Description

Image
Name:
Amira (Mira) Levitt

Age:
27

Gender:
Female

Race:
Elf

Appearance:
Amira stands at five feet and nine inches tall. She has rich chocolaty tone to her skin and vibrant silvery white hair. She has shining sea blue eyes and long eyelashes. She's decently fit from morning runs as she likes to stay in good shape. Amira has tattoos all over her body, on her cheekbones, shoulders, lower back, stomach, hips and thighs. All of them are a pink shade that compliment the subtle pink undertones in her skin. Amira likes to wear dresses mostly when she's going out, but youd be hard pressed to find her at home with anything but leggings and a sweater or tank top on. She likes to wear wearings, and a circlet, but she rarey wears any other jewelry.

Image
Personality:
Amira is a happy and outgoing girl. She can easily befriend pretty much every person she meets as she is quite charming. You couldnt describe this woman as shy in the least bit. She can be stubborn and a little too into her work occasionally, but she always makes sure to take care of herself right. Amira is known to laugh and joke a lot, often teasing those she knows can take it as a joke. She's hard working and full of life, though she does rather enjoy a quiet night at home most nights, she does like to get out when she's up for a little adventure.

History:
Amira was born to a tribe of traveling elves to a family of higher ranking members. She has three siblings all younger than she is. She grew up a decently pleasant and relaxed life traveling around. When she was nineteen however her parents decided she should marry and pushed her to marry a warrior man nearly twice her age. She refused and they tried to force it. Amira had enough of the tribes pushiness to marry a man she hardly knew who was nearly old enough to be her father. She left one night and made her way around, eventually coming to veritas island where she discovered chocolate. She fell in love and worked at a chocolate shop in the kingdom for a while until she made enough to start her own chocolate shop on the islands. Now she's had the shop for nearly to years and business is growing. Recently her room mate moved out and she found she didnt feel right living alone. So, she put up an advertisement to find a new room mate.

So begins...

Amira gave the man another look. "I cant just feed you chocolate you know." She said and shook her head. The man was quite handsome, especially when he grinned like he was. But she wasnt about to let herself get all weak in the knees about it or anything like that. "I'm gonna conveniently forget to show you where my shop is arent I?" She teased. "Cant have you buying up everything and leaving nothing for my regulars." She said with a playful wink.

Weston laughed a bit, shaking his head. "You make chocolate like that on a regular basis and you'll have no choice but to show me where your shop is," he replied before taking one of the white chocolates with the cocoa powder on them. He ate it quickly before giving an approving nod. "You can definitely feed me nothing but chocolate and I won't complain in the least," he told her with a chuckle. "But really, I'll eat just about anything. Except bugs. I won't eat bugs," he said with a shake of his head.

Amira shook her head at him. "I make chocolate like this nearly every single day. Chocolate pastries too." She said and then tried not to laugh at him but failed. "You most certainly can not only eat chocolate Mister. I'd have to be an over bearing room mate and make you run with me if you did." She teased and then blinked. "Bugs? Who in the heck would go around wanting to eat bugs..." She said, looking rather displeased with the mere thought of that.

Weston laughed when she said that he couldn't eat only chocolate. He grabbed another of the peppermint truffles and put it in his mouth almost defiantly, looking her right in the eyes as he ate it. "I wouldn't mind running with you, to be fair," he said with a shake of his head. "If that's what it takes to eat chocolate for every meal, sign me up." He chuckled a bit at her reaction to his comment about the bugs, shaking his head slightly. "There are cultures that do it. Not close to here, but they exist. I've heard they consider them to be a delicacy, and apparently they're quite healthy."

Amira let out a Very fake, drawn out sigh at the man. "Looks like I cant persuade you to eat like a normal healthy person after all. Running it is then." She joked and then soht him a playful glare. "Thats just...Icky...I mean, I have met people who ate moss for medicinal reasons. But bugs? No thank you. You could not pay me enough to do that. I'd rather eat chocolate for every meal and be a plump little lady." She said and crossed her arms.

Weston laughed at her dramatic sigh, shaking his head slightly. "Running it is. I can think of worse fates," he told her. He was half-tempted to dramatically flex a muscle for her, but had no intentions of doing anything that could even slightly risk coming across as creepy to her. The last thing he wanted was for his roommate to be uncomfortable with him. "I'd rather eat chocolate for every meal, too," he added with a nod of agreement. "And then we can go running and not be plump little ladies."

Amira smirked. "You can, can you? You've never run with me." She joked a little bit and then couldnt help but burst out laughing when he lumped himself into the plump little lady category. "Awww come on! You'd be such a cute plump thing though!" She said while trying to catch her breath and not end up on the floor holding her stomach. She sighed when she could finally breathe again and leaned on the counter. "Well you're certainly funnier than my last room mate. I dont remember the last time I laughed that hard."

Weston laughed as well, thoroughly amused by her words. When he stopped, he folded his arms over his chest and watched her try to catch her breath, grinning. "Well, I'm glad to have amused," he said to her with a slight bow. He was relieved that they seemed to be getting along, and that she didn't seem to be asking too many personal questions. "I should see about getting a bit of writing done before dinner, while my mood is favourable," he said after a moment, his gaze flitting briefly away.

