The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 7 authors
Biting her lip, she willed herself to stay in place at the front of the room as the bell went off. She hoped he wouldn't leave her up there for the lesson. It was absurd to think about, but she feared it. She scanned the students and her eyes met a guy with bluish hair with a more feminine face. She smiled before looking to the next. By her was a adorable looking guy with blonde hair. He was very small. Looking at the next, her eyes met someone's venomous glare at her. Trying her best to smile, the girl only glared at her back. Her eyes quickly tore away from the girl as she stared at the back of the room. Oh god, what was she getting into?
((OOC: Sorry for lining you all up like that XD))

Math had been Monique's favorite subject this year, well, that's what she had convinced herself at least. Sure, she could do the math and take in the concepts, but sometimes she felt like she'd gotten so... distracted. She tried to maintain eye-contact (and, yes she did mean 'eye' as in singular) with the teacher at all times, which propelled the illusion that she was listening, however, she could admit that sometimes, his words went right through her and she managed to find herself lost in a daydream where she was alone in the classroom with only his company. She found herself unable to stop smiling in most of these cases; sometimes the grin was just too big and cheesy for her not to go unnoticed, but that wasn't a bad things seeing as how she had perfect, brilliantly white teeth.
There was a girl standing at the front of the class today. Monique hadn't seen her before in her life, which was strange because she knew everybody who was anybody. She even technically knew the creepy kids, but this girl was, most assuredly, new. New kids were always a blast because you got to learn so much about them and where they came from, and it was so easy to do because everybody wanted to learn the same thing, so information about them passed around quickly. (Now, say that last line in your head again with a maniacally twisted point of view.) The worst part was that she was just standing there. What was she waiting for? Did she think she was better than the rest of them? Sit down, she wanted to yell out at her, but instead she gave her a look; after all, she was standing way too close to Dr. Erei and needed to quit. What was she smiling at?
She rolled her eyes once she decided that she'd had enough of the new girl and went back to gazing up at their teacher. She was completely lost at this point, she hated when she became distracted; she wanted to be able to impress him with an answer if the time ever came for that, not babble like an idiot to whom he probably assumed he was teaching a majority of. His dark sarcasm never ceased to amuse her because she felt the same way about a lot of her classmates. Every time he made one of his 'jokes', she was sure to input a laugh (appropriate for the situation, of course).
Gabriel Edit
Gabriel was stationed in the classroom all the way down the hall that morning, and he could see several students (and a teacher) scurrying to their classrooms after the bell had sounded, signifying that those who were not in class were now late. Every so often, Gabriel was one of those students, especially for the first class, but he managed to get to school earlier that day. His teacher had already begun his lecture, but he was a bit more focused on the open door. There was a girl (and it was always a girl) that captivated his attention, but as quickly as he'd seen her black hair and blue skirt, she'd disappeared into a room several doors down from his class. He tried to decipher exactly which door she'd gone through, but it was no use. From his position, the hallway looked like a long, vertical line. With a sigh, Gabriel returned his attention to his teacher, scribbling in his notebook what they had written on the board as notes.
"This is mostly for my sake so that I know how far behind or, god forbid, ahead of us you are. Complete what you can of it by the end of the week and bring it to me so that I can catch you up to speed on what you don't know," His voice was deep and very to the point. It was apparent that he took his job and himself very seriously and with a forced, borderline sarcastic smile of sorts he addressed the class before them. "Good morning, everyone. Forgive the interruption of your daily of gossip and nap time, that includes you, Mister Reese and stop drawing bunny rabbits on your homework. I can only handle so much...cute before I feel like vomiting or punting small children."
"Mister Reese" as he was named looked up sheepishly from his fourth or fifth doodle on the previous night's assignment and an impish grin crossed his glossed lips.
