Personality --
From a young age, Zephyr had a problem making decisions and committing to anything. The mere idea of having to commit to anything terrified her. Whether it was the color of paint she wanted to paint her walls, or what new Barbie Doll she wanted. This plays a large part in her life today, as she still has her 'commitment phobia.' It's the reason she often changes the furniture and paint in her apartment, and the reason she hasn't had a steady boyfriend sense...well...him.
Despite all that, Zeph is a very fun loving and happy individual. She loves to have a good time, and that often means drinking and attending wildly popular clubs. While she may not be able to hold a man down in her life, she definitely has quite a few friends. She has always been popular -- even in high school, though it was for less than favorable reasons -- and has always loved to talk.
Even though she can't stand commitment, she doesn't like being alone either. Her friends often stay over or she has a stranger she met at the club in her bed. It's part of the reason she made the decision to accept the offer to the reality show; she would never be alone and the money was a definite bonus. Plus, she didn't have to stay in the house if she didn't want to. She could leave at any time and for Zeph, a deal couldn't get any better than that.
It should also be noted that Zephyr has a bit of a shopping addiction.
History --
Zephyr was born to two seemingly loving, wealthy, wonderful parents, and that was half right. Until her father left the summer of her seventh birthday, everything had been the definition of 'picture perfect.' Things had been getting a little rough, her mother's art supply store wasn't getting as much business as it use to, and her father...Well, he had been having an affair with a much younger blonde who also doubled as a porn star on the side. When he walked out the door one evening, he never came back and Zephyr never heard from him again.
Years later, Zephyr got herself a boyfriend. It wasn't anything serious and she would never let it be. She was terrified that he would leave her and she couldn't stand to have that feeling hanging over her head, so she left him. She got the reputation as a bit of a man eater throughout high school. She would string poor boys along and then drop them when she started having any feelings for them at all. This trend continued after she graduated, though it slowed down quite a bit as she began to focus on her work: cake decorating. Why would she need men in her love if she could throw herself entirely into her work, knowing that a cake could never leave her?
Best Memory --
One night, when Zephyr was particularly tired and staying the night as his house, she had passed out on the couch. She had awoken to him picking her up and laying her down in a bed. It was possibly the sweetest moment she had ever experienced in her life and it makes her quite sad to think that she had let him slip away - though she would never change her decision.
Theme Song --
Monster - Ghost Town
Most of the song doesn't fit her well, but I feel the beginning is perfect.
