Species/Race: Yuki-Onna (snow woman)
Birth Date: 12 December 1638
Age: 375

Alignment: undefined. She has murdered many but has been living in solitude for some time so her alignment is now uncertain.

Image
APPEARANCE (HUMAN FORM)
Height: 5’6
[b]Weight: 95lbs
[b]Eye Color: Ice Blue
[b]Hair Color: Jet black
[b]Skin Shade/Color: Pale white
[b]Scars/Tattoos/Piercings: None

APPEARANCE (ANIMAL FORM) Yuki-Onna demons don’t have animal forms as they can either be like a real human or in their humanoid true form. Their only give away is the spiritual power they posses which only those who can sense Yokai notice otherwise she appears as a normal human when she wants too. This is because Yuki-Onna demons are derived from humans that died in snow storms. Therefore she was originally human so does not have a base animal to change into.

Image
[b]APPEARANCE (TRUE FORM]

Height: 5’6
Weight: 95lbs
Eye Colour: Bright Yellow with a thick black circle between the colour (not her iris)
Hair: White with an under layer of black.
Facial Feautures: Blue lips like ice with a stunning beauty.
Clothing: A white kimono.
Aspects:
  • 1. She appears to glide as though she has no feet similar to that of a ghost.
  • 2. Her skin is so faint that it can appear as though she is fading when seen in a snow storm.

    MENTALITY
Sexuality/Preference: Heterosexual (she likes pretty men)
    Relationship/Marital status: Single
Family/relatives: A clan but they live far away as she left for another demon only to be betrayed and is now stuck in Fujinomiya Mountain
Sanity: Bordering unstable due to so much solitude
    Friends: none
Mental Skills: Tactful, she is quick to put together an advantage in any fight whilst being intuitive to events that may occur to a person by witnessing their actions.

    Likes:
    • Snow and anything to do with it.
    • Wandering into the human city and trying the cuisine (she never pays obviously)
    • winter animals, such as robins or snow foxes
    • small Yokai (they amuse her but most dare not go near her home in the mountains)
    • plants such as the trees she enjoys sitting near them admiring their beauty

Dislikes: [list]
[*] Humans (they are an annoyance whom have destroyed the natural land, not to mention selfish beings)
[*] other Yokai apart from some of the small ones.
[*] warm weather as it goes against her nature
[*] human food that is spicy she hates that it burns

Hobbies: Wondering around the human town to steel their food as she finds the flavours interesting

Personality: Saiyori has an unstable nature at this time, she is quick to anger whilst she can also be very placid. Mentally she is currently fighting what type of Yokai she will become. She ignores any human that attempts to speak to her when she is in her human form and savagely destroys any Yokai that dare enter her territory without her permission. However she does sometimes pardon them if they are small Yokai but more and more that calm natured side of hers is fading into the brutal angered nature. If a human enters her domain she is quick to build up a snow storm to ward them away. If they do not leave, she has been known to kill them.

FIGHTING STYLE(S)
General/Preferred Style:]/b] Her ability to control snow and ice with her sheer will is how she attacks moulding ice into sharp daggers that fly at a target or generating havoc snow storms to freeze her targets to death.

[b]Hand-to-Hand:
She fights from a distance preferably but if she must go hand to hand she is able to evaporate into snow itself as it falls so she can move her position easily and prevent herself from being physically injured. Of course is snow is not falling she will make it fall but if she is too weak to do that she hardens her body to that of the strongest ice to fight with. This gives her a defence but leaves her more vulnerable to actually being able to take a physical attack from an enemy as ice can be weak if attacked with t he correct weapon.

Special Abilities:
To sense the location of a person the moment they touch a single snowflake no matter where they are. (she makes snow fall if she wants to locate someone if there is no snow)

