just be seen as a the guy who wedged a knife in their relationship.." She replied, running one hand through her hair as she tried to think of another alternative. This was a situation she'd never been in, but she was pretty good at coming up with plans, especially mischievous plans, thanks to her friendship with Kris. She'd definitely have to thank him one of these days, but she kept a bit of distance ever since she became a death eater, despite missing having close friends immensely, "I could help that happen so you don't have to get your hands dirty." She offered in a nonchalant manner. She didn't mind being hated for it, by Myrra or anyone else. It wasn't like anyone would want to befriend her after the plan came into action.. Ayria knew she was looking at spending the rest of her life in Azkaban prison.

"I take the fall and you get the girl... Does that sound good to you?" She asked with a quirk of her brow. She wasn't sure about the integrity of this guy, but she definitely was willing to get her hands dirty if it meant keeping Kai from hurting Myrra, "I don't mind a little notoriety..." She sighed aloud, laughing afterwards. She was used to being hated, so she didn't mind taking one for the team, or, well, Myrra. She knew that there was a chance that Nico could deny her proposal, but there was also the fact that she barely knew him. She could always deny anything he said if he decided to tell anyone about their little "chat"..

Then she saw a girl approaching, interrupting her conversation to let her know that she had a visitor that wasn't from their house. Apparently a Ravenclaw boy had come to see her. She wasn't familiar with any of the Ravenclaw boys, but held up a finger to Nico, indicating that she would return shortly. She'd humor whoever it was, that would give Nico time to think on the proposal.

She exited the common room, tilting her head at the boy from the train, "So we meet again." She chimed, a curious expression on her face as she examined him. What could he have to say that was this important? She wasn't sure, but she wasn't one to ignore someone when they wanted to talk, "I was talking to someone in there, so please make this quick.." She informed George, pointing back at the common room. She bit the inside of her cheek, waiting to hear the reason behind his determination to speak with her. Time was ticking and it was almost time for bed. She didn't want to be caught out of bed after hours, she definitely wanted to go to that dance.

ImageAlthough Acacia was unconscious she was able to vaguely hear another female's voice, one of whom was trying to save Acacia but ended up caught in the cross fire and got hurt herself. Though shortly after, the area was clear and the headmaster with a male stepped into the area. At this point she was able to hear the voices but wasn't able to make out any of the words.

Acacia was lifted into the headmaster's arms and was taken down to the medical wing, following behind Diego with Brooklyn. By now the red head was completely out of it. She felt the bed beneath her then everything went numb and she couldn't hear anything. Finally she went into a deep sleep and didn't wake up until the next morning.

With a soft yawn and a stretch she sat up in bed finding that everything hurt. When she opened her eyes, Acacia found herself being in the medical wing. All she could remember was getting attacked by Death Eaters last night, the vague memory of another girl's voice was heard as well.

"Ma'am, another girl, one who was attacked with me, is she still here?" the red head questioned, hoping that she would be so she would be able to thank her for trying to save her.

"Yes, Brooklyn is laying over there," she pointed towards the other end of the wing before returning to her duties.

Acacia carefully climbed out of bed and trekked her way over towards Brooklyn. She stood between her bed and the one to the left of it and glanced down at her, hoping that she wasn't still asleep. But even if she was she started speaking. "Hi Brooklyn, I just wanted to thank you for trying to help me. I really appreciate it. Just know I have your back after this. You deserve it," she stated to her before starting on her way back to her bed.

"Do you have all of your lessons figured out for the next couple of days?" he questioned as he tried to think about whether or not to ask Annie to the Yule Ball. He knew it wasn't really necessary for professors to have dates, but he wouldn't mind one.

Although he didn't even want to be around all of these teenagers and their drama, he knew he had to be. The headmaster personally asked him to attend as a chaperone for the ball so there was no getting out of it, he had to show up whether he wanted to or not. "Are you going to the ball?" he questioned, hoping that he was because at least he'd have someone to talk to. Of course if Barfield and Cain attended he would speak to them but it wouldn't be the same.

