Erin Leister

"Hey, what's life if you can't have fun?"

0 · 451 views · located in Main Academy Ground

a character in “Vampire knight world”, originally authored by Sanarith, as played by RolePlayGateway

Description

Name: Erin Leister
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Vampire, human or hunter?: Human
Student or staff at the academy?: Student
Canon or non canon?: Non Canon
Appearance: Erin has pretty auburn hair to the middle of her back and warm, brown eyes. She has a side fringe that's tucked behind her ear and her hair is normally down and loose. She's a very neat sort of person, so her school skirt is always straight, her tie adjusted perfectly. Her hair is normally very easy to mess up, and she gets frustrated with it for doing that. Her nails are quite long, but neatly filed into elegant shapes. Overall, though, Erin is a very small figure. Her fingers are long, but thin (as are her toes, something that constantly annoys her). Her body is small, as Erin only weighs 6 stone 40 and is only 4'11". Her legs and arms are very thin and have almost no muscle on them at all. She is often described as a twig. Her face is heart shaped and her chin is pointed slightly. Her nose and mouth are also small, and her ears are average sized.
Personality: Erin is a small person that's bursting with bubbles of giggliness and laughter. She can get pretty shy, though, especially when there are cute boys around that she's spied. Erin tends to like doing her own thing, she doesn't care what the consequences are as long as she gets what she wants. She cares about her grades, but also knows she's quite pretty and uses it to her advantage. However, this is all a faked personality. Erin is actually a very quiet person, shier than most people, but has a lot of courage to pretend. It has gotten her friends, a group, but not any that she particularly likes.
History: Erin was born on the 14th of April. Her parents were rich and Erin was the only child. Her parents didn't spoil her rotten but they homeschooled her for 15 years. However, Erin had made many friends during the years, and they all went to the Cross Academy down the road. Erin begged her parents to let her go, and finally, they did. Ever since she got there, Erin has been fascinated with the Night Class. The beauty of them. Erin was jealous. Her parents and their friends had always told her that she was the prettiest they'd ever seen, and now there was half a school that were prettier than her! Erin has since dedicated herself to winning over one of their hearts. It was a show, of course. Erin only cared about impressing others, inside, she felt bad and not any good. All her life it had been easy to impress others (including her parents) but now Erin had to find out what the Night Class's secret is so she can once again impress her parents.

Erin didn't hurry as much as the disciplinary committee probably wanted her to. Instead of going with the crowd and getting caught by that idiot Yuki, Erin slipped out of line. She pulled her hair up into a high ponytail to keep it out of her face. Now...All she needed was something to use to get a better look at the Night Class. She spotted a tree near to where she wanted to go and smiled to herself. She decided that if she went high enough she wouldn't be seen. Her small figure let her hide a little better. And she could jump to another tree if need be. However, as she approached the tree, Erin realized that the lowest branch was a good two feet above her head. If she wasn't quick, somebody would see her. Dammit! She thought to herself. How am I supposed to get up there?!

She thought about her options. She could try jumping, but it wouldn't work, Erin wasn't that stupid. Maybe she could kick off something...Erin ran towards the tree trunk, and jumped. She did a 180 degree turn in the air and caught the branch. I did not think THAT would work! She thought to herself, pulling herself up onto the branch. She climbed higher, into the branches, and leaned forwards onto her stomach. She had a clear sight into the window, and smiled at her success.

