Physical Description:
Asami tends to stand out in a crowd because of her orange-brown hair and standoffish attitude, her hazel eyes often make her look like a cat ready to strike and her tall and defensive posture may gain some strange looks, but if people looked closely they would notice more things about her, like her full eyelashes, rose colored cheeks and thin light pink lips, people wouldn't just notice how thin she is, but instead how she has the build of someone who pushes themselves to the limit when working out, most of the time people take one look at Asa and begin to see on edge, because she always stands like she is waiting for an attack or like she is ready to defend someone on a whim, people often take notice how she is never relaxed, but no one had ever asked her about it, until she met Shizuka. The girl had been the reason Asami joined the Kendo club.

Asami is often either seen in the schools uniform, normal clothes, or her uniform for the Kendo club. Because she is so high up in the Kendo club, and trusted highly by the Headmaster, she is allowed to carry her sword, that her grandmother had given her many years ago, on her at all times. Most of the time it is either strapped to her belt around her waist, or it is on her back, but it has been noted that Asa has never forgotten her sword, no matter where she goes. If people were to look closer to Asami, they would notice the small scar on her chin, that is barely visible, or the small feckless that little her cheeks, but Asami never lets anyone get close enough to notice these things.

Romantic Interest: TBA

Image
"Some people are born with skill, others have to work hard everyday for the rest of their life."

Skills and Abilities:
Asami is one of the most skilled fighters in the Kendo club. She is known for her speed and how fast she can wield her weapon, because of these skills she has been known by some as Senkou, which means flash, and is often called Heki, which means burst, by Shizuka. Before Asa joined the Kendo club, she wasn't really involved with the Academy at all, let alone know by others. When she met Shizuka the talents she had been hiding shined through, and she was allowed to join the club and be known as more than just the 'stiff girl in the corner.'

People often mused with each as to why Asami is as revered as she is, but most of the Day Class are just under the impression that she is such a cool person, that she cant be bothered by loser like them all, and so they all, oddly enough and much to Asa's dismay, swoon over her. It's actually quite annoying. However, Asami ignores them all and instead spends almost all of her time on her study's, she wants nothing more than to prove to her family that she is not a failure and that she is as smart as smart can be. Among her few skills and talents, she is actually a brilliant singer. When she was younger she used to sing to her grandmother everyday, but when her grandmother died she stopped singing around other people and reserved it for herself and herself alone.

“All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. We must never, ever be boring.”

Dominant Traits:

TOLERANCE: While she has a high tolerance for pain, she has little tolerance for others pain or morons.

SOLITUDE: Asa doesn’t often like to interact with others, so like to just stay by herself and maybe sing or draw, she hates large crowds.

BIG HEART: She tends to be too trusting and loving, she takes pity on others and she loves everyone, through she hides it, and her emotions can get the best of her sometimes.

HUMOR: She tends to crack jokes all of the time, even at the worst of times.

METICULOUS: She tends to be very very careful and precise whenever she is not alone, she watches people closely and tries to determine how a situation will turn out and which action is best to take, in other words she very careful around other people.

OBSERVANT: Asami keeps a close eye on everything around her, she is usually the fastest and therefore the first, person to notice when something is fishy, that’s why she’s taken note on how odd the Night Class acts around the Day Class.

SARCASTIC: Her sarcasm is always something that comes out when talking to idiots or people she doesn’t like, sarcasm is a large factor in her everyday life, and the people around her have grown used to it, for the most part.

IMPARTIAL: As she says, an eye for an eye, if you hurt someone without a good reason, if it’s just for the hell of it, if it’s all just a big twisted game for kicks and laughs, she will find herself taking the other eye and making things right, she feels there are just things, and unjust things, and it’s up to everyone in the world how to discover this.

Other:Not many people know why Asami prefers solitude, in fact no one knows why she shy's away from other people and keeps to herself, and she is not keen on ever telling anyone else why she wants to be alone. It's known by nearly everyone that she doesn't like crowds, or people in general, while she can be caring and loving, she would rather make no bonds or connections to anyone. For some strange reason through, the Day Class think of her as some kind of idol because of how she acts. They fawn over her as if she were a Night Class Student, and in return she gets violent and angry, she doesn't like to be touched without permission and shy's away from all humanly contact.

She doesn't like the Night Class, they all set off a strange vibe that makes her more defensive than usual, and she doesn't like any of the day class students, they all are too obsessive. The only person she actually likes in the slightest is the red haired female Prefect, Shizu is the sister that Asami never had and always wanted, for some reason she feels very safe and protected when she is around the other girl, and because of this she tends to loosen up some.

Everyone in the Kendo club have seen her aggressive side, because when she is in a match or when she is sparring, she holds nothing back, this is why she often only spars with Shizu, she's rather scared of hurting one of the weaker girls, and for some reason she wants Shizu to be proud of the progress she had made, Asami feels like Shizu is her older sister, the only person she can rely on, and so she wants the girl to be proud of her and her hard work.

Personality:

Bold
1. Not hesitating, or fearful, in the face of actual or possible danger or rebuff
2. Not hesitating to break the rules of propriety
3. Necessitating courage and daring

Venturesome
1. Willing to take risks or embark on difficult or unusual courses of action

Asami is the kind of girl who stands up for what she believes in. She doesn't let others push her around, and does what she wants, when she wants. She's headstrong, with as much willpower as an Ox has strength. Some say she was born a natural leader, but she disagrees whole heartily, she doesn't want to be a leader of anything or anyone except herself, she doesn't want to end up responsible for something that happens to someone else ever again.

Asa, though headstrong, is not the kind of person who enjoys human interaction. She prefers to be left to herself, only allowing those who have taken the time to get under her skin, to get anywhere near her. She's strong and smart, capable of making decisions and carrying them out precisely, as well as backing up her choices against anyone who would dare to oppose her. She can speak to a crowd and captivate everyone's full attention, but she has a little trouble with the one-on-one interaction, through she doesn't like to interact with large crowds, it's not avoidable most times, expressly when almost everyone in the Day Class looks up to her. Asami likes to seclude herself and doesn't take compliments very well. Should she do something for you, don't thank her. She'll merely say it had to be done and wave it off. She hides inside herself, preferring to be alone, than to get close to someone and get hurt. She once had a family and people she loved, however when she lost them all she closed herself off from the world around her.

She's spent years building a hard-rock emotional shell for her to hide herself in, and isn't about to let anyone ruin that. She's a hard person to understand. Ninety percent of the time, her sarcastic mouth and, often hurtful, jokes are complete bullshit. She doesn't truly mean half the things she says. Though, usually most people don't understand this and get fed up with her instantly, seeing her as nothing more than a cocky, wanna-be bad ass. This means her protective walls are doing their job. It's the people who actually take the time to decipher what she's really trying to say, that she let's get to her. A good, screaming fight, might be just what she needs rather than uplifting words of encouragement, however the Day Class don't seem to get fed up with her or even hate her, not matter what kind of rude things she says to them, they all just chase after her like a moth to a flame, she doesn't understand why they even consider her role model material.

Despite all this though, Asami is incredibly motherly and caring. She takes care of the people she cares about secretly in a tender manner, loving each one of them as a mother would love her child or as a sister would love another sibling. It's kind of a strange thing, to see Asa act motherly, expressing her love in small gestures that are often hard to pick up on. When people trust her, she can't think of anything worse than letting them down. She doesn't even fear for her own safety, but that she'll fail in keeping the others safe. Though Asami seems like an impenetrable fortress, underneath all her built-up walls, there's a soft, vulnerable girl. She may not show it, but she grows easily attached to people, and it hits her hard when they leave. Yet another reason for her burrowing down inside herself. Crying, for her, is extremely out of character, even if she feels like crying all the time. To sum her up shortly, Asami is a tough leader, a courageous fighter, a protective loving person, but above all- a young girl who's had her entire life crushed by the world around her. Who has the same feelings as everyone that has lost everything they love. Even if she doesn't let them show.

“Her heart was a secret garden and the walls were very high.”

History:
Not much can be remembered of Asami's past, and not much is known. She remembers everything that had happened up to the age of five, after that day, she no longer had parents or a home. No many people know what happened to Asami in her past, since she had never shared what had went down that night with anyone and she never would. She cant even remember, she remembers blood, everywhere, and her parents dead bodies torn to shreds, she remembers crying and being scared for her own life, and she remembered growling and large golden eyes that had bore down at her, but that was all, she didn't remember what happened after, she didn't remember how she got the claw like scars on her back, or how she manged to get out alive from what ever had killed her family, that whole day is just a black blur filled with blood and death.

After her parents had died, Asami ended up on the street for a few months, completely alone and having to fight for her life nearly everyday, she rarely had food or shelter, and it didn't help that it was snowing all of the time, for awhile death was certain, but then some old man found her on the street and took her in, he had claimed that it would be too much of a waste to let someone so young waste away to a street rat. He taught her how to fight with the strange sword her grandmother had given her years ago, before the old woman had passed away, and when Asami was old enough he sent her off to Cross Academy so she could get a proper education. The man wasn't like her father in any way, they weren't friendly with each other, they were more like room mates that lived in a mansion. The man kept his past to himself, and Asami kept her own horrors to herself as well, she had always been alone, she didn't trust other people and she never would, she built up walls around herself to keep herself from other people ever hurting her again the way her parents deaths had hurt her, she learned at a very early age that the would they all live in is 'survival of the fittest' and that if she ever wanted to be able to do anything with her life, she could never trust anyone.

The path she had chosen at age five had been a lonely, hard, cold one, she was empty for so long, she never thought about feeling again, or even growing close to another person, some people said that she would be forever in shock of her parents deaths, because the only time she had cried was the night the horrors took place, others are just waiting for her to break down and finally let it all out, since crying is a very rare thing when it comes to her, when she came to Cross Academy she had no intentions of forming any kind of bond, with anyone, but then she met Shizu. At first the girls fought all of the time, they never really saw eye to eye on anything, but then they started to grow closer and soon they became closer than anyone would have expected from Asami's cold nature. She allowed herself, just this once, to allow someone else into her life that she could trust.

She is still not certain if this was the best choice, but only the events that will follow, will prove if she was right, or wrong.

"It is my job to protect those who cannot do it themselves. I am the protector, all will fear me in due time."

Beads of blood formed across Shizuka's bottom lip as her face remained glued to the one in front of her. She wiped at her lip as she glanced between the person who caused such the liquid to appear and then towards the frightened boy hovering behind her. It was her duty as prefect to protect the students of Cross Academy from every thing and anything that threatened the peace. And that included humans as well. This much larger boy hovered in front of her, a smirk pulling at his lips as she kept her burgundy gaze on his form. It was time for the switching of the Day Class and the Night Class, however; she had caught this male trying to take the smaller boy's money. It was a classic 'give-me-your-lunch-money' scenario and Shizuka wasn't going to allow something so menial upon her school. So, here she was with a busted lip that would heal within an hours time as if it never existed.

"I will tell you this once, I do not like repeating myself so I advise you to listen. Go to your dorm, leave this twerp alone, and you won't be hurt," she stated in a tone that could be compared as light and friendly, however; her eyes were showcasing an entirely different emotion. Anger. She had other things to attend to and she wanted to get this over and done with. A laugh pierced her ears like a sharp whistle as she sighed. She peered over her shoulder towards the smaller boy. "You are witness here that I gave them the chance to leave. I always love it when they choose the harder way though," she stated through a malicious grin, causing the small boy to cower back in fear.

Needless to say, Shizuka walked with her head high and a bright smile on her face as she made her way towards the gates that provided the only separation to the Day and Night Class. A large crowd had already formed, screaming and giggling like mad men and women. It hurt Shizuka's ears at the loud squeals and calls for affection, even though the Night Class had yet to appear. She couldn't fathom a reason why these humans were attracted to such forbidden fruit. Sure, they had an ethereal beauty to them, but if that was the only reason, then perhaps the human race should be wiped out. She shook her head from the thought as she sighed deeply. Now she was thinking like a vampire, and she wasn't one. Oh no, you see, Shizuka isn't quite human, nor is she quite vampire. She has her own little secret that she hides from the world.

Playing with one of the rhombus earrings, she leaned against one of the poles and watched with amused eyes as the gates to the Moon dormitory opened. Immediately, the shrieks escalated into full screams as the girls and boys of the Day Class clamored around the Night Class students. Shizuka watched on in amusement, however; it was short lived when one of the Day Class students tried to jump over the barricades and rush towards the group of vampires that had walked so eloquently from their dorms. She had to resist rolling her eyes at the way they presented themselves, but she only sighed as she pushed herself away from the pole. She muttered underneath her breath as she quickly made her way towards the front of the crowd. The by-standers who spotted her immediately parted for the flame-haired prefect who wore an un-amused expression. She was hoping that today would not have any problems but it seemed fate was against her. Reaching out, she grabbed the student from the collar of her shirt and pulled the girl back.

"And where do you think you are going?" she stated as the girl turned to face Shizuka. She could see the fear growing inside the crystalline orbs of the girl as a smirk appeared on Shizuka's face. "Be a good girl and get back to your dorm. That goes for ALL of you," she stated in a thundered tone. Immediately, a majority of the students dispersed, some running while others walked away briskly, including the girl that had moments ago been in Shizuka's hands. With a satisfied nod, she directed her attention back towards the Night Class students. She would wait for the Night Class to enter the academy before continuing with her rounds. She often liked to patrol on her own. It gave her the freedom to relinquish the animal instincts that were housed in her body from time to time. Even though she had a partner, it was something she preferred. Being alone often helped clear her mind and she could focus more on other things.