He couldn't seem to imagine why she would be so willing to help him out like this, though after hearing that it had involved her sister, Myrra a bit as well he immediately understood. Though he didn't see a reason not to go along with it. If there were a way for Kai and McKenna to break up and Ayria is willing to take the fall for all of it, he mind as well go for it.

Though just before he was able to accept the offer, she was pulled away from him by someone standing at the Hufflepuff door. She held out a finger to him, telling him to hold on. Nico returned his attention outside the window with a sigh and leaned his head back against the wall. He hoped whatever Ayria had in mind would work without getting him in trouble with either Kai or McKenna. Well, Kai he wouldn't really care less about, McKenna is the one he doesn't want to upset.

Ever since he met the girl during their first year, he hated hurting her even if it were on accident. Nico would always feel bad about it for weeks until finally getting over it. Girls were more fragile than guys were with their emotions at least and he never wanted to hurt her feelings or make her upset at him.

Katerina knew McKenna was in the room with her, but completely ignored her presence. She was in no mood to deal with any drama right now, all she wanted was sleep.

Katerina climbed into her bed and pulled the blanket over her petite frame before letting out a soft sigh and closed her eyes. She tried to block out every sound that was coming from the students in the common room down stairs and the others who were getting themselves ready for bed as well.

Finally after laying there for almost an hour, she fell asleep.

ImageAcacia remained in the medical wing for the next couple days until she was able to walk around without hurting. Though luckily she was able to attend the Yule Ball. She found herself in the Gryffindor girl's dormitory getting ready for the ball. She pulled her black dress on and slid a pair of silver heels upon her feet. After, she proceeded with her makeup and hair before applying the last accessory, her mask.

When finding that she looked the way she wanted, she slowly made her way into the Great Hall, into the crowd filled with fourth years all the way up to seventh years. With a soft sigh she grabbed a cup of punch and proceeded to take a seat. Seeing as how she was there alone, she had no one to talk to. But honestly, if it weren't for her mother buying her the dress and forcing her to go, she wouldn't even be here. Acacia would much rather be in the common room catching up on her studies and enjoying some peace and quiet for a change.

The red head sipped from her punch before setting the punch down on the seat beside her and leaned back against the back of the seat. She hoped someone would come and give her some company, she hated being singled out in a dance like this with not even a single person to speak to.

ImageNico sighed as he stepped into the Great Hall. He was never really one for dances but he just thought he'd go to have something to do. Though once he stepped in, he spotted Kai talking to Myrra and from what it seemed like he was asking her to dance. All he had to say was he better not be putting the moves on her while with McKenna. If he were to hurt her like that him and Kai would have some rounds to go and he would hold nothing back. Nobody hurts his best friend that way, feelings or no feelings it doesn't work that way.

The male sighed as he took a seat and kept an eye on Kai. Myrra, he personally had no problems with her. Kai knew what he was doing, Nico was sure of it. Though if he happened to notice something going on that he needed to tell McKenna, he definitely would. Even if she believed he was telling her all of this because he was nothing more than jealous. Which of course he was jealous of her relationship with her rebound guy, but that wouldn't be the reason for coming to her and telling the truth about what he saw. He would be doing it for her protection. No girl deserves to be treated that way.

ImageKaterina stepped into the Yule Ball wearing a black dress, one of her favorite styles and a mask that she worked hard on, made it herself. Though truth be told, she actually enjoyed dances like this, but because it was organized by Hogwarts, being here wasn't really something she wanted to do but she went anyway. She was just happy that she didn't have to worry about wearing those horrible robes without being called out on it. But honestly, she began wearing them after a couple days because she was tired of hearing all the crap from the other Slytherins and professors about wearing her robes.

