a character in “Thorns Within the Rose”, as played by Thundera

Description

Name: Setia
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Description: (Written or image or both, preferably both)
Image
Personality: She's stubborn fiesty. Setia used to play herself as Daddy's Little Angel then by twelve she was a child from hell. She once put spiders in her parents bed simply because she didn't get her way. She'd often wind up the servants by screamng to get her way or taking the mick out of them. She's grown out of now but she still throws a tantrum to get her way and is more stubborn then she ever used to be. She's smart though so when she thinks she knows it all she actually does!
Background:
She used to be the best behaved kid alive she listerned did as she was told then she became a little mischevious and started playing tricks on people. No one ever stayed angry at Setia for long though. They couldn't! Setia could always pull an innocent face with her big brown eyes and wiggle out of any situation she still can really.

So begins...

Aethyra's skin crawled as soon as Trifect entered the room. She had never enjoyed the man, he always seemed to view her and her family with a gluttonous gleam in his eye. He was close to her Lord, though, and she tried to be respectful. If she did not leave, he would be advising her one day, of course.

"Parthenia may decide at her leisure, Trifect." Putting on a cold smile, she bowed her head to him, an improper gesture to be sure. Women were to curtsy, never to bow, particularly the heir to a kingdom. "A bad joke indeed. Do tell it, I would enjoy to laugh today. It's been entirely too...what word will I use? Demonic." Her eyes twinkled mischievously for a moment, then returned to her usual stone gaze. "The greatest kingdom is by far a stretch, and I'm sure you know that, being the advisor and all. Will you give me no greeting, then? Am I not deserving of one?"

She manuevered herself between him and her guests, her stance protective, gaze steady. The Lord rarely listened to Trifect, which was a definite sore spot for him, that such a "high ranking title" such as himself was ignored. "In fact, could you do me a kindness, Trifect? I believe it is about time for my sister Setia to be awakening and wandering through the halls. Could you find her for me? Bring her here to me? You know how I do adore my lovely sister." Her tone was challenging, daring him to scold her, refuse her, say something dark against her. She would not call for the guards, no, but she had been waiting for years to give him a smack.

Alain listened to the older man's instructions. He may not know the castle at all, but directions he could follow. He hoisted the girl (to no surprise, she was still exceptionally light, even in the weighty dress) and put her over his shoulder. He nodded once as he memorized the man's directions and said nothing more to any of the people in the room. He used his hand to lightly move past the servant girl and then ran to the doors, using his opposite shoulder to push the doors open. Following Trifect's instructions to the letter, he sprinted through the halls, pushing past servants (and a young girl who seemed to be just wandering the halls aimlessly, for what purpose, gods only knew) who happened to get in his way. He honestly wasn't sure what his motivation for doing this was either. He could have let the girl be carried away by whatever pitiful members of the staff whomever would have called, and there would have been no consequence to him. And yet he didn't. He could see potential in the girl, but was that really what drove him? The pursuit of money was inconsequential at this point, Trifect would no doubt pay him whether the girl lived or died, because in a way, he got the feeling the man did not like the girl, and he could definitely tell she did not like him. In the end, as he carried her through the doors of the medical wing, he decided on his reasons were irrelevant. He never acted on the why of things, he acted on what made sense. And for now, getting the girl to doctors as fast as possible seemed to make the most sense.
