An evil spirit or phantom, especially one supposed to rob graves and feed on dead bodies. Cannibals who's only purpose is to plague humanity.
The fear of these monsters lead to the foundation of organization of groups to counter them. The exact time that these groups were founded is unknown, but since ghoul activity entered the public eye, funding for these groups boomed, allowing them to flourish into international corporations. The most prominent of these groups the Japanese Commission of Counter Ghoul (CCG), the German Ghoul Forschung Gesellschaft (GFG), and the American Ghoul Defense Agency (GDA). These three ghoul powerhouses have been allied for as long as anyone can remember, loaning each other members as a means to further their training through the alliance.
In the heart of New York City, Ghoul activity has been on the rise. Formerly populated by weaker ghouls that were little more than a nuisance to investigators, the number of binge eaters and higher ranked ghouls that were rarely spotted. Many of the ghouls seemed to be smart, or at least as smart as a ghoul can be. In an effort to quell this madness as quickly as possible, several of the GDA's top squads have been dispatched, headed of course by the world renowned squad 0. Over the course of Squad Delta's investigation of a serial killing ghoul dubbed Arachnid, they begin to suspect that ghouls are not only building their own organizations and networks, but that humans maybe helping them.

Collectibles
By creating Collectibles, you can reward your players with unique items that accentuate their character sheets.
Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