Once inside the Great Hall, she poured herself a cup of punch and sipped on it, taking in her surroundings and watching as everyone enjoyed themselves. Part of her hoped that some sort of drama would happen tonight so her night would be fulfilled. She always seemed to find amusement in other's problems, especially if she were the cause of it. Katerina was the type to sit down with a bowl of popcorn and watch as something she caused brought up a huge fight. The entire time she would have a smile on her face.

Because of this many times in her life she has been called a sadistic bitch, but she just nodded along with it and accepted the words. Katerina knew who she was and had no problems with it.

ImageNico sighed as he stood there, thinking back on what him and Ayria were speaking about just a couple nights before. As he continued watching Kai with Myrra, he couldn't help himself he needed to get McKenna away from him, he didn't deserve her and if those rumors he's been hearing were true, he better hope Nico doesn't find it out.

Finally Nico removed himself from the spot he stood in for the past five minutes and began looking around for Ayria. He pushed through the crowd through the entire Great Hall and hadn't been able to spot Ayria. With a sigh he decided to step out of the Great Hall, figuring that if she was going to arrive he would be able to spot her making her way through the halls.

Though just when he stepped out the Great Hall, he noticed her standing there alone. He stepped over to her, being sure to keep a good bit of space between the two of him before speaking. "I'm in," he stated to her. "Don't want to go in or is your date late?" he questioned, trying to figure out why she was just standing there.

ImageAs Katerina sat there taking in her surroundings. She noticed a female closing in the space between them. She sighed and just glanced up at her, finding that she was much more appealing up close. "Can I have this dance?" she heard the female question.

After sitting there for a brief moment, taking in her features once more, she shrugged her shoulders and placed her hand within her's. "Sure," she stated. Though it wasn't like she had anything better to do. That was for sure. Maybe dancing with her could add a bit of amusement to her night, something she's been craving since she actually arrived.

Though after hearing about that Death Eater attack on two Gryffindors, nothing else has come to happen. But honestly, she wished she could have witnessed the attack, it would make it more real and give her a bit more amusement. Even though she was neutral with the entire idea of Death Eaters, it would still amuse her. At least something entertaining would be going on. Living life as dull as the one she managed to encounter after stepping into Hogwarts was never the kind of life she was looking forward to living. She wanted one filled with all sorts of adventures, one she would never become bored with.

ImageAdriel smiled when Annie accepted his offer to dance. As he led her out to the floor he smirked when he heard her statement, "I am not the best at dancing. I am a professor of potions. Not dancing."

"Well, don't worry about it. I'll be sure not to make an embarrassment out of yourself Annie Barfield," he stated with a very serious tone to his voice with a smirk upon his face. Dancing was never the best thing he could do either, but he knew well enough so he wouldn't be able to look like a fool at events like these.

Adriel wrapped his arms around her waist and began to slowly lead her around the dance floor. The music was never a choice he would go with, but he had to remember this Yule ball was for the students, not the professors and they were into a different kind of music than he was. That he needed to deal with and just accept. While he continued to dance with the gorgeous dark beauty before him, he found himself lost in the woman's chocolate eyes. It was hard to make himself look away.

"How have you been?" he questioned, trying to make a bit on conversation instead of standing there in silence, making himself look like a fool. What kind of man would he be if he were nervous to speak with the woman he chose to dance with?

Image"You cleaned up nice."

"Thanks, you look beautiful yourself," he responded with a soft smile upon his face.

"Here's the plan: I will approach my sister and ask if she had a good time at the date, so Kai hears it as well we just have to make sure they're together so she can't deny it in front of him later. If I am there she won't try to lie about it." He listened carefully as she explained the plan to him and he just nodded along, being sure to pick up on every detail. In order for this to work the way they both want, it needs to be done correctly or everything would become all screwed up.

Nico smirked when he noticed George, one of the Ravenclaws he's had classes with in the past. The male gently bowed his head to him, showing he acknowledged his company before turning towards Ayria. "Have a nice night, I'll talk to you later," he stated before stepping back into the great hall, joining the rest of the students.

He began looking around for someone to dance with, in hopes that he wouldn't have to spend the night in his lonesome.
