Personality

Amelia is, for the most part, a very happy person. Her days are usually spent travelling to Class 1 for photoshoots and interviews for other companies. Her life is busy for the most part, but she is doing it all for her family. After losing her mother at such a young age it was hard for her growing up and understanding why she wasn't there. Her grandmother did as good of a job as possible of filling in and her father was always there when she needed him, but it was difficult. She likes to go out to the amusement park in Class 2 as often as possible and can also be found at the clubs there and on Class 1. Although she works in Class 1 and one day hopes to bring her family there to live, she is nothing like most of the people she meets there. She has learned to harden herself around them in order to not let them get under her skin. After the day is over, she always goes back to her happy go lucky self though.

History

Amelia was born in England on Earth as the only child to Robert and Sara Wolf. As a child Amelia was very happy and always smiling. She never gave her parents trouble about sleeping, eating, bathing...the general child things. Amelia was too young to remember the reason why they left home. All she remembered was her parents telling her they had move far away to live. They moved, along with her mothers parents to Trinity, the new planet.
Two years after the move to Trinity, when Amelia was seven, her mother found out she was pregnant and was expecting their second child, a son. Sara's parents moved in to help her with Amelia while Robert worked at a law firm. Amelia only remembers bits and pieces of the night her mother died, along with her baby brother.
It was Amelia's birthday and Christmas for those who still celebrated it from Earth. Amelia's mother, father and grandparents were all present. They had just gathered around the Christmas tree to begin opening presents when a knock came at the door. Her father went to answer it and was met with a gun to his face. It was the Keepers, bringing what they called justice upon the original people from Earth who didn't believe in what they were doing. Amelia was too young at the time to know who they were or what they did, all she knew was that she had been warned to stay away from the giant building between Class 2 and 3. Everything happened so quickly and in a blur to her. In what seemed only minutes her mother had grabbed her and tried to run only to be met with a gunshot to the stomach. They turned their gunfire on her grandfather after that, killing him instantly. Her grandmother had managed to crawl away and hide herself. They shot her father in the left shoulder, leaving him for dead.
"What about the kid?" a raspy voice from under a mask asked another who apparently was the leader. "Leave her, she's too young to cause trouble."
And with that they were gone, leaving Amelia with her mothers blood on her. Her father called to her and told her to find her grandmother. She quickly found her underneath the stairs in the small cupboard. The police came along with an ambulance to take her father to the hospital. Her mother and grandfather were pronounced dead, along with her unborn brother.
From then on her grandmother stayed and helped Robert raise her. After that night her father was never completely the same. Some nights she could hear him weeping in his room. He never remarried.
Amelia swore revenge on The Keepers for what they did to her family that night.
One day when Amelia was about 16 years old the most beautiful woman she had ever seen in Class 2 came up to her. She introduced herself with an odd accent, Amelia figured her family must have been from another country on Earth. Amelia was stunned by her beauty. The lady told Amelia that she was exactly what she had been looking for and asked her to come to Class 1 to model for her. Ever since then Amelia has slowly been climbing her way in the modeling world and can be found in Class 1 from time to time doing ads for clothing and jewelry companies, with the occasional catwalk thrown in. So far she has become a regular for Nitidus Ala Robin, Robin Ferin's clothing company there. She is determined to get her father and grandmother into Class 1 to live and have no worries for the rest of their time here. If Amelia can move up into Class 1 she believes she will have more of a chance to exact revenge on The Keepers.

Amelia rolled over and glanced at her clock next to the bed. 8:25 a.m.. Quickly she sat straight up in bed. "Shit, shit, shit..." It wasn't very often that she was permitted to stay in Class 1, but she had a long night being fitted for new clothes for the next runway show she was going to be in. Which happened to be today and she was supposed to have been at the studio for hair and makeup almost 30 minutes ago. Without time to take in her lavish surroundings she hopped out of bed throwing on the first thing she could grab and ran out of her hotel room. As she passed the front desk she gave them a quick yell. "Maybe you should start giving people their wake up calls!" Of course she knew they could care less about her, she was just a Class 2 and didn't carry the higher standards of most people in Class 1.