"But, sir! I gave this one a Rambo bandana and a bazooka to make it more manly!" The little blond chimed matter of factly earning a sigh and an eye roll from the older man. The pale eyed youth smiled victoriously, resting his chin on his hand as he twirled a longer strand of hair with his free hand that he'd recently dyed pale pink. The scattered chuckles around the room were normal when it came to Weylin's antics. Nova gave up. The teen was smart enough to do well on his assignments and he actually had something of a brain in that silly little skull of his. If it meant suffering through Rambo Bunny illustrations for his equations, so be it. He returned his attention the the new girl and he could practically feel the discomfort pouring off of her. Ah well, he supposed that he should end her misery.
"We have a new victim joining us today. This is Iris Parker. I don't want to hear of any mistreatment or drama from any of you in my classroom or otherwise. She's new, deal with it,"He introduced with a stern warning that he very much doubted anyone would actually pay attention to. "Feel free to tell us a few things about yourself, Miss Parker, if you are so inclined. Otherwise, feel free to choose an open seat."
His eye met her's briefly and he gave her a slight nod of acknowledgment. He wouldn't write her off immediately as another waste of space. He'd give her a week. Then he'd write her off. He glanced about the room then, briefly meeting the somewhat creepy stare of a certain pale blond girl that in his opinion seemed to like watching him a little too closely. Ah yes, there was that smile again. He didn't even want to know what she was picturing this time. Or anytime. Now feeling more than a little uncomfortable himself, he returned to the relative safety of his desk.
Weylin however waved happily to the new girl, his eyes crinkling as the small male all but bounced in his seat for her attention. He motioned dramatically toward the free desk near him.

She ran down the now empty halls, Her OneStars scuffing the linoleum floors, Her hair that she had quickly brushed out, flowed behind her and her blue floral summer shirt made a light swooshing sound as she moved. She stopped at the door, adjusting her white skinny jeans. She stood straight up, pulled the strap of her bag on her shoulder, fixed her bangs around her warm brown face and took a breath. She opened the door and stepped inside. She immediately noticed a new girl, standing in front of the class. Ouch... She thought as she took her seat. She didn't even make eye contact with the Doc. She looked up at the new girl and she gave her a sympathetic smile.
"Good morning, everyone. Forgive the interruption of your daily of gossip and nap time, that includes you, Mister Reese and stop drawing bunny rabbits on your homework. I can only handle so much...cute before I feel like vomiting or punting small children." He said as he turned to the class, giving a forced smile all the while.
"But, sir! I gave this one a Rambo bandana and a bazooka to make it more manly!" "Mister Reese" Said which she almost laughed to but held it in. To her right, she heard the sigh of her teacher as he clearly disapproved.
Out of the corner of her eye, she saw the teacher glare back at her as she stiffened once more.
"We have a new victim joining us today. This is Iris Parker. I don't want to hear of any mistreatment or drama from any of you in my classroom or otherwise. She's new, deal with it, Feel free to tell us a few things about yourself, Miss Parker, if you are so inclined. Otherwise, feel free to choose an open seat." He said and then motioned to the seat by "Mister Resse" Suddenly, a girl rushed in from the hallway and gave her a sympathetic smile. She looked back to the teacher who met her eyes with his one eye and gave a slight nod at her.
"I think I'd rather not take time from your lesson, Sir." She said quickly as she took to the safety of her new seat while giving a smile to the guy who drew Rambo bunnies. She was very thankful to be in her seat and also very thankful that she didn't have to talk about herself.
Ash looked over as she saw Weylin wave for the new girl, who was apparently Iris, to sit in the desk between them. Well, that could be nice. When Mr. Erei released the new girl and she sat in the seat that Weylin wanted her to sit in, Ash turned toward her and offered a small smile. "Hey. Name's Ash." She said, hating that her voice was still a bit higher than most guy's voices. She wondered if this girl thought she was a boy. She hoped she did. Otherwise she did all that work for nothing. Regardless, Ash held out her hand to shake Iris', hating that her body was still girlish.
"My names Iris... but I guess you already knew that." She said with apologetic smile for repeating known facts. She then glanced forward for a second, wondering if the teacher was looking in her direction. Suddenly, fearing the thought of being caught talking on the first day she gave an apologetic smile before taking her hand away.
