Introduction
I created this game for expression. The whole story is created by you! But everyone has to work together, or the story will fall apart. Have fun, create conflicts, and express yourself however you can; however you want to. Welcome to Terra Firma, Land of the Twisted Realities.
And also, I'll be making the Character Sheets for the royal families. I will be playing as Prince Nyks and Princess Hanna, but I will leave the rest of the royal family in the "Orphanage". Hopefully someone will pick them up and be able to portray them in the way I imagine them. :)
Thanks guys!
Also, under OOC I've created a topic for if you have questions.
Premise
Realities clashed. Dimensions combined. Universes collided. And they created Terra Firma.
Now, fact, fiction, and fantasy are all one. Dragons soar with eagles. Gargoyles and bats share similar pastimes. Lions and griffins have become friends.
Kings, both the noble and the wicked, control the lands.
The world is different. And now, it's yours to explore.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 7 authors
"If you desire me to leave, please speak plainly. If my presence here presents no problems, I shall remain until the wind decides I must leave. I assure you, I mean no harm to you or your kingdom."
''If you don't disturb my chefs, you may hang for a while,'' the Elven king spook. He had found his son. He glanced at his son and frowned at his guardian Zallia Nevir. He saw that his son had an apron in his hand... That disturbed the king. His son will become the next ruler of the kingdom, he can't play around like a servant.
''Everyone knows that spirits of the wind are peaceful creatures, like squirrels and rabbits, right?'' Lun Aivr said and nodded at the spirit. Then again he frowned at Zallia. Every year he became harder on her and ever since his son will marry the human princes, the king even tolerate her presence even less.
Nobody knew that Zallia had a plan for when she was let go from the castle. The Aivr family had provided her with room and food for entire stay at the Castle, so her pay was for her to do with as she pleased, and she had saved every last copper coin for herself. She would leave the Castle a very rich elf, free to do as she pleased. Then again, what she enjoyed the most was being a Guardian. She would probably go off and serve some other royal from another part of Terra Firma. However, she knew that she would never be as loyal to them as she was to Prince Nyks.
Zallia curtsied to the king she detested so much. She knew that Nyks would be a much better ruler. "I believe it is time for His Highness' lessons?" she said softly. Years in the court had aught her how to act like a lady, even if she wasn't actually one. "I will excuse myself then."
She plucked an apple slice out of the Wind Spirit's hand before walking past the king and out of the kitchen. Zallia made her way down the halls, nodding to the guards and to the servants, even to the occasional royal. Everyone in the castle knew who she was, but it wasn't a fame she relished in. She would've preferred to work from the shadows. Without speaking a word, the Guardian made her way up to her room.
She closed the door behind her and locked it, shutting the window on a second thought. Zallia removed her sword from her waist before placing it on the table. With a sigh, she stripped off her dress and changed into a pair of trousers and a shirt. She tied her long hair up into a bun, tucking it under her hat. Lastly, she grabbed her quiver of arrows and her bow slinging them over her shoulder. The Guardian opened her window and climbed out, carefully making her way to the courtyard.
The Prince's lessons lasted for three hours and until that time, she was free to do whatever she wanted.
Lun Aivr watched her go, didn't said a word. She usually says something like that and then leaves. Zallia Nelvir was young and naive. The king has seen her grown up with his child, but she never were his child. Lun Aivr wanted a loyal guardian for his son, not a best friend. A real guardian would always stay with his master, a real guardian wouldn't even talk, just do what he's here for. Protecting the life of his master. There's no need to get friendly, no need to be nice. A bond only created with time and loyalty. Emotions blocked the way. A friend would talk to him, trying to change his way of thinking, putting influence on the new king. Lun Aivr couldn't let that happen, but he should have done it long time ago. He can see the green string of friendship between them, breaking it with force would put his son against him. When a son starts disobeying his father, only evil will erupt. No, he has to make her get out of her free will. That way his son understand. Lun hopes Zallia got the message by now or she is just climbing out of the window... naive she is, thinking that he wouldn't notice what happens in his castle.
''Son, don't you feel save?'' Lun Aivr said and turned his head, looking down on his son. The unique radiance of a king shines.
The setting changes from Castle Aivr to Terra Firma
"We take hold of their villages between the border and Castle Graham. We can use everything there to supply our armies. The food, the people, and even the buildings can be stripped down. We'll force the criminals and bandits into our ranks to bolster them." He told his generals as he pointed at areas on a map in the command tent. "In the case that we fail and are pushed back, we need to make sure that nothing is usable to the enemy. Farmlands and villages razed, the people killed where they stand, even the animals must fall. Victory comes only to the determined and we, gentlemen, will not lose."