It didn't help that tonight was a full-moon either, although, she didn't have anything to worry about as long as she kept the earrings on. If even one were to be removed, everything she had tried to hide would be all in vain. She couldn't risk that, especially since she knew that if she were to lose control around a student, or worse a vampire, nothing would be the same and Cross Academy might have one less student on it's roster. With a heavy sigh, she pushed those thoughts out of her mind where they belonged. This night couldn't be any different than the rest, could it?

If she only knew.

“I have not a desire but a need for solitude.”

Silence.

It was perfect silence, it was calm and peaceful, Asami could have stayed in the woods all day and basked in that silence, she could have slept out here and allowed herself to relax, she could have just let herself go, but things never go the way she wants them, she has enough proof to show that. A loud, girly scream of complete and utter glee cut through the air, making her flinch and nearly fall over before turning her head in the direction it had came from. I guess the Night Class are out and about... She sighed loudly before slowly making her way towards the loud and annoying sounds, she honestly didn't know why all of those girls-and even some guys-acted like crazy people around the Night Class, did none of them pick up on the weird vibe all of those people set off? Carefully Asa stepped out of the treeline and made straight towards the red head that was yelling at the students. A gasp was heard from beside Asami, making her flinch and mentally prepare herself.

"Senkou-chan!!

"Oh!! Asami-san!! Will you sign my bag?!!"

"Look! It's The Flash!!

Suddenly, Asami found herself in the center of a crowd, surrounded by boys and girls who were tugging on her Kendo uniform and even on her hair. She made a strange noise like a dying animal before practically jumping over the crowd and landing on Shizu's back. "Save me!" She hissed, making the girl turn towards the crowd so she was hidden from their sights. She clung to the other girls back and glared over her shoulder at the Day Class students who pouted. Asami hadn't noticed the other people around her for a moment, and only when she was sure that safe did she turn her head towards the other Prefect and the Night Class student. "Hello..." She said feebly, still not releasing the red heads back, if anything she crawled further up it and leaned over her shoulder until she could reach out and touch the strange cat sitting on Kura's shoulder.

A fascinated look crossed her face as she gently brushed her fingers behind the cats ears and a small smile spread on her lips, she loved little animals, they were so cute, but this one looked different. "Your uhm...cat, is very pretty." She smiled at the girl, a rare smile, before tugging a piece of Shizuka's long hair and held it up to the cats fur, a small grin taking over her face before she turned to her friend. "You never told me you have hair the color of cat fur." She covered her mouth to hide the smile and giggles that tried to escape while leaning to the side a bit, if someone had asked what she was doing, she would answer honestly and tell them she was trying to get the girl to lose her balance, she always wanted to see Shizu lose her cool for a split second, it was a hobby of hers, it was something a little sister would do to her older sister. It was kind of just fun.

”Life is simple. Wine, Smoke, and Flowers, there is nothing else that I need but, I am not simple which makes life complicated.”

Beady pink eyes with ark maroon irises gazed at the rather bloody yet oddly enticing scene stretched before its owner. A beautiful woman with hair of pale lavender and mocha complexion had an expression of divine pleasure. The source was the vision of perfection, a man who was being pinned down on an elegant sofa bed. It was quite the position as the female was on top and her face buried at the well-exposed neck of the male who seemed to be in the middle of being undressed. His shirt was opened and falling off from his shoulders. If anyone would chance upon them, they would consider this as a very sexual and intimate act. But with scent alone, this was far from the truth. A sanguine act always committed without the knowledge of anyone else but them.

"Satisfied?" Such a smooth tone likened to velvet edged with the coldness of ice echoed through the hallowed room. Closed eyes fluttered open as they glowed red and soon transcend to indigo-blue hue. She slowly pulled away from his neck and looked at him with such ecstasy. Blood trickled down from the corner of her lips which was the same to the neck she was feasting herself upon. A putrid scent filled the room but, it was not enough to deny her the taste of his exquisite blood. "Never for eternity." This made him smile with such amusement as he raised his body from the sofa and licked the blood at the corner of her mouth which made her gasped and blushed. "Too bad, that's it for your dinner Cassandra."

These words were spoken as he whispered it so seductively to her ear. Cassandra closed her eyes in understanding and disappointment. "Yes, Rien-sama, my Supremo." With one fluid movement, Rien stood and wiped the trickles of blood from the bite mark which was now nonexistent on his skin with a finger. He then proceeded to lick it off with a playful manner. "Master, it is time for classes." It was the voice of his familiar who watched everything with those beady eyes of his. The pure-blood as he had been deemed went towards the direction of his window and looked out. Ah yes, he was a student and he has to attend school activities to keep up with his new pastime. He could see that the others had already went ahead with the so-called Noble King and the Akisawa pure-blood.

Cassandra fixed herself and was already donning the white ensemble which was the uniform of the Night Class. It contrasted with her skin but gave her a wonderful exotic appearance. It was very alluring. "Supremo, shall we go?" Rien looked at her silhouette from the corner of his carmine red eyes. He then raised his arm and stretched it side-wards. She already knew what that gesture of his meant and smiled gently. Taking hold of his jacket and vest which hanged at his closet, she then brought it to him. It was time for him to prepare. After all, he really did not mind making people wait on him. Not at all.

Once the preparations were done, Rien exited from his chambers with Cassandra and his familiar in tow. His steps were sleek and elegant. There was nothing rough or fragile in his stride. There was authority and strength in his gait. He exudes the presence of unattainable superiority. This is the main reason many looks up to him in revere and fear. But at the same time, it also causes problems with those who dislikes his arrogance which he finds entertaining. Before they turn around the corner where the grand staircase awaits. He looked at his familiar who understood without any more words.

No one had ever seen his familiar true form except for him and Cassandra. To others, his familiar had always taken a more humanoid appearance in a guise of another. Rien continued his walk and revealed himself to some of the night class still waiting for him. They immediately gave bow of respect as he descended which was followed by Cassandra and now the human form of his familiar. His familiar now wore the skin of someone long ago precious to the pure-blood. Skin of porcelain white, eyes of purple, hair of black, and a face so handsome, this was the visage of his brother of a very distant time. But of course, this is unknown to many but him, Cassandra, and his familiar. They greeted them with respect, admiration, and fear. They were the trio who held great influence within the Night Class and even more so, to the entirety of Cross Academy. Even with the Akisawa and the Nori present, they still held more wariness and terror towards these three individuals.

"Good morning, Supremo-sama."

"A pleasant day, Milady."

"I hope you slept well, Pelus-san."

It was always like that. This was the every day routine from the moment that Rien enrolled himself to this academe. The pure-blood simply let those trivial greetings passed by like a breeze as he never even made any effort to recognize them. However, it was a bit different for Cassandra who greeted back with a smile and as for Pelus, his familiar, he simply gave a curt nod. Just like that, he lead the group out of the dormitory into the opened gates. The rest of the class which went ahead seemed to have been obstructed by a few things. He could already see the presence of the two prefects and a bit of the Day class who upon seeing him screamed with such enthusiasm.

"Supremo-sama! Supremo-sama!"

The familiar choir of shrieks and shouts filled with blind adoration for him. Well, he was indeed very popular but he all ignored it as usual. There could also be some shouts for his entourage. It was to be expected. They were a bit more complying to their admirers than him. Anyway, he soon reached the group who had been informed of his presence by those shouting girls. "If you all have nothing better to do. Stop blocking the way and..."
In the pause he did, a wind passed by them as the cherry blossoms around them which was ordered to be planted by the pure-blood let their petals scatter by the wind falling all around them. Of course, he also ended his statement with a sardonic tone and neutral expression, so vague to tell. While those carmine red eyes, lingered on each of them to emphasize to whom he was addressing his words. "Scatter."

"Not all things in life are horrible. It just depends on how we take things and react accordingly.""

Shizuka's unwavering gaze never left the vampires that were marching to their classes. Some Day Class students still managed to linger about, even after she had dismissed a majroity of them, and squealed in delight. It was then she felt something and turned to meet the crystalline eyes of the one known as Kura Akisawa, one of the pure-bloods attending the school. Her face remained blank as she stared at the girl before Kura's familiar spoke. She blinked at the red fur ball and had to resist from snarling at it. She didn't like that cat, that much was obvious, but she had a charade to keep up. So, she smiled softly instead. Apparently the cat likes her hair since the color was the same as it's fur. She shrugged and glanced back at Kura, furrowing her brows in the process.

"Flattery will get you no where Akisawa-san, but thank you. Now get to class," she stated in a deadpan tone. She didn't like interacting with the vampires much, and she didn't like being around them for too long.It was often brought into question as to why she accepted the position as prefect to begin with if she didn't like the vampires, however; she never gave a stout reply to that question. She had her own reasons and they were reasons that didn't need explaining. Shizuka glanced at her partner and noticed the cigarette in his mouth. She frowned, not because he was smoking, but because of the smoke itself. It bothered her senses and she hated it. It didn't help that her sense of smell was heightened to a degree that anything that was unpleasant was heightened ten-fold. She sighed, grateful for Kura's familiar swiping the cigarette from the boy and putting it out. "If you want to start your rounds, I'll follow up after this," she stated towards the other prefect present. With a curt nod, she made to move towards the crowd, however; something latching onto her back caused her to stop. She knew who it was and she smiled brightly.

"I never thought that my hair color was rare," she retorted to Asami's question. She could feel Asami leaning towards the side, trying to knock Shizuka off balance. This only caused Shizuka to smirk. It was useless to try and get her to lose her balance. Her balance was top notch, not because of her heritage, but because of the routines and excersises she had put herself through, especially for her kendo club. If she couldn't keep balance, it would be easy for anyone to knock her off her feet. "You should be getting back to your dorm Heki. Curfew is almost in affect and I can't protect you from that," she stated, removing the girl from her back and placing her to the side. Before she could say anything further, more shrieks and calls for affection pierced the air, causing Shizuka to wince a bit at the sudden loud noise. She rubbed her ears slightly, trying to get the ringing noise out of her head. She turned, and immediately all the hairs along the back of her neck stood up. There, stood the infamous pure-blood she despised: Rien.

Shizuka furrowed her brows. She didn't hate the pure-blood. Hate was too strong of a word. She merely despised him greatly. And it was a funny thing, she didn't personally know the vampire. All she knew was that from the moment she set her eyes on him, there was this overwhelming dislike for the pure-blood. Then she found out why. It was the aura he radiated. It was one of someone who commanded a great deal of respect and awe from the vampire community, and it didn't help that they all called him Supremo. She could feel her eyebrow twitching as the Day Class students continued their shrill calls of affection for the one responsible for her current irritation. Then, the pure-blood spoke for the group to scatter. This only served to fuel the flame for Shizuka as she stepped towards the blonde pure-blood.

"As a prefect, I have every right to be here. You can go around, there is plenty of room," she retorted. Her eyes were set on the blonde pure-blood as she said those words. She would never address him by his name for she believed he didn't deserve it. She'd call him Plaga, or pest, whichever she was in the mood for saying, but at the moment, he was just an annoyance to her eyes, a parasite. Most of the vampires were such to her, all except for them. She folded her arms against her chest, waiting for the vampires to continue their way towards the Academy. "So you do not have a right to order me around," she continued, crossing her arms against her chest. She hadn't spared a glance to his entourage, the two vampires following so close behind him. The female, she didn't know very well, but the girl never gave Shizuka a reason to dislike h, nor like her to begin with. She stood much where Kura stands, someone who is in between. Plus, the girl had pretty hair, although Shizuka would never mention that out loud to anyone. Then, there was the purple-eyed vampire who radiated such a peculiar scent. She couldn't tell for sure what it meant, but he too was in the same position as the blue haired pure-blood.

“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.”

"It's time to awaken, my Lord."

Katsuro groaned as the drapes that blocked out the sunlight were tugged open, allowing the light to spread over the room and nearly blind the boy. Even if the sun was setting, they shouldn't have to leave until it was down completely. The older man, who was already dress in his usual clothing, pulled the still half asleep boy up, out of his bed, and began to dress him in the school uniform. If it wasn't for Arashi, Katsuro would never make it to classes on time, in fact if it wasn't for the older man, the boy would sleep the whole night through and not be bothered by it in the slightest.

Once the young king was dressed and more awake, they descended down the stairs and joined the rest of the Night Class, all of which were in their while uniform, except one. "Do you never wear your uniform, Leiko?" The dark haired boy turned towards the white haired boy, a bored look set on his face while Arashi frowned, wondering if he was going to have to start dressing the other boy as well. "No, it feels...scratchy..." Leiko wrinkled his nose in distaste while a few of the vampires around them chuckled. "You would be wise to stay away from the Prefects, while your dressed like that." The older man fake smiled, through he was grimacing on the inside at the white jeans and black and white shirt Leiko wore, that was not something a Pure-Blood should be wearing.

