School

Thomas yawned, "Do what you wish, but beware any professors and such. Night." he left for his room.

Lake frowned, "Don't leave me all alone, you idiot! I could be eaten, and you would be in your stupid room, sleeping, and not knowing that I was turned into a vampire because some other vampire would be satisfying him or herself by drinking my blood. So basically, you're letting me commit suicide, right? Would this be considered as suicide, exposing myself to thirsty bloodsuckers? I mean it technically wouldn't be since I would turn into a vampire, therefore I wouldn't be dead, right?" she blathered on and on. She had no idea what she was talking about, and she was sure Thomas probably thought she was crazy.

Jared got to class and sighed, putting his head in his hands. He didn't want to treat Lake that way, but he was hurt. He was in the middle of a HUGE confession, he was so nervous, and she just took off without giving him so much as an answer. She had no idea how much that had hurt him.

Hailey Duncan

Hailey walked up the steps to her school feeling better than ever. The past three days she was stuck in bed with a bad flu that forced her to stay imprisoned in her bedroom. She grimaced at the thought of how much work she would have to catch up on and hurried into the school building hoping to get to talk to her best friend Lake before the school bell rang.