"We might wanna continue this conversation outside of class." She quickly whispered.

As Cameryn entered the room, she scoffed, believing that it was extremely rude of her to come to class late, "Welcome to class. Did you get lost?" she asked sarcastically with a raised eyebrow and a half-smile as she walked passed her to get to her seat. "This is Iris. She's new," Monique singled out the new girl with a pointed finger, "And even she got here on time," she said with an accusing tone. With another sigh of disapproval, she turned back around to face forward.
She pulled out a piece of paper and one of her favorite pens with pink ink, decorated black with colored hearts spiraling down to the tip, quickly writing a heading on the top of the page. She placed her head in her other hand and her elbow on the desk, awaiting Dr. Erei's lesson. He seemed to be having a hesitant start this morning, and she wondered where his thoughts were. Surely, he wasn't going to wait for the new girl to finish her packet before beginning the lesson. That would be an enormous waste of the day, but on the other hand, she'd find a way to use that time wisely.
During the majority of the class, Monique remained attentive as usual, and as usual, all of her paying close attention to his was ignored. She began to wonder if it was something to do with the way she was dressed. If she started wearing more revealing clothing, she'd probably have a better chance of being noticed. Jeans and a conservative blouse just weren't cutting it. Yes, she'd have to go shopping this week. Perhaps she could get one of Robert's friends to come with her; they would tell it to her straight if she looked good in something or not. Well, maybe not in all honesty, but she appreciated the compliments she received from them.

Causing trouble? What sort of trouble do I cause unless it's directly related to you, you idiot. I was just sticking up for Dr. Erei and the integrity and punctuality of his class. I swear, sometimes you can say the most asinine shit. In her head, she continued to rant about the argument she wished to have with the imbecilic girl, but had the sense enough not to have out of respect for her teacher. She let herself become absorbed in these thoughts until her teacher began to speak, then she was putty in his hands. Well, as the saying goes, her brain was putty in his hands, ready to be molded with knowledge. Right, that's all she wanted wanted from him. Knowledge. She proceeded to smile as her mind took her to a much happier place, free from the criticism of those who don't know better.
She loved how they just assumed that she was a prostitute, taking guys money so she would sleep with them. She had more respect for herself than that. When she was with a guy, it was because she could have a really great time with them, not because she wanted to make money. Whether they felt obligated to take care of her afterwards was his choice, and she appreciated when they chose to take care of her. Besides, she had a part-time job at a department clothes store where she got great discounts off of name-brand clothes. She saved all of her money unless she was shopping there.
-------
A soft annoyed sigh escaped Mandy's lips as her glasses slid even further down her nose. She was stuck with these large, black, rimmed glasses because wearing contacts irritated her eyes way too much. Her glasses had been the star of many jokes that her fellow classmates had made. Not to mention that it made people think she was even more of a nerd. It got quite tiring after a while to be completely honest. As if doing her own homework wasn't enough, she also did half of the cheer leading and football teams homework as well. The only time any of them talked to her was because they wanted to copy her homework or have her write an essay for them. That was her life, and she had gotten used to it after a while.
Today, Mandy was wearing a grey sweatshirt that didn't due her curves any justice whatsoever. Dark blue jeans adorned her hips in a flattering manner; the only piece of clothing that suggest she did indeed have a body. Lastly, she wore beige boots that kept her toes nice and warm. Mandy was always the type of girl who chose comfort over fashion. Her long, blonde, hair was pulled up in a high bun while her face was completely bare. Behind her large, rimmed glasses and baggy clothing she was actually quite beautiful. Of course, people couldn't see past the large, times glasses and baggy clothes. All they saw was a smart girl who would do there homework for them.
Keeping her bright, emerald, green eyes solely glued to the ground she walked swiftly through the crowded halls. She tried her best to not make eye contact or get into anybody's way. It was best that way. Mandy was a shy, timid girl who hated any time of attention. Blending into the crowds was something she learned to do at a very young age. She was good at staying out of the spotlight. In a matter of seconds she was in front of her locker, pulling out the books she needed for her next class.