Yuki stood there, wrapped in the Pureblood’s embrace, a sense of nervous content washing over her. There, by a bubbling fountain, a mere human was being held by the most powerful creature to exist in a stance that was forbidden.. that was never meant to occur. Silence washed over the pair, both seemingly content with the silvery light illuminating their world.. and then it was shattered. "When did this happen, Yuki, when did you stop telling me things... Yuki" came Kaname’s voice, the velvety quality now holding a sense of sorrow. She would be lying if she claimed that his words didn’t affect her emotions, that they didn't pull at her heartstrings. And she would be lying if she declared that she didn’t want things to go back to the way they were.. back to the childhood years she spent thriving off his visits. Yet, even as the disciplinary committee leader stood secured by her savior’s arms, part of Yuki knew these days, that innocence, was lost. And so should her feelings for the pureblood be. Trying to calm the pounding heartbeat, Yuki finally whispered into his shirt, the words slightly muffled. ”You’ve been hiding things from me too.. haven’t you, Kaname-sama? came her musing words, a tone of slight hurt resting in them. Only a heartbeat passed after Yuki spoke before the human raised her palms to rest flat against the vampire’s chest before gently pushing him away. Trying to stifle the reluctance, the reluctance that left a bitter taste on her tongue and in her heart, the Day Class student sent the Dorm President a stiff bow. Remaining in the respectful posture for a few seconds, Yuki quickly straightened her spine before spinning on her heels and fleeing.

Satisfied with the distance between Kaname and herself, Yuki finally slowed down to a slow canter, her footsteps echoing softly on the cobblestone paths. Get ahold of yourself, Yuki! You’re a Day Class guardian.. that means you have to protect the Day Class from the Night Class! Remember what the Chairman said; only you can make his philosophy a reality. came the chipper thoughts, the tone desperately trying to uplift her spirits. With that pep talk in mind and a hand on Artemis, the Guardian began her patrol around the grounds as any traces of Kaname left her attention.

Just as Yuki reached the window in which the Night Class was safely tucked away behind, a rustling above made the Guardian freeze in motion. Every sense went abuzz as wariness began to set off the red light in her brain, adrenaline flowing in response. Sending a rust-hued scan of the world aground, the Guardian turned her attention to the leafy canopy above.. thats when she saw the tip of a shoe dangling. Undoing Artemis from her belt, Yuki’s unwavered voice rang out with a tone of authority. ”You there! In the tree! Come down here and state your name and class! Any activity after dusk is strictly prohibited, as stated in the Cross Academy Handbook!” With the exception of the Night Class.

Erin glanced down. Oh great. Disciplinary committee. And she'd gotten her dagger out. Great. "Why?" Was all she asked. "Why aren't we allowed out after dusk? It makes no sense." Erin made no move to get down, she was happy with where she was. She wasn't getting down without her coming up and making her. Inside, Erin felt like she should, that she was being stupid. But Erin also wanted to know the secret of the Night Class, and, unfortunately, that side of her won. She smiled at Yuki softly.

"If you want me to come down, come and get me." The words were stupid, but they'd escaped her lips before she could stop herself. She sat there on the branch, arguing with herself mentally whether or not to tell her to not bother, she'd come down on her own. She decided that she would just sit there until Yuki almost got her and then climb higher.

Zero walked along the school grounds patrolling night, making sure all the day class students were at the dorms and night class students were in class. He made his way to the classroom building and saw the night class through the window. Beasts in human form, it's disgusting, he thought as he looked at all the vampires, but he saw a new student in there that caught his attention. He immediately sense she was a level D, just like him. What the hell? What was a level D doing in the night class? It's for aristocrats and up, he thought a little confused.

His attention was taken off of the level D and to Yuki who was nearby, yelling at a day class student who perched herself in a tree to spy on the night class. He walked over there quickly and yelled at the day class student and casually shook the branch she was sitting on. "Get down her or I'll make you cry" he said in a mean and harsh tone of voice, giving her an icy cold glare. He shook the branch once again. "Any further acts like this will result in suspension" he said in the same tone as before.

Erin almost shrieked in terror as her branch started shaking. She scowled at the culprit, Zero. He said something about making her cry. "Make me cry?" She rolled her eyes to herself. "How do you suppose you're going to do that?" She jumped down anyway as she didn't really fancy getting suspended that day. "Why do you guys always get to have all the fun?" She exhaled sharply through her nose, sighing. It wasn't fair! I bet they knew everything about the Night Class. How did they even stay up all night and all day? It was crazy.

