Mari can, if she focuses, make time move. She sees it in a grey dome and can move where the dome goes. If she wishes to heal a wilted flower she simple holds up her hand. A small dome appears around the flower and only inside does the time move. Slowly the flower grow and become young like it did weeks ago.

This can work easily on herself. She can heal a part of her body by sending it back in time. Unfortunately though it's only easy for herself. If she attempt to heal someone else, or even freeze them in time it takes a lot of power. She can't stand another person in the dome for more then five normal minutes. Any more and she'll faint.

Mari's dome usually only has a five foot radius. Any more and like when working in someone else she can only push it half a mile and for five minutes before fainting. ~[/color]

~Brief Description of Character Appearance~
Mari is, much to her dismay, small. She stands at exactly 5'0 when her prosthetic leg is on. On the rare occasion she's legless or in a wheelchair she seems even smaller then she usually is.

Due to a tragic night when she was younger Mari also as a large scar over her right eye to which she can not see out of. At time she wears an eyepatch but she mostly doesn't care about people seeing it.

Her hair is short and dyed bleach blonde with a black streak. They hang just above her one baby blue eye.

-Personality-
Mari has always been a hot headed yet quiet girl. Even before her accident she would get into fights. Sadly she was an easy girl to pick on. She would never cheat to to win as her father made her promise only to never be dishonest.

Years later when Mari had to face her handicap she would become more reserved, which was strange because the bullies would only get worse. She would still get very angry with them but knowing she'd never be able to do anything Mari would just walk away. Now she treats every person she meets as a threat but since getting her prosthetic leg she had become slightly more out going and would even get in the odd fight or two. (She still can't win)

=History=
Mari never met her mother. Dead or ran off she didn't know. Her father always refused to tell her. Still she was happy. She and her father lived in a small house together. From her birth to age ten the only thing Mari had to worry about was the fights at school. Unfortunately it seemed to all go downhill after that.

It was a normal night and Mari and her father were asleep. A few hours before dawn Mari woke up to the smell of smoke. Panicking she leaped from her bed to go get her father. His door was locked so she resorted to pounding on it. After a few moments Mari heard him also pounding back. He screamed that a beam had fallen and her was stuck. Louder her told Mari to run. At first she refused but as the fire grew she had no choice but to run. Just a few feet from the door the ceiling collapsed on her.

Mari awoke a week later to find not only her father dead but that her leg had been crushed beyond repair. Her eye had also been badly burned and the scar on it would never heal.

Up until the Choosing ceremonies Mari lived on her own.
