Cole's Story

Cole enters their home in a raging feud. Slamming the door behind him "Dammit!" He yelled. He knocked some glass on the floor in his anger. "Phoebe? Where are you!? He screamed. Cole was furious he got a call from the bank telling him there was a huge withdraw in cash yesterday. He knew only one other person had access to the card, Phoebe. Cole looked in the living room, "Hiding from me is only going to make me ore angry!" He yelled again. Cole yanked his coat off and through it on the edge of one of their kitchen chairs. He walked into the kitchen, she wasn't there wither. "Come on out Phoebe! I just want to talk." He said as he cracked his knuckles. She shoved a chair into the table, causing a loud thud to go through out the house.

Phoebe heard the door slam shut from the bedroom. "Cole...oh god. Hes mad." She whispered She slowly made her way down the stairs, hearing loud crashes and him yelling. Phoebe walked up behind Cole... "Hi honey.." She made a little nervous smile as she said and backed a few feet up to try and keep away from him till he cooled down. She didn't like him like this she usually got hurt when Cole's this mad. Her family is always telling her to get away from him but she can't, they may think she's crazy but there's something about him that she just loves to death, even if she gets hurt some times. Phoebe looked towards the door seeing the broken glass, she than looked back Cole's way. "I-i know your angry but i only took the money out for the bills and grocery shopping." She said slowly, trying to calm him down a bit.

Cole heard phoebe's voice and spun around. "You.." he said. He eased closer to her, soon enough she was backed up against the wall. "You mean to tell me, you didn't ask to take money out..you just assumed you could!" He yelled "I PAY THE BILLS! I GIVE YOU THE MONEY FOR SHOPPING!" His veins were popping from his skin, he was very mad. Cole pushed her body against the wall, holding her there so she can't move, his face was now inches from hers. "DO it again and you'll be very sorry." He said than slapped her across the face causing her to fall to the ground. He picked her back up and slammed her against the wall. "Don't let it happen again!" He let go of her and stomped up the stairs and to the bathroom to take a shower. "Have dinner ready by the time i get out.." He demanded.

Phoebe backed up until she hit the wall. "Cole please..." She says. When he screamed she turned her head with her eye's closed, she opened them when he stopped she saw his veins popping. She felt his hands wrap around her shoulders and she felt her body being slammed against the wall. "Cole!" She screamed. Phoebe stared into his dark eye's, his face inches from hers. She nodded at his words, her face stung when he hit her. Phoebe caught herself from hitting the ground to bad, she felt his hands grab her and push her against the wall again. Tears were forming in her eye's now, he loosened his grip and went up stairs..Phoebe whipped her tears away and headed towards the kitchen. She didn't even have time to tell him her sisters were coming over for dinner. She got out steak, corn, mushrooms, onions, and scalloped potatoes. She made it all up and set the table for four people. She puts the food on the table, and cleans the kitchen up. She fixed up a bucket of ice and put Cole's Favorite champagne in it she knew it wasn't the best idea but she'd rather have Cole be happy with dinner.

Cole exited the shower and put comfortable clothes on. As he was buttoning his shirt on his way down the stairs, he heard the door dell "I'll get it.." He said. Cole walked to the door and opened it. He saw phoebes two sisters. "What are you doing here?" He asked in a not so great mood. Piper looked at Cole and said "Phoebe invited us to dinner" She said and walked inside with Paige. Cole closed the door. "OH did she...." he says. He watches as they head to the kitchen. He clenches his fists, and proceeds to the table, and takes a seat. He calls out "Phoebe come on I'm starving.." Cole spots the champagne and pours himself a big glass, than places it back into the bucket of ice. He licked his lips. he looked up and saw Piper, and Paige take a seat across from him. Cole just starred at them until Phoebe arrived.

