| Name: Barynn Ferinda Garmold | Age: 23 | Gender: Female | Sexuality: Bisexual | Height: 4'11" | Weight: 110lbs |
| Race/Species: Dwarf | Hair Colour: Dark brown | Eye Colour: Hazel | Skin Colour: Tanned | Trade: Jeweler |

Appearance:
Barynn is short, standing at only four feet and eleven inches in height, and she is of average weight for her height - not slender, not muscular or bulky, not overweight, but proportionate. Her light skin is always well-tanned. Her heart-shaped face is framed by a cascade of dark hair that falls in loose waves just past her shoulders. She has almond-shaped hazel eyes and thin lashes. Her nose is average, not terribly defined but not heavy either. She has thick lips that curve upwards. She doesn't typically wear much makeup, occasionally brushing some over her eyelashes to make them stand out more or putting some on her lips to make them glossy. Barynn tends to dress quite simplistically, opting for plain white and cream-coloured blouses with knee- or ankle-length skirts in various muted colours. She does, however, like to accessorize, always wearing a variety of jewelry pieces - all of which she handcrafted herself.

Image

Personality:
Barynn is not a people-person. Very independent and solitary, Barynn prefers to be alone. She prefers to spend much of her day inside, working on her trade, though she will relent and talk to people when it comes time to sell her goods. She is quiet and thoughtful, tending to entertain intrinsic thoughts and ideas while she does her work. In the evenings she likes to go out for a walk, though she will typically avoid people during her ventures away from home. When she does interact with others, she doesn't tend to be very verbose. She likes to let her jewelry speak for itself and she wants her customers to choose the jewelry that speaks to them without her input. She will answer questions that are posed, and she is always happy to help her customers find what they're looking for.

History/Bio:
Barynn was raised in an underground settlement far from Veritas Isle. She was always a strange child for a dwarf, though; while the other kids all enjoyed playing in the dirt and being close to the earth, she was repulsed by the dank, dark underground. She always longed for something more. She was one of eight siblings, neither oldest nor youngest, caught somewhere in the middle. As such, she was often overlooked by her parents and had quite a bit of freedom. Barynn was frequently caught trying to sneak away from the settlement, trying to find her way to the land above ground that she'd heard so much about. Her parents worried for her, but no matter how much they told her about the safety and comfort of their home, she still longed to see the land above.
As a child, Barynn took a liking to shiny things, so her people declared that she would be trained as a jeweler. She was taught to work with the metals and gemstones extracted from deep within the earth, and taught to design beautiful necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, anklets, and circlets. She enjoyed her trade, but she always felt like something was missing. The books talked about the way that jewels gleamed and glittered, but Barynn never saw the sparkle that she thought the jewels ought to have.
One day when Barynn was a teenager, their settlement played host to a guest from the surface world, a traveling merchant who wished to establish trade ties with the colony. The dwarves were eager to do business with the surface, but all Barynn wanted was to learn about the land up above. She took a liking to the merchant, spending a great deal of time with him and asking him to tell her all about the land from which he hailed. It was from him that Barynn learned about Veritas Isle, a cluster of floating islands in the sky. Barynn didn't know what a sky was, but it sounded incredible to her, and when the merchant left to return to his home, she begged him to take her with him. He didn't want to displease her people by going against the wishes of her parents, though, and declined.
Upon turning eighteen, Barynn decided that enough was enough. She wanted to explore the surface world, and now that she was an adult, there was little her family could do to stop her. She told her parents that she loved them, and she promised to write to them frequently from the surface world. She said goodbye to her brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews, bid her friends farewell, and set out for the surface world. One day, she decided, she would travel to Veritas Isle and see it for herself.

Birger sat in the awkward silence now and felt like this was just a bad idea. When she asked if it was too early to feel the babies she blinked and nodded. "Yeah... give it three or four more months... maybe sooner since they are twins." He said softly. "I remember when my mother was pregnant for my younger brother... he would only kick and moved when she was going to sleep. Drove her crazy." He chuckled.

Luther listened and ate before blinking and glaring a bit, "Did you actually here or are you talking about someone personal?" He asked. "I would really like to know what is even less, Barynn." He said and put his fork down. Luther as now curious.