HISTORY

Personal History/Background:
Saiyori had died as a human in a snow storm in the year 1638. This death left her spirit angered and connected to the snow that had killed her changing her spirit into a Yuki-Onna demon. For the first part of her life of a demon her original anger of death made her spirit vengeful resulting in her slaughtering any human that appeared to possibly make it through a snow storm in the area she died out of jealously. She became known as the ‘snow wench’ to the humans her beautiful appearance luring men to their death, or her cold whispers into the humans mouths as they slept freezing them alive.
After a hundred years of this she grew tired her vengeful spirit growing calmer as she began to accept her death. It was at this time that she met a fellow demon, a bakeneko who had the power to raise the dead for a short time. He spoke to her of adventures and leaving the place she had died to cure her of her vengeful spirit for once and for all. Trusting this fellow demon Saiyori followed him for over 100 years where she saw much of the world and the human development. It was during this time she grew a hobby for tasting the new flavours of human food as she could be in the human world as one of them with her perfectly flawless human form. That was why the bakeneko had wanted her to go with him so that she may do his bidding around the humans without kicking up a fuss as she would blend in.
When they reached Fujinomiya he had no more need of Saiyori so he led her to the top of mt fuji and asked her to wait for him there whilst he run an errand. But he never returned betraying Saiyori. This drove her heart to a greater anger her trust in demons destroyed and her vengeful spirit growing after being calm for so long. She pushed her hatred at the humans that would come to play in the snow she created as she could not do so to the bakeneko as he had abandoned her to the mountain. Knowing her spirit was growing restless towards humans because of this she forced herself to a place on the mountain where she would not be bothered by humans or demons and stayed their in solitude for 50 years preferring it rather that knowing the betrayal of the current world.
But this solitude meant she grew in on herself alone with her mind for so long it has left her mentally unstable as a spirit and her true nature. She will either become a vengeful spirit permanently or become calm depending on the events that will occur in her life in this delicate time.

Clans (Family Clan or Otherwise):
Over the centuries there have been many humans that had perished due to snow storms whom have become yuki-Onna’s. these demons band together to form a clan of their own.

So begins...

Deep into Fuji woods, near the base of the great mountain, lay a small shrine. It was nothing special, just an offering box with a white marble statue of a wolf. However, the offering box was empty and broken, covered in a thin layer of autumn snow. The box was weathered after hundreds of years in the damp forest, but the statue was in shockingly different condition. It was clean and sharp, looking as real and detailed as any actual wolf. The reason was quite clear, as the statue yawned lazily and scratched at one of its ears. Not a statue then. But not a wolf either, at least not any regular wolf.

He stretched out on the small stone pedestal in front of the offering box, staring out lazily into the autumn forest. The ground was painted with a thin layer of white, while the trees flashed brightly colored leaves. Shades of red and deep orange, yellow and light brown contrasted so greatly against the cold, frozen snow, he thought about, and not for the first time, painting the scene. As if he hadn't already done that 700 times. He stood on his four paws and walked over to a small bag resting against the offering box. He focused momentarily and disappeared in a puff of thick smoke. When it cleared, a human stood there, dressed in deep red cloth with hair as white as the snow that reached his knees. If humans could see him, they'd think him as one of them until they noticed the lupine pair of ears atop his head. He dug through the bag with his now human hands and frowned. As he thought. 700 paintings of autumn leaves in the snow. His name was Ryu, he was a Yokai, a powerful one at that, and he was bored.

He sighed heavily and then he decided. One day in town couldn't hurt right? It'd been 90 years since he'd last visited the town, he deserved a little personal time. Besides, what human in their right mind would attempt to scale Mt.Fuji in the snow? He nodded to himself and started to walk down to Fujinomiya, his bare feet crunching in the thin snow, but of course no human would hear him. He watched the leaves fall as he walked, and wondered if humans still made sweet-buns. He did quite like sweet-buns.

NIGHT BEFORE

Saiyori had watched the moon as it sparkled its rays onto the forest floor. She had left her usual home of the human's abandoned place that they made fake snow within for amusing activities. She had filled it with her own true snow and ice of course when taking up residence, she believed it was once called a 'skiing resort'. But it was abandoned and now hers, for the summer at least anyway. Tonight was the night, she felt it, it was time to move to the base of the mountains forest a place she much preferred, it was the end of summer.

To another it would have appeared as though she were floating in her white kimono much like a ghost, her black as ebony hair trailing down her back frosted with a cold white on top of the under layer. Her eyes were a ghastly yellow frightening if seen against her almost transparent skin as she moved within the forest enjoying the touch of the trees their leaves ripening to a lustful orange. This was her true Yokai form, she bore no animal form like most, she had died a human and had only a human form as a Yokai. To be in her utmost true form, in all certainty, that would be when she could fade into the snow as it fell, becoming snow itself.