Amira nodded a little and watched his gaze flit away. "Well go on, i'll call you in when I have dinner ready." She said softly and walked off back upstairs to do a little bit of reading to pass the time between now and when she needed to start dinner. She read for a good while before changing into a pair of shorts and a sweater and walking back downstairs to make dinner.

Weston nodded. "Thank you," he said to her before he headed upstairs. He went into his room, pulling out one of the folders - a particularly thick one - from the dresser drawer. He shut his bedroom door behind him before heading into the study, shutting that door as well. He set the folder down on the desk and sat at the chair, pleased at how tidy it looked. She'd obviously wanted to take the time to clean this place up for him now that someone would actually be using it. He opened the folder and pulled out a pen and some papers, glossing over the last thing he'd written before getting started on a new page.

Amira stood there with her fridge door open peering at what she had to make. She thought it was a lucky thing that she had gone to the market a couple of days ago so it as pretty much fully stocked. She decided to make chicken piccata with pasta. She got started with everything and less than an hour later everything was done. She plated things up, and walked over to the study, since she had heard Weston walk in there and knocked lightly. "Dinners done." She said and went back to the kitchen.

Weston glanced up when he heard the knock at the study door, smiling slightly. He was quite pleased with the amount of work he'd managed to finish in the time it had taken her to prepare dinner. "Coming," he called back as he heard her walking away. He finished off the sentence he'd been writing and then set his pen down. He stacked the newly-completed pages in with the rest of the finished ones, leaving loose only the one he'd been working on, and then he got up and left the study. He headed downstairs, smiling towards Amira. "It smells delicious," he said as he came in.

Amira turned slightly when Weston came out and smiled softly while she poured some juice. "Thanks. What would you like to drink? I have water, juice, and milk." She asked and once he answered she nodded and poured him a glass before taking everything to the table and setting it down before sitting down. She started eating, quietly since she was thinking about a new kind of chocolate treat that she could put on the menu at her shop. After a minute she looked up. "Were you able to get some work done?" She asked.

Weston smiled as he watched her pour her juice. "I'll just have what you're having, thank you," he said, nodding towards the juice that she was pouring. He went and sat at the table, smiling after a few bites. "This is wonderful," he told her just before she looked up. When she asked whether he'd managed to get any work done, he gave her a quick nod. "Yes, actually, a few complete pages," he replied with a smile. "It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're feeling invigorated."

Amira smiled a little. "Thanks. It was my old room mates favorite. Figured it was a safe bet." She said and then smiled when he said it was amazing what you could get done when you felt invigorated. "That it is. Definitely easier to focus. Its part of the reason I run before I go into work, it clears my head and gets me pumped up for the day ahead." She said and took another bite of food.

Weston chuckled a bit when she commented that making her old roommate's favourite was a safe bet. He took a few more bites while she commented that she ran before work, and he raised an eyebrow slightly. "First you tell me that you get up extremely early for work, now you're telling me that you run before work? Does that mean we're going to be running at four in the morning?" he asked, an amused smirk on his lips. He wouldn't mind that, of course - he'd always enjoyed getting up early to watch the sun come up, so going out for a run early in the morning with her would be no trouble.

Amira blinked and then nodded. "Well, yeah.." She said and then shrugged. "I might change my schedule so that I make the treats the night before and get up a little later, but for now, yeah. That would be exactly what that means." She said with a little bit of a giggle. "You get used to it. I get up later on weekends since the shops not open as long on Saturday and its closed Sundays." She explained. "My old room mate, ran with me twice and then gave up on it, you think you can handle it?" She teased.

Weston smirked when she asked whether he thought he could handle it, his honey-brown eyes locked on her as he finished the last of his current mouthful. "Such a shame for your old roommate. I know I can handle it," he said, smirking slightly. He took another bite before glancing back up at the beautiful woman sitting across from him. "If you don't mind my asking, why did your last roommate move out? You've mentioned them a few times but it hasn't seemed altogether negative," he said. He probably should have asked this sooner, but he'd been so caught up between the chocolate, the look of her, and the quality of the home that it hadn't occurred to him to find out why her last roommate had left.

Amira looked up. "She had to move for work related stuff, got a promotion and they sent her down to work at a new office in the city, she was training to be a nurse and they got her a spot to intern down there." She said. "So the room mate thing ended up on a good note. She was pretty easy to live with, though she was rarely ever here when I was since she worked nights." She explained before taking a sip of her juice.

Weston smiled, somewhat relieved by what she had to say. He'd been getting concerned that she might have some crazy flaw that would scare off roommates. "That's good. I'm sure living with me will be quite the opposite, as I'll likely leave only rarely," he said with a chuckle. "I can be a bit of a hermit when I get into my writing. I can be coaxed out with chocolate, though," he teased with a laugh. In all fairness, he hoped that he'd be easy to live with just as her last roommate had been.