Dev smiled, "Well I would like to see the house before and after... so I can be like WOW and GORGEOUS and GOOD JOB BUCK-A-ROO." She laughed a bit. "Nah, but I would be interested in seeing. Seems like a thing you would be good at. And thanks... Amell is a goody boy. His ex wife, rest her soul, was just a major B. Well she was nice to him towards the end. Like I said... traveled a lot for his work and she only thought about herself. She moved and had Hazel. Told NONE of us and if she hadn't passed away we wouldn't have known her. Kind of grinds my gears. It was like he was some abusive a-hole like my ex-husband. My brother is sweet and kind and caring and loving and would give you his giant shirt off his back." She said and stapped a tater tot in the nachos. "Sorry... just bothers me when people mistreat the good ones. Baffles me, really." She said softly and thought about him and how his whole thing.

Vlora smirked when he talked about Claire and when he started to talk about the guy he had been defending she shook her head. Bastian was such an honest man, she loved that about him. When bought up Kyle though she smirked, "You know how I read Kyle's file?" She asked before leaning down and whispering. "I want you to do what Kyle did in his file... tonight." She giggled a bit.

Yoranda sighed disappointedly when Birger said that it would still be a few more months before she could feel the babies kicking. She loved feeling Barynn's stomach when her little niece or nephew was kicking, and she wanted to feel it for herself. She listened with a smile while Birger talked about his mother's pregnancy with his brother. "I hope the pebbles don't pull any shit like that," she said, glancing down at her stomach and then back up at him. "When am I gonna meet the rest of your family, anyways? I've met your sister but that's it, and we're having some babies so, ya know, it's kinda serious," she giggled. "I would introduce you to the rest of my family, but it's a long-ass trip and you wouldn't fit in our city anyways," she giggled.

Barynn blinked at the way Luther glared at her, and when he put his fork down and said he'd like to know, she calmly set her fork down as well. "Yeah? You want to know? Well, then, I'll tell you. I have this amazing boyfriend and we're expecting a baby and he loves me and the baby so much that he hired us a bodyguard, and the bodyguard is so great, we get along really well, and he's a wonderful person, and he recently found out that his ex-wife had a damn baby that she kept from him for over a decade for literally no reason except that she was a bitch. Hell, that's even worse than what's happening with Thul, so don't try and tell me that dwarves are fucked up because that shit's happening all across the board."

Kyle chuckled at her comments about him fixing up a house, nodding. "If I ever fix a place up by myself, then, I'll be sure to let you know so you can see it through," he said with a grin. He listened while she talked about her brother's issues with Hazel's mother keeping her from him, frowning a bit. He couldn't imagine why anyone would do that - but, then again, he couldn't imagine what had happened to him before it had happened. "No, don't be sorry. I don't blame you. Hazel's dad seems like a great guy. I can't imagine anyone doing something that shitty," he said, and then paused. "I'm sorry your ex-husband was abusive. That's also shitty. It's good that you left before bringing a baby into a mess like that."

Bastian blinked when he heard Vlora's words. Kyle's preferences had always baffled him when they'd discussed it in his office, but after what he'd done with Vlora in his office today, he was starting to think that Kyle might be on to something. "I... doubt that I would be any good at that, cherie, but if it will make you happy then I'll be willing to try," he told her. "Not tonight, though. As much as I trust you, and I know you're a responsible adult and unlikely to make the same mistakes that girl made, I'd rather cover myself and avoid putting myself in the same situation as Kyle Callahan. If this is what you really want, I'll put together some legal paperwork for us to sign agreeing to it and ensuring that you can't hold me in any way liable if you revoke your consent and fail to communicate that to me," he said.

Birger blinked, "Uhm, they might be worse. Do you even know their mother? I do... and she is a hyper one. Totally attacked me while coming out of the house. Almost had a heart attack and those things kill so I could say she almost killed me and I think that is rude because I haven't even seen my babies yet. Let me see all of them and THEN kill me." He smiled before blinking. "Ah well my brother is off the islands at the moment with a job thing and... I much rather not see my mother right now." He said softly.

