Smithy is a raggy teddy bear that's been neglected for generations, and after all this time he's been ripped and torn and is really on his last legs.
A kind, funny teddy that's always there to help and cheer up the other toys. Possibly the happiest toy in the attic, despite the hardship he has faced through the generations he has lived. Smithy is always there to guide the newer and younger toys the right way in life, and he always tells them not to let how their past owners have treated them affect them, and love the toy they really are. He sees the good in every toy, even if some don't want him to.
Smithy holds a small fabric flower in his left paw which he adores.
Smithy has been passed through generations of the same family. Now he sits at the back of a shelf, forgotten and abandoned. He wasn't always treated nicely by his owners, they didn't respect him and they damaged him. Smithy doesn't like talking about his past owners, he usually keeps quiet when that's the subject other toys are talking about, because it's too hard for him to relive those memories. Sometimes, if he's had a nightmare, he can be found crying on his shelf, although usually he's a happy and carefree teddy despite all he's been through!