Suddenly girly screams filled the air as a bell sounded somewhere near by. The dorm doors flew open, and the Night Class walked out as one, the Pure-Bloods taking the lead, and Katsuro leading the Nobles. The gates slide open, allowing them to pass. Most of the Night Class was visibly pleased to see that most of those bothersome humans were gone, however Leiko was frowning in annoyance. "Those Prefect's didn't leave me anyone to play with." He turned his head to the side slightly, to glare at the two red heads, but his eyes visibly brightened at the sight of the Asami. "That's not a good idea..." The Noble warned, through slight amusement shined through his eyes as well. The white haired boy ignored the warning, and took off towards the Prefects and the human, a grin set on his face as he came up behind the pouting girl as she was set aside by the Prefect.

"I know Shizu, but then again I never really followed the curfew..." The light haired girl shrugged lightly before smiling ever so slightly, but it was gone as soon as Rien spoke to the Day Class. Asami stepped closer to Shizuka before a scowl marred her features. "Who the hell does he think he is to tell us to scatter." She seethed, but it was cut short when arms warped around her shoulders and pulled her into a cold chest. "You shouldn't speak to him like that..." Warm breath ghosted over her neck, before something smooth and wet rubbed on her check, making her eye twitch.

Did he just lick my face...?

A noise that was oddly similar to a hissing cat and a battle cry escaped the girls throat as she broke free from Leiko's grasped, spun around, and punched him right in the face. "Pervert!!" She yelped, before jumping back onto Shizuka's back and hiding in the girl's hair. Leiko sat on the ground, holding his nose with one hand while the other held onto his stomach, he was laughing so hard he thought he was going to puke. "Leave it up to Leiko to harass young woman." He sighed from behind Rien while Katsu rolled his eyes. "He's a moron." He glanced at the Pure-Blood once more, before turning towards Arashi.

"Deal with him later." The older man smirked before bowing ever so slightly. "Very good, my Lord."

Ren sighed as his cigarette disappeared. It didn't matter to him, really: it was a habit. The blonde silently eyed everyone carefully as Asami jumped onto Shizuka's back. Various things were said and done. Honestly, all he wanted to do was patrol around the school. All of these vampires made him slightly nervous. It would be nice to have some alone time. It was always and awkward socialization for Ren, personally, but it WAS a job that needed to be done. None of this inner thought train showed on the boy's face. What did show was slight boredom at standing around here.

Glancing at Shizuka, Ren spoke for the first time in about a month. "If you don't mind, I'd like to get a move on, please..."

"Sick how they can be so full of themselves."

She was used to it, back home. She was a female after all who will inherit her family. It was just too obvious that they descriminate her because of her gender. However - she was used to be look up to in the academy by the day class students and even some many of the night class. The prefects were indeed different than the day class and the night class. She felt a rather unpleasant feeling as the red haired girl spoke to her with such an unconcerned manner - it was obvious that she disliked her. Seeing the prefect everyday, she knew though that her dislike - or even hatred - was in general towards all night class students in the academy. That was enough to make Kura not hate her - in fact, she kind of saw it like a game. It was always amusing to have resistance - she seeked the fun in it. That's why her thoughts stayed neutral and the smile didn't change, although there was some protest from the girls there in the crowd and the girls right beside her.

"Don't be so mean to Akisawa- san!"

"Apologize!"

"Who do you think you are?!"

"Now, don't blame Leoght- san. She is just doing her duty," It was one of her many statements which were the complete contradictory with her actual mind, however, lying and acting was always one of her talents. And all of her little "sheeps" were buying it anyway. What is now in her interest is the other prefect. She always wondered how - and why - this one was a prefect from the start. He is smoking; bad example. He looks like a slacker in everyway and seeing him made her want to knock him down telling him to do his duties -- if she were his boss. She despised people who doesn't gave their best; they were just an eyesore. Her familiar probably felt the annoyence of his master and did the thing she carved for. That's why she was simply not surprised as he threw the cigarette elsewhere. And indeed, it didn't only made her statisfied and feeling way better before -- it was for the good for everyone. However, she was not someone who'll think of others before herself.

Then there she came, the "Flash", one famous member of the Kendo Club. Her relationship with the red haired prefect was so good that Kura felt like she wants to destroy it so much - something annoying that they had to get over with. It was all probably because jealousy -- but even if it's right. She would never say it out loud, even in her mind. It was a feeling that she rejected. "You both are in harmony like always." Indeed, weird way to express herself, but she didn't care. Her mind was already somewhere else.

Judging from the noise ... finally the "King" arrived and spread out his "humble" presence. Pfft. Kura had to laugh in her mind as she thought that. "Humble" was definitely the last word she could describe the light haired pure- blood who had always that blanc expression she despised. It was definite that his family status is higher than everyone else include her however, she never saw him above her. She never so anyone above her. But something like that is always meant to be. If there are fans, admires, there will be also enemies and despiser. And Kura could bet that she was not the only one who despised him.

However, her dislike was not meant to be only for the "humble King", also for his both "Servants" who never seem to leave his side. Like she was smiling and his familiar briefly nodding to the crowd - it annoyed her. Probably he saw herself as the Day Class, back to the time where she was calling out for someone. A past mistake that she'd never do again. Still the most annoying one is the "King" himself who didn't even response to the greetings and even told them to "Scatter". Her muscles began to tense up, making the familiar of hers slightly a bit worried. "Don't let anger overcome you, Kura- kun!", he whispered into her ears. Whenever she saw him, he would always do the same. She had enough with his egoistic play, not really considering herself as egoistic as he is. Why did he annoyed her so much?

It lasted only for a seconds, barely unnoticable, as Kura relaxed herself and smiled. "Good Morning, Milady, Supremo- san, Pelus- san," Already by the words she greeted him and like she ignored his threatment was obvious that she didn't want to treat him better than everyone, even challenging him somehow, by not calling him adding "sama". Maybe it is a small difference however, big enough to make Kura willing to say it. However, she couldn't help but being polite - her family status is on the line. She couldn't disappoint them -- yet. Nekoyama's fur tensed a bit everytime he saw the presence of the pure- blood vampire "King". He felt the danger which brought the threatening and fearsome voice and the frightening aura which surrounded him. He was scared of Kura's safety because of her stubborn nature, she'll not back down although the power of the enemy was immense. "Enemy"... yes. Both of them saw him as an "enemy". Who isn't friendly to them is directly an enemy, obviously. "I have to apologize deeply. It seems that I brought trouble for the prefects again." It was not really clear who she apologized to however, she already made the path open for the three personages with a (fake and professional) gentle smile. "Not before you," She said showing a manner for them to go ahead first. Gentleman like. The reason is simple: It was polite and she didn't look like someone beneath him too much. And that's exactly what Kura wanted.

Nekoyama already noticed something else. His ears was sharper than anyone -- he was indeed somekind of a cat. Which is why he heard what the other pure- blood, who walks around with his Butler, said to him. It was the distruction he needed, so that he would not crumble around the "King" presence. And indeed a material that he could report to Kura -- something that will probably spice up her mood.

”No one is equal in this world. Even the Gods have to look up.”

How utterly boring and predictable. Everyone was like that in his eyes. No one is an exemption. Nothing was unique anymore. No body was considered interesting to him. Why is that so? He had seen them all. It is true that time only does repeat. Change is just a momentary lapse and then again, it would happen after hundreds or thousands of years. This could also apply to the people surrounding him as of now. The screaming and blissfully ignorant humans, the self-serving vampires, and the renegade and brooding prefects, they were very easy to unravel. It is why he could get under their skins so easily with just a few words.

The little boy who believes himself as a king, he displayed his dependent character with the wave of his so-called butler. Now, how can that be a King? A person who had been given everything is someone who will easily crumble with the slightest touch of the wind. Oh, he had seen many of him in various eras. The amusement he received from those people was nothing more but an empty haze. Then, there was the so-called misdirected pure-blood that the boy likes to instruct. In Rien's point of view, he does not care at all. If the white-haired boy wanted to go naked, then he would not interfere. Unless, he offended him personally which never happens.

Then, there was this human girl clinging to the female prefect. Rien heard her words clearly stating what right does he have to say such things. Everyone has a right to say what they want. The question should be why can they not do the same? How trivial of a matter which appears so complicated to them. Human minds are really small in comprehension despite how big it tends to appear. It was a pitiful thing really. But then again, he would admit one thing. They do have a very large spectrum of emotions. It is what makes and breaks them by the end of the day.

Anyway, Rien decided to address a specific statement towards him. It seemed that this female prefect was not bound by the routine tendency of hidden words. But then again, she was indeed a secret. He could tell that this person was not something of any known race. Why so? He does have Cassandra, does he not? Furthermore, he is who he is even if he had been now but a subject of legends and history books. For that, the woman with red-hair was not on the borderline of boring. However, it was not the same with his servant. Not at all. Deep within, Milady was not pleased with how the Leoght prefect spoke towards her Master. Prefect or not, her Master is a person to be respected. She was about to speak about the rudeness when Pelas placed a hand on her shoulder. Wondering the reason for that, she then heard her Master spoke.

"On the contrary, you are at our mercy. Your position will be useless." His eyes of blood-red seemed to pierce into her very core as if he already knows everything about her. As if, the very layers she tries to cover herself proved to be useless with those scouring eyes of his. "But, it is fun watching you squirm." His voice was now filled with underlying dark playfulness. It was then his attention was slightly divided by the blue-haired pure-blood. Ah, the two-faced girl, he remembers. He did not return the greeting or did he even bothered looking at her. In truth, he simply listened to the words. Pelus gave a small nod to acknowledge this while Milady smiled kindly. "Good morning as well, Akisawa-san." After doing so, Rien heard another statement. This time, it came from the negligible male prefect. Did the human boy really even matter?

Hearing this, Milady looked at the male prefect politely and looked at the direction of his Master who was still looking at the female prefect. It was slowly becoming a source of her envy at the moment. So, she interrupted. "Supremo, we should go." Pelus simply glanced at the male prefect and then to Cassandra. He knew that the mocha-colored female was starting to feel slightly uneasy with the attention their Master was giving to the female prefect. Why not? The girl was an odd creature. Rien heard his servant and continued his way. Even with the path that the blue-haired female provided, he did no take it. Instead, he went through the female prefect by literally plowing his way. Knocking the female away from his path, he did not even apologized for it at all. Why would he? Did he not tell her to scatter earlier? She should have listened but it was more fun this way. Pelus did not do anything at all and simply trailed behind his Master.

As for Cassandra, she stopped before the female prefect. "I hope you're not hurt." Her voice flowed like gentle lullaby as she spoke. She could feel that her Master was not waiting for her so, she would not make this long. "Please be more patient with him." With that said, she bowed politely and followed after her Master in which she caught up with soon enough. The other members of the night class followed suit as the Vice-Leader was definitely someone who should not be trifled with. He was not even fazed by the Leoght Prefect. The blonde-haired pure-blood was truly something else entirely. Not only that no one knew who he really is. He easily gained the status of being among the vampires with ease. This is also another secret yet to be determined.

In any case, Rien has now reached the doors of the main building. The classes were pretty much a perfect time for him to relax and sleep. There was no need for him to listen to the lecture. They were the same things he had experienced firsthand. No one can teach him anything anymore. Glancing at Pelus, the familiar already knew what his Master wanted. "Master, the wine is prepared." This made him nod in approval and entered the building without fail while Milady was waited by Pelus before following inside. That emotionless expression looked at her while she moved to pat his head. "Thank you for waiting." And so, Milady entered in which Pelus followed shortly after. The Night Class was now in session.

"Do not think for a moment I will submit to you or anyone else. You cannot rule me unless I allow it.""

Shizuka glared intensely at the blonde pure-blood. Everything about his presence caused the hairs along the back of her neck, and even along her arms, to stand on edge. It was as if they had a life all of their own and wanted nothing more than to rip something off from the pure-blood. The hostility radiated from her very being. And then he spoke. Mercy? She scoffed at the word. She was not at anyone's mercy, if anything they were at her mercy. She could rip anything apart should she desire to, and at the moment, she wanted to rip the head off of that pure-blood. She wanted to bathe in his blood as his body shattered into pieces and dissolved into nothingness. Oh yes, she wanted this pure-blood dead. Her burgundy gaze never faltered under his own crimson one, and if one looked closer, they could almost see the sparks of anger flowing from her eyes.

"And what makes you think I would be at your mercy?" she retorted. She paid no mind to Asami as the human girl clung to her back, hiding in her red hair. If this had been another day, Shizuka would have laughed at the girl's attempt to hide from the vampire whom she declared licked her face. Speaking of which, her eyes drifted over towards the boy as she sent him a heated glare as well. She returned her attention back to Rien and held his gaze. "If there were no witnesses about, I would have personally dealt with you," she nearly hissed out. Everything about this vampire angered her down to the very bone. It stayed silent between the two, almost as if their staring contest were a battle all in itself. But like all things, the silence was shattered when one of the vampire's spoke, the one they called Milady, otherwise known as Cassandra.

"You should listen to her," she stated through gritted teeth. The words went unhindered as the pure-blood walked ahead, however; his direction was not the way Kura had made for him. He was heading straight for her direction. Shizuka stood her ground as he grew closer, and for a moment, everything seemed to be at a standstill. Her eyes were still glued to the pure-blood, and then, he shoved passed her. She was forced a step back, however; it wasn't enough to cause her to fall. If she could have, she would have released the feral snarl she was holding back, but instead, she kept it to herself. She would have been childish and thrown a stone at his head, however; before she could react, the Milady spoke. "I am going to tear his head off," she snarled at the woman as she disappeared. How dare she tell her to be patient with the vampire. She didn't have to do anything, not when it concerned the pure-blood.

