The House

Karah had not been paying much attention to those around her until she heard May speaking to her. "You alright doll? You don't look like you've been on many adventures before." Karah turned her gaze to May, giving the doll a slight smile. "No. I haven't. I am afraid that I don't really have any friends and I don't care to go out adventuring by myself." she said turning her gaze to the passing surroundings. Karah didn't usually speak to others about things such as this. Yes, she didn't have many friends but did she really need any? She'd gotten along pretty well so far by herself. Bolt spoke, bringing her out of her thoughts. "What? You two don't got enough scars? Well, here's your rugged appearance." Karah hadn't been expecting him to flick oil onto her and May. Karah merely glared at him. "You'd better be glad that you're over there." she said..and she meant it. She really didn't think that it was too safe to stand up on the moving board and therefore chose to allow Bolt to get away with what he'd done.

"No. I haven't. I am afraid that I don't really have any friends and I don't care to go out adventuring by myself." May grinned at that. "Well, I'll be your friend if you like. I go on adventures all the time and you're welcome to join me." In truth, May didn't really have any friends among the other toys either, not counting the possible exception of Bolt, due in part to her habit of acting without thinking. And the fact that she regularly did things like breaking into their bases, "borrowing" their things, and kidnapping important figures.

Seeing Bolt, and correctly guessing his intentions, May opened her parasol just in time to block the spurt of oil that headed for her and Karah. After doing so, she clenched her hand into a fist before raising a single finger, in a gesture that contrasted quite strongly with her appearance. Bolt could now truthfully state that he had been flipped off by a porcelain doll masquerading as a pirate. Her eyes held no malice however, and her mouth turned upwards in a slight smirk. "Don't make me keelhaul ye' now. It'll be a little odd, given our ship's unusual shape, but it'll still be a bucketful of fun."

Bolt was standing on the board with a smile on his face. His actions had received mixed reactions. May had anticipated his actions, and blocked the oil. Karah, wasn't as fortunate, and sent threats his way, instead of flipping him off. May had given him threats as well. "Don't make me keelhaul ye' now. It'll be a little odd, given our ship's unusual shape, but it'll still be a bucketful of fun." Bolt just laughed. "How do you think we're gonna stop?" It was true that Bolt hadn't thought of a way to stop, but it was either hit something, or jump in front of it.

The others didn't appreciate the grease so much, and wasn't sure how his next statement would go. "Yea, I can be your friend." Bolt thought back on his relations with other toys. He seemed to know most of the toys but he has been there a while. His "uniqueness" draws the curiosity of others..

Bolt noticed his mind was trailing off, and didn't want to be spacing out. He thought quickly, and panicked, wanting to do something to make it seem that he was aware. An idea emerged, and he rolled with it, not questioning it all. He didn't see anything wrong with licking May.