Phoebe hears pipers voice at the door. She smiles, when she turns around Paige and Piper were there to greet her. "Hi, you guys!" She says. Phoebe goes to hug the both. "I"m so glad you could make it." She says to them "We wouldn't miss it, we have missed you" Paige said, Piper nodded. "besides we had no other plans for tonight." Piper adds. Phoebe smiles and says "Well you two go take a seat i'll be right out." She smiles at them as they walk to take their seat. She turns off the stove and heads out. Phoebe takes a seat next to Cole, she gives him a nervous smiles. She places a big steak on his along with Corn and scalloped potatoes. "I hope you like it.." She says. She gives Piper and Paige the same thing. "Dig in" She says as phoebe pours everyone some champagne, but she saw that Cole already poured himself some. She places it back in the bucket of ice.

Cole watched as phoebe came to the table, soon as she was done talking he said "Why didn't you tell me you invited them.." He asked and cut into the steak and ate some of it, after that bit her examined the steak more closely. He slams the fork and knife down. "MY steak isn't cooked to my liking...again." He clenched his hands together. he picked his fork up and picked up the steak, he slammed it onto phoebe's plate. "Fix it..." He demanded. He grabbed his glass and drank the champagne and poured some more into his glass. He looked at Piper and Paige and than to phoebe. "I'm going to get some air...It better be done right when i get back. She got up and slammed the chair into the table, and went to the back garden.

She took a sip of her drink and set it down. "I was going to tell you but i didn't get the chance." She said looking over at him, she began to cut her steak when Cole slammed the silver wear down. She jumped and looked at him.. "Cole..." She says. She sees his fists clench up. She looks over at Piper and Paige who are looking at phoebe and than to Cole. When he slammed the steak on her plate and left to et fresh air she put her elbow on the table and put her hand on her forehead. Phoebe signed and said "I'm sorry..about this." She says and picks up her plate to go cook the steak better. When phoebe leaves the table Piper looks at Paige and says "I have a bad feeling in my gut about Cole..what if he hurts her when we leave Paige." She says quietly so phoebe can't hear her. "I have the same feeling, why don't we ask her to stay over at out house?" Paige asks, Piper nods.

Phoebe takes the steak and puts it back on the grill outside by the kitchen. "God, i wish he wouldn't be like that around them.." She says to herself, she runs her hands through her hair.

Cole goes out side to get some fresh air. He knows phoebe will go to the grill so he cuts through the bushes and watches her, he slowly makes his way up behind her. Cole hears what she says, she walks up and spin her around. "What did you just say?" He raises his voice a bit. He pushes her against the screen door, that leads into the kitchen. "Do you want me to make a scene in front of you sisters? Is that it!" He yelled. He puts his hands around her neck, "When they leave your gonna be in some serious trouble Missy....you should watch your mouth next time." He whispers in her ear. He lets her go and slaps her leaving a red mark across her face. Before he goes through the bushes again he looks back and says "You better not be planning on staying at your sisters house or when you get back...oh boy you'll wish you hadn't gone." He threatened. He got back to the garden and stayed out there a bit longer.

Phoebe feels him spin her around she drops what she was holding. "Cole I-" She stops because of the pain from the door. She looks Cole in the eye's "No..no i ju-" She stopped because of the grip on her neck. She put her hands on his trying to pry him off. "Co-Cole ple-please!" She struggles. When Cole slaps her she hit the concrete which left a scratch that is now bleeding a bit. She watched from the ground as he left, What he said last gave her the chills. She got up and flipped the steak, soon it was done how he liked it. Phoebe turned off the stove and went inside, she went back into the room with the table. She sat her plate down and placed Cole steak back on his, giving Piper and Paige a view of the fresh scar. "Phoebe..." Piper says. She looks over at piper. "Your....your cheek. what happened.?" Phoebe touched her cheek and looked at her hand seeing blood. "OH...uh nothing its fine.." She says and looks down, Cole enters the room.

Cole walked into the room hearing the end of the conversation. Cole sits and turns Phoebes face towards him looking at the scar. "Phoebe did you fall again..." Cole looks at Piper "She's been a bit clumsy lately.." He says wile smiling nervously, he cuts another piece of his steak, "Better.." He says while chewing. Cole takes a sip of his drink. Dinner goes on small talk is made about how everyone was doing, how the jobs were, and whatnot. Near the end of dinner Piper spoke up and looked at Phoebe. "Would you like to spend the night at our place? We wouldn't mind we were hoping you would. so we can catch up more." Cole looks at Piper than to Phoebe. He took another sip of his champagne, he stared at phoebe with a gaze no one would like to get. "I think phoebe wou-" He was stopped by phoebes hand and touched him on the shoulder.