Luther blinked before snapping his fingers, "Forgot about him... sadly." He sighed and shook his head before blinking. "That does baffle me as to why people keep their kids away from them if they aren't bad people." He said and looked down at his food. "Kind of glad you didn't do that to me, but then again I would have fought you for the kid." He said softly.

Dev nodded, "Good... then I can pester you about your form while you work." She joked before smiling a bit softly. "Yeah, there are some shitty people in this world, kid..." She said and looked down at her food for a moment. Should she bring up his shitty situation with him? When Dev looked up and saw his face she decided not to and smirked. "The baby is the whole reason why I left in the first place." She sighed.

Vlora blinked, "If you don't want to we don't have to. I am willing to sign anything you want me to, but... I don't want you doing anything you don't want to. Just... kind wanted to see how you were when you aren't being all gentlemanly." She smirked softly and patted his hand softly. "I am okay with some a bit more safe... like your office." Vlora giggled and went to her menu.

Yoranda giggled when he said that she'd almost killed him. "Pfft. I didn't almost kill you. You should be more prepared. If you know you've got a hyper little woman, expect to get jumped on and climbed," she teased with a smirk. When he said he would rather not see his mother, she blinked, cocking her head to the side curiously. "Why not? I figured she'd be excited about grandbabies. I wrote to my parents. Haven't heard back yet, but...well, I'm sure it would have just been more incentive for Thul to convince me to go home."

Barynn didn't want to get smug about Amell's sad situation, because it really did suck, but she was quite proud of having won that little exchange. Luther was a difficult man to win against. "I mean, I totally could have hidden it from you. I could have just fucked right back off home and raised it in Bhagh-Nernwahrum and you'd never have known... well, I mean, I couldn't have raised it there forever, because Baby's probably gonna be too tall for the city, but still, you'd have been none the wiser. But that's a totally shitty thing to do and I wouldn't have done that. Even when I didn't want it...it was important to me that you should have the option to take it, as the father."

Kyle laughed when she said she would pester him about his form. "Why am I not surprised?" he asked with a shake of his head. He was quiet for a moment, eating, and when she said that the baby was the reason she'd left, he nodded. "Good. The baby deserves way better than that. If I'd been raised with an abusive dad, I don't know if I could ever forgive my mom for not leaving. Luckily I have a great father. And, hey, maybe one day you're gonna meet some great guy who'll step up and give your kid the dad it deserves," he told her, reaching over and poking her cheek playfully.

Bastian shrugged when she said they didn't have to if he didn't want to. "To be honest with you, cherie... I did think about it somewhat earlier today. After what we did in the office...when you told me that was how you wanted it...I began to wonder if Kyle might have had the right idea," he said with a smile, giving her hand a squeeze when she patted his and then turning his own gaze to his menu. "Like I said, I doubt I'd be good at it, but the agreement stands. If you want to, then we can give it a try. It's your choice. I want only to make you happy."

Osmond sighed and shook his head, "You would... evil woman." He smirked and looked at her. "You can sleep in my room. Just didn't know if you wanted to since you were like Shit, I dunno," He mocked her and smirked. "It isn't like you haven't before." He said and poked her shoulder.

Birger sighed, "No one would expect a spider monkey to jump them." He smirked before it faded away. "Well... she knows what I have done... and she knows already that you are pregnant. I just don't want to face her right now... or ever... but I will one day. I just don't know when." He said.

Luther glared, "Yeah... you would have been a shitty woman if you had." He said before shaking his head. "And you forget who was your doctor... so that would have been hard to do. Lor would have told me." He said and smirked. "Check and mate, babe." He said and took a bite of his food.

Dev giggled when he asked why he wasn't surprised. It was nice that he was so kind about her baby. Some dudes would be kind of wigged out about it and even to be seen with a girl that wasn't his with a baby that definitely wasn't his. She had gone back to eating when they got quiet and looked up when he said that maybe one day she would find a great guy who would step up and be a great father to her baby. Dev hadn't expected him to poke her cheek and she laughed a bit. "Well... maybe... single motherhood is looking nice and I have family for help. Amell would be a good male model along with great friends so... I don't see a reason to have a man in my life like that. We shall see. First I have to bake it and see if I need emotional support after giving birth. I hear it is a bit painful." She smiled.