Now her anger was getting the best of her. She felt a sharp pain in her shoulder, but she ignored it. Pain was irrelevant in her mind, and it did not matter. The only thing that mattered at the moment was the pure-blood and his words. She wanted to tear his tongue out, watch as he slowly gagged on his own blood. She wanted to rip out his intestines and strangle him with it, however; she pushed those thoughts to the back of her mind. She'll find a way to dispose of him, one way or another. Instead, she put her focus on the other prefect and then to Asami. The vampires had already made their way to class, and she had no further use in being around them. She should have never accepted the position as a prefect. She knew that she would only be annoyed by the fact that she'd have to watch over the Night Class and protect the Day Class, however; the only reason why she took the position was to protect her friends, or what few they were.

"Asami," Shizuka stated, her tone monotonous and serious. She hardly addressed Asami by her first name, and the few times she did were when she was in no mood to be friendly. "Return to your dorm or go to the music room. I am in no mood to hear any retort. Ren, go scout the west side of the Academy. I'll take the East," she stated as she removed Asami from her back once more. She glanced at the two humans before taking off in the opposite direction. She needed to calm herself down and it wouldn't do any good to take her anger out on the ones that didn't need to be a source of her outlet. She walked through the Academy grounds, watching as the moon brightened the dark corners of the school. It was strangely beautiful, the way the light illuminated the flowers, particularly the cherry blossoms that continued to fall.

It brought a strange case of serenity to Shizuka as she allowed the breeze to comb through her hair. She closed her eyes, feeling the cool breath of the wind against her heated skin. The pain in her shoulder seemed to escalate as she rotated it. She brought her other hand around and massaged the muscle, trying to keep the pain from becoming irritating. She sighed, and continued her way, however; a peculiar scent littered the area. Her eyes darted back and forth, trying to zone in on the one responsible, but she saw nothing. She pursed her lips together as she turned around, only to meet the discolored eyes of crimson and amber, and an amused smile playing on the man's lips.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Shizuka Leoght."

“One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.”

"Asami," Said girl broke from her train of thought and blinked in confusion, turning her head towards Shizuka a little, Asa knew that tone, and she knew what would come with it. "Return to your dorm or go to the music room. I am in no mood to hear any retort. Ren, go scout the west side of the Academy. I'll take the East," She flinched at the girls tone before quickly getting off of the red heads back. She tried to hide the flicker of hurt that crossed her face but it was hard, Shizu was the only person she had ever opened up to, and she understood that the girl wasn't prefect and that she had a temper, but she was the closest thing she had to a sister, she wouldn't know what to do without her.

She frowned slightly before walking away without a word towards the other Prefect or the white haired male that jumped up and followed the rest of the Night Class, instead she hurried to her dorm. By the time she reached it, the moon was already rising into the sky and the sun was slowly leaving sight. She changed in the dark into a pair of jeans and a light blue sweater that hung off of her shoulders. it was her favorite sweater, the only down side was the fact that part of the jagged scars that ran up and down her back were visible. She only wore this when she was going to be along, she never allowed anyone to see her scars, not even Shizu, they were all that she had left of that night.

After slipping on a pair of sneakers, she left her dorm and headed towards the main building where all classes were held. She avoided the Night Class most of them time by using the music room on the West side of the Academy, where Shizu normal patrolled, but because the patrol was flipped today, she would have to practice closer the the Night Class in order to avoid the other Prefect. The boy could do little to her even if he caught her in one of the music rooms, because she had permission from not only Shizu but the headmaster. Carefully she crept past the Night Class and went to the music room, two doors down. I hate being so close to them... She sighed while quietly shutting the door and heading over to the grand piano.

Her fingers itched to play it right away and she gave into her desires quickly. Asa sat down on the bench, lifting up the case to reveal the ivory and ebony keys as a gentle sigh escaped her mouth and a small smile graced her lips. Before she placed her hands over the right keys that would play the melody of the song, she closed her eyes for a moment and allowed herself to block out everything around her. When she played, she allowed her self defense to lower, she became less aware of her surroundings and focused on the music alone. In less than a second, she was playing the song she had played so many times before. The music filled the room around her and escaped through the closed door and the open window, it was a heart wrenching melody she had learnt upon the death of her parents, but she had played it so many times it had became a part of her, it was the only way she allowed her grief to pool out of her very being, it was her escape from the pain.

As her thin fingers made connect with the spotless keys, she felt it again, and connection with the music, the feeling of her life line tying together with the song as it expanded and grew with each thump of her beating heart, powering the music further and further until it became apart of her. As she played she become more lost in the music, letting in flow through her body and into her fingers to play the notes. Katsu sat with the rest of the Night Class, most of them relishing in the beautiful music as it filled their room as much as he was. He had to admit the human had talent, but it wasn't anything he hadn't seen before, she had talent but no ambition to chase after that talent and grasp it fully. "What a waste." He sighed to himself, leaning back in his seat and shutting his eye.

A floor above Asami and the Night Class, leaning out the open window, was the Headmaster himself. Usually he had to travel across the school grounds to be able to listen in on her piano session, but today he could stay put and truly enjoy the song, Asami often played different melody's in one night, sometimes she would stay until the sun rose and just play, but it was not very often she played this song. It was filled with raw emotion that made the mans heart weep for the girl. Behind him, stood a man clad in black, the only color he produced were his vibrant blue eyes. He was silent as he listened to the song come to a close, and the silence stretched on a for a few minuets before he spoke.

"Has she shown any signs of remembering?" The blue eyed man wasn't looking towards the Headmaster, but instead up at the dark sky. "No..." The man chuckled at the pause before taking a step forward. "It will do her no good for you to lie, I need the truth." The glowing blue eyes narrowed as silence filled the room once more, before the Headmaster slumped his shoulders in defeat. "She has been showing signs of remembering certain details..." The unnamed man nodded once before turning and heading towards the door. "It's time I visited her once more, we cannot allow those memories to resurface, I will take care of it soon." The Headmaster spun around, his face set. "Does our arrangement still stand?" Ah yes, the arrangement te headmaster thought could protect the human girl. "That depends, the deal was you were to inform me as soon as her memories started to resurface, and in return I would not harm her, you neglected to inform me right away, so perhaps I shall neglect a part of the deal as well." A smirk spread across the mans lips, as the headmaster deflated, there was nothing he could do to protect her now. It was already too late.

As the Night Class moved on to their respected classrooms, Ren let out the breath he was holding in. As he straightened out the collar of his uniform, he heard Shizuka tell her friend to return to her dorm or the music room, and for him to take the West side of the school. The boy nodded. He made a note about the switched patrol route, and the other girl's expression as she walked away. Quickly turning away, he started on his patrol. The sun was almost gone, making the sky a dark orange color. Time was only slipping by slowly. Tonight would be long, just as he anticipated.

Soon enough, the moon was peaking it's way through the sky. It was slightly chilled outside, as normal. Ren still was not used to the west side of the school at night. It seemed a little more dark than the usual display....but his ears picked up the sound of the Academy's piano. It must have been Shizuka's friend. What was her name...? "Asami, that's what."

He quietly entered the building and opened the door without the girl noticing. He listened for the song to end and said, "That's quite a beautiful piece. I had no idea you played an instrument." Ren had tried before to play the piano, but never had the talent to do so. Just as soon as he appeared, he left to continue his patrol without waiting for a response.

"If it comes to a pinch -- I am gradually innocent."

He is flipping her off. If someone would be able to see her emotion that currently is raging inside her -- he would more or less be attacked by the flames of unpatient and unhold anger. She barely couldn't hold down her temper as her familiar whispered something pleasant in her ear which made her anger slowly to go back to it's normal state. However, it was a small amusement which would never last long, that's for sure. That boy with his butler couldn't go against those three personnage -- it was something that Kura believed in. Whatever the eyes of the young pure-blood vampire is which he covered, what is probably somekind of a weapon, a secret, or only a mere ugly scar. She was just thinking too much.

The scene, as the red haired prefect was hurted by Rien was actually quite entertaining. She disliked the girl and even though it was the all- down- hate Rien who hurt her; it statisfied her quite a bit. It was not only her who suffered by his presence -- even more, also other than the two prefects and the noble vampire. However, before she could ask about the red- hared girls condition, she changed her mind seeing her burst with anger and went to do her duties. It was then also when the little group started to clear up -- all because the "King" went away.

Her little sheeps were quite terrified by the scene -- yeah, still, but gasped and offered to finally go to the classes. Kura just gently nodded. "Don't mind. Rien- sama has probably just over looked Leought- san." They went to the classes after Kura had heared a bunch of praises adresses to herself, which gradually cured her little dispute in her mind.

Suddenly, a small girl tugged on her clothes. Again -- it was this girl again. The ugly glasses girl with no presence. However, she seems to seek her side. That's being said, it was not something that Kura was proud of. A plain, back haired glasses girl beside her -- it just doesn't fit her image. However, she couldn't reject her either -- rather, she was responsible not to reject her, even to protect her. She was obviously weak and Kura believed she was stronger. It was a well known policy of her family... the weak should be protected by the strong. For Kura, it was a pathetic rule. It was probably made by her late grandfather, a man who lived too long and finally is killed by vampires hunters. Not a pleasant story to tell, because it needs much power to kill a pure- blood however, he was just too weak, her grandfather. Suit him well.

With a gentle smile, Kura carresses the girls head. "Good morning, Estasa. How pleasant to see you today, The girl just nodded strongly, with her head bright red. What an easy girl to read through. Inside, Kura was just disgusted with her attitude, with her acts. It was annoying. Really annoying. She should just get lost. However, Estasa was a stubborn girl -- wherever Kura went, she'll go along. And Kura couldn't reject her for that. "Estaaa...," Her familiar miaowed as the red bundle jumped off Kura's shoulder to Estasa's head. The girl squeaked while fidgeting, giving out happy sounds as she finally catched the cat with a winning smile and placed him on her shoulders, while then gently touching again Kura's hand with her small little fingers and smiled all over her face.

" Happiness "

Somehow, this girl, trying to piss her off even more. In the second she thought that, the girl tugged on Kura's shirt and offered the cat which was now sitting on her two hand palms, showing such an expression as if she was trying to persuade Kura to forgive her. What a weird girl -- Kura always thought that. Kura coughed slightly, wanting to cover her unease and wonder as she again smiled. "Excuse me. And thank you. However, Neko seems to like being with you." However, she suddenly forcefully closed her eyes, her eyes trembled and remained in the same position. As Nekoyama made the situation loose as he jumped off her palms to Kura's shoulders. Kura only could be clueless about her. But the girl in question just sighed in relieve and tugged back on Kura with a smile.

Estasa is quite the mysterious girl. She was indeed in the Night Class, however, she didn't had the charm for that nor the strength. In Kura's eyes she was a good for nothing -- seeing also her ability of to be unable to speak. Even though, many teachers respected her with a blurry reason that Kura didn't know. "She is very attached to you, Akisawa- sama. I hope you take good care of her, but that's natural for you, is it?" If he just knew, that teacher. Unfortunate for him, no one will tell him before it's too late.

That Kura actually didn't care about anyone in this surfficial school. Suddenly, she felt a little shiver -- it was Estasa who was shivering, looking down to the ground while still holding on Kura's clothes tightly. As if she is feeling something terrifying. What a bother. Unmatched with her words, she patted her head and tried to comfort her, but her shocked expression, mixed with terror remained on her face.

Forgive me. Forgive me.

The girl used telepathy. It was new for Kura, however, she got her act together very quick and said with her usual (fake) smile. "Why? You didn't do anything wrong." She then took the plain glasses girl by her hand and took her to the classes of the night class. Then, her grip tighten again. It was always likewise if the plain girl spotted the blonde pure- blood. In that section, she was alike her. Although she is terrified, she still had that stubborn look on her face which let her glance stayed on the pure- blood without fail, as if she tried to pursuade her to do something. As if -- she was chasing for a certain goal. However, Kura didn't think so. Again, she was just thinking too much about the little girl.

FYI: Added Estasa to the NPCs.

”Mercy will always be at my hands.”

It was garbage. That was pretty much he could say about the noise permeating the room. He was not even taken aback by it. However, it was to be expected of him. He was someone who had listened to countless musicians that span this world among many eons. Some were geniuses and other were not. Yet, there was a fundamental element that remained through all of his observations. They were essentially the same. There were no geniuses or skilled players that will be unique to him. Because, he had heard of all the melodies that could ever be played in any instruments. Nothing was beautiful anymore. Nothing was different. So, everything was nothing more but noise to him.

"Supremo, your drink." Crimson eyes glanced at the wine cup being handed to him by Cassandra. Yes, he openly drinks in public and does not care about anyone who sees it. Furthermore, no one was able to tell him to do otherwise. He sat comfortably within his chair that was more like of a velveteen throne. Taking the offered cup, he drank and wondered when this useless class session will end or why such an atrocious player was allowed to even play from the very beginning. Cassandra knew that the pure-blood was not pleased at all as such, she looked at Pelus who understood.