As she ran out the front doors of the hotel to wave down a taxi, she glanced up and noticed the rain that was rolling down the glass dome above her. "The unnecessary luxuries they have here. Don't even have to worry about the weather...", she quietly mumbled to herself and shook her head before holding up her hand to wait on the next taxi. The taxi drivers must know how to spot someone who wasn't from their class because it took long enough that Amelia could have walked there to hail one. But she knew that if she had walked and shown up sweaty that they would have immediately scolded her and possibly sent her back home to not even participate in the event. So Amelia followed their somewhat ridiculous orders for the pure and simple fact that she needed to accomplish what she had set out to do, and that was to make her way to Class 1 with her family permanently.

The taxi that finally stopped for her seemed a bit more run down than most of the ones who has surpassed her. When she got in she was pleasantly greeted by a small framed older man with salt and pepper hair.

"G'mornin' ma'am, where can I take ya this mornin'?

"Nitidus Ala Robin studio on fifteenth street, as quick as possible please."

He quietly pulled out onto the road, humming most of the way. "No offense ma'am but I don't reckon you're from here now are ya?" His accent was a bit odd, quite different than what Amelia was used to here or at home. "No sir, I'm from Class 2 actually. And yourself?" His eyes glanced at her in the rear-view mirror before he spoke again. "Ah, you must be one of Ms. Ferin's models then. I thought ya looked familiar from some magazine's my wife and daughter have back at home. And no ma'am, started off in Class 3 when we made the move here and made my way to Class 2 now. Since then they got me up here drivin' all these rich folk around. No offense again..."

"No offense taken sir. Yes, I do some work for her and whatever else I can find as well." She gave him a genuine smile from the back seat. It wasn't very often she met people who had made their way up in classes, especially someone from Class 3. He seemed like a very nice man and she was truly happy for him and his family. Before she could speak again they pulled up in front of her stop. "Well ma'am, it was nice meetin' ya. Hope you have a swell day. Don't let them folk be changin' ya now." He gave her a quick smile as she handed him the money for the ride and headed off on his way.

She half ran, half walked inside to the front desk. "I'm late, here for hair and makeup." The lady at the front didn't look up from her computer but shook her head. "Tenth floor", she spoke with a nasally tone in her voice. Amelia had been here half a dozen times and never even seen the woman's face not buried in her computer. As quick as she could she made her way to the lift, trying to compose herself before she landed on the floor. As she stepped out onto the tenth floor she was immediately bombarded by a large group of people. "Where have you been?! Do you know what time it is?! We have so much to do. Now come, come. So much catching up!" Hands were coming at her from every direction, tugging at her hair, plucking her eyebrows; hands with brushes, bronzers, lipsticks all at once.

After many hours of work they had finally finished and now she had more of a wait before she would put on one of the many outfits she had for the show. She made her way over to a very long table filled with all the food you could imagine. Of course she couldn't help but wonder what they did with the food no one ate. Probably throw it out and not even think twice about anyone else who could use it in another class. She had vowed to herself that no matter what happened she would never become like that if or when she finally moved to Class 1. The fact of the matter was that she only wanted what was best for her father and grandmother, they were the one's who deserved to live as comfortably as possible after everything they had been through. They were the reason she was where she was now, along with the rest of her family. Her thoughts quickly went back to that night and as soon as they came she put them out of range. "No. Stay focused." Her voice was quiet where only she could hear and she gave a nod to herself.

Now she could smell all the delicious food in front of her, so much she didn't even know what half of it was. She grabbed a plate and piled on anything that looked like it would be appetizing, trying new things was always fun. Of course she didn't care if she was a model, if she was going to be able to live in luxury she sure wasn't going to skimp on the meals.