Vlora smiled and nodded, "Well if you want to... but you make me happy either way. You are a great man and strong. When you went off on that man... let's just say I like that a lot." She giggled and looked up when the waitress came over to get their orders for drinks. She ordered a pink wine and waited for him to say his before she walked off. "So you have a lot of clients like that?" She asked softly.

Zelipia laughed a little at his words, smirking over at him. "You haven't even met me when I'm evil," she said. "But sure. I'll crash at your place for the night to guarantee that I don't have to run into my half-sister... ugh. I'm not looking forward to dealing with that shit. Have I even told you the story there? It's one hell of a doozy," she said, running a hand through her violet curls.

Yoranda blinked, looking at him. "I know those two words, but I don't know them together. A spider is a spider...and a monkey is a monkey..." she said slowly, clearly confused as to what the hell a spider monkey was. When he said he didn't want to face his mother because she knew what he had done, she reached over and held his hand gently. "That's fair," she said. "When you are ready to face her, if you want me to, I'll come with. I can keep her in check. Nobody argues with a tiny pregnant woman," she said with a giggle.

Barynn blinked when he said that Lorelei would have told him, and she sighed. "Yeah, that's true... shit, I would have had to get Istrain to kill her or something. That'd be messy and annoying. And it was right around the time the twins showed up, so either they'd have to turn right back around and come home again or they'd look suspicious as hell, because what are the odds a doctor shows up the same time the island's doctor gets mysteriously murdered?" she asked with a giggle. "I mean, not that I would kill Lor. I like Lor," she added quickly before stuffing some food into her face to shut herself up.

Kyle smiled a bit when Dev said that she was thinking about focusing on having her family help her and letting her brother be a good male role model. "That's definitely fair. There's nothing wrong with not wanting a relationship. I've sworn off dating indefinitely. We can just be single pringles together," he said with a laugh. "Hey, if you train men for a living I'm sure childbirth will come easy to you. Men are frustrating and stubborn and difficult as hell," he said.

Bastian smiled when Vlora told him that he made her happy, chuckling a bit when she said she liked the way he'd gone off at the man. He ordered a red wine after Vlora ordered for herself, and once the waitress was gone he looked back at Vlora, sighing a bit when she asked if he had a lot of clients like that. "Wealthy and shady? Yes. Ones who lie to my face and don't expect there to be any repercussions? No," he replied.

Osmond shook his head, "I have not... let's wait for that when we get to the room." He said and walked with her to the inn and went up to the room where he walked in first, making sure it was safe and letting her in. When he closed the door he looked at her. "Now tell me the story, babe." He said softly as he began to get changed.

Birger laughed at her confusion, it was rather adorable. "A spider monkey is a type of monkey. They are rather adorable so I guess it really does fit you." He smiled before it faded a bit. "That would be... lovely to have you come with me." He said softly and brought her hand up to his lips and kissed it softly before letting her have it back. The waitress came and gave them their food before walking away and he smiled a bit before eating.

Luther looked at her and shook his head, "That's not funny..." He said softly and went back to eating. She had no idea about Lor's suicide attempt or her now lingering suicidalness and he much rather her not hear her say something like that again about the girl.

Dev smiled and was happy that he didn't preach about how her baby needed a man in its life and it had to be a dad and she had to have a husband. He was a cool dude and she was going to keep him. "Mmm pringles... dammit, Kyle." She laughed a bit before looking up at him. "Oh man... I have made many cry in practice... you would think they knew what they were going to get." She sighed and then looked at him. "But they also weren't tearing my cervix apart either... so... sometimes I wonder if these people who actually wanted to have a baby didn't already have a kink for pain." She sighed.

Vlora listened to him speak and shook her head, "I would love to know who the hell that man is. Smug little asshole he was. Claire despises him, which I can't blame her. She seems like a very respectable woman and someone like him... well... would creep her out." She said softly and looked around. She really didn't fit in here, though she did at least look the part.