Without even saying anything, Pelus removed himself from his Master's side and exited the room. He would take care the source of the irritating noise. At the same time, no one stopped the man knowing the only time he does move away from the Supremo is when an order had been given. No one has really the guts to intervene on that matter at all knowing the possibility of incurring the wrath of the blonde-haired pure-blood who technically rules over the night class despite his designation as vice-leader. Drinking his rice wine, he remained completely ignoring everything else around him.

On the case of Cassandra, she dutifully observes everything. Nothing was out of her knowledge. She makes sure that everything around her Master was completely under her radar. Her appearance of a demure and good-mannered individual is true and a facet of her person but underlying that, she would not hesitate to decapitate anyone who would be a threat to her Master. After all, she was not by the side of her Master for show. There was more to her than meets the eyes. At the same time, she was always never trusting of anyone which makes her more consistent in her conclusions of what others perceived methods and goals all together.

As such, a howl echoed through the night. Cassandra looked at her Master who was still nonchalantly uncaring about anything. He was still lazily drinking and looking out the windows where the petals of the cherry blossoms continued to fall due to the night breeze. "Supremo, about---" She was not able to continue her words as the pure-blood handed her an empty wine cup. He wanted a refill immediately which Cassandra answered to. Red eyes looked among the class who seemed worried about such a sound. Well, he was not at all. The moon was out and about as such things were bound to get crazy once in a while.

"Here you go, Supremo." He took the offered wine cup and returned his attention to the falling pink petals. It was not unknown to him what was the source of that howl or who could have done it. He knows more than anyone else in this academy could compile together. Things will be interesting soon enough. The machinations of others, he could feel their touch and hints about this. He also knew certain individuals phasing through the darkness as if they were the keeper of all secrets. How predictable and at the same time, very repetitive. Can these people not think of anything original anymore? Well, he had seen it all. So, it would take a great feat to surprise him in a sense.

On the other hand, Pelus had just arrived at the music room where the one responsible for the noise was. Those eyes of emotionless amethyst looked at the pianist without much of any acknowledgement. He did not even bother to knock or inform his presence. All he did was simple. He entered the room and looked at the grand piano. His Master disliked such meaningless noises. Without further ado, he placed his hand on the surface of the piano. One would think, he was simply touching it but after wards the piano was instantly crushed to the floor. It was much like crumple paper really.

It was only then Pelus looked at the pianist and gave a small bow. There was no need for him to explain and he was not really the kind to give reasons. He was the type that jut do whatever is asked of him. As such, he left the music room within a few minutes. It did not take long for him to do the deed. Although, he was certain that the Headmaster would summon or even his Master at the destruction of school property. But then again, his Master has a way with words and turn it against the Headmaster easily. It had always been that way. Always.

Stopping momentarily, he looked out the window beside him. The moon was full and the night was eerily quiet. This was the perfect opportunity for anyone to do such dastardly deeds. As if on cue, a howl echoed. He was certain that his Master already knows. But whether the pure-blood moves or not completely depends on his mood and whim. Most of the time, his Master would just ignore and never do anything even if someone was begging for him to do something. His Master would simply smile with much regret for doing nothing.

"Would you want another drink?" Rien gave Cassandra the empty wine cup ensuring that he wants to drink more. She complied getting another bottle of rice wine. Despite being a heavy drinker, never once did the pure-blood ever got drunk. It was rather remarkable in a sense. "The dog is coming." Cassandra handed his drink which he took and gently sipped. For the many years, she had stayed by his side. She could not still comprehend his way of thinking of things. Nevertheless, she trusts him completely. "Do you want me to handle it?" He finally looked at Cassandra for a brief moment and had a ghost of smile on his lips. "No. Let it come." Just like that, she nodded in obedience and watched as her Master once more ease himself with just by drinking and watching the petals fall.

“What you need to know about the past is that no matter what has happened, it has all worked together to bring you to this very moment. And this is the moment you can choose to make everything new.
Right now.”

Asami was annoyed.

Not only had the other Prefect snuck in on her session, but a moron had came right in, crushed the piano, and then walked back out without a word, only a bow."I hope you fall down the stairs! Asshole!" She called after the boy before standing up and crossing the room so she could look out the window. She had seen that boy before with the Night Class jerk, she would speak to him about his friends incompetence for musical instruments later. She leaned carefully out the open window and took in a deep breath, trying to calm herself. "This school is getting so weird." A voice made her jump and nearly lose her footing, which would have sent her to the ground below, if it hadn't been for the hand that steadied her. "Ineed it is." Asami spun around and glared at the older man, she was about to snap at him for sneaking up on her, but a howl cut through the air, stopping her from saying anything. The world turned black for a moment, and she could hear a similar, if not high pitched howl, it was the same howl from all those years ago...

The dark haired man frowned and leaned over the girl and out the winodw so he could gaze up at the moon. "That's not good." He mumbled lightly before clapping his hands together and turning back towards the human girl. "Why don't you take a walk with me, Miss.Toko." Arashi smiled brightly at her making her release a sigh and nod in response. He smiled down at her and led her out of the music room and down the hall. He planned to take her to the Headmaster so she would at least be in a safer location, however, once they were outside and halfway to the other building, well they never reached their destination.

The air was drenched in that horrid scent. It assaulted her senses and burned the back of her throat. Her mind was hazed, clouded with nothing but anger and the need to maul something. This wasn't Shizuka. This wasn't the human girl who attended Cross Academy as it's prefect, no. This was a monster, a being not supposed to exist but only in legends and fairy tales. The howl that emitted from it's throat was clear indication that it wasn't a legend, but in fact very much true. Shizuka turned her head, her nose high in the air as she inhaled. The scent was coming strongly in that direction, and without as much as a hesitation, she was off. Her paws dug into the ground as she ran on all fours, the earth being swept away in the process. She was destroying the ground with every step she took, trying to get to the scent that caused such great discomfort. Her amber eyes focused in on two figures, a snarl ripping from her elongated snout as she stared at the two.

She didn't know these creatures, but the male was emitting a scent that caused her to want to rip it off of him. She wanted to devour his head, his insides, everything about that man she wanted to consume. The female, however, sent Shizuka on edge as the hairs along her snow-white coat stood up. Something very familiar about the female's scent sent the wolf on edge. It was as if it had once almost claimed the girls' life, and had failed. It was odd, but the wolf wanted nothing more than to tear the girl's limbs apart. But first, that male...she wanted him first.

The snarl that ripped through the air behind the two sent chills up Asami's back, making her spin around in record time. Arashi quickly followed suit, and he nearly screamed, but then again, that was Asami's job. A scream cut through the air as she stumbled back, away from the beast. I've seen that before. Her breath hitched as memeorys came flying back, slamming into her like a brick wall. Blood, screams of pain, snarling, a child crying for help, running from a beast as it charged at her. She took a step back, but stumbled over a root that was sticking up from the ground and fell to her backside. Arashi stared for a split second before crouching protectivly in front of the human, this wasn't normal, wolves didn't just run around the Academy, but in any case, he would need to protect the human. From afar, a pair of glowing blue eyes watched the secne unfold, a smirk forming upon his lips as he took in the form of the large wolf, the frightend human, and the confused Noble. Tonight would be a night to remember.

Shizuka kept her fangs bared at the two in front of her. She watched as the female made to get away and could smell the fear rolling off of the girl in waves. It sent shivers down her spine in delectable delights. She was revelling in the girl's fear and when the girl tripped, Shizuka took a step forward, ready to lunge at the girl's throat and rip it out. Before she could, the male stepped in her way, crouching defensively in front of the girl, causing Shizuka to growl at the male and stomp her foot in a threatening manner. She crouched, digging her claws into the ground like a predator ready to pounce on it's prey. As such, she did, landing on the male and grabbing him by the shoulders with her claws. If she had been a normal wolf, she wouldn't have been able to even grasp the man, but she wasn't. Her paws, although resembling paws, were more like actual hands covered in fur and calloused pads. With a loud snarl, her fangs were in his shoulder, blood pouring out like ripplets of water.

Arashi cried out in pain as the fangs cut into his shoulder, causeing his blood to pool out onto the ground and sink into the earth. Asami had already stood back up, but something stopped her from running. If it hadn't been for the man, the wolf would have killed her in an instant. Something clicked in the back of her mind, and before she could comperend what she was doing, her sword was out. With a quick slash, she cut through the wolves shoulder blade and left and large gash in it's place. "Get off of him!" Her voice wavered but her arm stayed steady as she raised her sword and took on her fighting stance. She honestly didn't think she would be able to take on this beast, but what else could she do? She couldn't leave the older man and go hide, surly it would be able to follow her scent and kill her.

Shizuka bit further into the male's shoulder, drawing more blood from the man. She was about to rip his arm off when a searing pain slashed against her shoulder. With a painful howl, she stumbled away from the man, whimpering and licking at the wound before her golden gaze burned with hatred towards the girl. She snarled at the girl, showcasing her white fangs as she ran towards the girl. Her intent to kill shone behind her amber eyes as she collided with the girl. She bit onto the instrument that attacked her, severing it in the process before turning her attention towards the girl. She growled, droplets of saliva falling from her teeth as she dug her paws into the girls' shoulder. Her jaw then began to descend towards the girl's neck. Death would be certain for the human girl if someone didn't intervene.

Her breath hitched as she watched the wolf slowly lower it's head towards her throat, it was kill her. More memeories flashed by, she had been in the same possision before when she was child, she remembered now, her family had been out camping, they were just spending happy family time, when a white wolf came out of no where. Before the girl could blink her parents were dead, and the wolf have turned on her. She had spun around to run, but sharp claws had caught into her back, making her fall to the ground. The girl had spun around only to be pinned to the ground by large claws, however, before the beast could end her life, someone had ripped it off her. Suddenly the weight that held her down was gone, and before her stood a man in all black, he gazed down at her with glowing blue eyes, before holding out a much more sterdy looking sword for her to grasp. Once she had a hold on the edge of the sword, he used the end to pull the girl upright. "This should be much more effective." He smirked down at Asami as the blade suddenly glowed a vibrent shade of crimson that shown out through the night and added a better sense of light. Suddenly, the man was gone, but his voice carried out on the wind, humor eveident within it. "Don't let the pain old you back." She turned back towards the wolf and raised her sword, blood dripped from both of her shoulders.

Before Shizuka could tear out the girl's throat, she was violently torn from the girl, a surprised snarl leaving her lips in the process. She found herself standing on her legs and gazed at the one responsible. Her ears flattened against the back of her head as she once again showcased her fangs. Once again, another scent filtered through her nostrils. They flared at the familiar scent as Shizuka stood, staring at the man warily now as she growled. This newcomer would not get in the way of this predator and her prey. The girl, and the other male were hers to kill. She needed to kill them, however; the presence the man radiated was almost as if it were a calming sensation and she didn't feel the need to mutilate this person. Even if she wanted to, the man suddenly disappeared, leaving the girl open once again even with the new weapon in hand. The crimson color that radiated from it caused the wolf to be cautious. The color, something about it caused the wolf to dislike it. Instead of charging the girl, it released a noise similar to that of a person snorting. She stared at the girl, almost as if daring her to bare her fangs back. In a way, Shizuka was now challenging the girl.

Asami watched the wolf carefuly, everything in her body telling her to run away as fast as possible, to get away, but she could bring herself to do it. Part of her wanted to rise to the challenge, but even with all of her of her training, she wouldn't be able to beat this beast. Slowly she made her way towards the fallen Arashi, who had watched the whole exchange with half lidded eyes. Slowly the man rose up and stood behind Asami, one hand clutching her bloody shoulder while the other reached out to lay upon the human girl's shoulder. Slowly, Asami crouched down, her eyes narrowing and she took a step forward. "I remember you." She hissed through clenched teeth, her hand clenching the end of the sword so tightly that her knuckles were white. "I remember you..." She spoke more clearly now, while letting out a deep breath. When it came to the Kendo Club, she never backed down from a challenge, if she let a monster change that now, she would have to quit the club, because she wouldn't be able to look at herself ever again. Matching the Wolf, she pulled her upper lip back to bare her teeth, a strange sound that was caught between a hiss and a snarl leaving her lips.

Shizuka watched as the girl slowly moved about, her tail standing erect as she continued to hold her gaze. Should the girl drop her gaze, Shizuka would be there to tear out her throat and rip her apart into pieces. She'd feast on that flesh of her, watch as the life faded from the girl's eyes as she did so. The girl spoke words that she couldn't understand at the moment. Not that words mattered to the beast, but regardless she understood. The feeling was mutual, she remembered the girl as well. Although it had been years, her scent was unmistakeable. There was no particular reason why she wanted this girl dead, however; all she knew was that her flesh should be hanging from her teeth about now. The girl continued to chant the same words as Shizuka remained in her spot. All of the hairs on her form were on edge, waiting for the human to make her move. Then, the girl snarled back at her. If she could laugh, she would have. Instead, it only fueled the rage within the beast as she accepted her challenge.