Phoebe smiled and nodded.. "Yeah, i can be a bit clumsy..." She says looking down. She and her sisters along with Cole had somewhat a good night. Until the end of the night came along. When Piper asked phoebe to stay the night at their place she looked down to think about it for a second, an awkward moment when by and Cole started to say something. Phoebe placed her hand on his shoulder and looked up at Piper. "I would love to stay over." She says, "Well great than why d- " Piper was interrupted "-But i can't..I'm sorry Piper...Paige. Things are a bit heck tic right now and i need to take care of a view things." She says giving piper a warm smile. She took her hand off Cole and started to clean up taking his plate on top of hers along with Piper and phoebes. When Phoebe leaves the room Piper shot Cole a look. "I know you gave her that scar...." She says quietly so Phoebe can't hear. "You hurt her again, i'll call the police. you've treated her like that since you've two started dating..." She paused and looked over to the doorway than back at him "I don't know why she still with you..but if i suspect anything your ass is going to jail." Piper finish right as Phoebe walks in to finishes clearing the table "Do you guys and to stay for desert or?" She asks. Piper looks at Phoebe and says "No, were okay but thank you for dinner. I'll call you when we get home." Piper smiles at her and she and Paige get up and head to the door. "Love you phoebe have a goodnight." Piper and Paige leave. Phoebe smiles and brings the dishes to the sink to start and clean up. Her guard was down as she did the dishes.

Cole finishes over Phoebe, Piper and Paige's champagne. He's drunk. He watches as Piper and Paige leave without Phoebe, that made a smile come on his face. He follows Phoebe in the kitchen and sets down the four glasses. He walks away, but then comes back and wraps his arms around her. Tightly. He lowers his head to her ear. "Your sisters are on to me...they know i gave you the scar..." He takes a breath "Did you tell them!?" He raises his voice. He spins her around and puts his arms on both sides of the counter, so she can't run off. "Tell me what you told them!" He yells. His vision was a bit blurry but he still could give her a good beating if he needed to. Hell he could chase her and still catch her in time. He stares into her eye's expecting an answer. He knows she must have told them something, they couldn't just know. He put his hand on her back pushing her forward a bit, making it impossible to move her body.

Phoebe feels Cole wrap his arms around her, she felt safe for a moment, like it was just him showing her he stilled cared. But when he tightened his grip, her heart started to race. She heard him whisper in her ear..She feels in spin her around. She stars him in the eye's "NO i didn't tell them anything...i just said it was nothing.." She says to him. She smelt the champagne he must be drunk. "Cole please, your not yourself when your drunk..." She says, she feels him push her forward, it was getting harder to move. Phoebe took her hand and tried to move his hand, but it wouldn't move. Phoebe had no other choice she knew doing this would only cause the situation to get worse but it was the only way to get out of the house and get to her sisters. Phoebe raised her hand and slapped Cole as hard as she could across the face, when Cole reached his hand up to his face, she bolted from the sink. She almost slipped running towards the door. She didn't bother to change. She was in her kimono in only her undergarments on. She wasn't suspected to run off. She opened the front door and ran down the steps and turned right headed up the street.

Cole feels phoebes hand slap his face, it stung a bit, as she tried to make a run for it he tried to grab her but his blurry vision, made it harder. He ran after her, he wasn't going to let her go that easily. He ran down the concrete steps and followed her. he saw her running not so far away. "PHOEBE!! YOU BETTER GET YOU ASS BACK HERE!" He screamed, getting closer and closer. She made a sharp turn onto 4th street, lots of cars were flying by seeing a women being chased, some called the police. Cole caught up to her hand grabbed her from behind, she was in a great struggle. She must have known if he caught her she'd be sorry, and boy was he mad. "Don't ever hit me and run away again, Phoebe...." He said beginning to bring her back to the house which was a long way and it was hard with her fighting.