Zelipia nodded when he said to wait until they got to the room. "Sure," she said, heading with him the rest of the way. Once they were in the room, she heaved a sigh and flopped down backwards on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. "Okay, so my mom was married to a man in her tribe, and they had Illyana first - she's nine years older than me - and then they had Rhyan, who's obviously three years older than me," she began, sneaking a peek at him before continuing. "And then their dad gets in some hunting accident and cripples himself, so he's basically a talking vegetable. So my mom works as like a trader or something for the tribe, so her job is to go to the human cities and trade with them, and that's where she meets my dad, whoever he is. So she gets knocked up and the tribe's suspicious as fuck, but her husband swears down that he knocked her up, so they're cool with it - and then I'm born, and they're like 'why the fuck doesn't it have pointy ears?' so she and her husband are forced to admit that he totally didn't knock her up, because he's a damn vegetable and he can't get it up, and he just said that so she wouldn't get in trouble. So they banish her - and me - from the tribe, and Rhyan's three at the time so she's gotta take him, but she asks Illyana if she wants to come and Illyana wants to stay in the tribe with her dad and uncle and friends, because she's nine and fucking stupid, so mom fucks right off outta there, she comes here, and we never see Illyana or their dad again. And now she's back here and talking shit about me and I'm just not fucking dealing with it."

Yoranda blinked when he said a spider monkey was a type of monkey. "Really? That sounds fucking terrifying," she said, shaking her head a bit. When he said it would be lovely to have her go with him, she smiled. "I figured it would be," she said with a giggle, thanking the waitress when she brought their food and promptly beginning to eat.

Barynn blinked at Luther's words and gave a small nod. "Right. Sorry," she said. Murder was a sensitive topic for him. She'd forgotten that. It was something she thought about infrequently since it happened so rarely back home and she was still getting used to how common it was up here.

Kyle laughed a little at her comment, smirking when she said she'd made men cry in training before. "Well, then, remind me that I don't wanna train with you ever," he said with a laugh. He blinked at her words. It sure wouldn't surprise him if some of these men wished they'd been tearing her cervix apart. "Considering the number of women who want kids, I doubt it. I feel like the pain is just something you gotta deal with if you want kids. But who am I to talk? No uterus, no opinion, right?" he asked with a laugh. "I want kids one day, but it's not like I have to birth them myself. All I'd have to do is get laid and take care of the mom."

Bastian sighed and nodded when Vlora said that Claire despised his client. "Jerome Salzin. He's a businessman. Very wealthy. Lots of money, lots of influence. I'm fairly certain he's involved in illegal business, but this was an embezzlement case. Kesia was helping with it, organizing all the financial affairs involved. She had her suspicions that things weren't adding up, and we confirmed it today," he said. "Salzin has definitely given Claire more than a few reasons to despise him. I'd have kicked him out if he'd tried anything with her - touched her inappropriately or anything of the sort - but he never did, luckily for him," he continued.

Osmond listened to her and frowned. "I am rather glad I was never in a tribe... never understood why our people still have them." He sighed and shook his head before going over to her and got her changed. He slipped her into one of his shirts and smiled. "Well I know someone who could beat her up if you want me to contact them he smirked and you do look good in my shirt." He said and kissed her softly. "I think whats he did was a bitch ass move... now... as sad as I am to have to say thing, but I think it is time for bed. I am exhausted and I sadly have to follow your little friend around." He said and kissed her again before getting into bed.

Birger looked at her and smirked, "They are just little black monkeys... you... you think they have spider legs huh?" He laughed softly before shaking his head. "They don't, babe..." He said and reached up to move some hair out of her face. "Though you with spider legs scares me." He smirked.

Luther gave a shrug, a bit annoyed and not in such a happy mood. He ate what he had and then asked the waitress for the check. He sat there in silence, looking over the people who had come in, before excusing himself when the check came and walked away to pay it off.