The setting changes from Terra Firma to Castle Aivr
The king wandered into the kitchen, and with him brought his own oppressive, stale wind. It nearly choked the (relatively) young wind spirit, but he forced himself to remain calm and keep face.
"Your highness, thank you for your hospitality." he frowned as the guardian stole his apple slice, giving her a glare before she vanished behind another door. He got off the counter, bowed, and left through the same door, finding the king's presence to be oppressive. He shut the door behind him and sighed heavily, feeling the breeze through the castle's hallways. He smiled again and floated up to a nearby window and stared out at the world. The elven kingdom was quite expansive, full of lush green landscapes and small settlements. He grinned as he saw the guardian descend from a nearby window. He sat on the window sill and called out.
"So you and the king don't get along, do you?"
Zallia looked up at the Wind Spirit as she jumped down the rest of the way. "To be honest, no, not so much. I don't think we were formally introduced. I am Zallia Nevir."
She bowed with flourish, seeing as it would look odd if she curtsied in a man's clothes. She started walking away, humming an Elvish tune her mother sang to her when she was a small child under her breath. She could still remember her mother's radiant smile. She glanced back at the Wind Spirit, "Well, are you coming?"
Pyp crawled up on top of Nyks' head and blew another puff of smoke, as if agreeing with the prince.
"And when she's gone," Nyks continued, "I know I can trust in my own abilities, since she's the one who helped me refine them. I only have to remember what she's told me."
"To be honest, no, not so much. I don't think we were formally introduced. I am Zallia Nevir. Well, are you coming?"
Gali smiled and slipped out of the window. He landed on the ground beside her and straightened out his clothes.
"Formalities are for castles, which we have just left. I am Gali Tade, envoy of the wind." He smiled behind his mask and tilted his head.
"So you spend your days guarding a prince of a king whom you do not like." He frowned and tilted his head, as if listening to something. "...The prince is somewhat taken with you, do you feel the same?" he asked. He was smiling like a child, innocent of all things.
"I didn't ask about your guardian, son" Lun said and turned his head. The king grabbed the shoulders of his son and give him a strong glance in the eyes.
''Zallia isn't the only one protection you, the other guards here deserve some honour from you aswell. You can count on them too, so there's no need to use a silly disguise... what must the people think of you when you're cooking your own dinner? That's not something a prince does. So for next time, call for the royal guards if you think you're in danger, okay?''
The king straighten his back and put his hand on the back of his son. Together they walked out of the kitchen. Lun Aivr smiled at his son. The world of Nyks was small, he's too attached to his guardian Zallia. Deep inside the king fears he had fallen in love, seduced by a woman. Love blind man will make bad decisions, choosing his love before his country. A real king is prepared to sacrifice what's dear to him for the sake of his kingdom. Lun Aivr was known as the king of peace, he was prepared to do anything to give the elves peace. For eternity he has brought them, his son must do the same. He must follow his father footsteps to become a great king. Failure is not permitted.
I guess sword training will have to wait, he thought, somewhat annoyed. He then realized that his knife was still hidden in his sleeve. He quickly and carefully put it back in its sheath, hoping his father hadn't seen it.
"Father, when's the next time I can go see Hanna?"
Lun raised his hand, ''Maybe tonight, we're going to throw a small party for a barbarian chief. I sent her an last minute invitation, I haven't had a reply back yet. Besides this will be your first time seeing a real barbarian right?'' Lun said and smiled. He crabbed with his finger under the chin of the dragon. Lun Airv loves the bright scales of Pyp, sometimes he secretly treats the dragon with tasty snacks. Lun Aivr looked at the belly of the dragon, ''he won't get fat,'' the king thought.
Pyp made a purring sound that resembled a cat and gave the elf king a dragon's equivalent of a smile: showing his barred fangs. The tiny dragon then crawled into Nyks' pocket and fell asleep.
''Yes, but barbarians don't have any table manners so bear with it,'' Lun said and patted on his head.
''My son, I'm sorry but the lessons have to wait for another time, I'm quite busy at the moment. Give yourself independent training, okay? Don't let me caught you slacking,'' the king of the elves said and walked away. Lun Aivr needs to dig up his library about anything that matters with time. Preparing himself with knowledge. He feels sorry for his son, Lun always loved the time spent with his son, but being a king don't gives you allot of family time. He had responsibility to uphold, he couldn't waver his calling now. He should never become weak, Lun Aivr swore himself.
