Urgently, Yuji gripped Kazu's wrist and began stumbling downstairs, nearly tripping but catching himself, and once he was near the door of the haunted house, he rammed through, wanting desperately to get out and once he was successful he collapsed to his knees and screamed, pressing his face against the sidewalk. "Earth! I'm not captive!"
Like the fragile rat he was, he curled up into a ball and just layed on the sidewalk, breathing in the scents of the outside. He soon let go of Kazu, and he got up once he was done sulking. Frowning, he noticed the blood all over him glinting in the light, seemingly recent as it was. "We should head back as soon as possible," he murmured, as he began running down the sidewalk, only to stop remembering his conditions. "Damn it!"
"Walking isn't going to get me anywhere," he muttered, and then his gaze shifted. He saw Eric and..Sayu? Screaming desperately, he raced up to them and hugged them both, revealing his childish part of his persona.
"Eric! Sayu-chan!" He wailed. "Kazu and I were locked in the haunted house! Kazu! Come here!" Yuji cried.

Walking slowly in a very casual manner he lifted one hand to wave at Eric and Sayu "Yo." his eyes were half closed, that look of boredom he wore too often showing up.
"It wasn't so bad, I think it had a sorta homely charm to it." Kazu snickered softly and trailed his eyes over Sayu "You look horrible, what happened to your kimono?" he questioned blankly not realizing his own rudeness as usual.

She looked down the road, the direction Yuji and Kazu had ran from. "So it was really scary? I guess I'm glad I got lost then. Let's get back to the house so I can cook you guys some relaxing food." Smiling brightly in her usual way she softly pushed Eric. "Lead the way Eric-Sama."

"Do you really hate me less, or was that an excuse to use against me later?" Yuji asked in a whisper, though his words betrayed him by the smile plastered on his face, along with the eerie happiness in his question.
"Guess I should expect some remarks later," he shrugged. "but oh well."

"You two!" She said, exasperated. "Where have you been! I cooked and--"
She peered at the girl, and said, "Oh dear, you need some new clothes. You two invited her home didn't you? She must be freezing!"
Hiro was kind to strangers, but not quick to trust. She had never revealed to many people her true form of the goat, but she could not allow this girl to go in such a tattered state.
(Let me know if I'm conflicting with the story!)
"We should get going, I'm sure everyone is out by now." walking down the street, he saw two couples, a disgruntled Hiro going up to the cat and the rat. "Finally, family. Hallelujah!"

"Where has everyone been??" She exclaimed. "Is there a party today or what? I see we've made a new friend," Hiro said, referring to the girl. "I made food and no one was home!"

Bowing to Yuji as a thank you for the compliment she took out her pocket watch to check the time again. "Guys its extremely late we need to hurry home... Wouldn't want Kaji to be angry." she let out a nervous laugh.

Kazu walked ahead of the others, not turning to look at them. "Well... Come on." he mumbled. The orange haired boy stopped and waited, still avoiding meeting anyone's eyes. The guilt for his harsh words and actions made him sweat and feel ashamed again.
He desperately wished he could be more friendly, more sociable... Then maybe someday someone would say the words Yuji said to him... but they would mean it. Those words... I love you

The Night of the Haunted House Incident
well, maybe there's ups and downs in every day life, but today was just in the middle, a mixture between an up and a down. on the up side, i've come to realize that the cat hates me less, which in actuality, makes me feel extremely relieved, since it hurt me to be fighting with him all the time. on the down side, we got locked in a freaky haunted house while i began freaking out and crying, resulting in me getting all bloody, which of course sucks.
wait, requoting. hating you would be a waste of time so, would that mean he hates me less or he doesn't hate me at all? i'll find out later since i don't really care at the moment, i just know that i need rest or else i'll end up getting insomnia and going on a hitting frenzy. i get really angry from lack of sleep, ha.
ending this entry for now until i edit later.
His hand hovered over the page as he reread, catching any grammar mistakes or anything bad at all. Satisfied, he continued walking, his journal still in his hands and open in case he had to write anything else. He shifted his gaze and looked at Hiro. "My apologies, Miss Hiro. I bet your food is wonderful, honestly. But unfortunately, I was locked in a haunted house." Yuji nodded. "I am sorry." His gaze shifted again, now back to his open journal.
..come to think of it, i'm quite famished.