Looking up to the sky she gazed at the moon and its beauty, she would often sing to it, a comfort in her long solitude. Tonight however, it appeared as though it would sing to her as snowflakes began to fall from the sky. Yes, at last, her element had arrived, winter had approached this city of insolent humans. She span in circles allowing the snowflakes to fall onto her skin in sheer joy at its arrival. She helped it along using her power to create more snow than was naturally falling, it must cover the forest, and it will soon cover the town in its entirety. Blissful however she grew unaware of a human man who had stumbled upon her until she heard his cry of pain as he tripped on a stone unaware of her presence unable to see her. Instantly she stopped her bliss and darted her eyes towards him. He was a hiker, he looked wretched, weak, if not pitiful. In one swoop she glided over to him faster than his eyes could keep up with grabbing his face with her ice cold hands. She was going to give him her breath of death, a breath that would freeze his heart but she stopped her mouth nearly touching his at the raspy voice "p-plea-se i-i h-h-have c-c-hildren Y-y-uki-Onna". Her knew what she was, but how humans could not see, ah, it must be the touch of her ice cold hands on him, he must have heard of her clan through story's told to scare children from wondering alone in the snow.

'with the touch of ice on your skin as snow falls you must beware for Yuki-Onna is near'.

Her eyes narrowed, why should she care for this stupid human, he was worthless. But he was knowledgeable enough to of heard her stories probably because of his age.

Netherless she replied though she knew he could not hear her "I shall spare you, for simply being aware of my presence if not truly being able to see me" with that she vanished into the snow falling.

MORNING

No matter what time, it seemed like the streets of human cities were always so rushed, people moving in every direction, always in a hurry, always needing to be somewhere. Saiyori did not understand them as she walked through them within her fake human form. In this form humans could see her, she looked like an ordinary girl, her hair to her waist a thick black, her eyes a normal blue instead of their haunting yellow and she even donned on what was called a 'school uniform'. She only did so because the human girls of her forms age wore them often so she blended more, it was something Yokai of her type were able to do. she kept a few outifts for this purpose at the 'skiing resort' she called home, though when she changed to her true Yokai form those clothes would become a nuisance and she would return to her white kimono.

The only way to tell of her lie to looking human was the spiritual power that she emitted, other yokai could sense her and knew what she was. Some of the small ones looked to her familiar with her wanderings into the human town so quite comfortable with her presence before wondering off to do their business. One small Yokai, once a cup whom had developed its own spiritual energy from time followed her. He often did running after her with his short legs, she did not mind him. Saiyori did not mind small Yokai in general, it was the first class Yokai such as herself or slightly less powerful that bothered her. She hated them infact.

Following her nose Saiyori went on her usual trip through the human home in order to seek out their food. She had such a admiration of the flavors they could create. Though none of them were ever as good as a human heart.

Saiyori Setsuko

Image
Saiyori's feet crunched in the snow as she walked along a path leading back towards the forest. The snow was not yet very thick, but if she had something to say about it, it soon would be. She was still in her human form, her only give away as a Yokai the spiritual pressure that she gave off as all Yokai do, the more intense the pressure felt the more powerful the Yokai was, well that was what Saiyori had picked up on anyway over her few hundred years.

As she walked she took her time admiring the beauty of the trees of the forest, soon be lavish with snow their branches barren of leaves, then they would be even more beautiful. Using her left hand she reached into a plastic bag that she held in her right and pulled out a rice bun, it was sweet just her favorite, a prize she had taken from a human shop ignoring their custom of 'paying'.

Furthering deeper into the forest suddenly she halted. A spiritual pressure, two were incredibly strong, first class Yokai like herself, she would have gone in the opposite direction right then and there if not for a few very faint spiritual pressures that were near them. She hated other Yokai, despised them and had therefore been enjoying her solitude from other Yokai, apart from small Yokai, for 50 years now. But these three very faint pressures, they were strange, not a quite like a Yokai's, they were.... attracting. Just what did they belong too?

She could not leave without knowing, it would haunt her, she must know.

So she continued up the path curious and constantly aware. That was when she saw one of the owners of this strange pressure, a boy, he was walking towards her away from the two first class pressures. This boy had pink hair, but what took her attention was the sword on his back. It was holy, she could feel it. But, he was human? This boy was human, not Yokai, could his sword be what was giving off the spiritual pressure similiar to that of a Yokai's but different?

Unless!?

No, he couldn't be, could he? She had only ever heard of rare humans being able to see Yokai from rumors the smaller ones tended to gossip about. Was she in the presence of one right now .. ? If so, would he be able to sense what she was with her perfect human form?