After, she grabbed her books she starting searching for Robert, wanting to give him his homework before class started. Mandy had been doing Robert's homework since freshman year and he has still yet to say more that five words to her.
"If you ladies have something more important to attend to you are all more than welcome to continue it out of my classroom. If you are indeed planning on passing this class or at least making it through the day without detention I would keep the chatter to a minimum. He have work to do," He warned without bothering to raise his voice or change his relaxed posture. His eyes lingered briefly on Camaryn, then flitted to Monique before dismissing them altogether from his attention and addressing the class as a whole, " We will be reviewing today in preparation for moving onto the next lesson. This will also give Miss Parker and those of you who seem to magically forget everything on your homework a chance to catch up before the quiz that will be on Wednesday."
" During this review session you are permitted to write up a cheat sheet on an index card that Mr. Reese will so kindly pass out to you all. You may use the book, your notes, or even me to write your cheat sheet," He explained, motioning to the stack of cards on his desk. Pouting at the thought of having to move so early in the morning, the actor slogged up to his feet, smoothing out the wrinkles in his pale blue blouse that had obviously been meant for a girl. It was cute, with a rounded neckline and tight mid length sleeves, the garment flaring out around his hips in loose waves. Beneath it he wore a form fitting white muscle shirt along with a pair of long khaki shorts that had hello kitty embroidered on the pockets. His neon, multicolored heelies covered his feet, a cute, set of blue hello kitty hair clips pinning back the longer strands of his hair that weren't braided. In short he looked like a middle school girl. And he knew it. The teen grinned brightly at Nova who gave him a flat "I am not amused nor falling for your cuteness" look and shooed him off. Weylin stuck out his tongue at the doctor before skipping along the rows, passing out cards. When he stopped by Iris's desk, he dropped off a small scrap of paper with the card that read simply: "Come sit with me at lunch! If you want, that is~ WeyWey" along with hearts and other cute things. He didn't want the new girl to feel alone or isolated and because Weylin was happy to sit with anyone and tended to draw happy people, he figured that she would at least enjoy herself.
While the eccentric male went about his task, Nova fell into teaching, going over the basics of the lessons they had covered over the past two weeks. His voice was, despite the content, fairly easy and engaging to listen to. He was patient and was open to questions being asked without hand raising. He felt that such a thing was silly, after all. If you had something to say that pertained to the lesson, say it. If you had to use the restroom, go. In the end whatever the student put into the class, Nova would match and do his best to teach. If the student didn't try, that was on them, in his opinion. The lesson went fairly quickly, despite Nova's persistent headache and he opened the room up for questions.
"Well, that is about all that I have for you for now. Work on your cards and I would like you to complete page one hundred, twenty three in your texts for tomorrow. Anyone that has any questions or needs any assistance is welcome to see me after class," He stated finally, taking a seat behind his desk once again, " Miss Iris, I would appreciate it if you would see me as well. We need to assign you your books and get your computer log in set up so that you can access the online math engine. I'll let you go early today if there isn't anything else."
Weary, he leaned back in his chair absently rubbing his left hand. He had run out of his pain medication yesterday and hadn't been able to get a refill and his body was painfully reminding him of that fact.
Weylin turned about in his seat in excitement, happy to be finished with the class at last.
"Ash! Camy! You'll sit with me and Iris at lunch today right? Pleeaaaasssee~!" He pleaded, lacing his hands together and flitting his best puppy stare from one girl to the other.