To be honest though, Erin thought to herself, apart from catching girls like herself peeking at the Night Class, what fun did they get up to? Apart from being able to communicate with the Night Class too. What made they so special? Why did they have to go in a Night class? And what made them so pretty?! It frustrated Erin a lot. She scowled at her feet.

When she got down from the tree he still kept his icy glare. He scowled at her like her usually did with the other day class students. "Report back to your dorm immediately" her ordered harshly. He waited for her to leave then grabbed Yuki's hand. "Come on let's go" he said emotionless and pulled her to the next spot that needed to be patrolled.

"Yuki, do you know why Rose was put in the night class? The night class is for level B's and up, am I right?he asked her then face palmed. "I swear the headmaster has lost it" he said and started walking away. "I'm going to patrol the fountain area" he said before finally disappearing into the darkness of the night.

Michelle hummed quietly to herself where she sat in her wheelchair by the window, carefully tracing circles on the glass with her ever so slightly shaking hand, before letting it fall back onto her lap. Behind her Aurora, her helper was running around and getting things ready for the night. She tried to speak to Michelle several times, but never got more than a quiet "mhm," and "mm" as reply. To be thoroughly honest, Michelle didn't even listen to what Aurora was saying, and had no idea what she was speaking about. She was far too focused and watching the commotion outside.

She could barely make it out, but it looked like there was a girl up in the tree, and a girl she supposed was Zero beneath, shaking it. She obviously couldn't hear their conversation, and wasn't even sure if what she saw was right, but she had the feeling it was something about a scolding. Most likely the girl had been trying to peek on the night class students. Michelle couldn't understand what was so special about them- other than that they were pretty. But looks didn't make the person. Besides, she already had her own pretty hero... even if she considered him to be her brother. Then again, her pretty hero was in the night class too.

"I will be right back, okay?" Aurora asked, causing Michelle's thoughts to snap back into reality. The girl nodded her head slightly, giving another soft 'mhm', though this time it seemed to be less vacant. She was actually listening. Once she heard the door shut and was all alone, she let out a soft, sad sigh.

"Hey, little sis... what'cha doing mopping around like that? Doesn't seem like you at all," she could heard a familiar, cheerful voice behind her. Instantly, her face lit up slightly as she carefully turned the wheelchair around to look at her brother.

"Kaito..." she said softly, smiling, and for once her smile did actually reach her eyes. It always did when he was around, because then she was genuinely happy.

He laughed and gently placed a package on her lap, winking at her and speaking before she could inquire. "Open it and see what it is, little sis..." he said softly, gently ruffling her hair.

Michelle smiled weakly and very carefully opened the package with her tender pulls, her smile widening when she saw what was inside. "T-thank you," she said happily and then paused, her brow furrowing slightly as she glanced up at Kaito. "But won't you get into trouble for sneaking in here?" she asked quietly.

Kaito smiled contently at her reaction. "Yeah, I brought you a new skis book and that manga you were talking about... glad to see that you like it," he said with a slight nod of his head. When she asked him if he would get into trouble, he just winked at her, sitting down on her bed and shrugging his shoulders. "If they catch me...yeah. But since they haven't yet I don't see the problem..." he said with a slight nod of his head, chuckling.

"I see... you have to be careful, though..." Michelle said gently, carefully reaching out her hand and touching his cheek.

"I will," he said softly, gently taking her hand in his hand placing the both of them back on her lap, "and soon I will take you out, kay? Just gotta figure out a good way first..." he trailed off and frowned as he noticed his little sisters expression.

Michelle grasped hold of his wrist and brought it into the light, revealing small blood stains all over it. First then she noticed there were actually small blood stains all over his shirt. She narrowed her eyes and glanced up at him, and although her voice was still soft, there was a slight firmness to it now. "Kaito, what is all the blood supposed to mean? Are you injured?" she asked, glancing up at him with her dark purple eyes.

He quickly pulled back his hand and averted her gaze, actually blushing slightly. "No, of course not... I'm fine. Stop fussing over me, little sis... that's my job to do to you," he said, looking back at her and smiling slightly, "understood? No need to worry."