A snide smile began to stretch on her expression as she got to closer to the boy almost crossing paths. Only one way to find out, his reaction to her.

The setting changes from fujinomiya to Fuji Forest.

Ryu

For some reason, the pink haired boy laughed. Hysterically. Ryu frowned, his hand losing the deep green glow. If he wasn't here simply to return the umbrella or visit the shrine, why had he come? The only reason Ryu could think of was to get up Mt.Fuji, or perhaps to simply kill two powerfull yokai. He sat back down and stared at the stupid human. To so brazenly insult an 800 year old yokai, stupid was the only adjective that came to mind. He scratched his chin, and then grinned, understanding now. This human sought power. They usually did, but those who could see yokai often sought power through yokai servants.

"I'll be back later." said the boy.
"You're free to come and go as you wish. However, I'll likely be hungry by then, so bring some sweet buns or I might wind up eating you instead." He winked at Kiseki, letting her know he was purely joking. He'd spent these past 800 years protecting humans from the things they could not see, so eating them would serve absolutely no purpose. Well, other than filling his belly. Once the boy had left, Ryu picked up a different presence. It was much younger than he was, and smelled of fresh fallen snow. Ah, a Yuki-Onna. He'd heard of and seen the Yuki-Onna that roamed around the base of the mountain in the autumn. If he recalled correctly, her name was Saiyori Setsuko. But there was something else too... Another human female? Three humans in his forest in one da- He sniffed again. She smelled... oddly like Kiseki... She could also see yokai? Ryu nearly shook his head in disbelief. Three in just one day, all in Fujinomiya and all headed to his forest. He honestly doubted if there was anything else capable of surprising him today.

"Today has been a strange day indeed..."
He stared up at the mountain he guarded and wondered. Perhaps it's a sign? Will these past 800 years finally count for something? I suppose... I should tell her. Everything. But not yet, she needs to be stronger first. Much stronger.
He peered down at Kiseki and "Hmm"d to himself. She had incredible spiritual power, but it seemed she didn't know how to use it. He'd have to fix that.

"I have a proposistion for you, Kiseki. If you're interested in never having another yokai bother you again, that is. I can show you how." He smiled reassuringly. "Of course, I might ask for a favor later, but that is the nature of such dealings. So, what do you think?"

Taiyo watched as the human laughed crazily, another frown pulling at his lips. What was wrong with this human? He didn't seem right in the head. His tails relaxed, and he went back to his relaxed state. Though if he wished to be back later, didn't that mean he was going to pick a fight if the girl wasn't here? He tilted his head a bit in thought, before sighing a bit to himself. If he knew that there would be so much people coming, he would have just stayed at the temple.

A scent hit his nose, and he glanced around. By the smell of it, it was a snow-wench yokai. Fuyu had informed him of most yokai in the area when he had woken up, so he knew what to expect. Though he hadn't expected to meet so much people in one day. It was almost laughable that he met 2 humans, and soon most likely more yokai. Shrugging it off, he glanced back at Ryu as he joked around with the girl. Funny, males don't taste as good as females.

Hearing his comment, Taiyo glanced at him before saying "Well, Today must be special I suppose..."

Fuyu let out a snort at the girl's comment of the man being nice. Humans were not nice. Tehy were evil and manipulitive. They sealed away his lord!

"That's what all people say about unknown enemies, and they end up dead girlie." Fuyu responded, puffing up once again as the other human went on his way.

Kiseki Okinawa

Kiseki shivered slightly when Ryu made a comment about "getting hungry". She nervously looked back at him, but then he reassured her with a wink. Kiseki exhaled and looked back at the boy who was walking away. Something about him didn't seem right... Kiseki exhaled. She looked down at the small kitsune on her shoulder before laughing.
Alright, I'll keep that in mind.
Kiseki scratched Fuyu on the head and looked back to the trail.

After a few moments of thinking about the young man, Kiseki looked back at both of the powerful Yokai she had met and they each looked really distracted again. Kiseki couldn't help but wonder, so she just decided to ask. Well, not Ryu or Taiyo, but Fuyu, although the small kistune may not be able to smell or sense the same things as them.

Hey... Um, is there someone or something else on the mountain?
Kiseki whispered this to the little fox resting on her shoulder. It felt like such an uncomfortable and weird question to ask, but her curiousness was getting the best of her. But before she could get an answer, she heard a noise. Well, not exactly a "noise" but more of a "hm". Kiseki looked at Ryu, who was already looking at her. Kiseki listened to his offer, and it took her a few seconds to process. Kiseki blinked in complete shock. She knew exactly what he was offering! Kiseki nervously stood up, completely stiff.