Every muscle on Rob's body seemed to be sore after the extensive training he had been put through last night. He hadn't gotten home until late that night and he still had to at the very least attempt his homework, which didn't work out too well. But at the very least he could say he tried. When he got into Dr. Erei's class he made a b-line for his seat, he was actually on time for once. As he sat in his seat he could have sworn he was just resting his head, but the next thing he knew he was being awoken by Dr. Erei. "Good morning, everyone. Forgive the interruption of your daily of gossip and nap time, that includes you, Mister Reese and stop drawing bunny rabbits on your homework. I can only handle so much...cute before I feel like vomiting or punting small children." Rob burst awake, sitting up quickly. He saw the girl he did not recognize at the front of the room. Shrugging it off, he stretched out, extending his sore limbs, the girl sat in the desk in front of him. Rob listened in on the conversations, learning the girl was new and apparently she was going to sit with Weylin, Camaryn, and Ash. Rob sat and took few notes during Nova's lesson, he could always copy off of Monique, she was surprisingly attentive in this class. Then there was always Mandy. She pretty much does everyone else's homework. He had always felt guilty that he just pushed his homework load onto her and never even so much as talked to her. But what would his friends think? That was usually his main concern. Dr. Erei dismissed the class and Robert wasted no time in leaving the classroom. He all but ran to the hallway, relaxing a little as he was away from the class now. He walked to his locker, stretching this arms as he walked. At his locker, he threw in his math book carelessly. Rob spotted Maddy as he locked up his locker. Smiling he walked over to her, "Hey, it's Mandy right?" He questioned, scratching the back of his head. Rob looked nervously down both ends of the hallway, as if to check that none of his friends could see. Rob smiled as he looked back to Mandy, "We don't talk much, huh? I guess that's kinda my own fault. Um, what's up?" Rob attempted to make conversation, a little nervous. He never really had to try to start a conversation before.

Once class was over Mandy slowly packed up her things not wanting to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of people exiting and entering the classes. It also lowered her chances of bumping into something and enduring even more teasing than she already got. As the halls cleared up she swiftly walked to her locker and placed her math book in there neatly.
Mandy jumped back a little shocked when Rob started talking to her. She hasn't expected anyone to come up to her. A soft annoyed sigh escaped her lips as she pulled out her notes and handed them to him. Mandy didn't actually think he wanted to talk to her. Everyone came to her for the same thing, because they wanted to copy something. Same story, different people. It wasn't until he didn't take the paper that Mandy realized he actually came to just talk to her. Mandy furrowed her eyebrows in confusion when he began to start a conversation. It was surprising to say the least because Mandy couldn't even count how many times she had been teased and bullied by his friends while he just stood there and looked away, sometimes even joining in on the laughter or cruel jokes.
"We've been going to school together for five years and now you want to talk?" she asked, her voice coated with disbelief. "What do you want Rob?" she asked tiredly.
Mandy was tired of doing people's homework and them using her for grades and then never talking to her any other time of the day. That's all she was to them, a cheet sheet. It got kind of annoying after a while.
During school hours, the bell that released students from class was practically his favorite sound of all. He'd already been packed up and ready to go five minutes before class was dismissed, so once as soon as he could, he was out the door and up the hallway. He took time glancing into every room he could, but without any luck in finding the girl he'd seen when class started. By the time Camaryn left her classroom, Gabriel was already passed her, up the hallway. "Hmmm..." Gabriel pondered to himself before finding his way to his friend Robert's locker. By the time he was there, Robert had closed his locker and began talking to a girl. "What do you want, Rob?" The tone in the girl's voice made him sure that if Robert was going after this chick, he was definitely flopping, so what was a bro to do but help him out? When he made it to his side without him knowing it, long blonde hair and striking green eyes drew him into a trance that lasted a couple seconds before he slapped his friend on the back, "Hey, Robert! Who is this lovely lady?" Gabriel grinned ear-to-ear.
Gabriel was fully aware of what she was to the rest of the school's hierarchy. 'The nerd', as they called her, was a fitting title. She turned in all of her homework and answered all of her tests practically perfectly, though he never paid much attention to that. She had never seemed 'available', so he never pursued her. He justified this assumption by the way she dressed; girls looking for guys typically dressed the part, but if his buddy was going for it, who was he to judge in all honesty? Tail was tail, the way he figured.
"My friend here isn't bothering you, is he?" Up until that moment, Gabriel's hand had been clasped to Robert's back, but now it was at his side, "If he is, just say the word and I'll take care of him," he said, in jest, figuring that the girl wouldn't ask Gabriel to 'take care of' Robert, allowing Robert to converse with her further. "No? Phew, what a relief. He'd probably kick my ass." Him and Robert exchanged a look, and Gabriel laughed lightly.