Michelle shook her head, not looking convinced at all. "Kaito... what happened?" she repeated her question from before, "if the blood is not yours, then who does it belong to?" she demanded, though it hardly actually sounded like a demand at all. She sighed as he didn't reply and looked down, feeling her stomach knot itself slightly. She knew how troublesome Kaito could be, and she knew that the way he treated her was an exception. This carefree way of showing affection was not characteristic for him at all, and he often got into fights or trouble. She was afraid for him, or possibly somebody else he might have harmed... though Michelle never thought he would actually go as far as to harm anyone until they bled... right?

"It's nothing, don't worry about it," Kaito repeated, not looking at her though his expression hardened, "honestly. I got into a little fight, that is all," he said and gave her a small, reassuring smile, letting his expression soften again. He tilted his head as she studied him carefully, looking as though she was trying to make up her mind about something. After a while, she gave a slight nod and smiled back at him weakly.

"Okay, if you say so..." she replied softly, noticing that he instantly relaxed. Michelle wasn't stupid, she knew there was something weird going on with him... but she knew she wouldn't be able to get more information out of him, even if she tried. "How was your day?" she asked softly, wanting to change into a subject that maybe wouldn't make him as uncomfortable.

He looked thoughtful for a moment, before smiling and shrugging his shoulders. "Got up not so long ago... there hasn't really happened much yet," he replied, his carefree attitude restored.

Erin threw Zero and Yuki a cold look as they left without her. It wasn't fair! She smoothed out her skirt as she walked. She could see the Night Class as she walked. Erin was frustrated. She knew that. It was obvious in the way that she huffed as she exhaled. She turned the corner and continued to walk. She could hear talking in the school building nearby. Shadows showed that somebody was in trouble, cowering perhaps. She couldn't quite make out what the other shadows were doing. She ignored it and continued on her way.

Erin got back to the dorm and saw that the girl in the wheelchair that was in some of her classes with her. She was talking to one of them. A Night Class student! She blinked slightly and shook her head, pushing open the door and falling onto the bed. It was one of two. She bit the pillow and tried not to scream or cry in frustration. It wasn't fair, and she didn't understand why those two got to stay up all night. Oh, Erin could guess, though. It was because they were both under the wing of the Headmaster. Of course that was why. She rolled her eyes to herself, and decided that she needed to give up, and just...Let it go.

Yuki merely gave her partner a small frown as the silver-haired "human" began to put on that cold facade, threatening to hurt the Day Class student. Giving a small sigh, the Day Class Guardian murmured softly as the handbook-breaking student gingerly crawled down the tree, "Zero....... you could at least be more friendly.. this is why all the girls are afraid to approach you!" Standing back, the female guardian allowed for level D vampire to finish up the lecture. As soon as the girl, whom was called Erin as they found out, was out of earshot, Zero suddenly questioned about Rose and her existence in the Night Class.. and by the way he spoke, her partner was a tad bit more than frustrated. Biting her lower lip in silence, Yuki's mind began to race in an attempt to answer his question, possibility after possibility racing through her mind. Why is she in the Night Class? Did.. did Kaname-sama bring her there? Or was she brought in by the Head Master..? echoed her questioning thoughts, the whole of her attention suddenly consumed by figuring out a question. In fact, she was so concentrated on putting the puzzle together that the fiery-haired girl had barely took note of the Level D vampire sauntering off, claiming he was going to finish his patrol.

