"Do you have a life?". Krill assumed she must have been referring to his lack of knowledge on places around the city. He was about to answer, but Jo had done it already. "Max, not everyone has six Cineworld loyalty cards", this caused Krill to chuckle in delight. His orbs stayed fixed on Max as she darted about in a dance of sorts, cheery as ever. 'She's a strange one.. Strange, indeed'.
He was getting tired of having to keep up with her, but he made no effort to complain, that was obviously what Jake had beaten him to, "Max slow down...". Krill closed the distance between him and Jake, "Don't be such an idiot, just pick up your pace" he mumbled, not making eye contact with him; he found it was easier to speak when he couldn't see what emotion was hidden away in their eyes, it was mainly just easier for him to act harshly towards someone. Being straight out rude and looking someone in the eye afterwards was basically just impossible for him, due to his kind nature.
They approached the cinema and he followed Max through the revolving doors he'd loved so much as a child. Not the cinema ones specifically, just revolving doors in general. "Welcome to the cinema" Max said. Krill smiled, "It's much better than I thought it'd be". That was a lie. He was expecting it to be huge and glittery with bright colours and an amazing design, but that wasn't the case here. It was just like an average cinema. "What movie were we going to see, again? I kind of forgot whether we specified a movie or not" he asked, an unsure look on his face.