Monique Richards
Upon the class' dismissal, Monique gathered her belongings and made her way to her locker. She had no plans to cause any further trouble with Camaryn at the present time. There would be too many teachers around, and if she got too many marks this semester, she wouldn't be allowed to enter the cheer competition. She'd never missed one yet, even though there were a few close calls. The cheer-instructor always pulled some strings to get her back in business. She pilled her books back into her locker, and made her way to the gymnasium. It was a bit of a walk there all the way from the math hall, but she didn't mind. She passed by several of her friends along the way who always caught her up on the latest gossip, but this time, she had a story to tell.
"Yeah, there's a new girl in town." "Her name is Iris." "Yeah, I guess she's kind of pretty." "Oh, no way, she's friends with Ash and Weylin. Totally playing for the other team." Monique responded to her friend's questions as she asked them. "Well, I gotta get going. I can't be too late, you know."
Monique hurried to the girls' locker room where she pulled out her practice clothes and changed into them hurriedly. There were only a couple of girls left in the locker room. The rest of the squad were already waiting in the gym to start practice.
In the gym, she found the rest of the girls all talking among themselves. Most of their conversations were bland: talking about what they'd done over the weekend, trying to figure out who Gabriel's latest girlfriend was, or explaining what their latest diet was. Then, upon the instructor's arrival, the chatter stopped. Ms. Myra commanded a lot of respect from these girls, and they would never give her a hard time about anything. For her, they did their best and beyond every time she was in their presence.
Ash listened to her teacher, absorbing what he had to say and writing the notes she needed. She was pretty good at math, or so her grades said. She hadn't failed anything in this class, so she should have the rights to say she was pretty decent. Regardless, before she knew it, the class was dismissed. Then Weylin started freaking talking about her and Camaryn going to lunch with him and Iris. Ash chuckled at the boy's excitement. "Uh, don't I sit with you every day? Why would today be any different?" Ash gathered her stuff and stood, waiting for the rest of them.
" Miss Iris, I would appreciate it if you would see me as well. We need to assign you your books and get your computer log in set up so that you can access the online math engine. I'll let you go early today if there isn't anything else."
"Yes sir..." She said and smiled at Weylin as he talked to Ash and Camaryn about sitting together.
"I'll see you guys at lunch?" She asked with a hopeful smile.
"Ah, thank you! It was my mom's, I found in one of the boxes she left behind," He answered before shoving his hands inside of his pockets. At the response the girls gave him he stuck out his tongue childishly. And then in a dramatic, exagerated tone and a hand draped across his forehead," Well I am just asking! You never know when you guys will decide you don't like me anymore and run off some other gay boy who's prettier and more flamboyant~!"
His green eyes glanced up momentarily at the clock and a pretty blush rolled across his features. His eyes widened and he bit his lower lip out of nervous habit. His class was next. He pushed aside the fluttering in his chest and smiled brightly at Iris.
"Of course! Have fun~!" He looped his arms through Camy and Ash's and began tugging them toward the door, " Oh my gawd! I am going to be late!"
He of course, was no where near late, but Weylin liked to get to the auditorium as soon as he could. He claimed that it was because he hated being late but anyone close to him would have noticed by now that it was for an entirely different reason that revolved completely around a certain teacher. The little blond released his two friends, his hands gripping the strap on his hand sewn messenger bag. "Y-you don't think he'll be sick today, or that maybe he won't show, or perhaps the class will be cancelled or something? Do you?"
He was paranoid and nervous, like usual, babbling nonsensically the closer he came to the drama class. Not being able to see his favorite teacher at least once during the day was a depressing concept that had fear welling up in his guts. He pushed open the doors with a bit of trepidation and strode to his usual seat, trying to look confidant and casual as usual. His foot bounced out of habit and he held his bag in his lap, toying with one of the many cute badges he'd sewn to it.