With a rather annoyed sigh, Yuki began her way back to the Head Master's office, fuming. "Zero..! He could have at least told me he was going ahead! I swear.. he's just as bad as the other students sometimes!" echoed her rant, an eyebrow twitching in disbelief. Zero had just left her, standing there under a tree, deep in her thought! The nerve! Within a few minutes, Yuki was now standing in front of the Head Master's desk.. of course, dodging his attacking hugs the best she possibly could. However, amidst the report she was of-so-dutifully reciting, Zero came barging in.. with the level D vampire; Rose. Spinning on her heels in astonishment, Yuki's eyes grew wide in surprise. "Ze-Zero..! Whats the meaning of this!?" questioned her spoken aloud thoughts, confusion quite evident in each syllable. However, all of that pondering was cut short as the smell of blood drifted in the room.. a smell of which was quite unwelcome considering there was a classroom of vampires on the other side of the campus. Before the Chairman could even say a word, Yuki was brushing past the other Day Class Guardian and his captive and out into the night once more.

Hesitating for a moment's pause outside the Night Class door, Yuki could feel her heartbeat jump in nervousness. She was always like this whenever she had to address the classroom full of vampires, ESPECIALLY when that room held several of the most powerful beings in existence. They already know you are here.. they can sense you! So why are you standing out here like a deer in headlights?! came her chastising thoughts as she absentmindedly shifted the Day Class Guardian badge further up her arm. Giving a quick gulp, a set determination aglow within those rust-hued orbs, Yuki opened the solid wooden door. Slipping inside with the best show of authority and assurance she could possibly muster, the Guardian sent an apologetic look at the flustered teacher.. apparently the Night Class was astir with the events that had just occur. For a spilt second, two of Yuki's tapered fingers brushed lightly against the bandage that was stuck firmly at the base of her neck, curiosity filling her. They could smell human's blood this far away..? Quickly returning her hand to it's rightful position at her side, Yuki quickly cleared her throat before saying, a tad bit too hastily. "The Head Master and I would like to apologize for the sudden disturbance... currently, we are investigating the situation. Please continue with your regular classes and um.. Please.. remember this isn't an excuse to well erm.. drink anything other than your blood tablets! Are there any questions..?" With that, the Day Class scanned the room of Vampires, quickly flickering her gaze over Kaname's figure.

Erin decided that laying around moping and being pathetic was not the way to act. It was childish. Very childish. She sighed to herself, trying to keep her pent up rage to herself. It was not the type of emotion to be able to control very easily. She inhaled slowly and exhaled even slower. She fixed her hair, which had become extremely messy in her moaning session. She blinked and rubbed her eyes. It made her think. What had she seen in the shadows earlier? She had no idea but she wanted to find out. After a little thought she decided she would go and hang out with some of the other students and not mope about all day like some pathetic schoolgirl. She got up and smoothed her skirt.

She opened her dorm room door, and looked out. Not many people around here. Great. Socialization is going to be hard to come across today. She thought to herself. She shook her head and walked down the corridor. Along the way, she was looking at her feet as she walked, until she looked up. There she saw a really cute boy, he looked like a super cute bishie! Her eyes widened slightly, and she blushed a slight pink. He was thin for a boy. She smiled at him shyly. "Bishie." She muttered very quietly as she walked past, just loud enough so that he could hear (hopefully). She carried on walking and then turned to look back, and smiled shyly again before her eyes returned to the floor. She hoped he'd follow her, she wanted to talk to him but didn't know how to start a conversation as the comment had slipped from her lips rather carelessly. She wasn't sure if she regretted it or not, but she hoped that he'd come anyhow.

"Bishie." she heard. She turned and saw a girl.
Great now a girl is calling me a bishie.
She thought.
Other girls decided to see what was going on and saw her.

I know that look!
She thought turning, running as she heard them chasing after her. "Oh, come on seriously!!!!" She said composed but panicking on the inside as she took off heading to the doors, she opened the doors and saw gates! She hurried to the moon dorm and closed the gates.

Erin turned around to see a stream of girls running in the opposite direction. Her auburn hair rustled slightly as it caught the breeze the others created. Damn! She thought. They must have seen him and want to get him first! She sighed softly and looked out of the window at the school building, where the shadows were earlier. All there was now was lights. Nothing else. She sighed to herself, disappointed. What was going on? Erin let the disappointment wash over her, and gritted her teeth. She looked out the window and leaned her head on her hand. She watched as she saw people pass and one person go into the Moon Dorm...Wait a second. Somebody just went into the Moon Dorms?!