She took the warm and fuzzy coat off her shoulders, as well as the kitsune.
I-I'll think about it... I have to go wash my cat now!
Kiseki stated her lame excuse bluntly before wrapping the kistune up in the coat.
Make sure you stay warm!
It's almost like her voice was robotic. She was trying to sound natural, but she was almost yelling and she would stutter once in a while, not making things exactly better. She placed the big ball of... coat, on the fox Yokai's lap. She bowed down to both of them stiffly.
I-If you need to find me again, I live... in a um... I-I forgot my address. I live in um...
Kiseki had a strange, but blank look on her face.
I live in a house! Bye!
Kiseki spun around and marched stiffly down the trail very quickly, without listening to anything else.

Kiseki suddenly stopped marching when she remembered that this is the way the boy went... and he was standing there with a girl! A girl? Maybe she was what the two Yokai back there were sensing. Kiseki suddenly realized that she most definitely wasn't normal. Surprisingly, Kiseki also felt some sort of danger or something towards this woman. Kiseki felt her heart skip a beat as she quickly hid behind a nearby tree. What do I do?! What if she really is a Yokai... what if she hurts that person?! Kiseki held her hands together tightly. She didn't-- no. She couldn't go back to the shrine after she had just embarrassed herself so greatly. She knew that if she didn't do something, the Yokai or even the boy would notice her presence, if they hadn't already. As if someone had answered her prayers, she suddenly heard grumbling and complaining nearby.

Kiseki bolted through the trees as quickly as she could. It's definitely coming from this way, I know it is! Kiseki had to take her chances. If this wasn't another Yokai, she would be able to get help from this person... maybe. Kiseki finally spotted a walking figure and she smiled happily. I've found them! Kiseki jumped out of the trees and onto the trail that this person was walking on and right in front of them. Kiseki always had troubles speaking to people, but if she didn't do anything...
Please, I need your help--
Kiseki's jaw almost dropped all the way down to the ground when she seen this "savior". It was a girl. A younger looking girl than herself! Kiseki collapsed to her knees in disappointment, panting heavily from bolting through the woods so fast. Kiseki couldn't bring herself to ask such a cute looking girl to help her defeat a Yokai! Kiseki thought about her intentions for a moment and sweat dropped. How would I be able to save him in the first place... If this girl could see the Yokai, she could possibly have some kind of hidden powers or something, maybe even a holy weapon. Kiseki raised an eyebrow, but then shook her head quickly. I am not asking her to help me! Kiseki stood up, still panting. She was about to walk back through the woods in defeat, but there was one problem. She couldn't remember which way she came through and there was only one path that she could follow, and it wasn't a familiar one. Kiseki held her head in her hands and shut her eyes tightly.
This is really bad! What if that Yokai kills him? What if he goes back and kills Ryu and Taiyo? What if they all get crushed by snow or something, this is all my fault!
Kiseki felt useless, yet again and she was being too hard on herself, yet again. She had completely forgot about the most likely confused teen standing in front of her.

Ryu

Ryu stared dumbly as Kiseki blurted out what absolutely had to be the the worst excuse he'd ever heard. Ever. He watched her run through the woods down the wrong path and disappear from sight. Ryu slowly started shaking his head. "What an... interesting girl. I wonder how she gets the cat in the bath..." He frowned thoughtfully and then grinned. "Well, I can't very well leave her alone in this forest." He stood up and smiled at the fox. "I'm terribly sorry to bring you all the way here and have to leave you unattended, but I need to be sure of Kiseki's safety." He bowed politely and vanished in a flurry of autumn leaves. As he vanished, so did the barrier he'd erected.

The leaves followed Kiseki from above the trees and deposited Ryu in a tree above her when she ran into the other human girl. He didn't say anything, he simply watched to ensure her safety.

Ryu

He smiled and waved when Kiseki saw him up in the tree. It seemed the girl she'd run into could see yokai as well. He shook his head as Kiseki gave another bizarre excuse and ran through the forest back towards his shrine. Ryu sighed and gently floated to the forest floor next to the other girl.
"My, my. She is an odd one. But I suppose that can be said of anyone that can see us. That includes you Miss."
He grinned at the girl before walking back to his shrine after Kiseki. He took the shortest path, leaping onto and over fallen trees in the path. He arrived at his shrine just after Kiseki. He walked around and turned to face her.

