Kay was not phased by the sudden rush of noise when the group of them crammed onto the stage. After all, the crowds were a part of his life, just as these publicity gigs. Long, controlled strides brought him into the bright, harsh lights. His black adornments seemed to consume the unrelenting mass of illumination, leaving his pale skin standing apart. He didn't feel particularly sorry for their presenter, not this time. Even though Kenzi jumped the gun which would usually ellict some sympathy from the caring Gregory boy. The man was an expert, he would twist everything to his advantage he didn't need Keiran's concern. Additionally in the great airy space of a stage, with the crowds and lights, Keiran's stage persona was more akin to his image then usually.

His brown eyes, liquid surface glinting in the spotlights, looked out to the audience. To the people out there, of who Kay could only spot shapes through the destructive bright, he was vampire-like. Dark, mysterious and altogether disturbing. If he were to smile people would expect fangs, so he wouldn't smile. It would destroy the illusion. People didn't need to know who he was in reality, kind and caring. They probably didn't care anyway, they liked the mystery and the image, so he kept them happy and his attention returned to the upstaging between their rebellious leader and Springer.

Kenzi looked back and Kay caught his glance, nodding a small affirmative. A small, quiet action that wouldn't detract from the attention undoubtly focused on the singer. Jeremy eventually recovered and moved forward to offer a fake smile and welcome to each of the members, proffering a hand carefully to each of them. Keiran accepted quickly enough to reassure the man, although he noticed the presenter looked at him with a little apprehension. He kept off his face but the man's eyes gave it away. The impression didn't last and Jeremy moved on to another. Kay kept an eye on him though, watching that he didn't overstep any limits.
