Description
Name: John "Vague" Tiger AKA Cheshire Cat
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Description: John is a short man, he doesn't bear much bulk in general. He may be cunning, but that's about it for him. He's very much a child in stature and body type, short and always smiling. In Wonderland, he is unsurprisingly a small, furry cat, but what makes him intrigued about his Wonderland form is its pink and purple color scheme and powers. He tries his hardest to stop grinning, but finds difficulty in doing so. His fur is quite fluffy, and so he is often very warm in Wonderland. He tends to twist his head this way and that, it was always a habit of his.
Likes: Mystery and discovery.
Dislikes: Ignorance, blindness, and arrogance
Personality: The Cheshire Cat is cunning, and will always tell a cryptic riddle as a clue to the truth of the matter. He wants at least Alice to wake up and go back out into open France, so she can truly live a life, but that's not the way it's likely to be. He always hid from the queen, and most other patients, but then Alice came along to bring him out of hiding somewhat, and that's still the case in Wonderland. His styling of speech is very much literate and extravagant. He always wants the best for the friendlier patients, he even has some sympathy for the Hatter and March Hare. His main desire is to get those who deserve better treatment of this dream-land and back into the real world, he's willing to stay as a guide to all those who come and go. The cat/man has a strong habit of perching in tree branches, and that's probably part of what sent him to the asylum. He's friendly, and willing to go miles to ensure the fair treatment of others.
Strengths: Can puzzle others with both his powers and riddles, knows the truth of the whole situation.
Weaknesses: Few people figure out any of his riddles, and no one believes him.
History: John would try to help people with eerie and crytic advice so they still had something to figure out, which often seemed crazy and contrived. Others tended to treat the man as a lunatic and someone to never trust. But the generous fellow kept telling his cryptic riddles, and no one ever figured them out. In Wonderland, he does the same for Alice, trying to guide her out of the dream. He knows that she may never figure him out, but at least he'll have tried. His habits of being off the ground were a big factor in his sentence to the asylum. His nature of head-twisting made them certain he had to go to an asylum, but he's aware of where he is and where reality is, but all he wants is for others to be equally aware of the gap between Wonderland and reality.