"I apologize if I scared you. I failed to realize you might've heard similar things from... less favorable yokai. I assure you that all I intended was to teach you how to use your spiritual power to keep yokai at bay. Nothing more, nothing less."
He tilted his head curiously. Obviously this girl had some unsavory history with yokai, but that could also be said of anyone that could see them.

Kiseki Okinawa

Kiseki just concentrated on the cold icy breath that was escaping her mouth. She looked over at Taiyo and exhaled. Taiyo and Fuyu looked sideways to her right now, since she was lying down.
I-I'm sorry... I was just a little taken back by Ryu-sama's request...
Kiseki looked over at Fuyu, who clearly didn't look impressed. Kiseki thought that trying to pet or talk to the small kitsune right now wouldn't do either of them any good, so she stayed on the ground and just looked back up.

Kiseki was starting to feel a little cold, after all her hard running, she forgot about her coldness. Just as if he read her mind, she felt something nice and warm drop right over her face. She opened her eyes and only seen slight darkness and fur. She lifted it off of her face and seen Taiyo looking down at her. Him suddenly being there so quietly scared her and she blushed lightly, after her weird twitchy reaction. Kiseki pondered his question for a moment and sighed.
I'm really sorry if I offended you both... But well, in case you haven't noticed, I'm kind of a nervous person. And well--

Almost as if he had read through her, Ryu showed up also quietly, causing Kiseki to do her strange scared twitch thing again, before she sighed.
It's okay, it's not your fault. And just as you said... I do have a bad experience with Yokai. I was very young when he first came around, his name was Akumu. And just like the meaning of his name, he could twist people's dreams. It was weird, I wanted to be a teacher when I was little, but he could also change my thoughts on my life goals.
Kiseki sat up and wrapped the coat around her shoulders.
And let's just say, I was a very different child for a while. By the way, thanks for the coat--
After Kiseki changed the subject, she remembered the guy with pink hair.

Kiseki looked at the two powerful Yokai and she jumped up to her feet, only to start flailing.
Oh no! If we don't save him, then that woman is going to destroy him!
Kiseki started flailing around more before remembering the girl from earlier.
Oh no! What about the young girl in the forest? She's totally lost! What if she trips and d-dies or something, we have to do something!
Kiseki sunk down in embarrassment again when she realized how annoying and loud she was being right now. Kiseki exhaled and quietly pondered the possibilities of saving them both.

Taiyo shrugged, and took a seat next to her, as he watched the snow fall down slowly. His tails moved, and laid on the ground beside himself and Kiseki. Listening he nodded slowly, then said "I see...Well perhaps you should take the wolf up on his offer. If you do control your spiritual power, it's possible to combat yokai like us." He paused, then rested his head on the palm of his hand. Helooked at Ryu, before saying

"Perhaps you should explain how to train her. That's probably the most scariest thing for her." Taiyo said with a small nod, before looking back at the girl as she started to jump up and flail but then fell back down next to him. Taiyo chuckled, before then saying "I'm sure the man is fine, after all he had a sword with him. I doubt he's one to go down easily. Even to that Snow wench." The sword was a holy sword, a type that could damage either one of the first class yokais here currently.

He paused, before then saying "As for the girl...I'm sure the wolf wouldn't allow a human to die correct? Since you guard this place." Though he wasn't sure, since the wolf didn't seem to help the girl before when Kiseki bumped into her.

((Woo. I have some time to RP))

Yukio Ukita

Yukio continued along the path, heading back towards his golf club case which he had left outside of the forest. The snow was now falling quite heavily and he had made it about half way out of the forest before coming across a girl.

"..What's with all the people coming here today? All that's up here is a rundown shrine filled with false go- Oh.." Yukio thought, scanning the girl that was few feet in front of him from head to toe.

Yukio stood completely still for a few moments, his eyes locked on the girl in front of him. After a few seconds of staring Yukio began to giggle to himself, followed by an outburst of laughter. "Heh..Heh. HAHAHA! ..Wha- HAHA.. What's the point? Please explain the point of this whole look to me. How is looking like a human beneficial in any way? The few people that can see Yokai will notice that somethings off. They may not be able to quite put their finger on it but they will feel that something is wrong about you. ..Is this for people who can't see you? Regular people? Can regular people see you? ..Why would you ever want regular people to see you?" Yukio asked, delivering a barrage of questions and slowly walking closer to the girl.

