"Rosa put that down!"
Well, almost everyone, Madam Loser was still shadowing her and she hated it, more than anything in the world.
Patting down her rouge skirts, she smiles at the black embroidery and then bolts - away from her Advisor and everyone else that Madam Loser could have set up to follow them.
Down many different streets, grinning at all the kids and occasionally stopping to play hop-scotch with some of the younger ones.
She didn't want to do her Princess' duties, she didn't want all that stress, she didn't want Madam Loser always breathing down her neck, no, she wants to be free.
"just a chisel and hammer." Ethan says with a smile. "parents still raging about you smithing up tools instead blades?" Olath smirks at the comment then turns to a box stuffed with tools. "Still raging I'm sorry to say." He then pulls out a hammer and chisel. "Will these do?"
" yes they will Olath, and I'm sure your familly will come around eventually. After all it's only been eight years." Ethan says followed by punching the big brutes arm. after talking for a bit Ethan jerks his head to see his sister Clara walking away from a stall. "hey Olath I'll see ya next time i brake my tools." Ethan then darts off after his sister. "hey sis! you busy?" he shouts getting her attention as he approaches.
On her way to the art shop, she stopped at a fruit cart. She bought a small basket her her favorite fruits; strawberries, grapes, and watermelon. Eating some of the fruit while heading to the shop, Lilia hummed a happy tune quiet enough that could only be heard if one was right next to her. Upon reaching the shop, she went right to the back, where you pay for the supplies. "Hello Marie! My supplies are here right?" She asked the clerk, who was a young lady not much older then herself. "Aye Lilia, they're in back. Give me a second." With that, Marie walked into the back.
Lilia turned around, leaning her lower back on the counter. She watched as little kids were playing in front of the store. Then she noticed one familiar figure and one not so familiar. It was Prince Jessi and Princess Rosa. She had seem Prince Jessi around a lot in the Sky Castle as the both lived there. But Princess Rosa was a foreign face. She had really only seen her in Komuna around the markets.
"Lilia, here's your supplies. That'll be 1 g (gold coin)." Marie said, placing the box of art supplies on the counter. Whipping around, Lilia's eyes were a bit wide. "What! 2 g? Come on can't you lower the price just a little? We're friends right!" She pleaded. Gold coins were probably the one of the most valued item for money, then silver, then bronze. Of course there was diamonds and others of that sort, but they were very rare and extremely expensive. "I'm sorry, but I can't do that or I'll get fired. Anyways, you could get that money back in no time. Your art sells fast." Marie tried to cheer her up, as Lilia gave her 1 gold coin. "Yeah, but I sell my work cheep. It'll take almost two months to get that back." She sighed, grabbing the box of supplies from the counter.
She smiles as her brother braids her hair, she has always loved her brother Jessi, not so much Clara - She always tried to avoid her mostly but that was probably because they were just so different, where Rosa was wild and bold, Clara was more reserved and calm.
Of course that fitted Clara's element nicely but really Rosa always thought it was just a little boring.
"So why are you here then?" She grins, re-joining the hop-scotch; her braids bouncing by her side.
She loved the little children - Sure she was much older than them but that doesn't mean she couldn't hang out with them and anyway she was still the baby of the family so she could do what she wanted.
There was quite the contrast between her and her sister, even though Clara was but a year older, she was always the mature one where Rosa was always bubbly and childish.
She then looks over to see a girl looking at them - Around Jessi's age, she waves to her and squeals at Jessi.
"That girl's looking at you, go say Hi!" She nudges him forward.
Then Lilia blinked a few times at the mention of her small fruit basket and looked down at it. A clear pink blush faded onto her cheeks as Prince Jessi told her that she was a 'beautiful young artist'. She took the much larger basket from him hand, while gently brushing her hand against his. "T-Thank you..." She shyly said, looking at the basket that was now in her hands. Her blush darkened a little as a sweet smile formed on her lips.
Shaking her head a little, Lilia returned her attention back to her painting. She followed Prince Jessi's finger to where he pointed on the canvas and listened to his suggestion. "Ah, that would be a nice touch. You sir have an artistic eye." She complimented, as she thought about the series of paintings with the other castles. "I might take you up on that offer. But first I have to see haw well of a photographer you are." She told him placing her paint brush, that she has been holding this whole time, in the cup of water on the tray next to the easel. "Then, if you are a splendid photographer, I just might give you my name." She smirked once again.