Dev laughed, "Wait till I have this baby... we are going to train. I can't have a male friend walking around with this body and then... you know... kind only knowing how to fight. You gotta be the best or you know... kinda the best." She smirked. When he said he didn't have a uterus and didn't have an opinion she shrugged. "Pretty much, kiddo." Dev giggled a bit and then laughed when he said all he had to do was get laid and then take care of the mom. "You men..." She sighed and smirked a bit. "So you want kids huh? I hope you name your kids Kylie, Kyler, Kylynn, and all the other names that have yours in it or partially in it." She smiled.

Vlora sighed and shook her head as she heard about him. "I feel like I should watch out for him at night. He seems like the kind of guy to buy someone's silence." She said and rubbed her neck. "I do not envy you. I only envy the people who can watch you get angry and go off. You are quite the handsome angry man." She giggled before thanking the waitress when she came with their drinks.

Zelipia sighed and nodded when he said that he didn't understand tribes. "Me neither. I'm glad I wasn't born with the damn ears, because then no one would have realized I was only halfsies and I would have had to grow up with that shit," she said. She let him change her into his shirt, absolutely swimming in it. When he said he knew someone who could beat up Illyana, she blinked. "That's... probably a bad idea. She's got a little kid...ugh, I bet my mother's just ecstatic to be a grandma," she sighed. She kissed him back both times that he kissed her, lying down and pulling up the blankets as well. "Agreed. I'm in for a shit storm with this pill nonsense, so gotta get rested," she sighed. "Night, babe."

Yoranda blinked when he asked if she thought they had spider legs and told her that they didn't. "Oh. When you say spider monkey it just... sounds, ya know, like a monkey with... with spider legs. Can you imagine that thing hopping around in the trees? I already hate it," she said. She giggled when he said the thought of her with spider legs was scary. "So you're gonna make a big fuss over how tiny my hands are, but as soon as there's a chance of me having eight little hands, that's scary to you?" she teased.

Barynn finished up her food and watched Luther go, looking down at her stomach and putting both hands gently on it. "Hey there, Baby," she said in a soft voice, figuring she'd chat up the kid while he was gone. "I know it's still a little, teeny-tiny bit too early, so don't do anything drastic just yet, but I really can't wait to meet you. We're gonna have so many snuggles. You don't realize it yet because you're too little, but you...are so lucky. You're being born into such a great life. You've got a mommy and daddy who love you sooo much, and who work so hard to make sure we can provide for you and give you everything. Don't even get me started on how wonderful your daddy is, though, because I can just... go on and on about him," she cooed.

Kyle raised an eyebrow at her words, looking at her in surprise. "Walking around with what body?" he asked, smirking a bit. "I can take care of myself just fine," he said. When she said she wanted him to name his kids after himself, he burst out laughing, shaking his head. "Oh, no way," he said. "I wanna name a son after my father one day, but that's the only thing I'm really set on. I'm not naming my kids after myself, though. Never did care for men who did that," he shrugged.

Bastian nodded slightly when she said that Salzin sounded like the kind of man to buy someone's silence. "He does, yes. He also seems like the type of man to know what battles are worth his time and effort, though, and I think he knows that I have better things to do than sell him out," he said. He blinked when she said he was a handsome angry man, thanking the waitress when she brought their drinks and taking a sip of his. "I try not to anger easily but it does happen. I get passionate about my job," he said.

Isla got dress in a sea-themed dress and hurried to drop James off before going to work. She was excited to see Rhyan but scared at the same time. She had to pretend she was the same ole Isla before last night. When she walked into work she smiled brightly, "Morning." She said softly.

Birger shivered and gag, "Yes... yes I would and I will." He sighed and grabbed her tiny hand and kissed it. "They are so tiny and adorable. Look at these hands, Yora. Tiny... little... fingers... and to think I will have three babies with tiny hands and feet and fingers and toes." He sighed and gently let her hand go. "I am... excited." He said softly.

Luther came back to hear half of the cooing and smirked and before shaking his head. "Come on, babe and baby. I have paid and now they are kicking us out. Rude... they just wanted us for our money." He smirked and helped her up before walking out with her. He held her hand protectively and rubbed her tiny hand with his thumb softly. "You look... adorable." He said.