That was TOTALLY not fair. Where was the Disciplinary Committee? They shouldn't be allowed out when she had been caught! Not not NOT fair! She heaved an angry sigh. What was the point anymore? She made to stand up and then realized: If she went out of the dorms she would be suspended. But...Leaning out didn't exactly cough as going out, right? She slid the window open. "HEY! You can't be out of dorms at THIS time of night!!!" She yelled at them and the growing group of people. It wasn't fair and she didn't care if she was called a goody two shoes the next morning. If she wasn't allowed out, neither were they.

Cordelia was making her way back towards her dorm room, her silver hair flying behind her as she walked elegantly, and yet still somehow briskly. When the moon cast it's silver light upon it, her hair almost seemed to glow. As did her purplish red eyes, and fair, doll like skin. Despite her brisk tempo, there actually was a tiny smile playing on her lips. Her black gothic lolita swirled about her, and if you looked from afar, you'd might think there was a black angel with silver hair sweeping across campus.

Suddenly she came to a halt, spotting two day class students. One was most certainly a girl, but Cordelia couldn't truly put her finger on what the other one possibly was. It did look like a guy- a very feminine guy. Without really noticing it, she stopped in her tracks and watched the two, tilting her head. Honestly, she usually wasn't interested in anyone but herself at all. However... she Cordelia didn't like not having control over a situation. So here she was, trying to decide if this day class student now was a boy or a girl. After a while, though, Cordelia simply shrugged and gave up. What good would knowing do her anyways? They were lesser life forms, humans... and nothing else.

Just as she was about to make her way out of there, a pretty red headed vampire with a hat passed her. His green eyes were alight with something, though she wasn't entirely sure what, and a handsome smile was playing on his lips. Cordelia arched an eyebrow as she noticed he was approaching the day class students. What the hell?! Cordelia thought, arching an eyebrow. Surly they weren't allowed associating with day class students, no? Especially not during... well... class.

"Hi there, cuties," Kaito mused to both of them, a dazzling smile playing on his lips. He smiled in such a manner, that his fangs were both still well hidden from sight. "What are you guys doing out here so late, hmmm?" he asked, a spark of curiosity flashing through his emerald eyes.

Erin blushed as the Night Class student called her cute. She looked away for a second. "They were just coming inside!" She yelled. She wanted to hiss at the other students to get their butts back in the Sun Dorms, but she knew they wouldn't listen. She frowned slightly, not impressed about how they were getting to get close to them or not. She sighed and watched the silver-haired girl. She was very pretty, and Erin liked her style. She'd like to get some etiquette lessons from her, she decided. her eyes crept back to the Night Class boy, though, and the bishie. The Night Class boy was smiling, but from this angle Erin could see that the bishie had very feminine qualities about him.

Erin, being unamused at the entire situation, stood up. She wanted the others inside. But she honestly didn't know how. She sighed again, frustrated with herself, and looked coldly at her classmates. It honestly was not fair! Disciplinary Committee should have been here 5 minutes ago...Wait a second. That's her ticket to everybody getting inside. She pretended to spot Zero and Yuki. "Disciplinary Committee!" She hissed, and left the window, only a tad, so that she was out of sight.

Kaname looked out the window of the classroom and saw something he didn't like. Two night class students and day class student outside the moon dorms. What a stressful evening, he thought to himself. "Takuma, it seems we have problem over at the moon dorms. I'm going to go take care of it, make sure the class behaves" he said and walked out of the classroom quickly but not rushed. He made his way to the moon dorms and walked up behind everyone. "Day class students should be in there dorms at this time of night" he said to two students "If you head back now there won't be any consequences" he said sternly. He made sure the students went back to their dorms then turned to Cordelia and Kaito not too happy. "Shouldn't you two be in class" he said and noticed the blood stains on Kaito's uniform. "Or were you doing something else?" he asked darkly and coldly.

