Lorelei is a studious teenager. She likes to study the creatures on the island and in the village. Lorelei usually keeps to herself, staying in her own little room just for her studies. She likes to mix potions and stuff like that.

History:
Lorelei is the seventh child in the Keavaris family. She was a good baby who didn't cry much. She was always interested in the things around her and would watch her siblings and parents go about their business, curious as to what was being done and how they were being done.

As a kid she was followed her brothers, sisters, and parents into the woods and could study the creatures and planets they would pass by. She learned which plants were used as cooking herbs and herbs that had healing properties. Now she works with her sister Ameria in the potions and herbs while also studying up her own mixtures.

Lorelei looked up at him. Well that was a first for her. She thought about, she didn't need to worry about money. "I would say never smile, probably scarier than your look now... but I need a test subject for some of my stuff. Also you are going to need me if you want to come and watch Ofelia... though Nasir might not like you just staring at her, so I advise I be with you. Or Roshia might shoot you in the back of the head. Honestly, you lucky I am the one who caught you. You look smart, but dear lord you sure are stupid. So... what do you say? I keep quiet and you become my rat?" She smiled and for a moment almost looked as evil as he did.

Vincent nodded at the girl in front of him. "Sounds like a deal. And Yes I assume he would take issue with me observing Ofelias actions. But hes not around now is he?..What is he to her, anyways?" Vincent has known of Nasir and Ofelia knowing each other, but from information he had gathered he couldnt yet tell how the two were involved. "So, miss Lorelei, when do I start lab rat duties, Ive seen all I needed to observe today, so I'll hold up my end of the bargain." He said, his expression never changing from what it was previously.

Lorelei walked passed him and started picking the planet she needed and turned back to him. "It is obvious you are free now. So we can go now. If you break out in a rash or die... that is seriously not my problem. Rats die all the time in the name of science. Also... I know by that look in your eye you plan on doing something stupid... I advise against it." Her face and voice were emotionless. Before taking his sleeve and bringing him back to the village. Roshia was just walking out of her house when she saw the two walking of out the woods.

She looked down to see her holding his sleeve. "Uh, what is this?" She asked.

"This is a man. My boyfriend is what people normally call it. I can't really talk right now we have educational stuff to do." She started walking to her lab.

"Excuse me, he is like thirty!"

"I'm aware of the dangers of experimental medicine. Isnt everyone?" Vincent said as she took his sleeve and led him to what he assumed would be her work space. As they walked along a brown haired woman came out of her home asking what was going on. Vincent knew who she was. She was Roshia Keavaris, recently wed to that pesky Rowan Todd, the majors son who previously meddled in Vincents affairs. Vincent didnt bother playing into or against Lorelei's apparent joke, instead just standing while Roshia commented on his apparent age.

Lorelei ignored her sister and kept walking. She opened the door to her lab and started setting things up so she could make the medicine. "I need you to take your shirt off." He heated up the pot and crushed the leaves she gotten from the plant then poured in a light pink potion. Lorelei was focused on the materials, not worrying about the man in her lap. She put some blood of a creature that had once lived in the woods near her home and stirred. While waiting for it to boil she decided to take notes on him, "Name... Rat 1... Brown hair... hazel eyes. How tall are you? Have you had sex recently? Do you get sick with certain foods? She asked, never looking from her notepad.

Vincent didnt fight Loreleis orders and removed his shirt. She was precise and to the point and he appreciated it. More people needed to be that way. "I'm six feet and five inches tall, I had sex three days ago, and no foods make me any kind of sick that I am aware of anyways. " He thought her second question was a strange one for a child her age to ask but assumed she had a legitimate reason. He stared at some glass jars filled with random things as she wrote in her little notebook.

Lorelei wrote everything down then she drained the potion into a long pan so it could cool off quicker. She decided to make some kind of conversation. Her mother said people would rather that then sit in silence staring at each other. "Oh... I forgot to answer your question earlier. Didn't really think it was any concern of yours, but since we are sitting here. Nasir and Ofelia are courting. From what I observed she likes the... manlier types of men. They seemed to get along really well. I see her laughing with him a lot and kiss... caught them a few weeks back over by the peak cliff... look like things were getting heated. My mother says I shouldn't watch people do such acts... something about it being personal. I call it education." She said nonchalantly and held her hand over the potion, it was still too warm.