"I'm sorry, just one more question. Can people touch you? With their hands? ...I'm kind of impressed actually. I don't think I have seen anything quite like this before."

((That will work I suppose. I'm so sorry about not posting at all. I've had a ton of personal things to take care of.))

Saiyori Setsuko

Saiyori put on the most plain of expressions when approaching this pink haired human to try and seem normal in order to access his reaction of her and whether he knew what she was or not. However that soon broke out into a snide smile as the boy opened his mouth quite amused at her presence it would seem. So he could sense Yokai, this human, he was the first of his kind she had met, a strange being. But his smell, that spiritual pressure... it was... exquisite.... she knew he would taste delicious.

"Heh..Heh. HAHAHA! ..Wha- HAHA.. Can regular people see you? ..Why would you ever want regular people to see you?" - "I'm sorry, just one more question. Can people touch you? With their hands? ...I'm kind of impressed actually. I don't think I have seen anything quite like this before."

It seemed like he had not come across someone like her before either in that contrast. They were both unknown beings to one another, how... ignorant of a human. She was a Yuki-Onna ! To not know of her was disrespect from any human be they able to see Yokai or not ! she did not care that Yokai were no longer thought of as real beings by this modern culture anymore. Her snide smile faltered to a frown as she narrowed her eyes at him her temper sparking as was becoming a common thing for her unstable emotions. She even ignored the closer presence of another strange spiritual pressure before it fleeted away her anger was that great.

Image
"Whats the point you ask?" snowflakes fell onto her face as she dropped the bag of rice buns on the soft white snow covered ground. "I AM A YUKI-ONNA BOY!" she said with anger her voice raised as suddenly the mask of her human form fell around her true form. The top of her hair turned its pure white her eyes stained to their haunting yellow as he feet seemed to disappear as though she was floating. Snow whipped up around her as she held out her hands to control it her eyes locked onto him. "Attracting humans is essential if i am to eat them! Your hearts truly do taste wonderful and it would seem the best lure for you foolish beings is nothing more than a pretty face ! But you, you have a smell that is almost irresistible, I know that if I eat you I will become stronger ! Be glad I have not yet done so ! It is only my pride that keeps me from killing those who have done me no harm but you ! your insolence in not knowing what I am is irrefutable !"

Suddenly her body literally fell apart into the snow that was falling disappearing for a moment only to reappear behind the boy for split second her body still faded into the snow only her head and shoulders formed again as she spoke close to his ear "You should be honored that you can even see us Yokai" her voice was calmer but still held spite. Again her body vanished into the snow reappearing partly a few meters away to his left as she began to circle him always watching but her snide smile returned as she did. "I will answer your question of 'your touch'" she spoke that with clear distaste at the idea of being touched by a human but noticeably her anger had diminished somewhat. "if you answer mine" she paused for a moment letting him gather his thoughts. That sword, it is dangerous to us Yokai is it not? she continued to circle him. "I have interest in eating your heart human, but I am unwilling to take your life unjustly. There are others I sense here with the same smell as yours just as irresistible to us Yokai but hold less threat as they do not carry such a sword, an easy target. So answer me this, she smirked at him would you be willing to make a wager? a competition as you humans say with a bet. I decide the rules, the prize if you win, my true name, the prize if I win... she sneered your heart.

Yukio Ukita

Yukio stood completely still as the girl melted into the snow and then suddenly reappeared, whispering into his ear. She was using a lot of big words that he didn't fully understand but he got the gist of it. "..Right.. but you couldn't you just.. be in your Yokai form, follow guys around, wait for them to go to sleep and enter their houses and eat them? You would be like a ghost, no one would hear you or see you, but okay.. Whatever get's off I guess. ..You could at least try to make your humam form more attractive. I don't think I would ever want to stick my dick in that even if I was drunk." Yukio remarked, attempting to continue walking down the path as the girl began to circle around him.

Yukio stopped walking momentarily to respond to her question before beginning to walk once again "..Is my sword dangerous? That's your question? Really? ..Yes. Yes it is."

Yukio suddenly came to a complete stop as the girl mentioned a wager. "...A wager huh? ..Hm.. Nope. Nope, i'm good. ...So was that your question? I hope it was.. I answered two of them. Can I poke you now? Oh, you can stop going circles around me now.. it's just kind of hilarious and not at all scary. I know.. it looks cool in the movies, but there's a reason animals don't do it in real life. It isn't scary, it's pointless and stupid looking. If you want to look like an animal, you can growl at me and show your teeth while I laugh."