Instantly, the wolf was in front of Asami, trying to clamp down on the sword to remove it from her grasp. She knew already the sharp object would pierce her flesh much like the first one, however; as she bit into it, a searing pain crossed her lips. She howled in pain, jumping back from Asami in the process. What was that object? She rubbed at her jaw with her paw, an unusual movement for an ordinary wolf, however; her eyes seemed to glow almost crimson at the anger. She began to circle the girl, however; another scent captured her interest. It was disgusting to her. Horrid, so much so that it almost caused her to choke on it. Glancing at Asami, the wolf curled her lips back before jumping above the girl and crashing through one of the school windows. She'd deal with the girl later, but this scent. The owner of this scent needed to perish first.

Asami moved carefully, raising her sword as the wolf suddenly jumped towards her. It was most likely trying to rip it from her grasp, but before the action could be put into action, the glade seemingly burned the wolves flesh. The human jumped at the sound of pain that echoed around her as the wolf jumped away and begun to rub it's jaw. Asa blinked in confusion and tilted her head to the side. Did wolves do that? Her eyes widened as her own eyes met crimson colored ones, red with rage. As the wolf begun to circle her, Asami moved it's every move, however, before she could perpair herself for another attack, the wolf curled her lips one more time, and then jumped right over her into the building. Asami's breath hitched as her eyes widened in horror. There were other people inside that building, people that would die. She turned back towards Arashi, who sighed loudly and nodded in agreement. "As long as you are fine with risking your own life..." He carefully swept the unexpecting girl into his arms and jumped through the now ruined window. Once inside he carefully set the human down and together the followed the scent of blood, right to the Night Class.

In a high tree stood the same man who had given the human as priceless weapon. He had made it just for her, with her past, it was clear she would need it, after all, the effects wouldn't work for any other person, only that girl could wield the sword that had been made to end the wolves life, however, it could be used for other things, it was all up to the human and how she chose to use it through, he had faith that she would would not dissapoint him in the end, and so with a small laugh, the man vanished with a passing wind. As much as he wished to see the Night Class uprooted, he had other matters to attend too.

"A beast has no mind. It only seeks to destroy and bring death. Be careful or you might end up with the Angel of Death's kiss upon your lips and flesh.""

Without a doubt, the noise of the window crashing, pieces of the building folding in on itself, would draw attention, however; none of that mattered to the white beast stalking through the hallways. Nose pointed to the ground, sniffing with such fervor for the owner of this particular scent. Her lips curled back in a feral snarl as the scent became stronger in a certain direction. Without much of a second thought, she lept, clearing a few feet with ease as she began to run. A sight it was to behold a large beast charging with much grace and swiftness that it almost seemed surreal. The blurs of white that passed by unsuspecting slumbering occupants seemed almost like a quaint nightmare. The scent continued to assault her senses. It was wretched and the one that held it needed to die. She would rid this world of that horrid stench and cleanse it.

Within a matter of minutes, she stood outside of a door that the scent seemed to be radiating from. Curling back her lips, she released a feral growl as she pushed her shoulder against the door, trying to open it. She put more force into each hit as she continued to hurl her body at the door. Finally, it gave way and crumbled before her. Immediately, her eyes locked with the living persons inside of the room. Her ears flattened against the back of her head as she stalked into the room, like a predator who had just cornered it's prey and was going in for the kill. Her eyes snapped towards the vampire that moved first. She sported short blue hair, and Shizuka could feel the confusion rolling off of the vampire. She felt it rolling off most of the vampires in the area, and if she could have, she would have smirked. Confusion and fear walked hand in hand. It wouldn't be long before that fear took hold.

As such, she stalked her way as chaos erupted, vampires trying to get away from the large beast while others attempted to use their abilities on her. Their surprised faces caused Shizuka to savor them when their abilities did not work on the beast. Instead, she swiped a paw at the closest being, capturing them in the arm and nearly ripping it off in the process. It was hanging by tendons now as the blood spurted through the open wound. The bone was clearly broken in one clean sweep and Shizuka was enjoying the pain-filled expression on their faces. She lunged for another vampire, capturing them by the shoulder and ripped off their arm, listening as the crunching noise of bone became nothing but dust to her teeth. The vampire that was now missing an arm tried to crawl desperately away, however; Shizuka's eyes landed upon the creature and with one sweep of her claws, tore the vampires throat open before latching her jaws onto the wound. The crack and the sound of flesh being severed filled the room as the vampires head lolled from her teeth. She crunched her jaws, causing the head to explode before turning into dust along with the body.

Death. That is what she was bringing to this class. Her eyes were then fixed once more on the blue-haired vampire who seemed to be standing protectively in front of another girl with glasses. She'll do just fine. With that in mind, Shizuka engaged in a short battle with the vampire. Even if the girl was a pure-blood, there was nothing she could do as Shizuka captured the blue-haired woman in her teeth. She tugged at the woman's neck, trying to pull her head off, however; the vampire was struggling to remove her iron-like jaws. It made it a bit difficult seeing as she wasn't exactly as strong as a pure-blood vampire, but the strength she possessed was still inhumane. She grasped the woman by her shoulders as the sound of glass breaking entered the area. Finally, she was able to tear the woman's head off and tossed her head across the room. Shizuka then proceeded to tear out the pure-bloods heart, ripping it to shreds as the blue-haired vampire's body turned to shattered pieces.

With a satisfied huff, Shizuka then proceeded to glance at the students still running with fear. A few of them managed to escape through the broken door while others were still standing in fear. Before she could cause more chaos, she felt a sharp pain enter her shoulder, causing her to growl out in pain. She turned to see a blonde-haired boy, the male prefect of the Academy, her partner, standing in the door. He held his weapon in his hand, but it was futile. She wasn't a vampire so the anti-vampire weapon in his hand would not work on her. With a quick, fluid motion, she bit into his leg, ripping it clean from the socket as the boy cried out in agony. She silenced him by snapping his head in half, not fully removing it from his shoulders. His head just dangled there as his body slumped forward. So much blood pierced the air that it was almost enough to disguise the wretched scent, however; it wasn't enough. Finally, her eyes settled on the one that seemed to be producing it. Golden eyes met ruby as her ears flattened against her head, the hairs along her body standing on edge in the process.

She didn't like this vampire, this pure-blood.

”Such the delicate sweetness of the crystal liquid, it soothes the senses. What about you? Am I going to be the one to soothe you?”

Yes, the humans have the saying that the full moon always bring out the madness in everyone. In his opinion, it was merely an instrument to display the darkness in each individual. As such, he was not alarmed or even showed any sign of attention when the doors to the room had been torn from its hinges. Nor did he show any concern towards his fellow vampires who were apparently confused and fearful of the massive creature known to them as a mere myth. They should have known all legends, rumors, and tales always has an origin and that was the truth at some point in time.

In any case, the pure-blood remained indifferent and continued enjoying his cup of wine while looking at the falling pink petals outside the window. The screams, shrieks, sound of body parts being broken, pulled apart, thrown and the splutter of blood served as melodic background music to him. He did not feel disturbed by hearing the life being painfully taken away from his fellow night class students. Even more so, it was being done by an entity no one knows about. But, he does. Oh, he wondered what would happen once this beast settles down. What will this rampage do to that frail humanity?

"Supremo, shall I take care of it?" These were the words of Cassandra who was also equally calm about the grotesque scene happening around them. She was not attached to any of those people dying. Thus, she was not affected by their deaths or having seen them being ripped apart like a poorly made rag doll. There was only silence from the pure-blood's end. It would be interesting to see Cassandra against the werewolf. Two entities completely out from the cycle of evolution from this twisted world. However, he simply presented his empty wine cup to her. The dutiful servant of the Supremo gave a small smile and filled the cup once more to the brim.

Just like that, the two of them remained on their position and allowing the chaos around them to ensue. Soon, the blue-haired pure-blood was killed. Well, it was a fight but not something notable. Then, there was the male prefect. There was little resistance to that and death was given brutally. This is what Cassandra observed as she watched the movements of the white beast. As for her Master, he was still looking out the window. It would appear that the petals were far more interesting than what was happening around him. Personally, people always die every second. There was nothing poetic about it. Nothing at all. So, why be bothered?

As for Pelus, he had already arrived with his usual empty expression. Those deep violet eyes of his looked at the blood-stained room where ashes scattered about. There were still those who had been left alive like the small one who had been known as some form of a King. Then, there was his Master and Milady completely unfazed and still unharmed by the chaos that had occurred while he was away. The familiar was no worried at all. So, he simply leaned against the frame of the broken doors in an nonchalantly manner. His arms crossed over his arms as he waited for any orders. It was then he caught sight of another two individual approaching the dreaded room. There was the girl from before and the servant of small noble vampire. Things will be interesting but alas, he remained a void.

"Supremo, it wants an audience with you." Cassandra informed the pure-blood who emptied his cup once more. She concluded this as the beast approached their position. Moreover, those golden eyes were locked on a certain form which was none other than her Master. As for the said pure-blood, he handed the wine cup to Cassandra who took it and then finally those carmine red eyes were finally looking at something else than pink petals. Red indeed met with gold. "How pathetic you are." He started in a bored manner as he stood from his chair while Cassandra prepared herself for anything. He glanced at the recently opened wine bottle which was not yet empty and sighed in disappointment.

"Disturbing me with trivial matters." Those eyes of ruby red met those golden eyes once more. Everything that was happening around him was nothing more but a nuisance and dealings he had no particular care about. "Now disappear, dog." With a movement that no one can gauge even other pure-bloods, Rien was right before the white beast. His hand firmly clutched at the beast's throat and then threw the large entity outside through the window he was looking out to earlier. It is true that pure-blood had greater abilities than others of their kind. But, this proved that he was in a different league entirely.

"There is no need for you to deal with such matters. Let me handle this, Supremo." Rien ignored Cassandra's words as if they were never spoken at all. She was about to appeal again but Pelus has already placed a hand on her shoulder, a gesture encouraging her not to interfere any further. In a moment, she looked at the familiar. The pure-blood was now gone from the room. He had joined the big bad white wolf outside with such a calm gait. Those red eyes of his glowed like precious stones under the full moon. He really disliked being interrupted while relaxing moreover with such underhanded tactics.

Without a delay, he had once more grabbed hold of the beast this time by the jaw. His strength made it possible to prevent the beast by opening its mouth that had killed many already. Afterwards, he swung the beast like a baseball bat brandishing the wolf through a series of large trees effectively uprooting them. Of course, they were not Cherry blossom trees. After that, he slammed the beast into the ground creating effectively a wide gaping hold which shook the foundations of the nearby building. It was like a small earthquake enveloping the entire school. Once the wolf was on the ground, he hovered above the beast and looked down at it. Lowering himself enough, he was now face to face with beast with just a few centimeters of a distance. "You are not worthy of my blood."

After stating that, he positioned a hand over the wolf's face and blinding white light engulfed them. They were hidden effectively by it from any curious eyes. Soon enough, the light receded and the pure-blood could be seen standing upright with his usual neutral expression. But, there was no more wolf there. The familiar red hair of the female prefect of Cross Academy and a silver rhombus-shaped earring dangled preciously at her ear laid on the ground before him. "I told you. You were indeed at my mercy." He then turned his back at the female prefect while Pelus and Cassandra jumped down and followed their Master quietly. He had grown tired of the events. As such, he would be retiring for his chambers. About the consequences, they were not kids. They should handle it. Like that, Rien left for the Moon Dormitory.

"Consequences are much like regret. You live with both of them after such heinous crimes have been committed.""

Darkness.

It was the only thing Shizuka could see. She felt as if she were floating in a black abyss, surrounded by nothing but cold air and darkness. She was curled in a fetal position, just suspended in air. Slowly, her eyes opened to meet a faint light. It was as if she were peering through the world not of her own eyes, but someone else's. She could see the blood, the body parts being ripped away by something before the eyes glanced at a particular person, or rather, vampire. She knew that vampire, it was Rien. Why was she seeing him of all people? Then, it finally snapped. She wasn't in control of herself. That man, he set her loose. She was killing people, more specifically vampires. A sharp pain shot through her head as she lost consciousness again. Mismatched eyes watched the events unfold, an amused smirk tugging at his lips. So this was the infamous pure-blood. True to their word, he was indeed on a different level of power and strength. This only further caused the smirk to turn into a wide grin.

The pure-blood handled the wolf without much delicacy, and it wasn't to be expected. The wolf didn't stand much of a chance to begin with. She was still much too young, a pup in standards. He could remedy that, however; he shall not. He was enjoying the show to much to intervene. It was then the wolf and the pure-blood were engulfed in a blinding white light. Esaias merely watched the spectacle as the light faded, revealing the naked form of the prefect and the pure-blood once more. It seemed he was able to replace the earring that Esaias had only crushed not too long ago. This caused a feral smile to appear on the man's face as he took his leave. He had all the information he needed for now. Before he left however, his eyes drifted towards the prefects form. He made his way towards her and removed his coat, placing it to cover the girl's nude form.

"Prying eyes do not need to see," he stated, picking her up in the process. His two-toned eyes sparkled with mischief as he cradled her closely to him. "It is only for my eyes, and my eyes alone," he continued as he walked towards her dorm. He entered the campus silently, slipping through almost like a ghost. He followed the scent that reminded him faintly of cinnamon which allowed him to find her room without much problem. He laid her on the bed, keeping the jacket around her as he hovered over her. A faint smirk tugged at his lips as he descended upon her neck.