Dev blinked and pointed, "that one? What other body do you have? It is a nice body." She said and shrugged. "Though if you can just switch bodies I wouldn't mind being taught that." She said with a smirk. His laugh was nice and he wondered if that who trial thing had seriously fucked him up or girls just didn't want to be with him because of that thing. Either way, both were damn near sad. He seemed like a really good guy, what a waste. "Oh? And what is your father's name?" She asked before blinking when she saw someone run by and looked out the window but couldn't tell who the girl was. She shrugged and went back to him.

Vlora listened and she shook her head. That man was something else. When he said he was passionate about his job she smiled, "I can tell... but that is what I like about you... well part." She said softly. "You also don't take shit from anyone and that is... another thing I like." She said softly.

Rhyanid was at the front of the shop when Isla came in, and he smiled brightly at the sight of her. "Morning, you," he said, standing up to come and greet her. "Mom's in the office, and Illyana's in the back with Rouge taking a look at him, so be warned. Oh, and she brought Lanara with her," he said.

Yoranda giggled at Birger's response to the prospect of the spidery monkey. She smiled as he grabbed her hand and kissed it and talked about how tiny their babies would be, glad that he was excited. "So am I," she said softly, and went back to her food when he was done messing around with her hands. "So...how's it going to work with Una's baby? Do we raise it like it's our own? Pass them off as triplets? And who names it...? Do we do that? Or is it just you since it's technically not my baby, even though biologically it's gonna match my two?" she asked softly. She knew it wasn't a comfortable topic to discuss, but it was a necessary one. These were all things they needed to figure out before the kids were born.

Barynn looked up when Luther spoke and she laughed a little at his words, letting him help her to her feet. "So very rude," she joked back with a giggle, beginning to walk out with him. When he said that she looked adorable, she huffed a little. "The restaurant may just want us for our money, but you just say that for my tummy," she teased him with a laugh as they headed off together. She put her free hand on her stomach; it was getting heavy and just having her hand under it for a little extra support made a huge difference.

Kyle chuckled a bit when she said he had a nice body. "Damn, I wish I could just switch bodies. We're gonna have to look into that trick and figure it out somehow," he said. When she asked his father's name he smiled. "Richard. It's a good strong name, nothing too dramatic or fancy, and it's got meaning to me," he said, and then paused, realizing how that might be misconstrued. "Not that your family's names are dramatic and fancy, I mean... you've all got great names," he said quickly, blinking and hoping she'd not thought anything more by it than he'd meant.

Bastian smiled when she told him the things she liked about him, nodding slightly. "Well, I do appreciate that, cherie. I do believe that it takes a passionate person to appreciate a passionate person, and I know you to be... quite passionate yourself," he said with a smile. He reached across and took her hand gently, taking another sip of his wine before he spoke again. "I don't believe that Salzin will be any further trouble, but just in case, would you like to stay with me for the night? I am sure that we'd both feel a little better and safer if you were there with me," he said.

Isla smiled when he came over to meet her. "Ahh well, at least your sister is being useful." She said softly just in case her daughter was around. "How did last night go?" She asked and fumbled with her purse before looking back up at him with a soft smile. He was so damn tall, but he was also so damn handsome.

Birger ate when she did and when she started to talk again he looked up at her and blinked, "I assume we can raise it as if it was yours too. No need to make it complicated and be like here is your mother who didn't want you. Kind of... fucked up to me. I would understand she did it because she wasn't ready, but I would be pissed. I did tell her to take that stupid pill." He sighed and shooked his head. He was so pissed with Una right now, just as much as he had missed her. "Uh... well... I get she will birth it but does she even have the right to name it since she doesn't want it? So... I think it is only fair that we name it and pass it off as triplets." He said before looking out the window.

Luther laughed and shook his head, "Excuse me, I want you for your eyes, lips, and... other certain areas. Gosh, I am not THAT shallow." He joked and watched her hold her belly. It was absolutely adorable and he couldn't help but smile. When they got home he locked the door behind them and had her sit down before taking her shoes off and gently massaging them.