Phoebe ran as fast as she could, she heard his voice not so far behind, phoebe prayed in her mind she'd get to her sisters before he caught her but sure enough when she took that sharp turn people in cars driving by or parking were giving her looks and when they say Cole they knew why she was running, some called the police. When Cole got closer and when he grabbed her she screamed. "COLE! STOP NO! LET GO OF ME!" She screamed putting up a fight to get out of his grip. "Cole please just let me go..." She fought. Tears began to run down her face, she knew she made a horrible mistake, no one is even trying to help her, they all just stare. She kicks her feet trying her get higher to get her arms loose. They got closer and closer to the house, she noticed a car with it's lights out following them. They got to the front door and Cole kicked it open and threw her inside. He slammed the door shut. phoebe began to crawl away from him as far as she could.

Cole threw her inside. When he slammed the door shut he began to walk closer and closer to her. "YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD GET AWAY THAT EASILY?!?" He screamed, Cole laughed. He ran and picked Phoebe up and put her face to his. "Well guess what......YOU CANT!" He threw her against the wall causing picture to crack and fall to the ground. HE walked over and kicked her in the stomach three times, than picking her up and pushing her against the wall. Cole full on punched Phoebe in the face he scar ripped open causing it to bleep again. He grabbed her face and made her look at him. "You should have never tried that." He smiled at her. Cole gripped her throat and raised her off the ground, her feet kicking the air trying to get down. Cole laughed.

Phoebe crawled as far as she could before her picked her up and and threw her against the wall, she hit it with great force, she hit the ground on her side, she gasped for air. "Cole....." She whispered. "Please stop this.." She felt his foot sink into her stomach, against he gasped for air each time. He picked her up again forcing her body on the wall. Her back stung, Her face stung even more when her punched her, she felt her scar rip open. Her eye was black and blue now. Cole grabbed her face and she stared at him his eye's looked evil. He gripped her throat she gasped for air in that moment. She began to kick her feet trying hard to get down. At the moment Cole laughed the doors flung open and police piled in. Phoebe fixed her gaze on them as they came in. She looked back at Cole and continued to fight to get down. Hope entered her heart but so did fear, she didn't want them to take him away..

Cole stopped laughing as he heard the door fling open. He dropped phoebe to the ground when they pointed guns at him. He put his hands up like anyone would do. He looked down at phoebe who was gasping for air on the floor next to him. He looked back at the officers who were approaching him with hand cuffs. The cuffed him and sat him on the couch, they also helped Phoebe up to her feet and to the couch as well. He looked at her as they brought her to the couch, he came to realize he could be in some serious trouble he never expected to be put in jail.

Phoebe feels him loosen his grip in that moment she gasps for air. She hits the ground and puts her hands to her throat. She looks over and sees guns pointed at Cole, phoebe sees them hand cuffing him "Cole..." She whispers. She looks forward and sees two men coming to help her up, and to the couch. They set her down next to Cole. The officer turns to phoebe and says "ma'am do you know this man?" Phoebe looks at Cole and than to the man. She nodded "Yes, he's my.....my boyfriend officer.." She says looking down. "Do you know why he was hurting you?" He asks. "He only does it because i don't do as he asks sometimes. I still love him and i don't want to see him go to jail for my actions." She protested. The man looked at his assistant. "I'm sorry, but he has to spend time in jail for this at least a week. We have called your sisters, you can stay with them until he's out." He says and right after he did they came into the house. They spotted everyone in the living room and they came over, when they spotted phoebe Piper put her hand to her mouth and Paige was shocked. "Oh honey...are you okay..? Piper asks coming to phoebes side giving her a hug. "I'm going to go pack some of your things." Phoebe nodded. Piper stroked Phoebe's hair, and shot Cole a look. The officer told Cole to get up and so did Phoebe, she turned to him and gave him a hug, and kissed his cheek. she put her hands on his chest looked up and said "I love you...stay safe.." She says and kisses him until the officer pulls him away. As they take him away phoebe watches as they put him in the car. Piper wrapped her arms around Phoebe to comfort her.