The warmth of sunlight caressed Shizuka as she stirred in her spot. Her eyes snapped, allowing the light to pierce her senses as she groaned immediately and covered her eyes with her hand. Her body felt as if she were run over multiple times by a train and she was sore. She could feel the cold, sticky fluid on her skin, and the metallic smell it radiated gave her all of the information she needed. She had killed something, or someone last night. Her gaze turned heated as she grasped at the ground, clutching a handful of her blanket. It was his fault, he was the cause of this. She was partly to blame as well, however; she would have never transformed if it had not been for that man who crushed her earring. Instinctively, her hand reached for the precious gem that should have been missing, however; there was in fact another earring in place.

"What, how did this get here?" she stated in a surprised voice. Quickly, she stood from her bed and scrambled to her feet. She temporarily pushed the soreness of her body to the back of her mind. She needed to re-clothe herself since she is no longer wearing her school uniform. Not that she minded, it wouldn't be the first time she had to walk around naked. She had grown used to it before her father created the earrings for her. But she wasn't fully naked this time. She glanced down and noticed a black coat wrapped around her. It was odd, where did this come from? She pulled a part of it to her nose and inhaled deeply. Odd, it didn't radiate a scent of any kind, however; there was the faint smell of rain. She pushed the thought to the back of her mind. She'll figure it out later, for now she had other things to attend to.

With that, she walked towards the bathroom to quickly remove the dried blood from her body. She placed a fresh uniform on, finally fully clothing herself in the process. Placing the prefect band around her arm, she only hoped that there wasn't any human casualties. Vampires were not her main concern, however; a sharp pain entered her chest. He had been her concern, and more. Her gaze faltered as she thought of him. She stopped in her tracks, allowing her bangs to cover her eyes as she remained lost in thought. She clutched her fists tightly together, turning her knuckles white in the process. Taking a deep breath, she cleared her mind and pushed herself towards the building.

What she saw didn't surprise her. There was a large hole in the side of the building followed by another not to far from it. She knew she was the cause of it all, however; she wasn't prepared for the mutilated body of her partner, the one human whom she had wanted to befriend. She had killed him, his blood was on her hands. She had never felt so much rage as she had now. A death, multiple deaths were on her hands. Answers were going to be needed by the questions that would undoubtedly follow. It would be best if she left this place. At least then the students would be safe from her. But, she couldn't leave them either. Her friends, Asami, she couldn't leave them. She was chained to them.

Even if it was to protect them, she couldn't leave them. She shook her head as she turned from the scene. She needed to get this cleaned up, quickly. Surely the deaths of the vampires would go unnoticed since they were but piles of ash now, however; the death of a day class student would be the flying gossip in the school. How would they be able to explain that one though? A tragic accident that happened during the night? This was going to eat her up inside. Would she be able to handle it? She forced herself away from the scene. The scent of blood was becoming unbearable and she didn't want to be there any longer. Without a doubt, the Headmaster was probably already alerted to the situation and was taking the necessary steps to cover it up.

And true to the thought, there was already a clean-up crew on their way to the location to patch up the accident. There was a shadowed light in Shizuka's eyes as she slowly made her rounds. She could hear the chattering monkeys talking non-stop about the sudden change of demeanor for the prefect, however; she ignored them as best as she could. Anger was seething through every pore of her body at the moment and she didn't want to be responsible for another death of a student. There was one statement, however, that garnered her attention. Immediately, her hand flew to cover her neck as she quickly dashed towards the restroom. She pulled her hair out of the way, and there in the crook of her neck, was a symbol. Her eyes widened slightly as she rubbed at it, trying to see if it was a joke. The mark remained where it was. It resembeled multiple infinity signs although there was something a bit different from it.

"How am I going to conceal this?!" she nearly panicked. Although her hair could conceal it, it wouldn't always be able to. She could try painting over it, but that wouldn't work very well. She pursed her lips in frustration as she grabbed her head. She let out a frustrated groan as she slumped her shoulders. "It's fine, it's fine. I'll just figure something out," she muttered to herself as she pulled her hair back over the symbol. She still needed to report to the Headmaster about last night. She was supposed to be on duty, so this would have been something she would have been a part of. But what would she tell him? Sorry but there was a large wolf that killed everyone?. She scoffed at the thought. He wouldn't believe her, but she had to think of something.

“The meaning of life is that it stops.”

When they finally arrived to the Night Class, there was pretty much nothing left. Blood and ash lay everywhere, along with some still alive Night Class students. Asami was rather confused at the sight, if there was so much blood, where were the bodies? Shouldn't their be body's? The only body that was there was... Asami suddenly felt sick. It seems the Male prefect didn't have as much luck as she had when it came to the wolf, and the once very alive boy now lay in a puddle of his own blood, body parts missing, dead. Asami stumbled backwards into Arashi, who easily caught her and placed a hand over her eyes, blocking the sight. "Take her to her dorm and erase her memories of this room. A voice called from above them, clearly speaking to Arashi, who pulled Asami back towards him a little more and used his other arm to keep her from moving. "I have a mess to clean up. There was an audible sigh, and then Asami's world went dark.

When she woke up, she was no longer in a room, but instead laying on her bed. By her window stood Arashi, a frown set on his face. "Despite what I have been told, I wont be erasing your memories. Just do yourself a favor and don;t pry into the unknown." The dark ahired man headed towards the door before pausing mid-stride, his forwn deepening. "Thank you for saving my life." There was something he never thought he would say to a human. Well, there was a first time for everything, as some would say. "You should keep that sword, it may help you one day...but be careful." Arashi nodded once, as if approving what was said, and then his briskly left the room, leaving Asami to stare at the now closed door. Her shoulder ached horribly, and she had a headache from hell, but she had never felt more tired before in her life. No more midnight strolls for me. she thought humorlessly with a roll of her eyes, and then she allowed sleep to take over. She would deal with the wound on her shoulder, the strange sword and everything else tomorrow.

Asami awoke to the pain in her shoulder and the warmth of sunlight on her skin. The girl let out a groan before slowly raising up and wobbling into her bathroom. The sight she met when looking into the mirror was not what she had expected. Some time during the night, her shirt had been removed, leaving her in her bra, and her wounded shoulder had been bandaged. It was a clean, fresh bandage that was wrapped around her shoulder and her side, and on her arm was half of a paw sized bruise. She winced again before going back into her room. The open first-aid kit sat on the ground by her bed, the sword from last night was propped by the open window, the dried blood having been cleaned off, and a single, neon blue rose sat on the window sill.

Her stomach turned at the realization that someone at some point during the night had snuck into her room, fixed up her arm, taken off her shirt, cleaned her sword, and left a flower to be found. The first question on her mind was along the lines of 'how the fuck did they get in through my window.' since she was on the second floor and it only opened from inside the room, and the second question that came to her mind was 'why did I have to fight a giant dog last night.' and since neither of those could be answered by herself, Asami got ready for the day, she dressed quickly in her school uniform-it hurt to move her injured shoulder too much through-and strapped her new sword onto the belt on her waist where she had always kept her old sword. After a slight pause, Asami slammed the window shut, grabbed the rose, and headed out of her dorm, she needed answers.

"Did I wrong someone in a past life? Sometimes, it feels like it.""

Reporting to the Headmaster had not been an easy task. Immediately she had been bombarded with "What happened? Why were you not there? Blah...Blah." She had ignored the man and only spoke when he had finished. What had caught her off guard though was the subtle change in demeanor when the Headmaster spotted the mark on her neck. He had asked where she received it from, but she didn't know. So that was what she told him. Of course, he didn't believe her but she didn't momentarily care. What he decided was for his thoughts and actions alone. She wasn't going to try and persuade him otherwise. When she was dismissed, she could hear the faint word of binding slip through the Headmaster's lips. She furrowed her brows in confusion. What had he meant by that?

Was it something to do with this mark? If so, what had he meant by binding? She let out a frustrated grunt as she glared at a few of the passing students who scurried away quickly. She rolled her eyes at how quickly they disappeared around the corner and continued on her way. The mark itched, and it was irritating her. What if it had something to do with that pure-blood? She furrowed her brows further at the thought. She quickly dismissed the thought though. What business did he have to make such a thing on her? Somehow, she knew that it wasn't him though. The mark, it pulsed a bit as she winced at the sudden movement. She rubbed at it before bringing her hair over to cover it.

"Stupid piece of shi--" she was cut from her statement as she felt a weird surge through her body. She needed to go somewhere, but she knew not where. Soon, she found herself walking against her will outside of the Academy and down a beaten path. She tried to regain control of her body, but it was no use. She was present, but the control of her limbs, everything, seemed null and void and belonged to something else. She gritted her teeth in the process as she allowed her body to take her to wherever it was that seemed to be calling to her. She was soon greeted by a very familiar sight, and the one person she most wanted to rip apart.

"It seems that even you cannot resist it," a playful smirk adorned his lips as Shizuka stared at the male. "That mark, it is a symbol. What it symbolizes," he paused as she took a step back, finally regaining her senses in the process. This only caused his smirk to widen into a grin as he took another step forward. If he wanted to, he could subject her into submission, force her to kneel in front of him, but of course he would wait for another time for that. Right now, he wanted to enjoy the torment and the helplessness she was bound to feel. "is that you will never belong to anyone else. You are now bound to me. There is one way to free yourself, but I take pleasure in knowing you will never seek it out. You despise them too much," he ended. There was always reason as to the things he did, and for this particular one, well that was for him to know.

The hairs along the back of her neck curled and she could feel the bile rising from her stomach. Belong to this man? She didn't belong to anyone! There was only one person she would ever belong to, and that person was dead. She tightened her fists together as her eyes narrowed in a dangerous glint towards the male. For a brief moment, one would probably see the glint of amber flash behind her mahogany eyes. This man truly had the nerve to speak such words to her. Yesterday, he had spoken of her mother's death, and then destroyed the earring that held the beast at bay. He was the reason as to why there were so many deaths that night.

"I do not belong to you, nor anyone else. I would never allow such a thing as to be chained to someone. They would be chained to me," she retorted, a feral growl escaping the confines of her throat in the process. Anger was seething through every pore of her body and it only intensified when the male began to laugh. "This mark means nothing, and just like everything else, it will fade," she stated, raking her finger nails along the symbol, drawing blood in the process. The man ceased his laughter as his eyes flashed crimson, covering the one amber eye he held. An amused look still played at his lips as he was immediately in front of her. She did not waiver as he stared down at her.

"Even now you are subjecting to me. This blood of yours, it will never belong to anyone else. It is mine," he stated, sinking his fangs into her shoulder in the process. She did not cry out in the pain, for there was none. Pain was irrelevant to her, something that had been pushed out of her system long ago. She placed her hands against his chest and shoved hard against him, causing him to rip out a small portion of her shoulder as his fangs held latched on. Unfortunately, it was not the spot where the mark was, and instead she was now bleeding profusely. She placed a hand over her shoulder, applying the necessary pressure to stop the bleeding. He smiled, wiping the blood from his mouth in the process. "Do not worry, you will be the one to come to me in due time. Then, you will fulfill your purpose," he spoke before disappearing.

His words echoed in the back of her mind as he disappeared. They infuriated her. She would never go to anyone, let alone this man. It was apparent he was a vampire, and had to have been a pure-blood to be subjected into the sunlight. But there was this odd feeling in the back of her mind that he was something more than that. She glanced at her shoulder, noticing the wound already stitching itself back up. It was a bit slower than usual, but it would heal fully in less than an hour. At least her questions of the symbol had been answered. That meant that the Headmaster knew something about bindings. Well, the man did mention something about being free from it, but she would never seek it out because of her hatred for them. Did her freedom require something from a vampire?

She furrowed her brows as she slumped against a tree, raising a hand over her eyes to block out the sun's rays. If that were the case, then he was right. She wouldn't seek it out because she wanted nothing to do with them, however; a horrible anger seethed through her. She wouldn't allow this man to chain her to him. Even if she had to subject herself to whatever it is she needed to do, if it meant being free from the man, she would do it. What she didn't know was that she would have to be bound once more to be free. It was why he knew she would never seek it out because she would require to be chained once more to another being.

"I grow weary of these games," she gritted through her teeth. She fell against the tree, hand still holding pressure against the wound that was now healed slightly more. The bleeding had stopped by now, but her hand remained where it was. "Ju...dai," she spoke the name of the one who had been precious to her. He was the only one she would ever allow herself to be chained to. If he had been the one to chain her, she would not have minded. She would have allowed it, his dominance. But now, he was forever lost to her. There would never be another to take his place. It is why she will find this way to be free from the chains. Time passed as it always has, and she made her way from her dorm, dressed in fresh clothes. The ones she had worn were bloodied and needed to be cleaned...again.

The mark still lingered on her neck as she pulled her hair back. She wouldn't hide it. She wasn't going to allow that man to get the better of her, and as such, she would not abide by his rules. With that in mind, she grabbed her prefect band and secured it against her arm. She made her way towards the bridge, her mind briefly flashing to Asami. She hadn't seen the girl at all, and a small fear crept inside of her. What if she had killed Asami too, and her body was somewhere in the woods? This fear was pushed out of her mind. If that were the case, she would have been able to smell the blood as would every other being with a heightened sense of smell. Instead, she would need to focus at the job at hand. She was now the sole prefect of the Academy, something she knew the Day Class would try to take advantage of, however; a stern glare their way would keep them at bay. Most of them at least. So she waited at the bridge for the Night Class to come and go as they always had.

