Introduction
Gold Town, North Carolina
Town History:
Gold Town is a relatively small town that is almost hidden away at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains. It has been around for as long as anyone can remember. All of the town's residents and commercial buildings are all closely nestled together creating the sense that everyone knows everyone. Laying near the town is Crystal Lake, a famously renowned body of water that many from all over come to see. Many years ago the Lake was said to hold special healing powers. There were many claims that the water had healed the sick, the elderly, and even those that were said to be incurable. To this day, many still believe in the Lake's powers. Since the Lake is so well known, Gold Town has over the years become a highly visited area for vacationers. Once the Mayor had realized how popular the town was becoming, he had a large inn built up on one of the near hills. This is the only place the visitors can stay unless they have family living in the area. Gold Town isn't known for much else besides the Lake. Though the town is always quite busy, life goes on for those that lives in this small town. Elders spend their days by the Lake or in one of the few coffee shops. Adults work throughout the day and then go home to their families. Children go to school and spend time near the Lake. Life in Gold Town is quite simple and that's the way that the residents like it.
Story:
The year is 2015 in North Carolina. Life goes on pretty much as it always has in Gold Town. Visitors come and go. The residents go on with their lives. Gold Town now is also known because of a band that originally started there. Calm Intensity they are called. They have become quite famous and it's been such a very long time since any of the members have been back to their hometown. It's December, around the holidays. The front man of the band is coming home to visit with his family. What he'd not planned on was running into the woman that he'd always wanted back in school. She was everything that he ever wanted. She was everything that she'd been told to stay away from. Did she remember him? Would she want anything to do with him? Would love flourish between the two even with the man's past?

"You guys weren't bad at all. I'm glad I came to see it and I sure hope my boyfriend's friends like me." she smiled once again after speaking. It was different calling someone her boyfriend but she liked it. This made her think that in a way that Landon had been able to change her even in the slightest way. "They seem just as nice as you do." she said after coming back to reality. "Oh and how has Bella and Nick been?" she asked curiously. Jayson hadn't spoken to Bella since her last visit and she was hoping she was doing better than vefore they talked.