Vincent was rather fine not having any kind of conversation while he waited to his possible poison elixer to be finished, but apparently lorelei thought it was best to speak. She said Ofelia and Nasir we're courting, which nearly made Vincent smirk. It would only crush Ofelia even more, when his plan was finished playing out, now that she had a man she liked in her life. He was ticked off about it though, more that he would even admit to himself. Vincent showed no change in emotion or expression despite the thoughts in his head. "Ah I see, well good for her then. I thought shed turn into a lonely old dragon lady." Was all he had to say on that matter. "You like watching people do you? For educational reasons anyways?" He asked only to keep the conversation going as she had started it.

"Yes, I'm afraid I did. People are often too concerned with facial expression and vocal tone to realize their bodies end up betraying them. Most people dont pick up on the subtle changes or tells different people have with their body language though, so it goes unnoticed by the masses I'm afraid. Most dont realize he speed at which they speak is a tell tale sign of a change in emotion either." Vincent spoke as he stood up and watched Lorelei flick the tip of the syringe she was holding.

Lorelei nodded and looked up at him before stabbing him. "This is going to hurt like a bitch... and most likely burn. Unless you are into that sort of thing." She dabbed a cloth in alcohol and wiped the spot on the right side of his abs. Then she pushed the needle in and pushed the potion into him. She didn't watch him if he flinched, she personally didn't care. Lorelei went back to her potion and stared at it for a second. "Oh... I guess you could have just drank it. Maybe I have a things for stabbing people." She said with no emotion and shrugged.

Vincent didnt so much as wince when Lorelei stabbed him, he wasnt afraid of needles and he didnt really mind the pain of the injection anyways. It did burn though like she had said which made him uncomfortable enough to notice. "Well then, I'm begining to think that you only stabbed me because you dont like me" He said as he waited for the effects of the medication to kick in. He didnt really give a hoot if she didnt like him, he didnt intend on being friendly with her in the first place.

Lorelei looked over her shoulder and smiled innocently. "If I didn't like you I would have poisoned you. I don't see you bleeding from your eyes yet. Rowan woke up early in the morning and kissed Roshias forehead before he left to go fishing before he was expected to get back to work, and he wanted to go out to see a new fishing pond anyways to see what kind of fish he could catch there. He didnt stay fishing very long because after about an hour he had already landed more fish than he knew what to do with, this new pond was apparently over populated with a type of white fish. Rowan headed home, seeing Roshia standing outside with her sister and an oddly familiar looking man. Rowan couldnt figure out why he looked so damn familiar though. He walked up to Roshia, watching Lorelei walk off tugging the mans sleeve. "Whats that all about?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

Roshial thought about it, she never really did. But that could be because of the age gap between them and the fact she was always cooped up in her lab. "I fucking hope she was... who courts a fifteen year old? And he was creepy, no facial expression whatsoever..." She walked with Rowan to her sister's lab and knocked on the door. It took a moment before Lorelei answered, she was in the process of fixing her dress.

"Imma kill him."

Lorelei looked at her then Rowan before asking, "What? Oh you mean Rat. You can't... I am testing on him."

"Testing what?" Roshia asked.

"I can't really say. It might lead to something and I rather not have mom or father know..."

Roshia stared at her in complete shock.

"People i'd like to see rot in hell, thats who." Rowan shook his head. "No expression? Huh...He looked oddly familiar too, its gonna bother the crap out of me. Like, really familiar..." Rowan said as he walked with Roshia to Lorelei's lab.

Lorelei would have rolled her eyes if she hadn't seen her sister rubbing her stomach. She took her sister in and sat her down. "Let me make you tea... have you been getting pain in your abdomen lately? And I had him here so he didn't hurt anyone. I can take care of myself. This is my playground.