Dev smirked, "I am sure there is a book somewhere around the island that will teach us that trick." She said and ate when he started to talk about his father's name and then going on about her and her family's name. Dev covered her mouth as she began to laugh. "One, Richard is a nice name. I know a man named Richard and he is a great fighter... though for some odd reason they associate the name with Dick? I have no idea, it makes little sense to me. I just call him Richy and tell him to give me all his damn money... so he gives me twenty and tells me to go buy a dress." She sighed. "Also out names are simple compared to my parent's. My father is Spanish and my mother is Asian. Our names could be a lot worse. I have a sister named Birdie... so I mean... I don't know." She laughed. "Kinda like Kilynn as a boy's name... ugh such a cute name. Go me for thinking of that one on the spot. Hmm... what is your mom's name? I can't have half your parent's names." She smiled.

Vlora held his hand softly and watched him. How did a girl like her get a man like him? She felt like life was playing a cruel joke on her. Like it would take him away from her and that made her stomach knot up. She smirked when he called her passionate and she nodded because she was when her heart was set on something. "Mmm yes... I would like to spend the night with you... I would never say no to that." She said softly. Her thumb gently caressed his hand as she sipped her drink and looked down at the menu. When the waitress came she let Bastian order first since she as still looking but then she decided on something and gave the menu to her and watched her walk away.

Rhyanid nodded when she said Illyana was being useful, and when she asked how last night had gone, he couldn't help but to smirk a bit. "Oh, it was fantastic. I walked home one of the prettiest girls on the island, found out she's into me, and then she even let me kiss her... oh, wait, you mean after all that," he said, speaking in a soft voice so his mother wouldn't possibly be able to hear from the office. "Well, I went home for dinner and it was basically just all of us getting caught up. Illyana told us about her life in the tribe. She's a veterinarian, she married this guy and they tried for years to have a baby, and then he disappeared out of nowhere and she found out after that she was pregnant with Lanara. The tribe says her husband's dead, so Lanara's never met her dad. And, well, my father recently passed away and they got her to come tell us, so there's that," he continued. "And we told her all about our lives since coming to the island. She didn't ask about Zel much, but we also didn't volunteer much information about her anyways, beyond the stuff that had to do with all three of us. I really, really hope she sticks to what she said and tries to have a relationship with Zel as her sister, because they are sisters, even if it's only half..."

Yoranda nodded as Birger agreed that they could raise the third baby as theirs as if they were triplets, and she nodded when he said they would name it. "That sounds fair. Maybe we'll get lucky and all three babies will be the same gender, or I'll have one of each, and then if we just keep the babies to ourselves for a month or two after they're born then she won't even know which one is hers and then, as its aunt, she can't treat it any differently, even if it's a subconscious thing. We'll have to sit down with my family and talk about our intentions, though. If one of its aunties or uncles slips up and mentions anything some day, it'll fucking hate us," she sighed.

Barynn laughed at his words, shaking her head a bit. "If you say so," she teased with a giggle. She walked the rest of the way home with him, smiling when he sat her down and started to rub her feet. She leaned back in her seat, resting both hands on her stomach and letting out a contented sigh. "I love you so much. You know that? You're not even a good man, you're the best man, except that's a wedding term so we're not gonna use that... the goodest man."

Kyle smirked when Dev said there might be a book to tell them what they wanted to know. "Now it's our damn mission to find this book and figure this out," he said. He chuckled as she talked about the Richard she knew. "So what you're saying is you've got a sugar daddy named Richard?" he teased jokingly. When she said she had a sister named Birdie and that she liked the name Kilynn as a boy's name, he laughed a little. "Both odd names, but hey, I come from a family that's got a Richard and an Aaron and a Spencer. We've got boring names, so don't take my word for it," he said. "My mom's name is Jodie," he told her when she asked.

Bastian smiled when she agreed to spend the night with him, nodding his approval. "Good. Thank you," he told her, looking over his menu while he held on to her hand. He was going to let her order first when the waitress came, as a gentleman should, but she hadn't quite yet decided on what to order, so he ordered first and then she gave her order. Once the waitress was gone with their menus, he looked over at her. "How is your niece doing? If you'd like, you can bring her by the office any time this week to meet the new intern. She's a brilliant young lady, and I feel like Hazel would be fascinated with her," he said.