With that said Yukio began walking once again, turning his head to look at the girl who may or may not of been still circling him. "Hey, do you eat human food? Want to go get some Ramen? I would like to get to know the Yokai that my hearts going to be staying inside of. I'll be back in a few days to hunt Yokai so you can try and eat me then if you don't want to go get Ramen. Or you could just follow me around and eat me while i'm asleep I guess that works too. I sleep naked though. So, i'm not sure if you're cool with that."

Saiyori Setsuko

Saiyori showed a snide smile again at this boy drifting her form into the snow and reappearing again at different intervals. Better not to remain in the same place should he choose to attack with that ugly sword. The reason she was circling him in the first place, an obvious tactic to make it easier to avoid attacks. "I would rather kill my prey in my home not theirs. Human homes are distasteful. All humans are ignorant beings, they once paid their respects to we Yokai, but now? Ha, with their ignorance why should I let them die in the comfort of their homes? That would be ignorant of I if I did that. Besides, it is always more fun to tease you stupid beings. She really didn't know why she bothered to explain that to this child. It would be too easy to simply kill a human when they can not see you. Where would be the fun?

However his comment about her appearance made her stop in her full form rather than disappearing into the snow at intervals. She stared at him her eyes narrowed then suddenly she burst out into laughter. "Such vile use of language and you dare to insult me? You prove your kind's stupidity child if not lack of personal etiquette or taste, My kind, Yuki-Onna's are renowned for our beauty it is a part of what makes us the type of Yokai we are. You are poorly misguided it almost makes me want to kill you and throw away your heart to the lesser Yokai to eat for fear of being contaminated by your repugnant mind." She shook her head continuing to again reappear and disappear into the snow at intervals.

"I asked only one question child, the remark about your sword was merely rhetorical if not confirmation of its power from your response it was not something I could already sense. I guess you really do lack proper language knowledge, though I must pity you for that as I do have my years above your own to have become completely diverse in such knowledge. That is made clear if you do not understand the reason I do not remain still, you must not have much experience when it comes to fighting poor child. Maybe it is good for your sake that you turn down my offer if that is the case. I have no desire to scare my opponents that is for mere Yokai who know no better" she sighed. This human really did live up to his race, stupid, ignorant, annoying and rude. He was the epiphany of the kind of people she hated, rude and sarcastic. It would be demeaning of her if she ate his heart, he was truly rotten.

Saiyori stopped and let him walk on by himself down the forest path but suddenly she laughed full of spite and disgust when he mentioned going to eat. "To answer your question as promised, if a human were touch me in my human form then all they would sense is the striking burn of ice colder than that found in what you call the Atlantic. You could not touch me as I am now unless I allowed it by solidifying my form, you would otherwise walk through me. She held up her part of the question deal. "but if you think I would ever eat with a human as vile as you then you are truly ignorant."

Those were her last words before her form disappeared in the snow once again but did not return before him. Instead she reformed some way deep into the forest among the trees scaring a couple of small Yokai as they ran at her sudden appearance. She sighed heavily. "humans are truly disgusting creatures. not a single ounce of politeness to them." she remarked to herself as she began to wonder through the woods.

Kiseki Okinawa

Kiseki felt really bad. She thought that all of this happening was her fault, so all she wanted to do at that moment was help Ryu become his true self again, but neither of them knew what was going on. Kiseki grew worried when she realized that even a strong "Yokai" like Ryu sounded concerned, so she quickly nodded then stood up.
You can stay at my house. Kiseki noticed his almost painful seeming reaction as soon as his feet touched the icy cold snow. Kiseki knew those small sandals he pulled out wouldn't be good enough for when he got out of the forest, so she decided that she'd shop for him.

Kiseki got a little excited for a moment, but then heard Ryu speaking then remembered the situation and got worried again. After nodding and heading towards, well, nowhere in particular, she thought about the people that were in the forest and she stopped and turned to Ryu.
Wait, what about Taiyo and Fuyu? Will they be okay? Maybe we should find them and tell them what has happened! And what about the girl I seen? She's just a normal teenager, she could be in danger!
Kiseki also thought back to the boy with pink hair, but although she was worried, she assumed he could stand up for himself. As for the other Yokai... She wasn't too concerned.
