Personality

Rudy is a fast-talking wastelander with a quick hand, steady head and heart of gold. He doesn't do a lot of business in the name of rebuilding society, but does what he can to help himself subsist in a society that is dead bent on regrowth. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, and when faced with confrontation he'd rather run than fight.

Equipment

Rudy carries a small plasma carbine rifle and a small laser pistol as a sidearm. He's also got a dark green canvas duffle bag adorned with military patches and old symbols from the time before the 3rd war. There is a sixteen inch fixed-blade knife strapped to his thigh and a few folding knives in his pocket.