"There has been a murder of a day class student by one of the night class students. And anyone who was out of class during the time of the murder is a suspect. That mean you two, Cordelia, Kaito" he said glaring at them in his usual cold expression. "The headmaster would like to see you both" he said bringing them to his office. He saw Sasori and Rose leaving as they came in.

Rose looked at him and his eyes changed color again. "Your blood lust will fade in 30 seconds" he told her in the persuasive tone once again. Like he told her the attack soon went away and her breathing went back to a steady pace. So he can control me, that's how he made me talk to the headmaster, she thought. This power he had scared her a little. Before she could say anything she was dragged out of the headmaster's office and back to the moon dorm.

When they finally reached the moon dorm, he didn't bother saying anything to the pure-blood that walked in as they left. He was still pissed off at the man after all. Just seeing him made his blood boil...how dare he look down on vampires just because of his parent's position when they were born. It irritated him to know end, that he could have people at his beck and call, and just demand the respect of everyone in the room-with no means to try and earn it. "Pretty soon we should all just start curtsying for the guy." he muttered under his breath, trying to get inside. He brushed pass the other two standing outside without saying a word. He smelled a human around, and that made his lust for blood shoot up. He snorted a bit, before yelling out "Day class, you have 10 seconds to get the hell out of here before I drag you out by force."

With that said, he continued to pull the smaller girl inside the dorm. He shut the door firmly once the two were inside. He leaned back against the door, and slid down with a sigh. Safe at last. After a few moments, the only thing that the vampire could hear was his own breathing, that quieted down after a few minutes. He stood up, then looked at Rose, shooting her a tired grin before saying "You're probably tired, so i'll go up to my room." With that, he practically ran up the stairs and into his room. He wasted no time grabbing blood tablets and placing it inside water. He gulped it down quickly, and soon felt better. "They still taste nasty..." He said, as he placed down the cup.

Erin had been napping in the chair, but a loud cry awoke her. She blinked away the sleep, and looked around, remembering where she was. The window was open, and a breeze blew gently on her. She looked outside and realized it was pretty much dawn. And then she saw something even stranger. A boy, an unconscious boy, outside! And Erin had seen him before...Twice now. He'd called her cute, she thought, and she'd seen him talking to the girl in the wheelchair...Erin looked at the rising sun. Maybe she wasn't allowed out, but...He needed help and there was nobody around to give it to him. Erin made a split second decision and got up out of the chair, stretched, and headed down to the boy outside.

Once Erin got there, she couldn't help but notice that he had the beauty of the Night Class about him. Does this mean that it was prohibited? She couldn't decide, but since she was here already she thought she might as well help him out. She crouched down, and shook his shoulder carefully. "Um, Kyō? Please wake up." She shook him slightly harder. She looked around, it was quickly becoming light. "Wake up, Kyō!" She raised her voice slightly. A hat caught her eye and she turned away from the boy, and picked up the hat. Upon examining it, the hat appeared to be a very good quality hat, quite expensive. She placed it in his limp hand gently, and crossed her fingers. She hoped he would wake up soon, and before they got caught.

Kaito groaned, twitching slightly where he was on the ground. He could faintly hear a voice call something, but it didn't quite reach him. He was still unconscious. As he felt that someone place his hat in his hand, his body made him automatically lock his hand around the fabric. In his unconscious state, the shadows he had thought to see before were haunting him, and he had no way to shut them out of his mind. Looking as though he was in severe pain, Kaito tightened his grip of his hat and pulled it up to his body, curling up on the ground.

He started coughing again, and blood trickled from his mouth and down his chin. Then, suddenly... his emerald eyes snapped open and he glanced up at the cute human girl, pausing. Damn it. He thought, forcing himself to sit up and rubbing his head. It was still very painful, and he still severely confused. "I-I... I need help... to...the dorms..." he stuttered out, coughing again before starting to throw up. Luckily, he was turned away from her. He hated being in such a helpless state, and he hated doing such embarrassing things in public... but now he couldn't help it.