Pyp woke up and crawled out of Nyks' pocket and sat on the book Nyks was reading.
"What is it Pyp?"
Pyp gave him a look that said Come on. It's time. Let's go.
Nyks smiled. "I can't right now. I have to study."
Now, it was Zallia's turn to frown. "Of course not. What a ridiculous notion. He simply trusts me, and in turn I am loyal to him. In all my years, I have yet to find another that trusts me as fully as he does," she smiled warmly at the Wind Spirit. "Would you like to visit the Elvish Capital? It is quite wonderful this time of year."
Gali tilted his head and blinked. "Ah, I see. Perhaps the wind is mistaken in this matter then." Though he seriously doubted that, the wind was rarely wrong. He blinked and straightened his head at mention of the elvish capital. "Is it? Hmmmmm...... The wind seems to agree with this notion. We shall go there!" He grinned and took off at a run, throwing himself into the air. But he blinked again and turned around to her, frowning. "Oh... You can't fly can you? I guess we'll walk..." he said as he floated to the ground.
The setting changes from Castle Aivr to Terra Firma
He couldn't help but grin at her enthusiastic dreams of flight, and stared up at the sky.
"Yes, it does. To be one with the wind and sky... its like... Hmmmmm... It is hard to put into words, but it is wonderful."
"Where have you been, Gali? You go wherever the wind takes you, correct? Have you traveled far?"
"Oh yes, the wind has taken me many places all over this planet, from the colored plains of Cleein to the frozen peaks of Dryot. Once I even spent several weeks on an ocean breeze, and was carried about like a fish in a tide." He chuckled at the memory and sighed happily.
She shook her head and adjusted her quiver of arrows. "So, are you skilled in swordplay?" she questioned, gesturing to his sword. "I apologize, I am simply rattling off questions now. It has been awhile since I talked to anyone but the Prince, the King, and the servants and guards."
Gali smiled and pulled down the black mask obscuring the bottom half of his face, it was starting to bug him at this point. "The only one I know of who speaks more than you is the Wind, though he doesn't usually ask so many questions... But yes, I am skilled enough with this blade to ensure my own safety." He drew his sword, the light ring of metal echoing unnaturally. It was a simple blade, but its metal held a slightly green tint to it. He flourished the weapon, slicing a falling leaf into equal halves and letting both halves fall on the blade's edge. He then let them fall to the ground as he sheathed the blade.
"It seems you are left at an impasse. How does one defend a prince while leaving his side? I believe I might hold a solution."
She raised an eyebrow at him as they turned onto the main road that led away from the castle. It was a very beautiful day. Everything seemed very peaceful.

Killian always found it refreshing and tantalizing to explore an area for the very first time. To not know where this road led and to find the answer at the end of it, however far or near he had to ride or walk to get there. To meet the first humanoid he crossed paths with and hear them speak in their own dialect and make that first contact to communicate with them. His translator had never failed him on other worlds before this one. He'd find out if it failed him here. There was so much to discover on each new world. He looked forward to forging new acquaintances here. Oh he was vividly aware of the dangers lurking therein the unknown but Killian though cautious did not hide from unproven peril. Therefore he looked at the road north awhile then south and decided after a reflex to take the road south.
It was about midday as his muscular mount carried him at a pretty trot along the road. Killian had decided he'd travel until he either met a tavern, a pub or a good place to camp just shy of nightfall, whichever came first. He struck quite the figure along the road dressed all in black on his black horse whose mane and tail mirrored his own locks being so curly and long. Killian's raven ensemble was leather and cloth; leather boots and gloves, a leather and wool gambeson and vambraces, over wool breeches and a silk poet style shirt. The gambeson and vambraces were reinforced with studs made from a very resilient and shiny black metal from his home world. The last piece of clothing was a hooded great cloak. His was a mixture of styles from across worlds and ages that came together very handsomely. He could pass for a nobleman as easily as a highway man. Though Killian would postulate little difference between the two. Thieves appeared in all the classes. South he traveled at an unhurried pace though he occasionally gallopped Sid, the stallion's nickname, for exercise.
There were a few things worthy of noting about Killian right away. He loved his horse, his hair, the pair of wolves he left at home with his daughter Nuanui, and he loved his daughter. To love was a weakness he acknowledged but accepted the risk all the same. At peace here was a harmless, even a genial man. At war he was beyond fierce only you never saw it, only stone cold cunning. Today he was at peace. A charming and attractive friend you might make along the road. A pleasing fellow who might even lend a helping hand where needed.