Nova on the other hand hand fished up a textbook for the new student, placing it on his desk. He then pulled up his laptop, opening the main login page of the math site he utilized. His good eye flitted up to the redhead and he was unable to deny that she was attractive in a very young, untouchable way. He needed more sleep apparently because his brain was doing strange things to him today. Carefully, he flipped around the computer so that it was facing her.
"Here, pick out a username and password. It will let you login from home as well so please use it. It's fairly useful and will be used a good deal in my class," He explained, " Is there anything else that you need help with? I imagine that they haven't shown you around the school yet and I am free next period."

"What do you want Rob?" The way Mandy looked at him in disbelief hurt a bit. Was he really so much of a jerk that she couldn't even believe he would talk to her. Well... he had been a jerk, but it's not like he was really like that, right? So technically it was still alright, kinda?
Rob found himself with a bit of cotton mouth for a second, unable to think of any way of phrasing what he wanted to say. "I'm-" He was cut off by the sudden appearance of his friend, Gabriel.
"Hey, Robert! Who is this lovely lady?"Gabriel slapped the back of Rob's back, making him look down in slight disbelief at Gabriel, this was the worst type of timing.
Once again, Rob felt nervous, and to top that off, the way Gabriel was looking at Mandy made him feel a little weird, almost an angry feeling. Rob pushed aside his unidentified emotion, trying to figure out what to say. He really wasn't good at conversations, much less introducing people, "Um, Gabriel, this is Mandy; Mandy, this is Gabriel." Rob gestured between the two.
"My friend here isn't bothering you, is he?" Up until that moment, Gabriel's hand had been clasped to Robert's back, but now it was at his side, "If he is, just say the word and I'll take care of him," Robert felt himself panic slightly as he said this, what was he saying? "No? Phew, what a relief. He'd probably kick my ass." Robert looked down to Gabriel and they exchanged a look. Rob felt all the pieces fall together, Gabriel was trying to help him out.
Feeling a little stupid and guilty that he would think his friend was trying to make him look foolish, he smiled, grasping his shoulder playfully, "Hey, only if I thought you really deserved it!" Rob felt a lot more confident now thanks to his buddy, smiling as he looked back to Mandy, releasing Gabriel's shoulder, "Hey Gabe, you should try looking for Camryn..." Rob gestured down the hallway, "I could have sworn I saw her heading that way."
Rob turned back to Mandy, "I guess I deserved that, but you know it's not totally my fault that we never really talked for all this time." Rob scratched the back of his head, stepping slightly closer and whispering slightly, as if to share a secret. "You're pretty intimidating you know, you almost seem perfect and it's kinda scary to just come up and talk to someone like that. And I don't ever recall you really coming up to me and trying to start a conversation either." Rob crossed his arms in front of his chest, still confident and smiling. "Really what I wanted to say was... um..." Rob felt his confidence shoot back down as he uncrossed his arms. "Well, I guess I just wanted to say hi... oh and if your going to the game on Friday? I'm playing and it'd be great to have another girl cheer for me besides my mom and sister..." Rob really was trying his best to make peace with her, trying to make friendly conversation was hard when your terribly nervous.

Speaking of the handsome devil, I walks Ethan Radley, kindly known as the high school's theatre teacher. He wore his usual fashionable outfit as he walked confidently into the classroom, dramatically stopping at the front of the room. With a flourish of his hand, tilting his head upward slightly, he spoke in a French accent. "I... have arrived." He dropped the act and chuckled slightly, his thumbs hooking into his pockets as he leaned against his desk. He looked around the room. Seemed they had a bit of time. His eyes rested on Weylin, his favorite student.
He knew he shouldn't have favorite students, but he couldn't help himself. Wey-Wey was just so adorable. There was no denying he was gay either. And he wore that with pride. Something Ethan respected. He found himself smiling warmly at Weylin and strode easily over to his desk, holding his hand up for a high-five. "Hey there Wey-Wey. How's the school year treating ya?" He asked casually, trying g to start some slight conversation before class started. Meanwhile, Ash pretended not to pay attention, but she listened very closely, holding back a laugh.