”Light dwindles and darkness spreads, regardless, eternity stays with me.”

The clock chimes like an endless sonata. Upon the silken sheets which are stained of crimson liquid, Rien lay with such a bored expression. His eyes of red looked at the ceiling as if seeing something beyond it. At the side of his neck, blood splattered as if someone had ripped his skin. However, this was untrue. It was all due to Cassandra feeding in a very ravenous manner which had probably resulted from the jealousy on how he had addressed the problem about the beast. Of course, he did not stop her from doing so. It was not something which bothered him greatly nor did he mind such a manner of feeding. Although, there was a great amount of blood taken from him. He did not feel any form of weakness from it.

"Master, it is time." This was spoken with such hollow intentions by his familiar spoke which materialized out of thin air. Pelus now stood at the balcony doors as he gazed at the form of his Master who laid still. The pure-blood closed his eyes for a moment. Yes, the alarm was to inform that it was time for classes. Another night to endure with such useless lectures and needless council. Speaking of which, he was also certain that there were only but a handful of night class students. After all, the incident last night decreased the numbers more than a half. There was also the trauma of the event which would render most of the students unwilling to attend.

Alas, Rien had nothing else better to do. As such, he finally stood from his bed in one swift yet elegant movement. He would be attending the class although, he would most likely just leisure about. Straightening his kimono which also now catered some of his blood, he looked at it with plain disinterest. His blood had always been an intriguing factor to his existence. Even with the eternity given to him, he had yet to find a reason behind his creation. Yet, he had simply learned not to care about it anymore. Ending that thought there, he proceeded to his personal bathroom to clean and prepare himself.

It was then a knocked through Supremo's room. There was another once more before the doors were opened. It revealed Cassandra who seemed to be a bit timid in her demeanor. She entered and closed the doors behind her. Her eyes of indigo-blue scanned the room as the putrid scent of her Master's blood filled the air. Her shame only further by it as she recalled what had happened. She was not able to control herself in such a fit of jealous hunger. Still, her Master did not say anything about it. Instead, she had opted to leave in a hurry once she had regained her sense of self. It was then, she met those carmine red eyes looking at her with not an ounce of contempt or disgust. There was simply nothing which made her more ashamed.

Cassandra noticed Pelus who simply pointed to the bathroom where the sound of flowing water can be heard. She nodded in understanding and simply stood there. It would be a good thing for her to gather her thoughts and to apologize. As such, she leaned on the doors behind her and closed her eyes while she assessed herself personally. She was already in her uniform which was also mirrored by Pelus. "Pelus, did you find it yet?" This was Cassandra's query as she remained in her position, unchanging. The reason for their coming here was only due to one factor. If that was answered, the three of them can leave this place. She truly did not want to stay here longer than necessary especially in regards to Supremo.

Pelus knew that obsessive and dangerous attachment that Cassandra has for their Master. He could not blame her for that. Their Master had set such a trap which no one can resist. He should know, he is a part of the elusive pure-blood. "Not yet, Milady." Hearing this, Cassandra released quite a sigh. It is true that their Master has no interest of any happenings of the world which does not related to him personally. Even if they were about him, the Master simply ignores it all together. Unless, it was about that. She did not want the pure-blood to get involved with the intrigues occurring as of late. There was no need to. However, it seemed that in one way or another, her Master was being forcefully dragged which she does not want to be so.

"We must hurry..." Cassandra softly noted while Pelus simply nodded. Just like that, they waited for their Master to emerge from the bathroom. Soon enough, the trio were now descending the grand staircase. It would be notable that Cassandra had a flushed face. One could guess that the pure-blood had something to do with that. As for Pelus, he remained as emotionless as ever while Rien remained sophisticated and arrogant in his presence and gestures. Unlike the crowd of night class waiting before, there were only about ten left. "The rest has left in fear and the other had already died." Cassandra informed Supremo even if the pure-blood was not asking or showing any indication of curiosity. This was a typical scenario after all. In the end, everyone has something to fear. For many of the Night Class, it was that beast.

Supremo simply walked ahead not minding if they follow him or not. They were not his responsibility and he had no intentions to take them under his wing. In any case, they follow Rien's lead while Pelus and Cassandra followed closely. Once the Moon Dormitory Gates were opened. The shouts and screams of the ignorant day class students soon changed into hushed whispers of confusion. Where were the others? Why so few? Of course, these questions were not answered at all. Rien continued on his while his eyes spotted the prefect's form. There was something that caught his attention but he simply passed it off with an intriguing smile. This was seen by the day class who immediately forgot about the dwindling numbers of the night class and screamed so loud that it could bring a house down. As such, they all rushed to get a more closer view to Rien who of course was instantly protected by Cassandra and Pelus. Oh, what a chaos he had done with just a smile.

"You matter little now. I have other things to attend to and I will not allow you to irritate me.""

For once, Shizuka stood to the far off side, avoiding the mass of Day Class students that were forming. She'd deal with them soon enough, but right now, they were not causing havoc. It gave her a moments peace to collect and gather her thoughts. She was still angry, furious of the words that man spoke. Instinctively, her hand went to cover the mark as her eyes narrowed. She'd find another way to remove this brand from her. She didn't need help from them and she wasn't going to actively seek it either. Her thoughts were interrupted by the confused whispers of the Day Class students. Her eyes trailed their line of sight and she understood. There were only a handful of Night Class students walking to their designated class, and as usual, the arrogant pure-blood was leading them.

Shizuka merely glanced at the class before glancing away, however; the sudden shouts and clamoring for the Night Class thundered through her ears and she winced slightly. It was an irritating sound, one she wished she didn't have to deal with, but now she had no other choice. With an irritated sigh, she turned to the source of the sudden cries and shouts. What she saw caused her eye to twitch, violently. The pure-blood was smiling, although it was a curious smile. She frowned before she made her way towards the front of the crowd. She didn't have time to be dealing with the nonsensical fantasies these humans seemed to have for the Night Class. A fleeting sense of Déjà vu crossed her as a student made a dash towards the class. Gritting her teeth, Shizuka snatched the student and tossed them back into the crowd.

"That is enough for one night. Shut up and get back to your dorms, or so help me you all will be punished," she stated in a rather calm tone. She was seething on the inside, and these Day Class students never made it any easier. She truly wished she hadn't taken up the job as prefect, but there was little she could do about it now. She heard a few retorts of protest and immediately, her eyes were on the culprits. "Do you want to test me? I will give you all the count of five, and if a single one of you remains...well," a smirk adorned her features as she paused. "I get to have a little fun," she stated, watching as a few of the Day Class students shivered.

She began the countdown, beginning with one, and immediately more than half of the students had dispersed. When she reached three, there were now only a handful of students, rivaling the number of the Night Class students. By the time she reached four, there were none left. With a satisfied nod, she crossed her arms against her chest. Sometimes it was good to be feared as a prefect, students often did not go against your word. It was probably the only thing Shizuka liked about the job. Everything else was pretty much a bore and more work than it was worth. She then turned her attention back to the night class. She could see that some of them were still a bit shaken. She didn't blame them really.

Why wouldn't they be? Something unknown, something different, had torn their classmates apart without so much as a blink. This much she knew because she was the one who did so. For a split second, regret could be seen through her eyes. She regretted what happened, not because she was the cause of so many deaths, but because she could have prevented it. Prevented it by not being at this school to begin with. The only reason why she was here was because of her mother. It was her last wish before she entered her hibernation. And it was only recently that she learned that her mother was now dead. Didn't that mean she no longer had an obligation to stay here? She sighed as she returned to her usual straight face. She'd contemplate on that later.

"Is there a reason why you are all standing around and not in your class?" she stated towards the Night Class. "The path is clear, I suggest you get a move on," she continued, placing a hand on her hip in the process. The sooner these vampires entered their class, the sooner she could do her patrols. Her eyes glanced towards the pure-blood who crawled underneath her skin. She hated how everyone reacted to him, treating him as some kind of King more so than the self-proclaimed Noble King. Everything down to his scent irritated her and she could never understand why. Not that it mattered now, he was but a small speck in her eye now. There were things that required her attention and her focus. He wasn't worth the time or day now.

The words that man had stated were still echoing through her mind. He spoke of her fulfilling a purpose. What purpose? It was apparent he knew who she was, what she was, but that did not calm her senses. There was only one way he could have known, and that was that he was responsible for her mother's death. Somehow, she was angered by this fact, and she clenched her fists tightly. If it was the last thing she did, she would make sure he paid. He was right about one thing, she would seek him, but not for the purpose he had spoken of. She would seek him out to put an end to him.

”Those eyes looking at me with such resistance. It only makes me want to see you fall into oblivion.”

How predictable. How boring as well. A few smiles, waves, greetings and acknowledgements, the humans gravel for more with such great adoration and fervor. This kind of behavior was rather repetitive. Although, there was a bit of a difference as time passes by. These humans had grown bolder in their show of admiration and unrelenting affection which stemmed from superficial understanding and highly-imaginative conclusions. So at first, it was amusing but then like as always a charm was never everlasting. Nothing was for the pure-blood who had seen and lived through millenniums. His smile of intrigue soon faded into his usual neutral expression while Cassandra and Pelus prepared themselves to handle the crowd.

Yet, there was no need for them to do so. Their dutiful prefect took care of the high-strung teenagers in terms of their meaningless fantasies. Yes, the very essence that caused disarray within the night class was the source of Cassandra's subtle insecurity. This red-haired woman who dare look at them especially towards the Supremo with such defiance truly irritates the one known as Milady. There was nothing which the prefect could be proud of about herself or to present any accomplishments of hers alone. In the end, the prefect had always been in the mercy of others. She had always been chained to the pity and kindness of people. The girl was a leech in every sense. This prefect acted like nothing wrong had happened if it was not for Supremo, this beast would have been a science experiment in a morgue.

Pelus noticed Cassandra's apprehension of the prefect. Although, the servant was very keen on hiding such feelings effectively. The familiar simply did not say anything and remained a visage of emptiness. There was not a frown, irritation, concern, neutrality, or interest across those purple eyes and handsome face of his. He wore a blank mask for everyone to see. But, it does not mean he is unaware of other people's intentions and emotions. As such, he could sense his Master's spark of interest. His eyes lingered on the prefect who now sported a certain mark on her neck which was the probable cause. This specific symbol was that of a binding contract. But as to who, there was still an uncertainty for the mystical and shape-shifting familiar.

In the case of the pure-blood, those red eyes simply glanced at the day class students who were clamoring for his attention. As for the night class, he hardly cared for them. Indeed, they were still shaken and clinging for their pride to stay here. It was not the pure-blood's responsibility to provide them a sense of peace and Rien has no intentions whatsoever to do such a thing. Soon, his eyes fall on the prefect who was threatening the humans to return to the caves they belong to. Well, the pure-blood did not stay any longer than he has to. As for the fact about the binding mark, he was a bit amused to see the prefect see how futile her attempts to state she was at nobody's mercy. When, nothing could be father from the truth.

With that thought, Rien made his way towards the Main Building. The place where such a bloody scene had occurred. Of course, he knew that everything had been cleaned up and returned to an illusion of normalcy. After all, the human students were not to know about this or the existence of his kind. How trivial. In any case, he did not stay to hear the prefects useless soliloquy. The girl in the end was at best a nuisance much like a fly to him. Pelus seeing the departure of his Master followed as usual. Everything was normal for his Master and nothing was out of ordinary for the pure-blood. After all, things had always been such a recurring theme and matter. Nothing was original anymore.

It was not the same for Cassandra. She is usually a timid one and known for her proper demeanor. But right now, those indigo-blue eyes gazed at the profile of the red-haired prefect. This girl was able to elicit even a whim from her Master. Even with the blood she had taken from the pure-blood, she was still not satiated about this feeling of insecurity and jealousy fueled by that small action of mercy given to the prefect. This is the main reason why the rest of the night class did not follow the departing form of Supremo and Pelus. They believed that Cassandra was more reasonable and kind than the other two who went ahead without much of care. That is why, they stayed behind for the Milady.

"Yes, there is." Milady started as she did not avert those eyes of hers from the prefect. Her hair of ashen silver was gently blown by the cool yet light breeze. She was truly a beautiful sight and something unique for many eyes. The white uniform only exude her mocha brown complexion to a wonderful tint. "Thank you for your assistance." Cassandra gave a small nod before gesturing for the others to take their leave in which they followed willingly. As for her, she lingered for a bit longer. It was not obvious to her the distaste of the prefect towards the vampires. At the same time, she was aware of that mark on her neck. "Extend my greetings to your master." She noted without much of a change in her neutral expression which was betrayed by the words she expressed.

She pointed at the prefect's neck and then finally took her leave. There was a small smile upon her lips which quickly disappeared as she quicken her pace to catch up with Supremo and Pelus who went ahead. "I apologize for my tardiness." Cassandra stated upon finally reaching Supremo who was already standing within the main doors of the main building. Carmine red eyes gazed at her servant and simply turned his back at her and continued ahead. As for Pelus, he only looked at her in which Milady only released a small sigh and gestured to the prefect not to be concerned. In reality, Pelus was not concerned at all as he also followed the pure-blood and so did Cassandra.