"My friend here isn't bothering, you is he?" Gabriel's words broke Mandy out of her own thoughts and back into reality. Most people stopped staring at the group and continued on there way. Although, there was a couple of people still looking between them in disbelief. Soon, they seemed to snap out of whatever shock they were in and continue walking as well. Mandy couldn't help but chuckle quietly at Gabriel's comment. A soft faint smile played across her plush, pink, lips. It was a rare, content smile that brought out the small dimples in her cheeks.
"It was nice meeting you," she replied politely when Gabriel walked down the halls in search of Camryn. Mandy's bright, green eyes darted back up to Robert's and sighed softly. The halls were now practically empty leaving the two alone once again. Honestly, she didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing. Only time could tell, I suppose.
"I guess I deserved that, but you know it's not totally my fault that we never really talked for all this time," Rob stated making Mandy feel a little bad for not even attempting to start a conversation with him in this past four years either. They were both at fault in this situation.
Mandy couldn't help but laugh slightly when he called her perfect. The soft, almost angelic like laughter rang through the empty halls. The sound shocked not only herself, but Rob as well. She hadnt laughed in years, the sound seeming almost foreign to her. "I'm not perfect Rob, I just get good grades," she replied in a timid voice. Without even realizing it she shrank back slightly into the lockers once he stepped closer. It was an immediate reaction, that she didn't even notice she did until he stepped even closer causing less distance between them.
Mandy swirled her silver tounge piercing in her mouth, like she always did when she was nervous. It was a piercing most people didn't know and certainly didn't expect someone like her to have.
"You... You want me to come watch you play?" she asked, completely shocked.
"I... I... I don't think that's a good idea Rob," she stuttered nervously. "Believe it or not you have a lot of girls cheering for you and I don't think they will be very happy if I come," she pointed out. Robert was a heartthrob that every single cheerleader wanted to be with. Mandy was positive they wouldn't like the fact she was on the sidelines cheering for him.
"I'm sure, you'll play amazing without me there though," she encouraged.
The little blond yelped, sinking down into his chair and trying very hard to blend into the rest of the room. His eyes focused on the taller man as the object of his infatuation entered the room with dramatic flair. Weylin had always envied the other's ability to look masculine and sophisticated so effortlessly. The teen knew he'd never be able to pull of such an thing for he very much doubted that he would grow much taller and muscles were an impossibility for his slight frame. However, that certainly didn't mean he couldn't ogle Mr. Radley. His heart shot up to say hello to his tonsils when the older male rested his gaze upon him and he let out a soft squeak of sorts. Jade eyes blinked up shyly at the teacher through blond and pink bangs and Weylin just could not prevent the brilliant smile that graced his glossed lips and the pale blush that blossomed across his cheeks. And in order to hide his emotions he played it off as his typical excited self by meeting the others hand with his own, shooting a murderous glare at Ash. She was bound to be enjoying the show tremendously.
"Oh! Great! Though none of my other classes are as fun as this one," He replied, once again devoting all of his attention upon the handsome man before him. OHMYGAWDOHMYGAWD! Why is he talking to me!? Oh no, what if I make an ass of myself!? Wait, i always make an ass of myself! I'm dooomed! He's going to think I am a complete creeper or a dork gaaaaaah! His internal monologue was frantic, despite his relatively calm exterior and grasping for something to calm himself down, he fled to the one thing that always helped, " Do you know if we are performing anything fun this year?"
His gaze was hopeful and the teen all but wiggled in his seat as he thought of the possibilities.
"Is there anything else that you need help with? I imagine that they haven't shown you around the school yet and I am free next period." Her face immediately brightened as her teacher suggested this, making her forget about her father.
"If you have the time, that'd be perfect." She said excitedly. She didn't want to be a bother to him but she was so excited. She was afraid earlier that since she lost her new friends, she'd have to find her classes all on her own but this wondrous teacher luckily saved her. She was sure this would be a new favorite class.
